I face the same problem, i changed my registration, Now i am not able to change the MPIN, when I tried to change the MPIN, Transactions over GPRS not allowed for your account go to the setting and change channel to GPRS, When I tried to change the chanel, two times it ask the MPIN and says Request to change channel is accepted and under progress wait for replay SMS. Pleas help...

This Error Message is received if
User is registered through SMS Banking Mode : i.e. MPIN Changed through SMPIN, on [protected].
And if such a SMS Banking or WAP Mode Registered User ID is being used through the Freedom Application such an error will be received.
If the User desires to Use MBS through Freedom Application Based Mode, then to convert to Application mode of MBS.
Use the option “forgot MPIN” in Freedom, Change the Default MPIN received under setting>>change mpin options in through Freedom Application, & Register / Validate the Account through ATM (with a pre condition that the Mobile Number being registered for MBS is already updated at the CIF of the Primary account, being registered for MBS) / Branch CBS Online option no. 3 “Validation after forgot MPIN” .
Forgot MPIN request can now be made from any registered Mobile irrespective of the mode of registration by sending SMS “SFPIN<space>UserId” eg: SFPIN abc123 to [protected] or 567676 .
Please Note that the Mode through which the User changes the Default MPIN (either received initially or on use of the option “Forgot MPIN”) decides the MODE on which the User gets registered.
