hi,
there was a problem in withdrawal of money in the nagpur railway station atm.

2 october evening 6.10 pm i was got into the atm for money withdrawal, i enterd password and money required(1500rs). i hav not recieved the money and its automatically come out of the transaction.
i tried three times like that in the same time and then i went off.
next day i check the mini statement .
it shows that the money withdarwal of rupees 1500 on the same day.
so, kindly do the necessary investigation and arrange to give my money back.

My written complaint dtd.03-04-09 to local branch Unian bank of india ( Sarkoni Jaunpur up )
My ATM Card No.[protected]
SBI A/C No.[protected]
During transaction on[protected] ATM branch Unian bank of india ( Sarkoni Jaunpur up ) the receipt shows the message "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". But when in subsequent transaction statement called it shows the same amont is withdrawal. Thus the complaint made to the local branch in written but after expiry of 10 days, My transaction amount is Rs-2400.00 So pls i request to you to do the need full. on urgent bassis I urgently need my money.
