[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Net Banking

I wanted to use net banking through my SBI banking facilities so i have taken online banking starter kit from my branch. They said it will activate after 24 hrs but when i started and entered my username and password it will not accept.

Irregularities in 6th CPC Arrear — Account Officer Not Responding Properly

Sir,
I have online banking facility in state bank of india..but they are only gives view rights on my account...i applied for transaction rights...but the account officer is not giving the transaction rights and he is not responding properly and not saying any reasons for it...

I have a current account in SBI maduravoyal branch at chennai. Applied for netbanking and after long follow fups by me and greate struggle by the branch staff my account was activated for netbanking in the month of october 2008. Even though I am able to login, unfortunately I not able to make transactions over net banking. while making transfer epay order is been created and when authorized for transfer tells branch not accepted to do so. failed and contact branch. While adding beneficiaries of SBI in same brach and other branches in chennai, tells the IFSC is invalid and fails to add beneficiaries. No links to contact any authorised persons of the branch. The branch staffr has to take necessary action to solve my problems in my net banking immediately

Respected Sir, I am Nagendra Kumar Goriya from Betul (M.P.). I am to report that I have been requested in SBI Betul Branch Kothi Bazar SBI Net Banking since last One Month, but sofar I am not able to operate Net Banking to my SBI A/c. because proper Login is not responding.SBI Officer not supports me.I approched Personally many time but they have no any respond about it.

I applied for Net Banking. I was given Internet Banking kit on 23/5/2010.
So far the Internet Banking has not been activated. Every time I log in I get the message: “ INVALID USERNAME/PASSWORD”.
I complained about the problem to the Branch. So, far (till 11/6/2010) nothing happened.
So great is the consumer support????

This is janaki. i am the account holder of sbi bank. i want tthe net banking to my account. related to that i have met miss malathi . she cant give the details properly. she forwrd that into mr manoj. what is the problem in that i dont know . i have complained with the branch deputy maneger.that maneger ask me to close the account and go. after a big issue he told withine one week i called u (5.7.2010complained). but he didnt called me back. what can i do.

Try again and again for Active Net Banking but falure. Manager said that the facility are not avilable here But SBI.CO.IN where clarrely wrote the facility are avilable here..............????

Hello Sir,

I have opened my A/C in SBI bank in Ralegaon branch November 2011 and i applied now the net banking facility. After that i got the kit of net banking but the kit is not working (username, password) then i contact with the branch manager they said me "i we give you new kit" . The all story of the month November 2011 to may 2011 but still not got any internet kit. Then i directly visit to branch now the picture very interesting there all employ's was sleeping and the branch manger on leave. But the branch manger on leave past 2 months. So please give me suggestion for above matter.

I am Arul, my mother had requested to activate the Ibanking option for her account in SBI(P.K PURAM Branch- Vellore) but they are not accept her request because my mother was studied up to 5th standard only, but mom having knowledge on access internet and computer also.

Is there any way to get this?

i have an saving account in sbi akhtiyarpur (bikram) i am in need of net banking and i had also applied for the same after that i received a password and user id from the bank but somehow i deleted my user id which they had send by sms after that i have visited the branch 3 to 4 times but the authorities are not responding to my request .

Please kindly help me in this matter as soon as possible because i am in great need of this service and due to your banks reputation i had opened an account in your branch despite being approached by several banking personnels.

i dont recieve my high security password in my phone number sent by sbi net banking in every transaction, many time i complaint this problems in my home branch but i still suffering this problems.
