Dear Sir,

I have taken home loan from SBI 8 years back. I used to get provisional interest certificate from bank every year for tax-declaration purpose to my employer. But this year (Year[protected], branch have denied me to provide such certificate. I have spoken with Chief Manager Mr Ramesh Chand and he wrote the denial on my application as well. According to him there is no such provision in the bank to provide this certificate. I am really shocked to learn about this and totally clue less now.

I need your help to get such certificate from SBI. I am writing my details as follows -

There is something called as provisional certificate but these nationalized banks have moved to a software called Iflex and in that a format called CH31 form has been removed this year (2010 Dec) (My experience is from Canara Bank, Banagalore). So i took the actual amount of interest certificate and principal and got the same manually updated with provisional values with their signatures/seal on it. Funny but they have moved this report to SAP business objects but when i struggled myself in their system could figure that it still exists but comes out as empty values !!!

    Divya Dhodi (AVP-Customer Services)
    Here i am sending my all documents, which has been send by SBI Credit Card and along with that my bank's pass-book xerox copy, these all documents will say that you are harassing me.
    Because after debited my cheque no:000008, dated:03/09/10 of Rs.801/- your latter saying it has been returned due to insufficient funds, in reply of that my bank's(BOB) pass-book xerox copy shows that it is cleared on dated:13/10/2010 and the balance amount Rs.978/-,
    Secondly, your monthly statement of dated:23/10/2010 shows payment received cheque no:000008 of amount Rs.801/-. Moreover i also spoke to Mr. Soman on dtd:12/10/10 about my cheque no:000008 of Rs.801/-, he said it is cleared and outstanding amount is NIL.
    After all these i am receiving a latter dtd:12/11/2010 by your Divya Dhodi (AVP-Customer Services) says due to insufficient funds my cheque is returned.
    After this i spoke to Mr. Atmanand on dt:18/11/10 and eulogized complaintof the same, it No:[protected]complaint no), and he demand me to get the certificate of clearing from my Bank i.e. BOB, that also i have got it but is chargeable of Rs.33/-, which is will take credit from SBI credit card.
    BOB's clearing certificate no.FERTIL/2010 dtd:22/11/2010.
    This matter is good for MIDIA or NEWS PAPERS and also for RBI to get justification of above matter. I must claim charges of Harassment by human-rights.
    So please justify the above matter and reply me as fast as possible. So then i can take farther steps to get justification.

    I have't got any reply from you, what should i understood ?
    I am getting SMS on my mobile no:[protected], that says i have to pay my outstanding amount Rs.1123/- as per the attached documents with the attachment, their would be nothing to pay of SBI Credit Card. This too much, please stop to harass me. Other then i have to make complaint to RBI.

      Hello,

      as I seen the complaintants made by others, mine is also some what same case. I am havling a SBI credit card long back (i.e. around 7-8 months back) i received call from SBI sponcer comapny saying that we will offer you Holiday package with nominal amount and a gift as a human being i have also agreed for the offer and after some time I received voucher & gift (a Polo Watch) with daed line to submission of tour voucher (it is till 09/12/10) so, my family & my self were planned the tour programme and we hav send the list to Concerned address thru courier and they confirmed the receipt by SMS to my mobile. But now the issue is it already 3-4 months over but still they have not send me the tour details are any thing no communnication from them.

      the had given the dead line for us to send the voucher back with mentioning our conveniyant date (3 opption were there) thou we mention Sept,Oct & Nov dates till now no communication from them (now I have forgateen the dates also).

      so, now my hubble request is kindly guide me how to get back the money which they already charged to my credit card Rs 6067/- atlest if i get 80% it is fine.

      So, kindly guide me.

          Respected Sir,
          I tried to recharge via "online recharge service" (site: www.tatadocomo.com/prepaid.aspx) my "TATA DOCOMO" cellphone ([protected]) <prepaid> with Rs.120 twice with the use of my "STATE BANK OF INDIA"account (a/c no. [protected]) using the debit card SBI portal service. The amount was deducted from my account even when the recharge was unsuccessful. I have contected to the customer care of TATA DOCOMO and SBI both but Both of them refused to help me in this matter. So please take certain steps towards returning of my amount Rs. 120+120= 240/-

          S B I New Recruited Chairman Has started facility for customer complain On the Name of Happy Room Where Any Customer can Complain only By S M S Service Where you have to Write Only UNHAPPY IN MESSAGE BOX Where your Complain is Lodge Automatically by Computer & You can get alsoIndex No for your Complain The No is [protected] But Responsible Officer The Happy Room are NOT HAPPY with This Facility So they can not RESOLVE Any Customer Complain.               This is to state that I, Ram Lakhan Prasad, SBI Saving A/C no. [protected] at Bokaro Steel City Sector 9 branch have been deprived of customer care despite regular calls to your customer care numbers.

              My problem is that at I withdrew Rs. 10000 from Khandwa railway station SBI ATM and my transaction number was 5228 dated 20th August 2010 around 7 AM. Though the amount was deducted from my account, I did not receive any cash from the machine. I had intimated the security guard and he asked me to lodge a complaint at my home branch.
              At my branch they told me to write an application and do with all the formalities which I did. At 27th August, they told me that the amount was not withdrawn from my account and I will get it reimbursed. But, no help whatsoever has been provided thereafter.
              I even went to the customer care at bokaro but inspite of helping, they told me to go and file an affidavit at the court.

              In short , I have serious problem and I expect an help from you.

                I was shocked to see that SBI charge for entry or print in the passbook taken in non home or base branch in the same city. Although it’s Rs.10 but till being the No.1 bank in India they are charging the customers.

                I have another account in Indian Bank in A.P but i haven’t seen them charge for the same when taken in Karnataka.

                  sir , I retired from IAF on 09 Mar 2010, received my PPO No 08/14/B/14759/2010 in last week of Aug 2010,as per instruction I reported to my SBI branch agrico and fulfilled all formalities in the first week of sep itself. but my bank as on date could not pay my pension as well as commutatiojn and DLRG amounting 6,22,516 along with pension arrear. so many times reported to bank branch manager, complain with SBI happy home Index no. 3563 and 3569 dated 04 oct 2010 but no feed back received.further bank now in the month of nov say one form is required to be signed , me signed on 20 Nov 2010, by delaying for such a long time i could loss interest on total sum for such a large time as well as could faced mental harrashment for my money.please guide me what I can do for compensassion.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am Kamal. I have acount in State Bank of India, Delhi University branch. The code of branch is 1067. Basically sir, on 3rd october, 2010 I withrew Rs 1000 from SBBJ ATM which is situated in Rajouri Garden ,Delhi near metro station but by the mistake of ATM machine Rs 20,000 was debited from my account. I got to know about this on 7th october so I lodged my written complain with the SBI Bank delhi university on same date. After enquiring the matter, they informed me on 26th October that we have enquired through log book of ATM switch machine that no transaction of Rs 20,000 was made at 4 pm on 3rd October,2010 so you would get your amount back with interest. They gave me hundred percent assurance that I should not be worried at all I would get my money back but I would have to maintain some patience. But on 13th November,2010, they informed me that you would not get your money as Rs 20,000 was witdrawn and we can't do anything in this matter. I requested them to be cooperative and told them that I just withdrew Rs 1000 but Rs 20,000 was debited from my account. But they are not ready to listen anything and gave me a kind of ministatement in which Rs 20,000 was shown withdrawn. Sir, I am feeling very cheated and hurted due to their irresponsible and insensitive behaviour. Please help me in this matter, I want my money back.                       On the first week of Oct, 2010 after my parents(senior citizens) got a call from the bank, they were shocked to find that all their valueables/jewelleries from their bank locker from SBI, Panbazar branch, Guwahati were stolen worth lakhs of rupees. Police complaints have been lodged but no response yet either from the bank or the police. I will really appreciate if anyone can kindly suggest,guide or instruct me on how to proceed with this horrible crime. Thanks. Randip.

                        With due respect i want to state that My name is Amit Kumar , Father's name- Sri. Umesh Singh, Permanent Address- Shantinagar Jehanabad Bihar.I want take admission in MBA in UK i.s.,EThames Graduate school ,London. I have applied for education loan Rs. 4,00,000 lac in SBI main branch Jehanabad Bihar and rest of amount arranged by my father, but the manager of SBI jehanabad denied me, because i belongs to lower cast. They have given me own conditon they said to me i will give you in minimum 3 installments or said " LENA HAI TO LO NAHI TO JAO " but sir where i want take admission they have given me condition of full fees paid in one time.i have all the documents which was demanded by SBI. Another thing is that my friend got for same collage SBI provide full loan from Dehradun.
                        The manager of jehanabad main branch has wasted my one month he daily called me and daily checked my documents.
                        So, do something sir, it is matter of my career. if i will not paid my full fees within[protected] then i will unable to take admission there.
                        I want inform you sir, in jehanabad education loan given through cast basis. The manager of Jehanabad has rudely behave with my father.

                          i ajeet kumar yadav have account([protected]) with ur bank since long time but i had made withdrawal from ur bank atm on 04.11.2010. of rs.2700 but atm replied transaction not completed,
                          then i went to another atm o[censored]r and ther only 200 amount withdrawn made from this atm bt this time atm transection completed when i check my account balance i found tht the my account has been debited by amount of RS.2500 bt actually made by me once only 200 hundred

                          i had complained everywhere in branch , atm connected branch , customer care of state bank of india bt no solution is made yet to my account so please help me wht further step i ahve to taken for it

                          i totally fade up from the response of the bank employee

                            I am Bablesh kumar A Account Holder, Branch In amanpur My A/c No[protected] Sir This Number on Activated Internet banking.
                            But not use the internet banking, Third Party Transfer Amount. Sir This Problem continues Inform the Branch Manager Amanpur.
                            But Don't Response me. Branch manager asked the, not present Net Officer Five Days came, After Five Days contact The Branch,
                            next time the Ans. next day came. Sir this condition continues running maximizes time seven months.

                                Hi Sir/Madam,
                                I am having SBI credit card from 3 years. I am planning to use the SBI ENCASH option but the amount given as EMI is not matching with the actual amount which i calculated with EMI calcuter provided by SBI.
                                for RS 68000/. at 9% for 12 months EMI should be Rs 5947/. but in SBI card website its given as around Rs 6150/.

                                could you please check whether the EMI value given in SBI Crad website is given is wrong or interest rate given as 9% is wrong.

                                I hope i will get clarification of my question.

                                  Dear sir.
                                  on dated 06/09/2010.time 12:56pm i entered ATM center ashok circle, koppal,karnataka for withdrawal Rs.15000/- machine gives only slip,wich shows Rs.15000/- withdrawaled.but Rs.15000/- not recieved.
                                  so i submitted the complaint to my SBI branch lakshmeshwar (code.2229) but no result.
                                  it is my second complaint to you sir.there is no action taken to my previus complaint.
                                  i am mentaly and physicaly disturbed.because i lost my Rs.15000/- Please refund my amount.i thank full to you for life long.

                                  Respected sir.
                                  My account no.[protected].state bank of india. Lakshmeshwar.(code-2229) karnataka.
                                  On 06/09/2010 time 12:56pm i entered my atm card for whthdrawal Rs.15000/- in SBI atm at ashok circle,koppal,karnataka. machine shows Rs.15000/- less from my account .
                                  While this amount not withdrowal from my account actually.
                                  I submitted complaint in the state bank of india branch lakshmeshwar,where i have account.
                                  But bank not take of resposnsibility for customer's problem.so, therefore i mentely distorb because i lost Rs.15000/- so please give my this amount, and i heartly thankful for long long time.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am maintaining my pension current account no. [protected] with SBI main branch Sector 17 (Branch code 00628) and i have two ATM cards one domestic and another international (Gold ATM card). During my journey to Mandi on 18th of this month my purse was stolen and I had lost all my cards.

                                    I have tried my level best to contact [protected] to get the cards blocked but they are not picking it up.

                                    kindly block / stop operations on these cards and oblidge.

                                        I had applied for SBI Gold & More Credit Card. My Form No. is S[protected] which was completed on 01 Oct 2010. I am fully eligible for this card as I am drawing more than Rs. 5 lacs annual income. All formalities were completed and all concerned documents were sent to the rep of your bank. But I have received a SMS today that the bank has rejected my application. Kindly let me know how an application of Para Military Staff person is rejected because on the other side Govt of India is providing facility to Para Military Personnel by PMSP account. I have an account in your bank which I think I should close due to not responding /providing facilities by your bank. Waiting for your reply.
