I am Sushil Kumar Nigam and my account no. is [protected] State Bank Of India, Branch: Mehgaon, Sir, Now I am retired man taken retirement on 28.02.2010 from Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Co. Ltd. -Mehgaon, From the month of march.10 I received pension regularly from my company, But after August.10 as my pension to be credited from State Bank Of India -Pension Cell, Bhopal (M.P.) But I requested several times to credit my pension in to my account, But no one is taking resposibility for the same, & saying that we have to credit pension of all the pensioners of the Madhya Pradesh, & after so much requests yet today on 12.10.2010 i have not recd. any pension. My pension is pending from last two months, As my wife is suffering from severe kidney diesease and she is on dialysis, It should be 2 times in a week which cost Rs. 4000/- per dialysis at paras hospital gurgaon. How should it be possible to take treatment without money. So please take quick action against this bank & branch as soon as possible. Hoping for your prompt action.

ONE MORE THING I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION HERE THAT YOUR ONLINE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HAD ALSO CONFIRMED THAT WAIVER HAS BEEN THERE AND YOUR OUTSTANDING IS ZERO..
THIS IS VERY IRRITATING TO RECEIVE AGAIN THE OUTSTANDING STATEMENT..
IF THIS MATTER DOESN’T GET SETTLED WITHIN NEXT SEVEN DAYS, I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST YOUR BANK IN CONSUMER FORUM
