Hi,

I held a PPF account (A/c Name :- Gyan Chand; A/C no 5058) in head post office Sri Ganganagar.

I submitted an application on Jun 2, 2010 to The Manager, State bank of India Sri Ganganagar, for the transfer of this account from Post office to the bank.

The application was submitted with the original passbook, for which the receipt was given.

The post office confirmed that the PPF account was closed on Jun 14, 2010 and sent to SBI Sriganganagar.

During my recent visit on Oct 14, 2010 I visited SBI Sri Ganganangar but the bank officials said that they have not received any cheque from PPF yet, and hence my account is not opened in SBI.

I am not able to find any information from Post office and state bank official are not cooperating with me.

Can you please look into this as soon as possible and update me through my email [protected]@yahoo.com or call me at +[protected].

    I sent a request for top up of 25/- for my vodafone mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for successful transaction.But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 6th nov2010.I also sent the problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to inform you that I have received my CIBIL Report today which show that my Status is "Written Off" for a SBI Credit Card, Account No. XXXX8447.

        As per records, this card was issued to me on[protected] and was closed within 5 months, ie.[protected]., showing a High Credit of 674.

        Please note that I have not received any such Credit Card from SBI, and till date, I have not used even this Credit Card, hence please let me know why and how, this card was issued in my Name, and how the Report is Showing a High Credit of 674.

        I would like to have the Details of the Tranaction, please, and who made the Transaction. I have escalated the matter to SBI Cards Customer Support, SBI Cards Support Head, SBI Cards VP, etc, and have been following them up for the past 5days, but I have not heard from them yet. They are so pathetic in their customer service.

        I am to apply for a home Laon, but I fear that my Loan might get rejected due to this incorrect act from SBI and unprofessional attitude of their customer support in not responding to any queries. All my other Data, loans eetec are correctly reflected in CIBIL without any issues, except this SBI Card issue.

        Please advise, as this is extremely critical, and I have also lost hope from these so call Credt Card givers.

        Also, please let me know your SLA for Response.

        SBI Cards — sending bills & unsolicited card

        SBI cards is sending me credit card without asking & send bills even if I am not using it.

        It has happened several times.

          I Jyotibrata Haldar have an account at SBI Kalindi(near lake town) branch.Account No-: [protected].On 3rd november 2010 my sister was trying to withdraw Rs. 8000 from the HDFC back using the atm card of the aforementioned account number. After completing all the formalities (ie..giving pin,with drawl amount etc) the screen showed that transaction was being processed - then the screen showed that "do you want to further continue"...It skipped the step "take your cash"...And checking the available balance again, account is showing that Rs-8000 has been debited from the account. But in reality she didn't receive the money in cash.

            I have applied for a credit card from State Bank of India through the special scheme for defence personel "DSP". I have a saving account with the Deccan Gymkhana Brach Pune. However I was informed by the concerned official from the bank that my application has been rejected on the grounds that the permission has been denied by the Cbill. I have credit cards from ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and CITI bank and NO repeat NO payment is due till date.

            I am unable to undersand that being an serving Army officer and having sufficient balance in saving account as well as FDs in the bank, why my application has been rejected.

                This in regard to Debit card lost case. When i first went to SBI Shahdara Branch after FIR for my lost wallet in oct,2010, one of employee told me to just fill new Debit Card form and drop in box & nothing else, even he doesn't required the FIR copy but i anyway droped FIR copy & Debit card form with all my details. Now after 15 days when i again went om 2/11/2010, other officials told me to first call on customer care and then fill new form for Debit Card. When i asked for customer care no. they told me to copy from ATM outside. I copied the no. i tried but none of the number got connected. Today i took customer care no. from website but this new no. is also not getting connected. so, i mail my all request to their helpline e - mail. Please help me asap bcoz i am afraid if someone uses my card and withdraw or any misheppens i want SBI to take the blame.

                      I have deposited One Lakh and TwentyFive Thousand Rupees as bank guarantee for working in MAYTAS INFRA for a period of two years on September 13th 2008. I have completed two years and two months still i didnt get my deposit money back to me.Despite all my efforts(frequent calls,visiting the bank) there is no proper action taken towards my amount.Not only this there are many blounders committed by there staff like entering the names wrong, keeping the deposited amount with them, not responding to the consumer's problems. I have opted for payment of my monthly pension in my account number [protected] at State Bank of India, Salugara(Siliguri), District- Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. I have to submit that I have not yet been paid my monthly pension so far. It is, therefore, requested that steps be taken for payment of my pension and oblige.

                          I have a Salaried Savings Account on State Bank of India, NCL Campus.
                          SBI Process is so slow that my salary has never been deposited on 1st of any month. Rather my friends who have their account with other banks such as Punjab National Bank, ICICI, IDBI get their salary on 1st of every month dot.
                          This has happened with me for the past 6 years, escept for few rare occasions wherein my salary is deposited in time.
                          The Bank authorities should take necessary action on this issue

                            I have MBS on my saving bank account. From Last 10 days this Mobile Banking Service not working Properly and I am unable to do any transaction. When I try to do any Transaction then I recieved a massage:
                            "Transactions over GPRS and SMS not allowed for your account code=943"

                            I have already submitted complaint by internet in online complaint form as Complaint Ticket Number : CC[protected].
                            But there are no responce from SBI.
                            I also send a email as a complaint to the SBI branch but its branch also not give any responce.
                            So Please solve my problem. and start again my Mobile Banking service on my mobile.

                            The User ID for WAP based service is distinct from the User ID used for application based service. If you use the same User ID that is being used over application based service to transact over WAP, you will be disabled from the application based service. This restriction has been placed for security reasons. You can change over from WAP mode to application based service with the same User ID by the following procedure: - - - - Main Menu > Settings > Forgot MPIN > send the message. The ‘Forgot MPIN’ option can also be accessed from the main screen while using WAP. A default MPIN will be received. Change MPIN. Register at ATM or branch again. The User ID can now be used over application based service

                            I face the same problem, i changed my registration, Now i am not able to change the MPIN, when I tried to change the MPIN, Transactions over GPRS not allowed for your account go to the setting and change channel to GPRS, When I tried to change the chanel, two times it ask the MPIN and says Request to change channel is accepted and under progress wait for replay SMS. Pleas help...

                            This Error Message is received if

                            User is registered through SMS Banking Mode : i.e. MPIN Changed through SMPIN, on [protected].

                            And if such a SMS Banking or WAP Mode Registered User ID is being used through the Freedom Application such an error will be received.


                            If the User desires to Use MBS through Freedom Application Based Mode, then to convert to Application mode of MBS.

                            Use the option “forgot MPIN” in Freedom, Change the Default MPIN received under setting>>change mpin options in through Freedom Application, & Register / Validate the Account through ATM (with a pre condition that the Mobile Number being registered for MBS is already updated at the CIF of the Primary account, being registered for MBS) / Branch CBS Online option no. 3 “Validation after forgot MPIN” .
                            Forgot MPIN request can now be made from any registered Mobile irrespective of the mode of registration by sending SMS “SFPIN<space>UserId” eg: SFPIN abc123 to [protected] or 567676 .

                            Please Note that the Mode through which the User changes the Default MPIN (either received initially or on use of the option “Forgot MPIN”) decides the MODE on which the User gets registered.

                              I having sbi credi card no [protected],but i have never use this card ,still i am getting credit card bills & also settlement letter & harrashment calls from SBI.
                              Todays i got called from DELHI & GURGAON SBI Card[protected] he talking very rudely & using bad words.
                              They giving me settlement offer but which card i never use how can i pay ?
                              Also SBI Credit card sent legal notice.

                                Hello,
                                My father (age 75) withdraws money from SBI ATM near home as he holds account with SBI. Some days back he got Rs500 note which bank claims as FAKE and hence denies to refund. In a way my father lost Rs500 for no fault of his. Surprisingly, instead of destroying the note bank handed over the same back to my father.
                                The note is slightly faded (kind of washed out) but the marks are clear. I have tried to check on web and I dont see "0FQ" series appearing in the list of fake number series lists for Rs500.

                                Kindly let me know what best can be done and if money can be recovered.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that my SBI credit card was blocked ten years due non payment but I have made the payment but it showed some balance. I have written to them many time complaining about it and also personally went to nearest office but to surpirse that my name or card did not figure inthe database and showed no records on my card and also showed NIL balance and they promised to revert . instead of reverting my card was tagged someone balance and the letter sent earlier showed someother card no. today my name is in the CIBIL list . Pls interevne and help to clear my name

                                  dear sir/madam

                                  i am g.v.guruswamy. my sbi credit card number is [protected]. my last month bill was having extra amount 5500/ was billed.we was not dealing cellent solutions lim delhi.but sbi card statment amount 5500/.you please consel this amount.
                                  sub: SBI credit card number is[protected].. NAME: R.RANGANATHAN.. please refer to your sms of 23rd january 2012 regarding transaction of Rs.5499 made on my SBI credit card ----4849 at dining plus on 23rd january 2012.
                                  i have not received any dining card and also i have not spent any amount as stated by you..
                                  in your credit card statement of 13.10.2011 for Rs.36, 381.86 due on 2.11.11 for which i have remitted amount of Rs. 36, 381.86 vide Syndicate bank, nandanam. cheque number: 232846 dated 1.11.11 which was credited to your account on 3.11.11 as shown in your statement of 13.11.11 and you have shown Rs. 1487.70 as outstanding balance. this amount of Rs.1487.70 was remitted by me vide SBI, thousand lights, chennai-600006 by cheque number: 052804 dated 1.12.11, which was received by you on 3.12.11. and with that my amount of outstanding stands 'NIL' and i have informed you over phone that i don't want to continue further. but you have sent a statement of 13.1.12 stating that an amount of Rs.557.87 + Rs.222.89
                                  since i am not interested in continuing my transaction i have written a letter by speed post to State Bank Of India customer care centre, gurgaon, chandigarh
                                  i would now request you to cancel this amount of Rs.780.86 and also withdraw the amount of Rs.5499 shown as spent by me by dining plus which was not at all spent by me
                                  i am cutting my credit card into two and sending to SBI card care centre, gurgaon
                                  so please treat my account closed and fully settled

                                    with due respect and most humble submission I sh. Premjit singh A/C
                                    no. [protected] which was opened at SBI Paona Bazar Imphal (Manipur) .
                                    However my ATM card and Pass Book has been lost at Manipur. I
                                    therefore, requested that you may kindly block the above mentioned
                                    account no. as ear lily as possible please.

                                    i loss my money sir.in 8th march i was draw in axis bank atm in ameerpet branch.but money not coming only receipt are coming.at the same time i was checked in sbi atm 2000rs wihdrawl transaction.i am not getting money sir

                                      on dated 29/10/2010 could not receive the amt of rs 500 from ATM due to some technical error in MACHINE. balance has been deducted. atm id is S10E[protected] AT C-193/1 CC ROAD RAJAJIPURAM LUCKNOW UP. my TXN NO IS 2071..... I HAVE LODGED application to BRANCH MANAGR of above....... but no action has been taken..............

                                        helow sir ,

                                        when i first applied for education loan in sbi i followed the website
                                        and applied by default my interest rate was set to floating at 11.25 % ( i.e For loans upto Rs.4 lacs
                                        3.75% above Base Rate, currently 11.35% p.a.) source sbi website

                                        but later i found that the interest rate kept on fluctuating to
                                        11.50% to 11.75 % to 12% even 12 .5 % but in your website there is no
                                        information that the education loan will be fluctuating like this ,
                                        and the bank keeps on increasing or decreasing the interest rate with
                                        out my intimation.

                                        i would like to know is this not the breach to right to information as wrong information has been provided to me and hence sbi cheating me of my money wrongfully ???

                                        i want to know why am i paying 12% when its mentioned in the website
                                        its mentioned as 11.25???

                                        this is my 3 rd email with out any response from your side, if this
                                        email also goes un noticed i am sorry but i will have to move to
                                        consumer forum, would appreciate a constructive answer from any of the members out here
