Dear Sir,
I had taken a SBI credit card in year 2007. But due to imcompetant service provided by them i decided to stop using the card. In the meantime i had applied for 2 insurance products through the card. During the last payment i instructed them to stop the insurance and nullify my dues. I hence made a cash payment for the shoppings i had made on the card and advised them to stop the premiums. I have gone to SBI ATM with Axis bank ATM Card for withdrawing cash amount 300/- on[protected] at 6:55 pm.
After transaction no amount was withdrawn. I transacted in another machine near to it. I transacted for 300/-.The transaction came and I got the transaction I came to note that transaction was already debited for which i had not taken any amount. So please credit immediately 300/- into my account.

Sir, I have a savings bank account in Srivaikundam SBI Branch of SB A/c no: [protected]. I used my ATM debit card to withdraw the amount from the I.O.B - ATM Maharaja Nagar Branch colony around 1.30 P.M on 01.10.2010. But the ATM reported that the transaction is unable to process. I Ketan Meharia, an SBI Bank Account holder having Account no. [protected] in SBI Bazar Branch (BSR Code-6544), Jamtara( Jharkhand), was trying to withdraw Rs 20000/- on 9th July, 2010 from SBI ATM cum debit card regulated by SBI Bank( Indian Exchange Place Branch, Kolkata) but the cash dispensed by ATM was only Rs 10000/- whereas my account was debited by Rs 20000/-.

I retired from indian Navy on 30 Jun 10 on superannuation The PPO 09/97/A/S/000102/2010 was forwadded by PCDA Mumbai to SBI Saidapet at Chennai in June 2010.Submitted life certificate to SBI Selaiyur at Chennai Where my saving account No[protected] is held.VsitedSBI selaiyur branch and contacted Asst .Manage SBI Centralisd pension cell at Virugambakkam in Chennai.

I withdrew 40,000 rupees from SBI ATM in Imphal-West (Manipur) on 27th August, 2010 at around 12 pm (between 11 am to 2 pm). But the transaction has been recorded 2 times and total 80,000 rupees have been deducted from my account.

I have registered a complaint with the SBI customer care. Ref. No. AT[protected].
Kindly look into this as early as possible.

Stay away from SBI in general.
I have a very bad experience every time I visit the SBI Sanewadi branch in Aundh Pune. The bank staff behave as if we customers are not welcome.

I advise you to avoid SBI. If at all it is required, visit only to open and close the account. Get online facility enabled and donot visit the bank again!

Better open your account with ICICI or other bank. Pay more fees but get...

Hi Team,

I have been using SBI Credit Card for last 2.5 yrs. This month statement was strange, they have deducted Rs 500.00 + Rs 51.50 excess charges for exceeding the usage credit limit, ideally I should not be able to shop if the credit limit exceeds for ex in my case the credit limit is 16000 and cash limit is 6000, my expenses has crossed 16000 on which they have charged 551.50 excess charges.
