Sir ,
I am not purchasing any thing using my credit card for the last 3 years but my bills are going on mounting.ambiguous state ment is sent .now and then I am harnessed to join different protection schemes. on 05-07-09 fin charges on retail(excl GST 27.79) amount was 269.83 D last month the statement was Fin charges on retail (EXCL GST 38.79) 376.58D .I have not made any purchases and how the bill amount raises I don't understand.I was told I have to pay 15000 and close the credit card.I am not a business man .I am only a private school teacher in Tamil Nadu private school teachers are low paid.I have become indebted as nearly over 800rupees is leached out of my budget by these greedy guys.

    sir i am avanish sharma a sbi account holder of janakpuri(distt. centre), new delhi-110058 at dated[protected],i have used my atm card of sbi to withdraw money from sbi atm centre ,located near uttam nagar. ,but when i checked my mini statement,its shows the amount 4650 has been deducted dated[protected].and so my current balane is rs. 423 only.then i call to customer care then he asked me tell your response code.then he checked and say some time their is a technical problem to transfer money from one to another.again i call them and say to built tpin, and i created and i also put complaint them .and my complaint number is AT[protected].
    but yesterday dated[protected] i got a message from BZ-ATM(dear sir/madam your complaint number is AT[protected] has been attend by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system.to get the details please contact branches).then i came to branch and says to them then he checked and say you have done IRCTC ticket on date[protected].but sir i have nt done this types of activities.
    then i call to custumer care and they tell me to go to this side and put complaint.(ecom.[protected]@sbi.co.in) .
    sir please fine my deducted money or arranged my money.

      SBI Credit Card — Non receipt of new Credit card

      Some weeks ago, I have received SMS that my new credit card is dispatched. But, till today, I have not received this credit card.My old credit card no. is [protected]. I have been using this credit card for the last 17 months.

      Please inform me the docket no. of courier service thro' which this credit card is dispatched to me otherwise block & cancel this credit card. Issue me a new secured credit card.

        THIS IS COMPLAINT AGAINST BRANCH MANAGER OF STATE BANK OF INDIA DAHANU ROAD BRANCH DATED 11/11/2010, WHO REFUSED TO ACCEPT 10 RUPEES NOT OF RUPEES 5000,WHEN ASKED WHY HE GAVE THE REASON THAT HIS STAFF DOES NOT HAVE TIME TO COUNT THAT MONEY AND HE AND HIS STAFF MEMBERS ALSO MISBEHA, AS I CAME TO DEPOSIT MONEY IN MY FRIENDS ACCOUNT OF KARNATAKA BRANCH WHO REQUIRED MONEY URGENTLY TO PAY BILL OF HOSPITAL, SIR AFTER STANDING IN QUEUE FOR MORE THAN 2+ HOURS HE DIDNT ACEPT MY CASH WHY I NEED A ANSWER,ONLY COZ BRANCH TELLER MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING.THEY WHERE SUPOSE TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER STANDING IN QUEUE.IS THIS THE SERVICE SBI PROVEDE

          My file no in SBI Pension cell Chandni Chowk, Delhi is 300.
          As per your comments its our mistake so why you need not rectify the mistake.
          After my two visits in chandni chowk branch Delhi not rectified till date i.e. 9/11/2010.
          My SB A/c no [protected] in Jwalapuri branch Delhi Code no 6281.
          My pension Rs. 15186 p.m. but in my A/c Rs 10124 p.m. Please give me difference of
          Rs. 5062 from July 2009 onwards My file no in SBI Pension cell Chandni Chowk, Delhi is 300.

            I have been trying to use my SBI debit card issued by State bank of Hydrabad, i had been using the same earliear when i was at vellore dist without any problems but now i m n chennai & unable to use the same.

                I am Manikandan having an account of sSate Bank of India Acc.no-[protected] Chidambaram Tamilnadu.I was used my SBI ATM debit card to pay Maxnewyork life insurance premium amout of Rs 6062 on 24/09/2010 at chennai.Amount is not going to insurance company,but mistakenly taken the amount of Rs6062 from my account while swiping the card.I am living in chennai but my account in chidambaram .I went tambaram SBI. They gave chidambaram SBI fax no.I was faxed the compliant on 28/09/10.They didnt responsed.I was directely went chidambaranm SBI and gave writen compliant to Mr.Lakshmi narayanan Cheif manager.He promised the amount will sent it to your account.Tilldate the amount is not repay by bank.I am not statisfied with their servie.I am depresed.so,kindly take the action.

                  Availing loan in SBI is a pain. After aviling very bad service. The concerned person will not be avilable. Staff will not know the formalities. PDC cheques will reach the A/c its own time, till than one should pay additional interest. In total the SBI home loan service is very poor. One should think twice before applying for loan from SBI

                    Respectfully, it is submitted that I have received Rs.21322/- towards arrears of 6th CPC in two installment 40% and 60%, on the scrutiny of
                    State Bank Of India Passbook it is observed that the calculation of 6th CPC arrears is found wrong/incorrect .
                    As per Pension Payment order No.[protected] my Basic Pay. Rs.25OO/- w.e.f.25.08.2000 to 24.08.2007 and Rs.15OO/-w.e.f.25.08.2007
                    onward (Copy enclosed) but inadvertently the arrears was calculated on basic @ Rs.1500/- w.e.f. 01.01.2006 to 31.08:2008 instead of Rs.25OO/- 01.01.2006 to
                    24.08.2007. (Calculation sheet enclosed)
                    It is therefore requested that 6th CPC arrears may kindly be recalculated and difference amount credited in my S.B.I Account No.[protected] maintained by State Bank of India, Jungpura, Bhogal, New Delhi as early as possible.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,


                      I applied for a SBI credit card and submitted the application form with relevant documents to your executive(Mr Anirban).Today I received a call from SBI for verifying the information submitted in the documents.Previously I was told by MS Mimi Saha that the card comes for free and I'll have to pay Rs 499 in the second year only if I donot use the card at all within a year.But after the initial verification was done,I was told that I must submit Rs 499 initially and would get it back in the second year if I purchase items worth Rs 75,000.

                      Obviously,I am not ready to submit any fee for getting a credit card when a lot of other companies are offering it free without any hidden cost.I have already told this to your executive.I tried to contact their numbers,but no one received the call.I don't know where to send the request for cancellation and what is the process.Please help.

                      I am not going to receive the card if it is sent to my address without my consent.

                        The name printed on my SBI credit card is wrong..... (AIR COMD S NEELAKAN). Since I am a defence officer my present rank has also been printed hence there may not be adequate space to print my full name on the card.

                          I am Manoj Kumar Gupta. I got a home loan from SBI, Navyug Market Branch, Ghaziabad. I have completed the payment of this loan. My loan account no. was [protected]. But after the completion of the payment in cash the bank is unable to return back the original papers of my property. I am running in the branch since 6-7 days but they are not taking me seriously. I want to sell my property but I dont have my original papers. I m completely unable to do the same without papers.

                          Kindly look into this matter and pls. help me. Kindly make some arrangements so that I can get my papers asap.

                            manager is denaying to issue current finantial year projected tax certificate though proposed tax for the finantial year is displayed in customer login on line site of SBI.
                            My office is insisting to submit this, all my collegues are submitting the same, including SBI of other branches.
                            As it is highly useful for the customer to get direct benifit during deduction at sourse, rather claiming to IT and refunding after an year, What is the wrong to issue the certificate.
                            Requesting you to guide the manager accordingly.
                            Ultimate concept of home loan by Govt. people is for tax rebate only.
                            Many SBI managers are issuing except very few like sajjapuram branch of WGDt.

                              Hi,

                              I held a PPF account (A/c Name :- Gyan Chand; A/C no 5058) in head post office Sri Ganganagar.

                              I submitted an application on Jun 2, 2010 to The Manager, State bank of India Sri Ganganagar, for the transfer of this account from Post office to the bank.

                              The application was submitted with the original passbook, for which the receipt was given.

                              The post office confirmed that the PPF account was closed on Jun 14, 2010 and sent to SBI Sriganganagar.

                              During my recent visit on Oct 14, 2010 I visited SBI Sri Ganganangar but the bank officials said that they have not received any cheque from PPF yet, and hence my account is not opened in SBI.

                              I am not able to find any information from Post office and state bank official are not cooperating with me.

                              Can you please look into this as soon as possible and update me through my email [protected]@yahoo.com or call me at +[protected].

                                    This is to inform you that I have received my CIBIL Report today which show that my Status is "Written Off" for a SBI Credit Card, Account No. XXXX8447.

                                    As per records, this card was issued to me on[protected] and was closed within 5 months, ie.[protected]., showing a High Credit of 674.

                                    Please note that I have not received any such Credit Card from SBI, and till date, I have not used even this Credit Card, hence please let me know why and how, this card was issued in my Name, and how the Report is Showing a High Credit of 674.

                                    I would like to have the Details of the Tranaction, please, and who made the Transaction. I have escalated the matter to SBI Cards Customer Support, SBI Cards Support Head, SBI Cards VP, etc, and have been following them up for the past 5days, but I have not heard from them yet. They are so pathetic in their customer service.

                                    I am to apply for a home Laon, but I fear that my Loan might get rejected due to this incorrect act from SBI and unprofessional attitude of their customer support in not responding to any queries. All my other Data, loans eetec are correctly reflected in CIBIL without any issues, except this SBI Card issue.

                                    Please advise, as this is extremely critical, and I have also lost hope from these so call Credt Card givers.

                                    Also, please let me know your SLA for Response.

                                    SBI Cards — sending bills & unsolicited card

                                    SBI cards is sending me credit card without asking & send bills even if I am not using it.

                                    It has happened several times.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I Jyotibrata Haldar have an account at SBI Kalindi(near lake town) branch.Account No-: [protected].On 3rd november 2010 my sister was trying to withdraw Rs. 8000 from the HDFC back using the atm card of the aforementioned account number. After completing all the formalities (ie..giving pin,with drawl amount etc) the screen showed that transaction was being processed - then the screen showed that "do you want to further continue"...It skipped the step "take your cash"...And checking the available balance again, account is showing that Rs-8000 has been debited from the account. But in reality she didn't receive the money in cash.

                                        I have applied for a credit card from State Bank of India through the special scheme for defence personel "DSP". I have a saving account with the Deccan Gymkhana Brach Pune. However I was informed by the concerned official from the bank that my application has been rejected on the grounds that the permission has been denied by the Cbill. I have credit cards from ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and CITI bank and NO repeat NO payment is due till date.

                                        I am unable to undersand that being an serving Army officer and having sufficient balance in saving account as well as FDs in the bank, why my application has been rejected.
