I have a savings bank a/c with SBI Clock Tower, Nalgonda Branch. A/c No: [protected]. I applied to convert my a/c to savings plus so that the surplus money gets more interest. It is more that 2 months but it is not processed yet.

Upon repeasted vistis to the bank, to my surprise, the response I got from the banking official was we are not competent enough to process your request, we shall try to do it but we can not guarantee...

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that we take a SBI credit card in the yr 2004 and we have handover my card to bank May 2006 alongwith full payment. That time no outstanding on card.

But last one month we have recd daily ph call thru recovery agent on my ph and home tell me my o/s is Rs 25000/-, next person 30000/- and talking me and my home lady in bad language . I am informed him we have all correspondence...

I received a corrigendum PPO. no. 08/14/B/CORR/66586/2010 dated[protected]. the Corri. PPO was forwarded to CPPC/SBI/Chennai by the said branch. it is almost 2 and 1/2 month the ammount has not ben credited to my a/c.
the remedy against my case be dealt as early as possible...

However i have nothing to do with the company and the company executives talk in cheap languages and harass me by calling at my office and blackmail me. My name is Shivani Singh residing in Hyderabad. I Have been receiving very frequent and harrassing calls from SBI for a collection on credit card of one R. Kistaiyah on my BSNL landline (#[protected] since the time I got a new connection on my name.
I have informed them each time to remove this number as this is wrong number, and each time the ladies on the call are extremely rude and argumentative and gone to the extent of telling...

till now i called customer care for the 10th time to map my demat account

now i am not able to process DP report
i had 10000 rs cash in DP report...

today (19/09/10) i tried to book a ticket twice using internet via sbi atm-cum-debit card but even though the transaction failed some Rs1300 were debited from my account.The irctc site shows settlement requested on the failed transactions page and gives a message "payment not received from bank".So,what am i supposed to do in this situation,i feel robbed by one of the most reliable banks of india....

I am TATA CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER my credit card no is [protected].
