Sub:-Non-receipt of 6 th pay Commission Arrears / 1/3 restore of commutation pension.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I BECHAN JHA A CIVIL PENSIONER hereby inform you that I am having a pension a/c no. [protected] in SBI JAYNAGAR Branch (Bihar) code 2950 . I regret to inform you that I have not received/credited the arrear of 6 TH of pay-commisson till now. I had already infomed you earlier vide an application to Jaynagar Branch and CPPC PATNA but there has not been taken any action from your side.I have already submit my life certificate in OCT -2009 & NOV 2010. But bank had stop my pension from oct 2010 onward.

I ORIGINALLY RETIRED IN 02/10/1989 AND AFTER 15 YEARS DATED 02/10/2004 WILL GET 1/3 PORTION OF MY RESTORE OF COMMUTATION OF PENSION. BUT BANK HAS NOT RELEASE OF RESTORE OF COMMUTATION PENSION till date. So, you are requested to credit/pay in my above mentioned account with the arrear.

SBI Demat — Closing of Account

I opened Trading A/c No.ESB1207012 in SBI Main Branch Pondicherry last year (2009). but due to transfer posting to Agra, I cancelled my DMat account immediately. All forms related to closing of account was submitted immediately. But till date, the account was not closed and a sum of Rs.400/- was debited from SBI account (Autodebit) on 18th Nov.2009 and Rs.385/- was debited this year also. Several e-mail messages were sent but no action is being taken till now.

Kindly look into it and remove the auto debit facility to my SBI account from my D-Mat account.

Respected Sir,

As I had applied for a home loan, I have been asked the closure letter for the same, kindly issue me a closure letter for both the above mentioned cards at the earliest, I would pay the necessary charges.

SBI Credit Card — unbelievable SBI

i appied for SBI credit card 2 1/2 months back. all sorts of verifications were over. agents from the balance transfer dept kept calling for a BT transfer, i was willing to transfer some amt from another bank to sbi. they said they have send the card and the credit line is Rs.15000. its been 2 months after the card has been sent i have not received it so far.few days back a girl from a courier office called me sayimg i have a SBI credit card statment,That was really shocking. i called the customer application status dept, i gave my full name, dob,address company name etc..but the guy said he can not pull any info abt the card because i have not applied.. what a mess i dont understand please take action and find out the truth.

Hi Sonam,

it is sad to read that your ATM card has been lost, but from your comment it appears that you are reporting loss of your card to the bank on this website. I would suggest that this is not the proper way to report the loss of card. U shud call the bank helpline or visit the branch immidiately. There are chances that the bank might not see your complaint over here. And moreover these consumer complaint website people appear to be sleeping these days, as for the last soo long I have no knowledge when they provided solution to anybodies complaint here.

My suggestion, do not depend on this website.

I have applied but not recieve ATM Card, enquiry to near branch your card dispatch in 01 Oct 2010. But I have recieved card my SBI SB Account number [protected]

I applied for the ATM card at the time of my SBI account opening. My Debit card is sent to wrong address. For this i was contacted with the SBI branch. They are saying that they are not responsible for this and again they are asking 200 Rs for new ATM Card.

I was registered complaints regarding this in SBI branch and Postal department. I have the both complaint reference numbers along with me.

with due respect i am vikas jangra of tohana(fatehbad). actully last year i had apply for my education loan in UBI as per the bank rule there is no security will b required for the loan upto 4lack. at that time i have not this information so the bank manager told us for submit the security for the loan,as we submit the property of sum 4lack he said this is not enough for this loan ,as my study going on atleast my 1st year of my engineering almost done but he don't going to give me the loan but that time my parents was not able for pay my fee for 2nd year so they agree to give the security of appro. of 8 lack,after submitting the security they give me the loan for only my next 3 year not for my last one year.so sir im requesting to you to take a strict decision. i shall b thankfull to you for this act of kindness.

Hi,

I am also facing similar situation. I took loan from SBI Branch IIM Lucknow. At the time of taking the loan I asked for a loan amount to cover my fees alone which was 8.27 lakh. But the bank asked me to go for a higher amount by including mess fees, travel, laptop, monthly payout and all and finally sanctioned 12 lakhs. At that time they told I will be charged interest on the amount I finally draw from the loan account.
But now when i enquired about the interest subsidy. they are insisting on this 10 lakh limit which is nowhere mentioned in the directive of MHRD. Had i known this in advance i wouldnt have taken loan of 12 lakhs.

Also in the directive of MHRD, they specifies that this new scheme will benifit students from IIMs. Most of the IIMs are charging fees way above 10 lakh. So I don't understand this 10 lakh limit logic.

I hope MHRD will come out with some stern directive on this.

Moreover I would like to know that even though I have submitted all the relevant documents, for educational loan subsidy, till date not a single manager or even concerned officers are able to reply my status of the application of the educational loan. I need for education loan for MHRD has now come up with "Education Loan Subsidy Scheme" for students. Which Bank allotted area in Coimbatore ward wise details. The bank communicated us about a wrongly. There is no mention of the same anywhere on MHRD site. When I talked to manager regarding this, his behaviour was very abrupt and told that this was the communication from Canara Bank which is selected as a nodal contact for executing the same. I donot understand how to the limit and which area bank contact can be 10 lakhs when IIMs charge more than 12 lakhs as fees only. . Please send me some clarification about the details

i have taken a Eduction loan from PNB on 2004 of Rs 1, 00, 000 for my MBA at Coimbatore and completed the course at 2006. and i repayed amount of Rs 75000 and now My balance outstanding is Rs. 135000/- i want to clarify that whether i am eligible for interest subsidy because my family income is Rs below Rs 2, 00, 000/- when i contact the branch they told me that i am not eligible for subsidy. kindly advice me please.

I got Education loan from SBBJ Bank, branch Rohida, Sirohi, Rajasthan. Recently I have applied for an Educational Loan at the branch on behalf of my wife, Mrs.V.Sebastian Nirmala who is currently doing D.T.Ed in Marudhupandiyar College, Vallam, and Thanjavur. Despite my satisfactory conduct of banking business with the bank’s branch all these eight years, the application for the loan has been rejected on the grounds of no valid reason. The branch has not offered me any reason of rejection. While others who fall in the same category of relevant financial requirement, I have been denied the offer of the loan. Meanwhile, I am in the lurch of financial constraints to the extent that I am not able to meet the financial obligations related to my wife’s current education. She has already through with her education mentioned above. Only with the educational loan that may be sanctioned by the bank will I be able to meet out this indispensable financial need. Now, I depend fully on the bank to meet out this financial necessity.
Therefore, I request you to reconsider the application for the educational loan in favor of the applicant.

I A.Jitendra rao holding an salary account in SBI Vijayawada(A.P)Patamata Branch A/C no[protected], swiped my debit card in jewellery shop on 20/11/08 for Rs 11005/- at that time swiping machine(hdfc bank) displayed the message unable to process, later on when I checked my a/c statement it was showing that rs11005/- is allready deducted, when I complained to jewellery shop they had given HDFC statement and their is no transaction of rs11005/-On 22nd november I had given written complaint to bank accountant but till date the amount is not reverted in my bank a/c.

Duplicate Debit from my ATM
I am holding an SB Account [protected] with SBI. P.H Road, Bodinayakanur. I have transacted my SBI Account through ATM dedit card[protected] once, but when i checked my SB account statement it was showing that the amount was debited twice, when i complained PEKING CHINESE Restaurant, Coimbatore. they had given HDFC account statement and there is only one transaction of Rs 1860 on 18.10.2008.

I had already given three written complaint to SBI bank, Bodinayakanur.
When I complied first time they asked to get a statement from HDFC. I have collected and given to them.
Second they asked all the details, even i have to them as a third complaint, but till date the amount is not credited in my SB account. Kindly look into the above issue and re credit the amount to my SB account at the earliest.

What would be the case if i have drawn 10000/- ? Then what is the need of SBI ATM Card.Dont know how many days SBI needs to solve my Issue ?

I have applied for educational loan from sbi on 28.1.2010, but I have got rejection letter on 8.2.2010, and cause of not giving loan is given that our institute is not recognized by UGC. But I have given all details which clearly indicated that my course is fully recognized by UGC. And it is more pathetic that after the date of rejection of my loan document sbi gave sanction letter of loan from the same institute and the same course when I have shown that they refused to look that and I have been terminated from the sbi zonal office name JIVAN SUDHA, by processing officer named M.K.SEN. date 13.2.2010, time just 12 o"clock in the afternoon.

I have given you a another information which is very much necessary to justify that if our institute is not reconized by ugc though I have all the document which prove that it fully recognized by ugc, the bank had already sanction the loan after the date of my rejection , and they are saying that it our mistake.

mai mba ke liye education loan lena chahata hoon.

In 2007 we had taken education loan from SBI for my brother who want to do engineering from Indore. we had taken two installment of about 59, 000 each.they had not given any document as proof.when my father went there to get more knowledge about insurance (bima) facility n all. they just ignored him telling even they do not have any knowledge about insurance (bima). then after 2 year, in April 2009 my brother suffered from viral fever and unfortunately died.after two year bank sent us letter asking for the money taken by us.we had given an application and death certificate to manager requesting them to forgive the amount because our economical condition is too worst that we will not be able to pay money taken by us from the respective bank in any condition.but they refused to do so and added intrest on that of about 78, 000, nw total amount we have to give is 1, 96, 000. i am the only daughter left, doing BCA and about to marry soon.my father have lots of burdun regarding my education and marrige too. therefore, please help me out to solve this problem anyhow so that i could help my parents somehow.

am a customer of SBT, Alwarpet Branch Chennai. I was given an SBI ATM cum Debit card in June this year.

While the ATM card works on ATM machines, we have not been able to do a single transaction on IRCTC.com (train ticket booking)

We have spoken several times to the branch as well as to the call center of SBI.

But I have not been able to get a solution except hearing that there are problems with atm cards relating to Associate banks of SBI.

This is to request for a solution to this problem.
