I am Ch s Viswaswara rao having bank account in State Bank Of Hyderabad, Brancgh Vikram puri colony, Secunderabad. My account no is [protected]

I have with drawn 10000.00 From SBI ATM in Bimavaram A.P, Loacatd at Simhadri appana Temple on 11/02/2012 at 11.53 Am Bearing transtion no 1142 . The amount has deducted in my account But the cash has not come.

The same has been informed to the call center & also branch officer of SBH in Bimavaram.

The written complaint has been given to the SBH Vikram puri colony, Secunderabad.

    We the engineers of KTPS, kota wish to bring ... See Morein your kind notice that SBI credit cards were issued to KTPS engineers. Shri Vijay singh employee of SBI card, jaipur alongwith Mr Deepak Garg of SBBJ,Thermal Colony, Kota branch came to our plant and narrated a special corporate scheme having following features different from others:- 1. Rs 500/- will be charged one time, which will be refunded on the single purchase of Rs. 2000/-or more within 60 days. 2. There will be no Annual charges life time. 3. The interest rate will be @ 1.99% after due date of bill from the due date to paid date period. Also no penalty charges will be implied for this non payment on the due date. 4. An additional railway card will be issued free of charge having feature of discounted tickets ( no requisition form has been sent). However on receipt of card we came to know that the cards issued do not have these features. We therefore requested you to make the condition clear and charges must be deducted after clarification of above points only and if we want to continue . Few o[censored]s has already deactivated/surrendered the cards because of this misleading. Further on dt. 31.01.12 a call was received from no [protected] for giving 2000 points against purchase of Rs. 2000 or more within 60 days. Few o[censored]s agreed for this to keep the card continue for one year hoping the complaint resolution. Also when it is queried that those persons are still telling that yours case has been under process for approval as Corporate, we were answered that there is not such a procedure. Instead we were told to apply at your mail address for getting free Corporate credit card. We want to get our complaint completely resolved not a single complaint point adjustment.       I ritesh badak having an a/c in the sbi a/c no [protected]
      when i tried to withdraw rs 6000 from my a/c [protected] on 09/02/12 around 07:15 pm from the sbi atm near Pandit ji ki thadi jotwada road jaipur due to network problem could not receive any money nor any reciept from the atm .
      but when i checked the balance next day from the other atm the balance was deducted from my a/c.

      sir i have already given the complain to the sbi (AT[protected] & AT[protected]) but till now i have not received any proper response .

        but after clearing a cheque ,,100rs debit from my a/c balance. There were not showing any reason for deduction it.

        Kindly tell me how and how it deducted????

        I used my SBI atm cum debit card to withdraw 900 rupees on 16 May 2010. Transaction failed and I got a receipt written "unable to transaction" but when I checked in the evening, 900 rupees have been deducted.

        I gave a written application in this regard. I have approached to the bank at least 5 times but still I am waiting for my money.

          My name is Mary Varghese and I had been using SBI Credit Card No.[protected] during my tenure in Delhi. In December 2004, I closed my SBI credit card by paying all the outstanding amount to their collection agent who visited my office Garuda Technical Resources, B-5/150 Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi but I did not obtain “no due certificate” from SBI Cards. Now I am back in Kerala and applied for a home loan but understand my name is included in CIBIL by SBI Cards as Credit Card defaulter !

          On 4th January, 2012 I have written to SBI Cards asking them to let me know my outstanding amount so that I can make the payment to enable them to clear my name from CIBIL. On 17th January, 2012 I received a reply from Ms. Divya Dhody, VP – Customer Services saying my outstanding amount is Rs.2,43,610.64. I confirmed my willingness to settle Rs.2,43,610.64 by mail/Speed Post several times but there is no response from SBI Cards so far. Will SBI Cards wake up and collect payment and clear my name from CIBIL atleast now or write off the amount due to them ?

          As on today nobody contacted me for the payment. I assume that you have written off this amount, if so I would request you to kindly issue a "No Due Certificate" soonest possible to enable me to clear my name from CIBIL. If you fail to take any meaningful action within next 10 days and drag this issue further, I will be forced to take legal action againt SBI.

Why not your people visit my home ? Why should I disclose my mobile and land line numbers ? to get harassed over phone ? Please use your commonsense atleast now and send your collection agent to settle this matter once and for all.

          It is crystal clear that these Credit Card institutions, whether owned by the government or private, have no principles or ethics. First they trap the unsuspecting people into it and once hooked they start giving them a harrowing time. Sometime ago I was contacted by one such crook, saying SBI in collaboration with IRCTC was issuing me a Credit Card free of charge for the first year and only fifty percent of the charge the following year as I was a valued customer of IRCTC. In spite of declining the offer several times, he got the card issued to me. Some 2 weeks after receipt of the card, SBI sent me the first monthly statement for Rs. 551.50 being the annual charge for the card ! On contacting one of the customercare executives, I was told that there was no such promotional offer of free service for first year and half charge for the second year. I was taken for a ride by one of their own salesmen. This is called cheating!!

          Since I have walked into their trap, I was left with no other option but to pay the annual charge. Otherwise, they will keep adding interest after interest every month. Till today the card has not been used and it is going to be one year.

          When someone is willingly coming forward to settle the old dues, these people want to play cat and mouse. They know that the card holder is in need of the clearance certificate for the outstanding payment and the bank wants to take advantage of the situation to harass the card holder. Otherwise, what is preventing them to send one of their people to the lady’s house and collect the cheque and settle the account? The amount is also not peanuts. This loss they must have already covered from others, so it is not a big issue for them.

          These are criminals..When customer is willing to pay, they don't accept !! May be, the amount Mrs. Mary Varghese willing to pay them is peanut compared to what Vijay Mallya (Kingfisher) owe (Rs.1409 Crores). At times, banks like SBI ignore big sharks like and chase sprats like the one above !! SBI wake up !!!

              FYI that privious day my balance was more than 10000 Rs.
              I really awak that my account debit with sum of Rs. 14500 Rs. in same day Evening 18:10 pm.dated 25/11/2008.and i LOST OF 14500 RS...

              i put FIR in Police station as per same and submitted application in SBI branch.and branch sure to me that with in 3 month you got a positive result.

              i really travel in many diffrent Branch SBI but there no any result..many more time i visit in Branch but still there no any action...


              But branch Head Panipat SBI, , he told me that till evening[protected]:30 pm to 7;00 pm, an Engineer came for saved Photo graph same dated data but he told me that due to Virus problem in system ( SBI, ATM, Machine)
              AND SAID THAT all previous data has been crupt, and continue 29th jan..so sorry

              there no any result and no any chance to help you.

After several application and request I haven’t got my remaining money .it is taking too long and I am getting worried .

              hello sir,on 1-6-2011 i went to the SBI ATM near by shahdara anaj mandi,put the 15000 withdrawn option..but dint get the money..just after that 3rd person of private agency entered n said to me that the option you have putted is wrong...try for 10000 option...i tried and get the money and also the confirmation message on my mobile.but problem raised when..i got the message 0n 6-6-2011 that rs 15000 has withdrawn from your account....i wasn't here so couldn't able to check it immediately...after that i also contact with the manager but no action has been taking place...
              it is requested you to please help me by giving your advice so that i can able tpo get rid from this problem......

                The SBI pavangad branch (Calicut) has the worst customer service ever! They make us visit their bank at the least 3 times for any issues of customers, be it in issuing the Internet banking password or gold loan or whatever.. At the same time, the services are exceptionally good and quick in SBT's across Calicut and the SBI main branch ,Calicut.

                What I have learnt from my personal experiences is that we cannot rely on the services of SBI pavangad Branch , whatever critical situation we may be in.. It irritates obviously when we are facing time sensitive issues too. The bank manager is rarely visible on his chair, neither the services would score atleast 2 out of 5!!

                      Sir,

                      I applied for an SBI credit card , having compelled by the sales team over the phone. After unnecessaryly putting all my time and energy in filling their forms , giving salary details and other card details to them , they rejects my card on the basis of me not present at the my official land phone. My job involves customer visits almost all day and its not possible for me to sit besides by office telephone all the day awaiting their call. This had been conveyed to the varification team and we decided on a mutually agreed time to be at my office the next day after 3 PM. After waiting for a whole post lunch session, I decided to call it a aday. Few days later I get a sms saying , we are unable to process the credit card due to unavailaiby of me over phone. I had also conveyed that you may reach the the said voice mail after 4 rings as per my office policies. This is a kind of repriving me of my consumer rights for a job thats not done cleanly by SBI cards varification team. If they cant trace me over office phone , I always available over the cell phone or home phone.

                        I am a savings bank acct holder of SBI (A/c No [protected]). On 20 Nov 2011 have recharged my wife's vodafone mobile No [protected] for Rs 200/- through SBI Freedom (Mobile Banking Service) vide transaction ID No[protected]. Whereas, the above transaction was not successful and I got an SMS stating that payment of Rs 200 will be reversed soon (code=952). However, the money has not been reversed. Despite several time I have approached SBI customer care through mails, the money has not yet been reversed. Copy of the mails are attached for your ready reference. Please initiate necessary action to reversal of above amount please.

                          The problem begins 23/01/12, when i tried to withdraw Rs 500 from SBI ATM in front of Nizzamuddin Railway Station using my ICICI debit card No. [protected] around 8"o clock with TXN no. 7169 but the ATM produced only Rs. 50, while Rs 500 were deducted from my A/c. I lodged a complaint with ICICI customer Care and on dated 25/01/12 I was refunded my remaining disputed Rs. 450. But on Dated 06/02/12 my A/c was again debited Rs. 450 an explanation for that was as given be ICICI customer care Executive was that they have followed instructions and no Discrepancy was observed, they advised to discuss the matter with concerned ATM branch Manager. As I am currently posted in Bhopal so it would not be easy for me to pay a visit to bank manager. So please help me to sort the issue out.

                                  I have a savings account in State Bank of India,Chinakuri branch.On 6th February,at 11:38 am i tried to make a transaction from an Allahabad Bank Atm at Asansol. But after confirming all details about the transaction,no payment was received by me. I had entered the amount to be withdrawn as Rs.5000. No transaction slip was issued either. When i checked my account details, Rs.5000 was deducted from it. I lost Rs 5000. I want help to retrieve my lost amount.

                                    I am holding SBI credit card for the last 10 to 12 years. Of late, for the past 10 days, I have been receiving frequent SMS even one in every 5 days regarding the promotional offer, which irritates, agonises and frustrates me very much. I have told the SBI card executives through IVR three to four times requesting them to stop sending such promotional offer SMS. But, they simply say that sending such SMS is unavoidable and I will have to accept it and saying that I can cancel being the customer of SBI card, which I feel that it is not a sensible and a responsible way of looking into my querry. Hence, it is stated that such promotional offer SMS should be stopped at once.
