Dear Sir,
I am a customer of SBI Air Force Station Sarsawa for past many years with an Saving account no [protected] and my ATM card no is SIAN 00063015.
I had gone to Dehradun for depositing fees of my daughter on 21 Aug 2010. There I went to SBI ATM(ABNER PETROL PUMP) for drawing money and twice i could make successful transaction of 10,000/- each vide Trn No 3153 and 3154 respectively. However, when i tried third time for withdrawal of 10,000/-, while process was on, suddenely supply went off. Thus neither i could get money nor transaction slip.
Later on, when i checked my balance on next day, I was shocked to know that there was debit of additional 10,000/ from my account which I never got.
I made a complaint to this effect to my branch at Air Force Station Sarsawa vide complaint no.AT[protected] and AT[protected] dated 25 Aug 2010.However, after all these efforts,till date I have neither got my money back nor a satisfactory reply from any of the agency.
My branch manager is not at all cooperating and he is not bothered about my loss of Rs 10,000/- which matters a lot to me as my income is limited.
I look forward for your kind intervention and prompt action.

I am holding 200 units of SBI Magnum Global Fund-D (Folio No.[protected]. I am not informed whether it has been redeemed and the amount has been transferred to my account. It is useless to visit the website and not satisfied when trying to contact over phone.
