Respected sir , i am Govind Pd Namdev . i was deposite cheque of central bank of india damoh branch cheque No. ``054977`` Rs 15000 dated on 20/02/2012 in SBI damoh , killai naka branch damoh ,but that amount is not transfer till today in my A/c [protected] name Govind Namdev , in SBI Tendukhera dist. damoh.
plz collect/ transfer money in my A/c as soon as possible

    ATTENTION TO ALL SBI CARD USERS,

    I AM SUNITA G KULKARNI, DHARWAD USED SBI CREDIT CARD FOR 7 YEARS. MADE TRANACTIONS AND PAYMENTS PROMPTLY, BY ASKING OUR MONTHLY DUE AND OUTSTANDING TO CALL CENTRE GURGAON. BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENDS MONTHLY BILLS REGULARLY INSPITE OUR SEVERAL REQUESTS.

    IN AUGUST 11 WE MADE TRANACTIONS AND MADE PAYMENTS, AND IN ROUTINE COURSE 9N SEPTEMBER 3RD WE ASKED OUR MINIMUM DUE AND OUTSTANDING, THEY GAVE INFO. BUT THEIR INFO WAS WRONG AS PER OUR PAYMENTS, WE SURPRISED WITH THEIR WORDINGS THAT "YOU NEED NOT PAY ANY THING WE HAVE RECEIVED EXCESS PAYMENTS FROM YOUR END." HOW IT IS POSSIBLE ? NEXT DAY ONWARDS WE SENT MAILS THAT "THERE IS DISCRIPANCY IN OUR ACCOUNT OR IN GENERATING THE BILL." IN RESPONSE TO OUR MAILS THEIR REPLY WAS NO DISCRIPANCY IN YOUR ACCOUNT, WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENTS INTIME. BUT WE ARE NOT SATISFIED. WE SENT MAILS TO HIGHER AUTHORITY ABOUT DISCRIPANCY IN OUR ACCOUNT PLEASE CHEACK AND SETRIGHT, BECAUSE DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCY WE HAVE NO BILL IN OUR HAND TO TELL YOU WHAT IS THE DICRIPANCY ? BUT THEY NEGLECTED TO FIND THE DICRIPANCY. AND NOT SENT HARD COPIES.

    ALL OF A SUDDEN ON JAN 21 2012 RECEIVED CALL FROM GURGAON OFFICE AND TOLD THAT "DUE TO SBI MISTAKE WE HAVE GIVEN YOU DOUBLE CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT, WE ARE VERY SORRY, TOTAL AMONT IS 165500 NOW THIS AMOUNT WE ARE DEBITING TO YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU PLEASE PAY OFF BEORE FEB 22 2012.


    DEAR SBI CREDIT CARD USERS, PLEASE SEE HOW SBI STAFF SHOWING IRRESPONSILE IN THEIR DUTIES. INSPITE OF OUR MAILS THEY NEGLECTED AND NOW ASKED ME TO PAY HUGE AMOUNT. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE BY A COMMAN MAN ?

    THEIR NEXT STEP IS CALLING AND SENDING MESSAGES AND HARRASHING LIKE ANY THING. WE MADE COMPLAINT TO "SBI CARD CARE" BUT THEY ARE PART OF THESE CHEATERS. ONLY ONE SENTENCE REPLY RECEIVING TO OUR EVERY MAIL THAT " WE ARE LOOKING INTO MATTER SHORTLY WE WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU." BUT TILL TODAY THEY NEVER ASKED ANY INFO FROM US OR NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION.

    LODGE COMPLAINT BEFORE RBI OMBUDSMAN BANGALORE, PUBLIC GREVINCES DEPT NEWDELHI,
    AND CREDIT CARD ASSOCIATION BANGALORE WITH ALL DOCUMENTS. BUT THEY NEED TIME TO SOLVE. BUT SBI HARRAHMENT IS CONTINUING. WHAT TO DO ?

    DUE TO THEIR HARRASHMENT WE DECIDED TO PAY OFF. AND ENQUIRED PROCEDURE TO CLOSE ALL ON ONE TIME BASE. THEIR REPLY WAS FIRST YOU SEND DD THEN WE WILL CLOSE THE CARD AFTER 90 DAYS, CALL CENTRE ANOTHER PERSON TOLD SAME DAY WE WILL CLOSE AND SEND YOU NOC, ANOTHER PERSON TOLD 60 DAYS NO BODY KNOWS IN CALL CENTRE.

    WE ASKED IF WE COME THERE, CAN YOU CLOSE IN 1 OR 2 DAYS. ITS NOT POSSIBLE. " IN ONE DAY WITHOUT OUR INTIMATION, CONSENT, DEBITTING OF 165500 IS POSSIBLE " BUT ON PAYMENT OF SAME AMOUNT THEY NEED 90 DAYS. WHO KNOWS AFTER PAYMENT WHAT OTHER CHARGES THEY WILL CHARGE ? WHAT GURRANTEE THEY WILL NOT CHARGE FURTHER ?

    WHAT TO DO ? HOW TO DO ? BE CAREFULL OF SBI CREDIT CARD SERVICES.

      Ref: Loan No - [protected]

      With reference to the above loan number, I have been visiting the State Bank of India, Shanti Colony, Chennai Branch, many times. I have met Mr. Vinod to discuss on this issue. Post that, I have met up with the Branch Manager of Chief manager rank and discussed with him on the issue. I have also furnished a complaint letter.

      The car loan has been approved to me in the following rate

      1st year - 8% fixed; 2nd and 3 rd year - 11% fixed.

      The instalments have been debited from my account on regular basis. But I have received communication that the loan account is irregular. Please let me know the reason for the same.The reason for the irregularity in my car loan has not been given to me in spite of my calls/ visits/ letters/ mails to the branch officials. Its been over a month that I have been following it up with them.

        Today i closed the fixed deposit
        1 submit the receipt at 11 am to close & issue banker's cheque,
        after waiting for 15 min, asked me to come after one hour, again @ 12.30 asked to collect after 4 pm and 4.15pm again asked me to collect after 5 pm, i dropped my visiting with them . around 6 pm i recd the DD from SBI, ARUNDELPET BRANCH through their staff. TRANSACTION TAKEN PLACE MORE THAN 7 HOURS WHICH IS VERY VERY ABNORMAL
        2. Asked about TDS DETAILS , yet not recd any details or not given TDS certificate.

          Greetings !!

          I have availed Home Loan from SBI, Adalaj Branch (Branch Code: 10940) with following details.

          Name: Nilesh Dilipbhai Presswala & Menka Nilesh Presswala
          Loan Date: 5-Mar-2011
          Tenure: 15 Years
          Loan Amount: 1827867 (including insurance cover)
          Loan A/C no.: [protected]

          Now, as per enclose arrangement /loan agreement letter the interest for first year is 8.75%, 2nd Year is 9.5%, 3rd is 9.25% and thereafter floating rate will be applied.
          Further, the same was confirmed by Branch Manager Mr. Snehal Thakkar during the agreement & accordingly he has arranged the sanction and disbursement of 12 lacs to builder before end of Mar-11 in on next day itself after loan sanction. (i.e. Before end of Fix interest rate for first three year Scheme).

          However, it is very sad to say here that in my first year loan interest certificate the present interest rate applied is 10.5% instead of 8.75 %.
          When I have taken-up the issue with Branch manager (Mr. Snehal Thakkar), he said that interest rate applied is floating 10.5% which is as per your agreement.
          The revert given by Branch Manager is really very frustrating & misleading because earlier when we availed the loan at that time he himself said that your loan is under fix interest rate scheme for three years as mention in first paragraph above.

          Pls. help me to deal with this issue.

            I "Rakesh Jain" took an Housing Loan through Loan Account No- [protected]. It has been recovered and even we have got NOC on 11.08.10 against the Loan & Return back all securities. They have shown balance of Rs. 14,471/- in my CIBIL Report. Make Nil the balance amount form the CIBIL Report immediately.

            I have already submitted complaint SBI Customer side my complaint no- CC[protected] on 04.02.12.

                sir,
                way back in 2004 sbi had introduced free credit card to defence employees . i was one of them to have accepted the card but never used it after two transcation for witch i paid the pending balance and surrendered my card . however now i am on the defaulters list with sbi not sanctioing my loan stating me as defaulter . i request you to kindly tell me how to get out of this problem. i have visited sbi and given call to toll free numbers[protected] and 39020202 but no response since last ten days. my control number is 52,12,23,012 (ts reddy).

                  SIr,

                  We went to Sholinganallur SBI branch around 11.30 in the morning to deposit the cash.It took 3.5 hrs for us to complete the transaction due to the non availability of the clerks.Though the number of counters in the branch is 5,only one counter was active at a time.It is totally horrible as we cannot wait for such a long time for doing a single cash deposit.When we checked the clerks who are working in the bank,they replied inturn that there are only two staffs allocated and they cannot do anything from their end.Will SBI take any steps to overcome the issue?

                    I purchased a handset for Rs 9189 on 23 Jun 11 from posh & pomp, Nagpur. On 07 Jul 2011, I made call to SBI Card Helpline to book Flexi Pay and convert the same amount into EMI. The concerned executive calculated and instructed me that i would be able to book Flexi Pay only after i made a payment of around Rs 1700, the amount the Exec mentioned after calculating in their system. After i made payment of Rs 2000 very next day, i called up Helpline again to book Flexi Pay. This time, i was told that i could not book any FP due to some reasons which won't be disclosed to me. I tried to explained with previous day's instruction and the payment i made relating to it but they refused to listen to any. I lodged a complain regarding this matter with ref no[protected]which they provided).Subsequently i emailed to "feedback.[protected]@ge.com" on 17 July 2011 and second email to services.[protected]@ge.com - 25 July 2011. unfortunately i haven't been provided the reasons why my requested Flexi Pay was declined which was accepted initially on the first day. Due to this, i am still paying a heavy penalties and interests which is equivalent to two folds of actual cost of the handset. Till date, there is no calls from concerned departments except from Collection team. Please help me.

                    I am an SBI card holder no [protected] in my monthly statement of SBI card my total payment payable was Rs19129 and minimum payable was Rs3304 so I made a payment of Rs3304 so the total balance left after making payment is Rs 15825 according to me then after that I bought a mobile phone of Rs5000 from Flipkart so the total balance should be Rs 20825 now on my account they are showing that the total outstanding is Rs 22756 and unbilled outstanding is Rs 5396 I bought another phone on[protected] for Rs 17499 by mistake I booked flexipay on this amount on 12 October 2016 vide service no[protected] showing status is in progress I don't want to book flexipay so help me to please cancel the flexipay . I tried to contact customer support so many times regarding this issue but no response was given to me . I am going to file a case in the Consumer Court against this. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible on my email address which I have registered with you and cancel the flexipay which I have booked by mistake.

                      I have a SB account No. [protected] with SBI GURGAON (01565)& I am submitting following greivances. You are requested to redress my grievances at an early date please.

                      That Sir, I have purchased a Air India ticket through my ATM debit card ( A/c No. [protected]). But on checking my transactions, it is revealed that an amount of Rs. 2912/- has been extra debited from my account ( Twice Debit). The original purchase amount was Rs. 2912/- only. But debited twice.

                      I have preferred my complaint to concerned air india official and on checking by them they have told me that the error occured is from ATM side.A message received from Air India official which is quoted below .

                      We have checked our records ,you have tried booking twice and one transaction got failed because money not received but for the second attempt it was got success and money deducted ,tickets also issued.
                      Pls find attached details from our gateway bank shows status of payment is "failure(internal processing error)" means money not received.
                      You have to check with your bank for the reversal if debited your account twice.

                        I have withdrawn rs.11000 (eleven thousand only) on 04/02/2012 at ATM Terminal number S10A[protected] for which TXN NO.3972 was printed in the ATM customer slip.
                        But when I operated the ATM ID S10A[protected] for mini statement TXN. NO.2626 on 09/02/2012 it was found that two debits for Rs.11000/was recorded for the same date 04/02/2012.

                        ATM CARD NUMBER[protected] .

                        As I have withdrawn only Rs. 11000 cash at ATM S10A[protected] at SBI main Branch dharmapuri (0832), I request many times through personal letters and approaching the tol free customer care number of SBI.But nothing has happened even though 17 days passed after the incident.

                          Sir, I am having S B Account at S B I S.Kota (Vizianagaram District) having Account No.[protected]. I have visited SBI ATM centre at N A D Kotharoad (Visakhapatnam) on[protected] at around 6.30 P.M and put my card at ATM Machine and entered Rs.2,400 the machine shows your transaction is in process. I am waiting for 5 Miniuts but the transaction was not completed then i cancel the transaction and got a cancellation slip. Then I Put my ATM card on another Machine at the same Centre for drawing Rs. 2,000. It also shows that the transaction is in process but it was not turned out. Then I cancel the transaction and got slip in that balance nothing was mentioned. The Security Guard at that ATM Centre told that the system server was slowed down. Then I have gone to Indian Bank ATM Centre at NAD Junction and withdrawn Rs.2,000 and got a slip inwhich i Noticied that the amounts which were previously i am trying to withdrawn and SBI ATM Centre was debited even though the amount was not received. Then I get Ministatement and found that the amounts were debited to my account. I gave a complaint regarding this at State Bank of India, N.A.D Kotha Road Branch,VIsakhapatnam on[protected]. The Asst.Branch Manager who took my complaint informed that the amounts were credited within a week. But the amounts were not credited so far. I request you to kindly do justice to me and credit my amount which was previously wrong debited.

                                I, Ramesh Goud, Resident of R.C.PURAM, Medak dist. I have been maintaining SBI account from so many years Generally People believe Govt Banks Are safes and 75 to 90% people saves their hard earn money the Nationalized Banks, in the Private Banks they charge more money even for account opening and many people prefer in Andhra Pradesh S.B.I only.

                                And, in the STATE BANK OF INDIA some branches, the authorities are not taking care to the Customers properly they just neglecting them, I think they are thinking that their salary is getting from State Bank of India, That’s not correct each and every staff in the SBI, their salary is getting from the people those who have deposited their money in the banks BANK people will generate the interest from outside.

                                And In my Account I am depositing So much money and regularly I visit to the bank to deposit or Withdraw the money whenever I came there they just looking like beggars, Staff Wont care to the Customers at ALL, this is not for first Time always the staff like this, Always they neglects to the Customers why….? I don’t understand when depositing they are reckless and careless

                                Even the Branch manager did not taking care about this matter so many people are coming if they are getting any trouble the branch manager should have to take care but he always sits in his AC room for every 1 hours he should have to come outside and look towards customers they are in convenience or not, in their transactions they are satisfying or not

                                Generally The Branch Manager is not only to see the accounts in the bank, He is the complete responsible person for the Bank, When he serve to the public then only he is Right Manager

                                Finally I demand to the Chief General Manager to take necessary departmental action immediately on the Staff of Those who are neglecting to the customers, and careless to the customers

                                IF MY COMPLAINT NOT SOLVED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS I AM GOING TO COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER COURT

                                This is true and it happened to me also in SBH bank Ashok Nagar. They treat the customers like beggers, I am a software employee and I already hold accounts with international bank CITI and ICICI - the response and the way they treat the customers is very good.

                                I wanted to open an account in sbh ashok nagar, as it is near to my house, but the people here are so arrogant and they behavior towards customers is worst.
                                Finally i met the bank manager, atleast his response is good and account has been opened.
                                However, i ll be closing this shortly as i dont like the service they provide let them goto to hell. I am very much satisfied with the other banks (CITI, ICICI) even though their interest rates are a bit low than sbi, sbh (may be 1% less) but instead of going to the bank and begging them always its better to get things done easily from these banks only by sitting at home.
                                Once they start losing customers then they will know the value and how they are getting paid..

                                  i have applied for sbi credit card vide app no.[protected] in the month of jan-2012, on 24/1/2012 i have received at statement of rs 550/- from sbi credit card. on which card no.[protected] mentioned with my name, but i have not received the credit card from sbi so far ie up to 18.02.2012, it was also showing the amt of rs. 550/- payable upto 04/02/2012. please hlp me. i have tried to contact with sbi helpline but no reply after long hold of phonecalls.

                                    I have a current account in SBI maduravoyal branch at chennai. Applied for netbanking and after long follow fups by me and greate struggle by the branch staff my account was activated for netbanking in the month of october 2008. Even though I am able to login, unfortunately I not able to make transactions over net banking. while making transfer epay order is been created and when authorized for transfer tells branch not accepted to do so. failed and contact branch. While adding beneficiaries of SBI in same brach and other branches in chennai, tells the IFSC is invalid and fails to add beneficiaries. No links to contact any authorised persons of the branch. After that i got the kit of net banking but the kit is not working (username, password) then i contact with the branch manager they said me "i we give you new kit" . The all story of the month November 2011 to may 2011 but still not got any internet kit. Then i directly visit to branch now the picture very interesting there all employ's was sleeping and the branch manger on leave. But the branch manger on leave past 2 months.                                     i have an saving account in sbi akhtiyarpur (bikram) i am in need of net banking and i had also applied for the same after that i received a password and user id from the bank but somehow i deleted my user id which they had send by sms after that i have visited the branch 3 to 4 times but the authorities are not responding to my request .

                                    Please kindly help me in this matter as soon as possible because i am in great need of this service and due to your banks reputation i had opened an account in your branch despite being approached by several banking personnels.

                                        Customer service complaint page takes you to http://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/CMS.jsp . When I submit my a/c number and other details along with the problem "No accounts mapped for this username", it simply fails: This site cannot be reached. Yeah - Don't even try to tell me that my network is slow. I have a 40 MBPS connection and all others sites work flawlessly at blazing speed!

                                        SBI services are really pathetic. I really do not understand - does SBI even bother to check whether their online services work at all?
