I Sri Hadipa Nag submit my written complain against the Field Officer, S.B.I., Tarbha Branch, State- Orissa.
I have selected as a benificiary under PMEGP scheme. The General Manager, D.I.C., Subarnapur send the details of the Project Proposal to the I.P.O., Tarbha Block, Person Concerned and Chief Manager, lead Bank, SBI, Subarnapur. Accordingly I went to the concerned Bank and discussed my matter. The Field Officer by exercing his monopoly refused me to discuss. Whatever necessary documents required he did not intimate me. He has not supplied and adviced for related documents. Recently I got a latter from the bank about refusal of my application. When I went to the bank for enquiry the roudy Field officer misbehaved aboused me in felthy language and told me to get out from the bank. Here I pray before you that, if have no right or ability to avail the loan why the concerned authority selected me as benificiary under PMEGP scheme ? Whether the bank has any guide line or this bank is the personal property of the Field Officer ? Whether the Field Officer has got the power as his discreation to put forth different cause on each date ? Whether in India is there any natural Justice or not.
I pray before you that make necessary arrangement for my loan purpose or else intimate the authority under PMEGP Scheme to not to send any loan application under this scheme. For the betterment of the poor Indian this type of Field Officer is not required at Tarbha and kindly transferred him as early as possible. Yours Faithfully.     Dear Team,

    My name was wrongly captured as ADITI BHATT on SBI Credit card and related policy papers which was done by one of your representatives who came for a target completion purpose.against which i have lodged a complaint in 2008 in MP nagar Zone 1 ,Bhopal office .The card was blocked that time which was clearly reflecting in the system also.Till date no developement is done as of now.I am getting continous calls from call centre regarding payment of outstanding dues of around Rs.15000.The way of talking of your executives is not only rude but very harsh.One of current example is Mr.Govind Rai who called me today from no. [protected].He was not ready to understand the issue and continously arguing that its not a mistake on part of card issunace dept for name error..KIndly look into this matter since its been almost 2 years and there is no point of harrassing customer like this when fault is on your part..If no action is taken even after this complaint i will forced to lodge a complaint regarding harrassment to customer when fault was of SBI...

        My mother lost her debit card while traveling from Haridwar to Delhi enroute on 20/7/09 at around 4 AM. I have contacted call center twice to report loss of the card and they have reverted saying that they can't give me a confirmation number immediately as there is a technical glitch in the systems.               Sub. : Harassment on Mis-use of SBI Credit Card

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              Your kind attention is drawn towards the “harassment” from SBI Cards (Follow Up Deptt) on account o[censored]njustified phone calls asking me to make payment for transaction which I have never been done. Sometime they people use very objectionable language and derogatory remarks in process. I have updated them several times, but it seems they think by repeated calling would result in some payment. Such “frantic and assertivecalls” would not be tolerated in future and would be complained in suitable forum about your callous and pressure techniques.

              Earlier also, I have made several requests on the subject matter and your subsequent acknowledgement Dt.15thSept.2009 registering above complaint vide letter No. [protected]. I have also requested several times telephonically and through letters Dt.19th Aug. & 22nd Oct. 2009 to the Asst. Vice President, Customer Services and the Asst. Vice President, Fraud Control unit of M/s. SBI Cards & Payments. Since then, I received only one letter from Sh. Amit Kalra (Manager - Customer Services) Ref. No. MQ[protected], Dt. 16th Sept. 2009, wherein it was stated that the SBI Cards has taken note of my complaint regarding disputed transaction and the same is under consideration.

              I am once again providing you the brief facts of this transaction:

              1)The payment for which Transaction is forced on me , was never done by me;
              2)There is no signature on transaction slip of disputed transaction as evident on transaction slip of the transaction;
              3)The payment for other transaction which was there in the statement was made on time as other regular payments;
              4)A police complaint was lodged for fraudulent transaction;
              5)The merchandise has not been bothered to tally my signature with signature on the back of credit card ;
              6)No SMS or communication was received for any such transaction when it happened;
              7)I have requested for cancellation of my Credit card on realising such unauthorised payment;

              I have suffered a lot on this account and I again request you to kindly look into the case sympathetically. The payment should be asked from the merchandiser who are authorizing payment without verification and from poor customers for without their fault. Is it due to the fact that easier to hold the neck of the credit card customer as compared to the merchandiser, who has better muscle power ? If it not necessary for them to make verification of Customer’s identity , then what is use of getting transaction slip signed by the customer ?

              The message should not emanate for others from my experience that holding a credit card a curse.

              As I suffered a lot on this issue and I am being forced to make payment for unjustified transaction. If this matter is not resolved then I would be constraint to seek legal remedy in ‘Consumer Court’ and further for suitable monetary compensation and legal action for suffering such mental harassment and trauma.

              SBI Credit Cards — Regarding Missuse of credit card

              Sir,
              I lossed my credit card which I come to know after a week and I called the custemer care to block
              the card I told some budy is used my card illegaly the asked me to pay outstanding amount.
              I asked them to file dispute regarding the missuse the file also after 3 months they told that amount
              I have to pay My point was with out been verifying my signature on card how merchant accepted the
              card and took the signature they is rule merchant needs to verify the signature. thats merchants mistake
              they should not pay to merchant without verifying the signature on slip.
              I kept those point in front of them but they are not ready to go about this please help me in this regards.

                    my ATM card not working it shows that selected transition is invalid my card number is[protected]
                    i don t know whether the complaints given in ICCF are actually checkd and whther the actions are taken against it or not onthis SBI Atm/ debit card frauds happening. I would like to reveal one thing tat is the most dangerous places from where the fraudsters are residing are mumbai and delhi and this fraudsters are bloody nigerians. they are residing in mumbai's mira road and kandivali area. iw ould request ICCF to take some action agaianst cz these come to our country and hack our bank accounts if we let them free they will definately bankrupt the bank customers on day i must say some people are already looted by them . SBi debit cards are hacked in thousands on daily basis but sbi bank is not doing anything in this matter Please do something guys working in sbi dont just deduct the poor mertchant on any disputre from ur customer . Work on it and try to trace the culprits or else tighten ur securities
                    sbi debit cards and icici netbanking are hacked by hackrs for either mobile recharge or else purchasing of gifts from various online websites who sell their products. whenever i calld 2 confirm the orders it was a nigerian . i thing our country allows any other countries people without their proper information wherther they are gneuine or not. these people come to our counrty and with their intelligence hack our banks customers. Please do some thing. I[censored] ask RBi to investigate u will find definately he culpritts

                              I tried to withdraw money from SBI ATM as I always use ATM to withdraw money but this time there is having an issue regarding my pin code. ATM is showing Invalid pin code entered. I tried couple of days but the problem remains the same. So can u please provide me my own pin code as my financial issues are always depend on mt ATM card n the main thing I am not having my passbook and my check book with me and thats why I am not able to withdraw the money from the respective branch.                               I have so many complains with SBI.as u also know that what is service of sbi.if we go any where for withdraw or deposit money we have to face so many problems.which we should have.
                              just i am detailing about me...
                              for three months i have beeb tring for duplicate pin code but nothing happening of request.only they are giving suggestion that may be in next month will come & here my all service is stop due to ATM deficiency.
                              i want to see off this problems but no one is tring to help me in this matter.what would u like to advice me that i could be free from this trouble.

                                Re: Demand Notice SBI Credit Card No[protected] and Account No[protected]

                                This has reference to above subject, I had received a demand notice no DLN_PA_AUG-10_18194 dated 19th Aug 2010 from your advocate Pathak & Associates, 27-A, South Ganesh Nagar Delhi – 110092 and I was surprised to note that your books is still showing outstanding in my credit card account.

                                Please note that I am a high blood pressure patient and I had already settled my credit card account and paid the entire settled amount which was pending against my credit card account through cheque and also send the letter as details attached herewith.

                                After paying the full settled amount I had received a further statement having some charges etc. against which I had already sent a letter and mail too, but not received any response from your end.

                                After 3 years again I received a call from your end and ask to re-settle the outstanding amount by paying some part payment, since I had already paid the due amount long back then how this could happened?
                                I again asked him to send the complete ledger since beginning and confirm how it is showing outstanding against me? He started harassment and used cheap abuses with me and declines to provide the same.

                                On 1st Oct 2010 I had received the above said notice and it was disturbed me completely, since I am a high blood pressure patient and having excellent professional career and good profile in society. Please note I would not accept such bullying which may harm to my career and I may take a legal action against you for “Defamation Case (Loss of prestige)”.

                                This is requesting you to please look into this immediately and provoke me to take any unnecessary actions against you.

                                SBI Credit Card — wrong billing&warning for appropriate legal action

                                I was using the SBi card, In the month of November they have charged the late fees, again they have charged interest, i have spoken to customer service & send the mails, They told that late fees & interest has to pay.I have paid all the amount including interest charges, I have mailed to them stated that I am not going to use in future, the same thing in formed to customer service by phone, they advised break the card & destroy.

                                Now recently I have received the letter stating that my total outstanding Rs.1238.49/ if i am not paid, they initiate appropriate legal action against me to recover the dues with interest and other charges

                                I was the card holder of SBI Card VISA my card no.was[protected]. I was used this card upto 2005 April.                                   My Complaint to Mr. Ajay Bharti (V. P. Complaints) Dated[protected]

                                  I hold card NO: [protected] since Aug-2006 issued in name of jaydip s tambaku and an add on card in name of my wife sangeeta j tambaku which was cancelled in April 2007
                                  I would like to bring to your notice that despite paying all my outstanding bills within the due dates since the card was issued to me i have come to know that there are several reporting's to CIBIL against my name from your bank on both the cards.
                                  Also since December 2008 despite depositing my cheques in time I was being charged late fees on my account and i've been trying to resolve the issue with your customer care executives since May 2009 to no effective result.
                                  Due to this i cleared all my purchase out-standings in Oct 2009 deducting all the late payment fees and finance charges billed to date since Jan 2009 and paid by me in to-to with a hope that the matter will be resolved.
                                  I'd request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and clear the CIBIL reporting at the earliest.
                                  I'm attaching hereto the payment history details downloaded from SBI card website for your reference.

                                  Further to bring to your notice that how low you have stooped, in your bid to extract monies from clients. Pursuant to my mail in December I'd received a call form one Mr. Rohit Bali on[protected] at 10.00 am to attend to my complaint. I explained him my grievances and asked him to check the record of my payments. He agreed that I'd had indeed been penalized despite making all the payments on time. He requested me to make a payment of Rs. 1200/- and assured that he will attend to my complaint within a week. I reiterated that I've cleared all my purchase out standings vide my payment of Rs. 8000/- in September and I do not owe any thing to the SBI Cards.

                                  He still requested that as gesture I pay this amount and assured me that my complaint will be attended within a weeks time. In good faith and being convinced by his talks I agreed to pay Rs. 2000/- and immediately deposited the payment. I still have to hear from this gentleman person of yours who showed so much of false concern to settle the issue and convinced me to make a payment. I feel absolutely cheated. I've even mailed you the records downloaded from your website itself stating the cheque dates.

                                  Since then there has been no communication on your part to settle the issue hence I stopped accepting the statement's sent by you since January 2010. This is where you started playing tricks. Despite rejecting to accept the fraudulent statements outright and the same being reconfirmed by a call from your side you people started sending sms that the statement has been delivered to my address on so and so date.

                                  This went on till March. Then from April onwards I used to just get sms that the statement has been couriered to my address but the courier never came to my address for me to reject. Now comes your next trick up the sleeve. I started receiving calls form your executives again for payments. I once again explained him all my issues and even informed him of my conversation with Mr. Rohit Bali. He informed me that there is no such record of my conversation. This infuriated me and i refused to speak any further to this executive of yours. After two days one more executive of yours this time a lady called up and again started asking me to make payments. I refused that any payment is balance on my side and asked her to attend to my complaint. She again asked me to tell her what my grievances are. Do you think I've no other work and just keep repeating my issues every time your person calls up who as it is has no intention to resolve the matter but only interested in knowing when I'll make the payment.

                                  Now this is a real innovation since last one week I'm getting calls from your call center and no one speaks from the other side.

                                  I see all this i.e. sending sms's the blank calls as a desperate attempt to build up a case against me that despite repeated attempts from your side to resolve the matter and delivering the bills to me I'm not responding and intentionally defaulting. Please note that on two occasions I've recorded your blank calls.

                                  Please Please be aware that you are not dealing with any common person who will get intimidated by your tricks and trades and will go any length to fight my cause. You have already spoilt my CIBIL record and I'm seriously contemplating filing a consumer complaint but my busy schedule is working to your benefit or I should have done this long back.

                                  Hope you get the message LOUD and clear and stop all the jugglery at the earliest.

                                  I HAVE BEEN ISSUED SBI CRDIT CARD AS LIFE TIME FREE CARD, AND I WAS USING THIS CARD AND MAKING REGULAR PAYMENT WITHOUT MISSING SINGLE DUE DATE FOR 3 YEARS
                                  I RECEIVED RENEWED CRDIT CARD WITH ANNUAL FEES AND WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE CELL, I HAVE BEEN RUDLY TOLD THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY SO I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL BE PAYING THE BILL WITHOUT ANNUAL FEES AND REQUESTED TO DISCONTINUE THE BIIL.
                                  SUBSEQUENT BILL WHICH I RECEIVED WAS WELL AFTER THE DUE DATE AND THIS HAS HAPPENED FIRST TIME. SO I AM VERY MUCH SURE THAT THIS HAS BEEN DONE DELIBERATLY.THIS BILL ALSO I PAID ONLY TO THE AMOUNT EHICH I HAD SPENT DURING THE MONTH.

I m a Savings Account holder (A/C No.-[protected]) in Shrirampur branch. I required a customer letter informing since when I have been holding the account in there branch for a Sub brokership application. First the Branch Manager asked me to bring an application. But when I wrote an application and went again, he simply refused to issue the letter. And also started yelling at me and one of my collegue as we asked him the reason of not issuing the letter.
                                    I am very much unsatisfied by there behaviour.

                                      I have a saving accoutn with State Bank Of India. They charge for all transaction which are donw from non home bank. If the bank is centralised then why should a customer charged for filling the passbook or depositing the amount from non home branch. Then what is the use of centralised banking if we have to pay for all transaction with the other branch.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I used to hold an SBI card no [protected] around 3 to 4 years back. This card was discontinued by me, as I was not happy with the services recieved by them.

                                        To brief you on the matter, I used to receive statements on my SBI card very irregularly, this was hampering my activity of keeping track of my payments being done as I hold several cards. Quite a no.of times I have complained about this calling SBI call centers., but the situation did not improve and I used to receive subsequent statement with late payment fee & penalties, where I had not received the actual bill on expense. Not only that , there were not a single drop boxes around to drop these payment cheques, even the SBI ATM centers would not except the credit card payment cheque. On calling the call center, they would arrange for a pick up. This was always not suitable for me as I was a frequent traveler. All other cards that I hold had a tie up with SKYPACK collection boxes. I was told that SBI did not have any such tie up. With all this confusion I decided to cancel my SBI card. Therefore I called up the call center and put in a request for cancellation for which they replied that this card had a outstanding, therefore I asked them to send me the relevant missing statements & I would clear the expense actually incurred by me and no penalties would be paid as it is not my fault if SBI had problems delivering statements on time. They told me that they have logged the request and the required statements would come to you in a week. After this also the statements did not arrive for 2 weeks and I had to call up again. After which I received a set of 7 statements. Based on this I arranged cleared the complete outstanding on the actual expense incurred by me (after reconcilling the same with the SBI call center executive) for Rs 14765.77 thru cheque no 000069 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank dated 17.08.06, against the outstanding reflecting in the last statment of Rs 23506.53.This cheque was collected from me from Indore, were i was travelling and I was promised that this account would be closed and settlement letter would be subsequently malied to my residence.This was explained to Ms.Shibani who had called from SBI - Delhi, who promised me look into it and clear the account. Since then I recieved no calls nor any statements, hence I believed that the matter was closed.

                                        But since past few month, I started receiving calls again to clear the outstanding on my card. Also they again started sending me the statements again, which i have not recieved for last few years. I have started recieving calls from SBI - Cards Mahim Branch from different officers each time asking me to clear the outstanding which they communicated to me is some Rs 40,000 + or we will have to sort this out in Court were you will have face a lot of problems of hiring a lawyer and attending to court When I communicated that the account was settled and the matter closed a long time ago. They informed that it is not so & there is still an outstanding. Even after giving the reference and arranging give them the copies of the those statement thru which the account was closed, they disagreed and asked me for the settlement letter and also went to extent of very rude and threatening behavior. The mistake from me would be that, I didnot follow up for the settlement letter then, when I had made the payment, as i beleived the matter is laid to rest and never had a past experience in handling this type of issue. The lady who spoke to me for the last time introduced herself to me as Ms. Anita who informed me that, we would now meet in court. Since then I have recieved 2 notices from some Delhi based law firms..

                                        I hold more than 6 to 7 cards of various reputed banks since last 15 years and have never faced this kind of service and behavior ever.This is why I am writing to you guys for help..

                                        Credit Card SBI — Not Receiving Statement only receiving threatening calls

                                        Sub: Credit Card No.[protected] in the name of Neelam Misra

                                        From the Month of December 2007 I have not received my Credit Card Statement and I have received call from your collection department that your payment is due and you have to pay Rs. 2300/-. In connection I deposited regular payment of Rs. 2300/- every month without any transaction with SBI I have deposited all these payments by cheque from Canara Bank. In view of the above everytime your representative called and said my payment is due there is no statement then how can I know that my payment is due and how much every month you people are charging late fee from me now from the last month I deposited 2280/- on 29thMarch 2008 and the cheque is cleared from my bank on 2nd April 2008 after that I am receiving threating calls from your collection department and I also received a threaten letter from your office that you people write there that you block tthe card and case refer in legal department for initiate appropriate legal action against me to recover the aforesaid dues with interest and other charges.

                                        Now I am assisting you that what you want you do you go to leagl or anywhere am also going to CONSUMER VOICE, CONSUMER COURT AND WOMER CELL AND ALSO IN POLICE STATION FOR LODING A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU AND YOUR COLLECTION DEPARTMENT PEOPLES FOR HARRASING AND THREATING ME.

                                        I am also a user of SBI Credit card. After setelment with bank about payment, I had Paid all amount with cash to SBI. 2 Months Later I had received a Statement from SBI Cedit Cards That I have outstanding of Rs. 574/- for immidiate payment. How it is possible ?
                                        The settelemt Latter & Cash Receipt of SBI is with me.
