Sir,Myself Tapas Kumar Mukherjee ,A/c No [protected] moved to United Bank of India,Kalitala Branch on 18th August 2010 to withdraw Rs 3000.In the vfirst time the machine did not respond so I inserted the card 2nd time and I obtained Rs 3000.Now through my on line bank statement I found that the money debited as Rs 3000+Rs 3000.The statement is like this as mentioned below.

In Tamilnadu out of nine only three CRE (MEs) were absorbed as permanent officers. other six got discharge letter from Chennai LHO stating that our contract will come to end on 30.08.2010. This is in reference with my State Bank of India credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 0373. On 25.08.10, I got SMS from SBI informing blocking of credit card. When I contacted them, they informed about two suspicious transactions of amount Rs.2000 each on 23.08.10. I told them that those were not my transactions and immediately mailed Dispute Form, as guided by customer care. After few days I came to know that there is...

Usually missbehaviour in sbi sonpur branch 4446 from top to bottom i.e manager to accountant. Reason: local staffs and others.
If possible i request for surprise checking and take customer's feedback.
I suggest to have facility of customer feedback form because staffs are using monopoly.

hi , iam the customer of sbi credit card from a long time, but till now i cant talk to any customer care executive when ever i need. when i use to call them to their toll free number , there will be a computer generated response will be & says to enter the card number, then DOB when i enter my dob it says sorry wrong data.
iam unable to understand what wrong the data entered by them which is not exactly matching with my profile....

I am one among the ten staff being issued SBI credit card voluntarily. We didn't go for it. They came voluntarily and issued one. After knowing that my co-worker was cheated on using the same, I didn't want to use it at all and didn't even take it off the cover theyv'e sent. It's two years since I got it. I had lost my credit card on the 15th April,2010. Stop transaction intimitation was made and an FIR was lodged in the concerned Police station (Khandagiri P.S. of Bhubaneswar Police Commissionerate.
