Today(15/11/2010) I asked the status of my card(Appli No. B[protected]). Already there are 2 credit card statements has been generated for payments. The fact is I am yet to receive my credit card, PIN numbers and any statements. Now I feel any how the recovery man can find out wherever I am on the earth to collect money for "UNDELIVERED CARD" .

To whomsoever it may concern:
A real story drama of “Undeliverable Card” made by SBI card and Firstflight Courier and still running more than 100 days only in Gurgaon and Chennai.
Special technique: Making insufficient address from sufficient address.
I
I have opened a savings account and deposited Rs 21300/- to the Nanganallur SBI Branch on 18th August 2010 after the assurance of Gold Credit Card Scheme. After all verifications with originals of my driving license, ration card and pan card etc., I have opened and got my savings account passbook and deposit certificate. Mr. Prakash of SBI Nanganallur Branch has serviced and assured me that my card will be reached to my residential address within 10 days.
Details: SBI savings account:[protected], Nanganallur Branch, Chennai-600061. Application form no. B[protected].
Firstflight courier : Consignment number: CC6587026 and again given umpteen number of times address and mobile numbers, the 2nd time: Consignment number: CC7043896.
SBI has started their usual extraordinary service and they told me and also SBI card portal shown that your Gold Credit Card will be dispatched within 10 days. However, I appreciate the SBI way of telling 101 reasons for 101 days to the customers and really SBI’s thought provoking way of answering illogical reasons are highly appreciable.
I have undergone more than a baby delivery pain during these 100 days of delivery and till date no sign of relief of delivery pain. However, I would have told address of my residence to umpteen number of people and answered umpteen number of calls of SBI and made many personal visit to SBI branch , Nanganallur. SBI Card staff has come twice to my residence for residential verification. In spite of all verifications, and repeatedly told to concern people about my address with mobile numbers still my address is insufficient.
I really got fed up and sickened to find out the way of making my address at least sufficient if not anything in my life.
Hence I would like to know the SBI way of making “Sufficient Address”. However one of my friend suggested that make somehow due of Rs.100/- to SBI and it will make any insufficient addresses will immediately will become well known address not only to SBI but also for the entire neighborhood community.

I would like to know the logic of the following observation by your Chennai Staff:
On 13th October shows “ Party Not Available”
On 14th October shows “ Insufficient Address”
I was very much available on 13th October 2010 at the above mentioned address. How come the much verified residential address for Credit Card becomes “insufficient” for more than a month with this current mobile world.
The second consignment CC 7043896 is also says the same old story inspite of providing a more details with land mark to Chennai Office.
I really do not understand the logic behind these logistic errors.
I feel that many reasons would have not taken place and would have delivered a month ego if the real interest has shown a little.
I really interested to know the SBI way of making insufficient address to send a “Gold Card” because after 100 days effort still maintaining the status of showing “ will be dispatched within 10 days”.
No wonder a SBI recovery man may soon will find out wherever I am on the earth to collect non payment for my credit card payment for running 100 days of “Delivery Card” produced by SBI Card and Firstflight Courier.
I solicit your cooperation to make my address at least “Sufficient” to relieve my all delivery pain in future.

    Dear sir,
    on date 3.11.10 an amount of 45999 rupees debit from my account at the time of shopping but transition was time out.so the amount was not added to the shopowners account.already i complained in sbi .but still 11 days gone they are not taking any action against my complain.

      Dear Sir,

      I have an savings account [protected] in SBI Dowlaiswaram branch. I have also having home loan in this branch [protected]. I was send notice from SBI RASMECCC&SARC, Rajahmundry to pay the irregularity amount pertaining to the housing loan for Rs. 3622/- vide letter Dt. 11.11.2010 recived on 12.11.2010. According to the reciept of the notice, an amount of Rs. 3650/- was paid to the credit of my home loan account on 13.11.2010.

      For all that, my friend has deposited an amount of Rs. 2000/- on 11.11.2010 to the credit of my savings account to attend my domestic needs. But, the amount was credited my account and shown as NO FEE and shown the balance is Rs. 2568.00- instead of Rs. 3000.00+above. Whenever, I try to drawn the amount from SBI ATM, it shows the slip as response code is 070.

      The reasons for locking my ATM operation is not known to my self till now and no one have responded on my oral complaint and ignored my requests even contacted the persons responsible and i am very dipressed to such incident occurred, unlocked my ATM without any intimation which is very cruel and harassing manner.

      Hence, requested to take tangible action and do justice. Thanking you

      SBI Home Loan — Fine Error Correction charges

      Im getting FIne Error correction charges getting deducted from my account every month in the multiples of 2500. Nobody from SBI is ready to explain the reson for the same. Im sick & tired of contacting SBI for the same.

        Manager- Customer Services,

        I am a SBI Gold & More Card customer who recently signed up with SBI. I received my card only yesterday upon which I registered myself to your online services. Today morning at 9.00 AM IST to check my outstanding and due date I decided to login to the SBI website with my login credentials. It was then I got the shock of my life when your summary page showed that I owe your bank an amount of Rs.47694 while it was only 550+ till yesterday. I just could not come out of this shock for about 15 mins because the name on the account was Naveed Khan. I felt completely cheated and was regretting for sigining up with SBI to have only become a victim of fraud.

        On further investigation I realized that though the name on account matched with mine rest of the details didnt. The last 4 digits of the card # was different, the mobile number was different and the place was completely different.

        This seems to be a different Naveed Khan in total but what is concerning me now is that someone sitting somewhere else might be accessing my account. I will be contacting my lawyer to give you a legal notice on info security breach and to claim a compensation. I demand and immediate action. If required I will not hesistate to publish this mail on web.

        You guys have already spoilt my Sunday. Please do not call me!! All communications will be done thru mail on this regard to have everything documented.

          Sir, I have withdrawn cash Rs.40,000/- from SBI ATM, Dinhata Branch, Cooch Behar on 09/11/2010 in a three times i.e. Rs.20,000/-, 5,000/-and 15,000/- respectively. When I opened my account's mini statement using SBI ATM Dinhata branch under cooch behar Dist on 09/11/2010. Seeing the same statement i surprised. In my account statement twice debited with Rs.20,000/- each with the same transaction number. but I have withdrawn and collected only Rs 20,000/-. I have given a complaint to SBI Branch Manager Dinhata Branch, Cooch Behar on 09/11/2010. The Bank Manager advised to contact at CMS No. [protected] and also with customer care No.[protected]. As per their instruction I have re checked my balance statement but No progress in my account balance and differ Rs. 20,000/- on my account.

          So, I therefore request to you kindly look in to the matter personally and prompt action because self facing financial hard ship

                Hello Sir/Madam,

                I am Saving Account holder in Sate Bank Of India, Kurla West, Mumbai Branch and my Account Number is [protected]. Sir, I have fixed rupees 25000 on 28/09/2010 with account number [protected] at same branch, on that fixed deposit, SBI has offered me SBI Card on annual fee Rupees 250 only, I was agreed on that I have filled the SBI Card form and on 22 Oct 2010 I have got letter mentioning SBI Advantage Gold Card Application Number :[protected] and mentioning that my application has been approved and my SBI Advantage Gold Card will be sent on my mailing address as mentioned on my application form.
                Sir/Madam, I have received Monthly Statement of SBI Card with statement date 25 Oct 2010, where I have to pay Rupees 329.80 by 14 Nov 2010.
                Sir/Madam, today it's 13 Nov 2010 still I'm waiting for my SBI Card. Sir/Madam, I do not have SBI Card, I'm not using SBI Card product then also I have got statement first, Sir/Madam this is not fair if I'm using SBI Card then absolutely I have to pay my due but Sir/madam I have been waiting for SBI Card & I'm not using SBI product so how can I pay for it.
                Sir/madam, please see this matter and please put stay on this statement until and unless I receive SBI Advantage Gold Card.

                  Hi I am Bharti Bhardwaj holding SBI Credit card No.- [protected] which is against the F.D of Rs.10,000/- I have not used this card single time.
                  1 my bill due date is 14 of every month I always paid my bill on time whether i got my statement or not ( as per your customer care online executive I dropped my cheques before 14th of every month whether i got my statement or not ) then too if cheques if clears after due datebecause your people are not collected cheques on time then who have to penalized coz always i found SBI charges me extra charges which is not my fault
                  2 My mailing address is changed in M/o October which is in SBI's Record also SBI executive visited @ my new address & ment me did verification also then too I have not got the Statement till now yesterday I got a call from SBI that they already sent my Statement which i have not received when asked I got to know that it has been received at my old address by (which is my last working place) now who has to be penalized again its me because SBI Charged me extra INR 300/- again
                  3 While my due date is 14th of every month then too I got the sms from SBI on 11th Oct 2010 i.e.3days before the due date that I have to pay extra charges because of Due date is passed. agin I am penalized
                  4 If action not taken by SBI then I am willing to go at consumer court for all these fakes done by SBI Credit card. I want SBI should reduce all the extra charges & send me Statement by every months 25th day as they says & that too @ my correct mailing address.i.e.Tiez Interactive Pvt.ltd.

                  I found SBI Credit Cards Services are ridicules & Fake as per my all above experiences they only do the business unethical & for moneymaking

                      I Have opened a SBI EKO A/C at Uttam Nagar on 02/11/10. I Have filled the application form & submitted all documents. Now I received a message from SBI EKO that they have not received my application & advised me to contact the CSP otherwise they will inactivate my A/C. When contacted My CSP told me that They have already submitted the form & told me to ignore the message.
                      Sir Please tell me What drama is going on. So kindly check at your end.

                      I Kumdesh Kumar Gupta working with you as SBI csp Account NO- [protected] on the name of AADI TELECOM CETNTER, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi-62.I have lot of problem with Super CSP named "Mr. Gurjeet", the problems are mentioned below:-
                      1-Collection Executive not provide me the Receipt of amount collected on daily basis.
                      2- Delay in load filling 7-8 hours minimum sometimes got on the next day and every time making excuse not getting load from upper side..
                      3-Delay in commission every time.
                      4-Not got proper commission for Super CSP.
                      5-Another big issue is on 17/02/2011 morning executive has collected Rs.56000/- form shop but receipt and Load was not given to me till 18/02/2011Evening, when I have confirm. on phone he tole me" open New Accounts therse I will not give you Loud than I Replied him" I will try my best for Openning new Accounts but he told me' No i wnt Immediate Actin and he Retured 56000/- Rs. in the evening of 18 Feb.2011 throw collect exicutive "

                      I am Hari Ome Choudhary and A amount of Rs 8200.00 and Rs 8300.00 on 7th of Sept. 11 and 9th of Nov., 2011, respectively, was deposited by my brother at EKO Counter at Azadpur branch for the following account:
                      Name: Hari Ome Choudhary.

                      Loan a/c no: [protected].

                      I was taken aback when i got notice from bank (asking these two installments).

                      Even after a lot of mental and physical strain, my probnlem has not been acknowledged. I spoke to Customer care executives of Eko over phone but the problem was not solved. They provided me a no. and instructed me to speak on the no. The concerned guy(CSP) is insisting that I must Come to him. I can not attend him as I work for an organisation and handle important roles.

                      Kindly solve the issue asap.

                      I deposited Rs. 10000 at Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad EKO counter Near state bank branch on 18th Feb 2013, after the bank clerk of SBI Vijay nagar branch refused to accept cash to deposit into the account and asked me to deposit at EKO counter near the bank. EKO counter didn't provide me a tid at the time of deposit and told me that I will receive a SMS with Tid in an hour. Neither I have received any TID nor money has been transferred into the Account till now. Please help me and other innocent common people like me.

                      Guys please do not deposite any amount in SBI EKO. They guys are totally fake.
                      Yesterday 26-april-2016 at 1:30pm. i deposit 3, 000rs in my punjab's account. but still cash didn't transfer.
                      and today i went on eko counter to confirm my account.
                      and i ask him to share with me transaction id.

                      so they had neglect to share with me a id.

                      They guys are totally cheater.

                      Can anyone help me.
                      now i will mark this complaint to the consumer firm against EKo Counter.

                        my name is basanta kumar jena .permanent address at-gadapokhari,p.o-guapal,dist-balasore,orissa and present address qtr no E2/3,new bidyut colony,at/po-burla,dist-sambalpur,orissa . i have only single account in SBI,burla,sambalpur,orissa branch.my account no is [protected].another one in SBI ,KUPARI,BALASORE ,ORISSABRANCH no is [protected] in which i have not done any transaction for last three years.now I have only one loan from SBI,BURLA,SAMBALPUR branch that is a flood loan . only outstanding of that loan is arround Rs6000.00.i have applied for another loan from burla,sambalpur branch but it has been observed that there is Rs100000.00 loan sanctioned against my name and that is a housing loan as per CIBIL.when the banking personals feeding my data like telephone no,pan card no.permanent and present address CBIL giving a information report in which Rs100000.00 loan amount is against my name only.but the address is different and telephone also different .i have not taken any loan from any other bank.also have no account in any other bank.it is very difficult me to take loan as the banking personals disagree to sanction loan saying you have outstanding as per CIBIL CONSUMERCREDIT INFORMATION REPORT.

                        please check and varify it so that i can avail loan.

                          Sir ,
                          I am not purchasing any thing using my credit card for the last 3 years but my bills are going on mounting.ambiguous state ment is sent .now and then I am harnessed to join different protection schemes. on 05-07-09 fin charges on retail(excl GST 27.79) amount was 269.83 D last month the statement was Fin charges on retail (EXCL GST 38.79) 376.58D .I have not made any purchases and how the bill amount raises I don't understand.I was told I have to pay 15000 and close the credit card.I am not a business man .I am only a private school teacher in Tamil Nadu private school teachers are low paid.I have become indebted as nearly over 800rupees is leached out of my budget by these greedy guys.

                            sir i am avanish sharma a sbi account holder of janakpuri(distt. centre), new delhi-110058 at dated[protected],i have used my atm card of sbi to withdraw money from sbi atm centre ,located near uttam nagar. ,but when i checked my mini statement,its shows the amount 4650 has been deducted dated[protected].and so my current balane is rs. 423 only.then i call to customer care then he asked me tell your response code.then he checked and say some time their is a technical problem to transfer money from one to another.again i call them and say to built tpin, and i created and i also put complaint them .and my complaint number is AT[protected].
                            but yesterday dated[protected] i got a message from BZ-ATM(dear sir/madam your complaint number is AT[protected] has been attend by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system.to get the details please contact branches).then i came to branch and says to them then he checked and say you have done IRCTC ticket on date[protected].but sir i have nt done this types of activities.
                            then i call to custumer care and they tell me to go to this side and put complaint.(ecom.[protected]@sbi.co.in) .
                            sir please fine my deducted money or arranged my money.

                              SBI Credit Card — Non receipt of new Credit card

                              Some weeks ago, I have received SMS that my new credit card is dispatched. But, till today, I have not received this credit card.My old credit card no. is [protected]. I have been using this credit card for the last 17 months.

                              Please inform me the docket no. of courier service thro' which this credit card is dispatched to me otherwise block & cancel this credit card. Issue me a new secured credit card.

                                        I am Manikandan having an account of sSate Bank of India Acc.no-[protected] Chidambaram Tamilnadu.I was used my SBI ATM debit card to pay Maxnewyork life insurance premium amout of Rs 6062 on 24/09/2010 at chennai.Amount is not going to insurance company,but mistakenly taken the amount of Rs6062 from my account while swiping the card.I am living in chennai but my account in chidambaram .I went tambaram SBI. They gave chidambaram SBI fax no.I was faxed the compliant on 28/09/10.They didnt responsed.I was directely went chidambaranm SBI and gave writen compliant to Mr.Lakshmi narayanan Cheif manager.He promised the amount will sent it to your account.Tilldate the amount is not repay by bank.I am not statisfied with their servie.I am depresed.so,kindly take the action.
