Hello Sir,
Abhaya Pandey this side, i got my account opened in SBI Bank, Sushant Lok Branch , Gurgaon on 9th of November, my a/c no. is [protected]. It's been 20 days now i havn't received my kit of ATM Card and cheque book, which, according to them has been forwarded to me on 11th of November 2010, they have also given me docket no. of the parcel for that matter, about which on enquiring, i found that no such parcel has been arrived in Speed Post Department till date. Now Bank's personnel have raised their hands that they are helpless in this and according to speed post dpt. they cannot do anything untill unless the parcel is received in either of Speed Post offices.

when i tried the other no. of Mumbai office as they told me that ATM cards are issued by Mumbai office only, there is no response from their side, my phone is has not been even picked.

Please help me out as I am now so dipressed, plz stop harrasing me and torchuring me mentally.......i request you people humbly that please halp me out, esolving this issue.

    It seems that staff of State Bank of India, Alipore is not willing to give proper service to the customer. I told you all what actually what happen with my mother.
    My mother visited the bank few weeks back for extending our fixed deposit account for next three months.

    you wud b astonsished . wat they told my mother. They told her that processing ur request require three days.So come after three days..
    After three days What I found was that .. FD was extended to 3 YEARS rather than what had been told to extend to...
    This is terrific service by STATE bank of india ALIPORE.

    Even when I go there to open my account .... Un logo ne mujhe 2 ghante tak chakar kataya.

    When I first appraoch the receptionist., she told me that go and ask the SERVICE MANAGER. and when i asked the service mangaer. he told me that approach the another person. and you that person come after 1 hour and he again ask me to go to service manager.. As i was getting late for office. So I had left without getting details about opening the account... and lastly I open my bank Acount in ANDHRA BANK. that is also within half an hour.
    Indian Govt. has to immediately terminate such employee, if such complaints are being found.
    There should not be any places for those in organisation like SBI who do not have the right attitude to work.

      all employee of sbi niyamatpur branch even manager always speak rudely . what a customer can do? I request in niyamatpur sbi branch (10223)to give me atm cade which i lost but but they denie to give any infomation to me . customer care i can apply my cade only for home branch . from 06/11/2011 i contunusly requesting for that but till now i did not get . i request for sbi net banking , ...........I dont have any instrument to withdraw my money so that so that i can live in this world . what i do? what i do? how i live? where is service? this is the best service given by sbi in remot area so that a simple people alway remain in the catch of lender even the have they have there there won money . how i get foot? help me? help me. please .................help me.

        Myself Ravindra Singh Bais. I have saving account in State Bank of India, Branch Ramtek, Dist. Nagpur.
        I get Internet banking UserId/password from bank on 08/11/2010. And Still it is not activated.
        I contacted to customer care but they are not able to do any helf. Currently I am residing in Mumbai. And It is not possible to visit branch at Ramtek. beacuse it is arround 900 km from here. So I requested to you to get activate my internet banking userid/password. A/C No is[protected].

        I am hoping to get resolve my issue ASAP.

        Dear Madam,

        Kindly note that on dated 02/03/2012 i have TRY to withdrawn the cash at UCO ATM, Ramtek, but cash is not withdrawn and slip coming out as "unable to processes".Details as given below,

        My a/c no[protected]

        cash try to withdrawn-600Rs( code UCO 7218)
        cash try to withdrawn-1000 Rs(code UCO 7219)

        But cash is not withdrawn from UCO ATM and the an amount of 1600 Rs is debited from my SBI accont

        So kindly arrange to return back of my amount of 1600 Rs from UCO to my SBI account.

          Dear Sir,
          I retired as CTO from Naval Armament Inspectorate, Jabalpur on 30Th april2011, my ‘PPO No. C/NAVY/17604/2010 dt. 25/1/2011’ was forwarded by the department to ‘ SBI, Kamla Nehru Nager, Branch(7665), the pension for the month of May 2011 & retirement dues have not been received till date, on enquiry, it is observed from the local SBI bank branch that your PPO has been misplaced by the SBI(CPPC) Branch Govindpura, Bhopal, and dues could not be paid in mean time.
          Due to non receipt of pension and retirement dues I am facing, Finanacial crunch, and mental / physical tesion in this age of 60 years, damaging my health.
          It is requested to please pay attension towards this matter seriously and take early necessary action, for payment of my dues.

                  My name is Anup Dsouza
                  I had been to SBI Bank Virar west branch today
                  The Bank timings are 9:30 am
                  but the Employes come in at 9:45 am
                  and start working at 10:00am

                  People working are not at all Professional
                  don't know how to talk
                  I had an interaction with one of the employee
                  when i raised these issues
                  He says
                  "you are not doing me a favour by visiting our bank"

                  Customer Service
                  Is this Customer Service???
                  People wake up rather than opening an account in such banks
                  Better open an account with a nationalised bank
                  They atleast know how to talk

                  I ve decided never ever to do any transactions with SBI Bank

                  Dear sir

                  Today early morning, my mom's handbag was stolen which had all the debit cards and mobile phone in it. I called SBI customer care to block the debit card however they simply denied to help me out without the card number or a message from registered mobile number. I explained thats not possible because of the unfortunate theft. However they simply stated Bank is not at all responsible for this and we cant help you with this. I urged to help me with other details i had (i.e, address, mobile no., pan, DOB, etc).
                  On the other had I really appreciate the spontaneous service of Punjab National Bank, they immediately helped me out.

                  State Bank of India has no sentiments/ or value for customers money. Neither they care for us.

                  Felt helpless and now in loss only because of State Bank Of India

                    On 25th/11/2010 i hd widrawn 25000 csh from an PNB atm (I.D.-N1470800) with card of SBI bank with no.[protected], but i have got just 20000 out of 25000 & it is showing that the total 25000 is widrawn but as i told you i have got 20000 only.

                    Pls inform the SBI in writing of such complaint immediately and also inform the PNB branch to which this ATM is linked (by submitting an acknowledgement recd from SBI) and also take an acknowledgement from PNB. (this measure is suggested as a prudent man)

                    Check out with SBI for further information, but do correspond with SBI in writing as u r their customer and they have a privity of contract with u and not PNB.

                      Deposited my documents to open a New Saving Account on 10 Nov.2010 in State Bank of India at Jawahar vyapar bhawan branch, as working with the Company Situtated in Tolstoy House opposite to State Trading Corporation (STC) Building, but sorry to state that they had lost/misplaced my signed papers and not responding properly. As regarding above stated matter had contacted servel persons in the bank but all gone in vein.

                      Kindly do the needful in this matter.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have taken home loan from SBI 8 years back. I used to get provisional interest certificate from bank every year for tax-declaration purpose to my employer. But this year (Year[protected], branch have denied me to provide such certificate. I have spoken with Chief Manager Mr Ramesh Chand and he wrote the denial on my application as well. According to him there is no such provision in the bank to provide this certificate. I am really shocked to learn about this and totally clue less now.

                        I need your help to get such certificate from SBI. I am writing my details as follows -

                        There is something called as provisional certificate but these nationalized banks have moved to a software called Iflex and in that a format called CH31 form has been removed this year (2010 Dec) (My experience is from Canara Bank, Banagalore). So i took the actual amount of interest certificate and principal and got the same manually updated with provisional values with their signatures/seal on it. Funny but they have moved this report to SAP business objects but when i struggled myself in their system could figure that it still exists but comes out as empty values !!!

                          Divya Dhodi (AVP-Customer Services)
                          Here i am sending my all documents, which has been send by SBI Credit Card and along with that my bank's pass-book xerox copy, these all documents will say that you are harassing me.
                          Because after debited my cheque no:000008, dated:03/09/10 of Rs.801/- your latter saying it has been returned due to insufficient funds, in reply of that my bank's(BOB) pass-book xerox copy shows that it is cleared on dated:13/10/2010 and the balance amount Rs.978/-,
                          Secondly, your monthly statement of dated:23/10/2010 shows payment received cheque no:000008 of amount Rs.801/-. Moreover i also spoke to Mr. Soman on dtd:12/10/10 about my cheque no:000008 of Rs.801/-, he said it is cleared and outstanding amount is NIL.
                          After all these i am receiving a latter dtd:12/11/2010 by your Divya Dhodi (AVP-Customer Services) says due to insufficient funds my cheque is returned.
                          After this i spoke to Mr. Atmanand on dt:18/11/10 and eulogized complaintof the same, it No:[protected]complaint no), and he demand me to get the certificate of clearing from my Bank i.e. BOB, that also i have got it but is chargeable of Rs.33/-, which is will take credit from SBI credit card.
                          BOB's clearing certificate no.FERTIL/2010 dtd:22/11/2010.
                          This matter is good for MIDIA or NEWS PAPERS and also for RBI to get justification of above matter. I must claim charges of Harassment by human-rights.
                          So please justify the above matter and reply me as fast as possible. So then i can take farther steps to get justification.

                          Here i am sending my all documents, (please have look on the attachment.)
                          which has been send by SBI Credit Card and along with that my bank's pass-book xerox copy,
                          these all documents will say that you are harassing me.
                          Because after debited my cheque no:000008, dated:03/09/10 of Rs.801/- your latter saying it has been returned due to insufficient funds, in reply of that my bank's(BOB) pass-book xerox copy shows that it is cleared on dated:13/10/2010 and the balance amount Rs.978/-,
                          Secondly, your monthly statement of dated:23/10/2010 shows payment received cheque no:000008 of amount Rs.801/- Moreover i also spoke to Mr. Soman on dtd:12/10/10 about my cheque no:000008 of Rs.801/-, he said it is cleared and outstanding amount is NIL.
                          After all these i am receiving a latter dtd:12/11/2010 by your Divya Dhodi (AVP-Customer Services) says due to insufficient funds my cheque is returned.

                            Hello,

                            as I seen the complaintants made by others, mine is also some what same case. I am havling a SBI credit card long back (i.e. around 7-8 months back) i received call from SBI sponcer comapny saying that we will offer you Holiday package with nominal amount and a gift as a human being i have also agreed for the offer and after some time I received voucher & gift (a Polo Watch) with daed line to submission of tour voucher (it is till 09/12/10) so, my family & my self were planned the tour programme and we hav send the list to Concerned address thru courier and they confirmed the receipt by SMS to my mobile. But now the issue is it already 3-4 months over but still they have not send me the tour details are any thing no communnication from them.

                            the had given the dead line for us to send the voucher back with mentioning our conveniyant date (3 opption were there) thou we mention Sept,Oct & Nov dates till now no communication from them (now I have forgateen the dates also).

                            so, now my hubble request is kindly guide me how to get back the money which they already charged to my credit card Rs 6067/- atlest if i get 80% it is fine.

                            So, kindly guide me.

                                I tried to recharge via "online recharge service" (site: www.tatadocomo.com/prepaid.aspx) my "TATA DOCOMO" cellphone ([protected]) <prepaid> with Rs.120 twice with the use of my "STATE BANK OF INDIA"account (a/c no.                                     This is to state that I, Ram Lakhan Prasad, SBI Saving A/C no. [protected] at Bokaro Steel City Sector 9 branch have been deprived of customer care despite regular calls to your customer care numbers.

                                    My problem is that at I withdrew Rs. 10000 from Khandwa railway station SBI ATM and my transaction number was 5228 dated 20th August 2010 around 7 AM. Though the amount was deducted from my account, I did not receive any cash from the machine. I had intimated the security guard and he asked me to lodge a complaint at my home branch.
                                    At my branch they told me to write an application and do with all the formalities which I did. At 27th August, they told me that the amount was not withdrawn from my account and I will get it reimbursed. But, no help whatsoever has been provided thereafter.
                                    I even went to the customer care at bokaro but inspite of helping, they told me to go and file an affidavit at the court.

                                    In short , I have serious problem and I expect an help from you.

                                      I was shocked to see that SBI charge for entry or print in the passbook taken in non home or base branch in the same city. Although it’s Rs.10 but till being the No.1 bank in India they are charging the customers.

                                      I have another account in Indian Bank in A.P but i haven’t seen them charge for the same when taken in Karnataka.
