I having sbi credi card no [protected],but i have never use this card ,still i am getting credit card bills & also settlement letter & harrashment calls from SBI.
Todays i got called from DELHI & GURGAON SBI Card[protected] he talking very rudely & using bad words.
They giving me settlement offer but which card i never use how can i pay ?
Also SBI Credit card sent legal notice.
Please look in to this matter urgently.

SBI Credit Card — UNUSED CREDIT CARD BILL

I having sbi credi card no [protected],but i have never use this card ,still i am getting credit card bills & also settlement letter & harrashment calls from SBI.

Todays i got called from Channai ([protected]) and asking me to pay 5042 immediate.

    Hello,
    My father (age 75) withdraws money from SBI ATM near home as he holds account with SBI. Some days back he got Rs500 note which bank claims as FAKE and hence denies to refund. In a way my father lost Rs500 for no fault of his. Surprisingly, instead of destroying the note bank handed over the same back to my father.
    The note is slightly faded (kind of washed out) but the marks are clear. I have tried to check on web and I dont see "0FQ" series appearing in the list of fake number series lists for Rs500.

    Kindly let me know what best can be done and if money can be recovered.

      This is to bring to your notice that my SBI credit card was blocked ten years due non payment but I have made the payment but it showed some balance. I have written to them many time complaining about it and also personally went to nearest office but to surpirse that my name or card did not figure inthe database and showed no records on my card and also showed NIL balance and they promised to revert . instead of reverting my card was tagged someone balance and the letter sent earlier showed someother card no. today my name is in the CIBIL list . Pls interevne and help to clear my name

      i am g.v.guruswamy. my sbi credit card number is [protected]. my last month bill was having extra amount 5500/ was billed.we was not dealing cellent solutions lim delhi.but sbi card statment amount 5500/.you please consel this amount.
      sub: SBI credit card number is[protected].. NAME: R.RANGANATHAN.. please refer to your sms of 23rd january 2012 regarding transaction of Rs.5499 made on my SBI credit card ----4849 at dining plus on 23rd january 2012.
      i have not received any dining card and also i have not spent any amount as stated by you..
      in your credit card statement of 13.10.2011 for Rs.36, 381.86 due on 2.11.11 for which i have remitted amount of Rs. 36, 381.86 vide Syndicate bank, nandanam. cheque number: 232846 dated 1.11.11 which was credited to your account on 3.11.11 as shown in your statement of 13.11.11 and you have shown Rs. 1487.70 as outstanding balance. this amount of Rs.1487.70 was remitted by me vide SBI, thousand lights, chennai-600006 by cheque number: 052804 dated 1.12.11, which was received by you on 3.12.11. and with that my amount of outstanding stands 'NIL' and i have informed you over phone that i don't want to continue further. but you have sent a statement of 13.1.12 stating that an amount of Rs.557.87 + Rs.222.89
      since i am not interested in continuing my transaction i have written a letter by speed post to State Bank Of India customer care centre, gurgaon, chandigarh
      i would now request you to cancel this amount of Rs.780.86 and also withdraw the amount of Rs.5499 shown as spent by me by dining plus which was not at all spent by me
      i am cutting my credit card into two and sending to SBI card care centre, gurgaon
      so please treat my account closed and fully settled

            helow sir ,

            when i first applied for education loan in sbi i followed the website
            and applied by default my interest rate was set to floating at 11.25 % ( i.e For loans upto Rs.4 lacs
            3.75% above Base Rate, currently 11.35% p.a.) source sbi website

            but later i found that the interest rate kept on fluctuating to
            11.50% to 11.75 % to 12% even 12 .5 % but in your website there is no
            information that the education loan will be fluctuating like this ,
            and the bank keeps on increasing or decreasing the interest rate with
            out my intimation.

            i would like to know is this not the breach to right to information as wrong information has been provided to me and hence sbi cheating me of my money wrongfully ???

            i want to know why am i paying 12% when its mentioned in the website
            its mentioned as 11.25???

            this is my 3 rd email with out any response from your side, if this
            email also goes un noticed i am sorry but i will have to move to
            consumer forum, would appreciate a constructive answer from any of the members out here

              I am R.P.SERMAMRAJ, Last Year(2009) I will go to State bank of India(Kamarajar salai, Madurai branch) for opening the Saving account, I will ask the A/C opening form to help Desk. the banker cannot give the A/C opening form and he said "No I will not give the A/C opening form to the students, Get out from the bank", and he will murmuring(scolding me). state bank of India will treating New A/C openers as very cheep.

                I am DR. BANAMALI BALA , have SBI Credit Card no-[protected]

                On 27/10/2010 I received a call on my mobile([protected]) from the no [protected] and he told that he is calling from SBI CREDIT CARD Head Office, Delhi. He already knew my 16digit credit card no and I am selected for an award so he wants the CVV no and exp. date of the card. I am 65yrs old, I don't know all the rules of the usage of credit card.

                On 28/10/2010 I got a SMS from SBI Credit CARD of the confirmation of transaction of Rs.5,514/ by Travel Chacha, which was not my transaction.

                So I called at the no 39020202 to give the complaint and blocked the Card.

                After repetitive calls to SBI to block the transaction they asked me to call aster 48 Hours for any action from their side. Then they informed it is only after the transaction has been billed will they be able to help after 21 days.

                Pl help me.

                  I have saving A/C in SBI AF Campus at Bagdogra (A/c No [protected]).I opened fresh demat account in SBI Mangaldeep Buliding Siliguri Branch on 6th Aug 2010.After this date there is no response.                         I am holding a savings bank account at Pallavaram Branch, Chennai for nearly 10 years as joint account with my Mothers name,. She was expired in the month of june 2006. I have submitted a letter on 25th august 2006 to that branch to remove my mother name and want to use only on my name. The accontant informed me that the name has been removed. No i have applied for new debit card as my old one was damaged. I have paid Rs 200.00 in order to get the new card.

                        On 28th of October i have received the new card and i shocked because the card carrying my mother's name. So i went to that pallavaram branch and approched the person in the counter number 1. He was not giving much care and told me that the CIF name is in my mother's name, thats why the card produced in that name. I asked how i got the previous card in my name, He is not in a position to answered my question, he want me contact the accountant. I approached the accountant, he advised though its a joint account, my mother name is in primary name so unable to remove. I asked they why this was not told to me earlier when i was submitted the letter on 2006. He advised me to close the account and want to open a new account.

                        Then I approached the so called chief manager of that branch and explained my situation, initally he told me the same thing what the accountant told. I said how should i know the banking process. Then he really got temperred and told me that every one saying the same statement if any problem arise. I advised i am not a banking staff to know every thing, He advised he is also not know every thing, I really dissappointed the way i was treated by the branch manager, due to this frustration i told that i can close my account, immediately he told me to close the account if i want. Is this the way the branch manager act in this situation?

                        I said i'm holding this account for 10 years, problem araised because of this carelessness of the bank employee, I said i will make a big complaint against the branch, then he finally want me to submit a letter stating to remove my mothers name completely from the account, He provided the bank paper to write the letter. I provided the letter.

                        for the last three days i am trying customer care nos. and i have tried about 14 nos. both toll free and non toll free, that too four times each , either no is busy or nobody picking up phone its really a limit , i have a serious issue , i am facing great trouble. money is deducted without any issue and new account is not showing on the online account.

                          I am an employee of NTPC Ltd. Singrauli Super Thermal Power Station. I have completed my age of 58 years on Sept. 2010 and eligible for State Govt. Pension as per rules of NTPC. It is regret to say that my pension has not yet sent to SBI Chadausi, I have submitted all the relevent doccuments in support of pension.                             i sent this following mail to METTUR DAM -SBI BRANCH- look blow

                            i am working in CHENNAI and my home bank is there(mettur dam), frequently i cant go Chennai- mettur for this work so, i sent mail to them which they printed their mail id on my acc book front page

                            but i didn't get reply for my 8-mails, after that i called that branch, the staff talk Rude and asked me
                            come and check every day bye visiting our branch

                            i told that ,Sir i am working in Chennai, how can i visit often,,,and requested him
                            but he cut the line with these word...call us after 4.30pm

                            even city side banks are going busily but they not pronouns such manner, but in rural side..they serving like this

                            I have to renew my aunt, s pass port which has short validity of one year, I contacted on tel and requested thru' email to mumbai passport office regarding online renewal procedure, but there is no response. Tel has IVRS and has no menu or no individual support for short validity passport how to get it renewed.

                                  Dear Concerned,

                                  Threatening calls [and in very cheap language] are being received by me and my family from SBI. The case details are as under:

                                  My name is Tapesh Aggarwal and I'm a Class I officer in a leading PSU General Insurance Co. in Delhi.

                                  Many years before, SBI issued me a card which was promised to be "free of any Annual or other fee". However, when I used the card for the first and the only time for filling Petrol in my bike [Rs. 100/- + rs. 10/- of charges i.e., total Rs. 110/- ] I was sent a bill which included Rs. 350/- as annual fee. I took up the matter with their Customer Care for resolution but they didn't even care to issue me a complaint / case ID. after 1-2 months, even the card was blocked.

                                  Nothing happened for next 3-4 years, then one fine day SBI sent me an inflated bill of Rs. 3500/- approx. I again took up the matter, but again everything went quiet after 15-20 days and no reference no. was given to me for furtherance of the matter.

                                  again last year somebody initiated from SBI and forced me to settle the bill for "Rs. 1000/-" as full and final settlement. Upon enquiry it was discovered that it was probably an agency hired by SBI who didn't even provide conclusive letter to the fact. I requested them for 2 things:

                                  1. on what basis they arrive at Rs. 1000/-

                                  2. Letter providing details in point 1 above and that a payment would be full and final settlement.

                                  The agency failed to provide them and again went quiet.

                                  Now from yesterday onwards, my family is getting treatening calls from SBI. a certain Mr. Rajendra Chauhan had called up saying there is a case in Rohini, Delhi court by SBI File No. DL660134, Case No. 8008198. He left his no. as[protected].

                                  Undersigned tried to contact him on phone but apparently this no. does not exist.

                                  My family gave him my mobile no. [protected] which he failed to call and persisted with threatening calls to my family.

                                  I want to settle the payment which I always maintained in every conversation but the outgo I wish to be rational. Am I at fault? Especially when it was SBI who is at fault. I'm sure that even if SBI tries to, they will not be able to locate "Charge Slip" but I'm a prudent man and want to pay for my expenses. But I cannot allow anybody to rob me or threaten me.

                                    I have to say, getting the Net banking account activated was a breeze but my experience plunged downhill thereon. The site has an issue when trying add a biller (in my case Fidelity SIP) and it is throwing an minor error while trying to register. I had reported this 2 weeks back. the first response took 5 days, in which they gave me a resolution and asked me to send a screen shot if i got the error again. As expected, i got the error again and sent them the screen shot. Ever since there has been no response whatsoever. I have been updating the comments section almost daily , asking for at least an acknowledgment of the screen shot or an update about how long it will take to fix the issue but there has been no update at all. I have decided to wait another week before i opt out of SBI services for good.

                                    online sbi high security password is not receiving to my qatar mobile number..why?
                                    I am an SBI personal a/c holder . I have my a/c with your Pallickal Branch, Alappuzha, Kerala
                                    My A/C Num : [protected]. I have activated my internet banking also.Last month i have reached here in Qatar, and changed my mobile number also.Now the problem is i am not receiving the High Security Password to my Qatar number.Why it comes lik this..what's the pbm?

                                    This is my first comment after having problems with your Chintpurni Branch (Br. Code 2327) for the last more than a year - can you believe an Internet Banking Branch of State Bank of India doing it! I strongly feel that the Customers must come together to address their grievances, otherwise we all customers will be where we are.
                                    And How many comments does State Bank of India? I have already emailed more than 19 times in more than a year to the concerned Branch and its Seniors. Their system must speak as to where I am speaking from!
                                    i have problem with sbi bank.my branch name is sbi pithampur (m.p.)my salary account in this bank.i want tranjection permison to the bank but last 3days bank and bank employes give no any type of response.i have alredy give reqest form and mobile banking form.due to this issue iam not doing any type of trajection either mobile banking, i reqest to you pls solve this problem

                                    sir, my account no is [protected] in SBI mohinder garh, Haryana CODE no 4946. i got personal loan on my pay account which is paramilitary salary package(PMSP) .interest rate of pmsp account personal loan is 14.50% per NM. but my bank deduct at the rate od 15% per NM . i have already submitted all document in my branch. kindly rectifi my interest rate.
                                    reaching there customer care no is highly pathetic, trying from the last 2 hrs but getting the message its busy, what the !!! In the website they mentioned they will provide the high class service to there customer and this is what we are getting. Pathetic...
                                    I am facing issues when i am trying to transfer money an error keeps coming up. how is this happening on SBI main site. these are basic functionalties that abank should provide without customers facing issues with it. Every department within SBI is inept and with no care to support customer.

                                      I Er.Ajay Kaushal and my wife applied for sbi credit card.But didn't even activated/availed any service belongs to it as the limit of credit card was not sanctioned what we were committed at the filling of the form by the then marketing executive. We therefore,returned the card and relevant documents to the SBI head office 11, Parliament road,Post Box # 28,G.P.O New Delhi on 29/03/2007.We even informed this on their helpline so many times.The courior receipt and letter/application was also faxed to Sh.Raj Verma But still we so often get the calls from their representatives with abusive and absurd talks to my wife and me.Some of details of numbers are as follows

                                      SBI Credit Card — relevant charges.

                                      I am Lakshman Chandra poddar.

                                      I have been issued SBI Card no [protected] recently but unable to activate. I tried to contact with customer care but no proper response from them but rather I am getting phone call from SBI Customer care and asking for payment of Rs.2250.

                                      If my card is not activated how can they charge?

                                      Now I decided not to use this Card so, please block my Card and do not disturb me by phone.
