Here i am sending my all documents, which has been send by SBI Credit Card and along with that my bank's pass-book xerox copy, these all documents will say that you are harassing me.
Because after debited my cheque no:000008, dated:03/09/10 of Rs.801/- your latter saying it has been returned due to insufficient funds, in reply of that my bank's(BOB) pass-book xerox copy shows that it is cleared on dated:13/10/2010 and the balance amount Rs.978/-,
Secondly, your monthly statement of dated:23/10/2010 shows payment received cheque no:000008 of amount Rs.801/-. Moreover i also spoke to Mr. Soman on dtd:12/10/10 about my cheque no:000008 of Rs.801/-, he said it is cleared and outstanding amount is NIL.
After all these i am receiving a latter dtd:12/11/2010 by your Divya Dhodi (AVP-Customer Services) says due to insufficient funds my cheque is returned.
After this i spoke to Mr. Atmanand on dt:18/11/10 and eulogized complaintof the same, it No:[protected]complaint no), and he demand me to get the certificate of clearing from my Bank i.e. BOB, that also i have got it but is chargeable of Rs.33/-, which is will take credit from SBI credit card.
BOB's clearing certificate no.FERTIL/2010 dtd:22/11/2010.
This matter is good for MIDIA or NEWS PAPERS and also for RBI to get justification of above matter. I must claim charges of Harassment by human-rights.
So please justify the above matter and reply me as fast as possible. So then i can take farther steps to get justification.

I have't got any reply from you, what should i understood ?
I am getting SMS on my mobile no:[protected], that says i have to pay my outstanding amount Rs.1123/- as per the attached documents with the attachment, their would be nothing to pay of SBI Credit Card. This too much, please stop to harass me. Other then i have to make complaint to RBI.
