This is with reference to my sbi credit card statement.i have not received my statement on time any of the month,even after that the payment was made whenever i get a call from customer care.But last month i made up my mind not to make the payment till i receive my statement i got two-three calls from so called customer care asking for payments;when asked for statement i was assured that the same would be faxed in four hours time;but to no avail.I went upto the extent of calling them and asking for statment where in i was again given a false promise and all rude replies but again in vain.
Today i got a call in the afternoon asking for payment and when asked for statement the same reply was given wheren i was told we ill get back to u in 15 minutes...but noreply till time...
can someone help me in telling what shoud be the next course of action...
Here is a customer who is ready to make his payments but the cr card department is neither waving of the late payment fees which occured because of them nor sending me the statemnt...........

When the amount has already been settled and final outstanding amount has been paid off during september 2007, the reason for which sbi credit card is disturbing and threatening me regularly over phone is not known. kindly take this matter seriously and keep
away from such type of nasty business and let me live a peaceful life.
same problem i m facing with them.
Even I have settled all the money I sent a request to SBI Card Manager to Close my credit card account till they didn't response to me.

I used your SBI Card No [protected] last two years, My payment due on 26th every month. I am travalling every month from 10th - 30th so I cannot pay right time due. I request to you please Extended my payment Due Date From 26th to 5th every Month .

SBI Credit Card — Harassment from the SBI Credit card department.

Internet banking stopped by SBI. Online sbi (www.onlinesbi.com) is not working for more then a month. It seems state bank has changed their online banking web site but not informed to their customers. Previous website is not even allowing to login. State bank have not given any advertisement/information about their changes in online banking services, this is too bad, I am not able to check my account online. Please inform me about thier new website if any one knows about it.

SBI Credit division is not for customer support, but money worms. i got SBI card, but never used and requested them to cancel, since in the first month i recived 800/- as service charges. After one year i got call from them sorry for all previous confusion, this time we'll not charge any extra charges. even then i told them not to send, again they sent the credit card. I never used the card. but i am getting calls from Customer care and torturing me over phone. I told them i never used the card. but for cancellation, they are charging 3000/-.

Need some suggestion to approach Consumer court against SBI credit card details.

SBI Credit Card — NON RECEIPT OF STATEMENT + HARASMENT ON PHONE

Non-Receipt of Statement + Harassment on phone by their Staff

This is with reference to my SBI Credit card statement. Myself DALEEP KUMAR SEHGAL & My SBI Credit Card No.[protected]. I have not received my statement from SBI Credit Card department from past 5-6 months. I have called many times on phone banking for statements also, even after that the payment was made whenever i get a call from customer care. But last month I made up my mind not to make the payment till I receive my statement I got two-three calls from so called customer care asking for payments; when asked for statement I was assured that the same would be couriered within five days; but to no avail. I went upto the extent of calling them and asking for statment where in I was again given a false promise and all rude replies but again in vain.
Before One week I got a call asking for payment and when asked for statement the same reply was given wheren I was told we will get back to you within 7 days but uptil the date I have not received any statement
could you help me in this matter what should be the next course of action.
Here is a customer who is ready to make his payments but the credit card department is neither waving of the late payment fees & financial charges which occured because of them nor sending me the statemnt.

I used SBI card around 6 months its fine. after that I didn't receive any bills. simply they used to call and ask me for payment. they used to send one executive for collection I paid for 3 months like that without bills. they took some rest i think and suddenly they asked after few months you have due, when are you going to pay? I asked for my bills. they are not sending but they are calling.

Whom we have to approach for closing this issue, Even I asked customer care persons, they are not responding properly.
I am in the habit of keeping extra amount to my credit. I have not received the staement for october in november, Today when I saw a message in my cell phone on 1 st December, 2008 that payment is overdue & I rang up to find out that about Rs 1089 was due to be paid before 26 th nov. whereas in my october satement I was having to my credit some amount. This message could have been given as soon as statement is generated as is done by AIRTEL so that we could arrange payment immediately. Even the message saying that payment was overdue could give more details as about the amount and due date. to avoid our wasting our time and your time in contacting the customer care. SBI Credit division is not for customer support, but money worms. They are not bothering about any body they are not sending the statement properly, and this people never give the courrier details also, and they are having SMS alart for only 98 starting mobile no in tamil nadu, but they are having advertising alart to all the mobile nos..

this is the way SBI Credit Card is Running ..

if any body donot get statment properly, u will request for a duplicate statement, it will comes in next billing cycle..

i[censored] drop the cheque in the draw box befor ur payment date, but the cheque will cleard after 10 to 15 days, because they are money worms they put late fee Rs. 600 + G .Tax so that thay are cleard after 10 to 15 days.

SBI Credit Cards — Harassment

The agent of SBI card SBICHASE wrote to me asking for settlement. The letter was sent and i made the payment thru net banking of SBICARD.COM.
The payment was made twice due to error in net banking now SBIn refuses to respond even after writing to AVP SBIGE cards. How to lodge consumer forum case and recover the amount.

    i am not getting the password 4 internet banking from the B.T.road branch of the bank in kolkata. the branch manager is telling that he is not able to provide it as he is busy with other work. The concerned manager does not behave in a proper way with their client. He takes time 2 fulfill any kind of responsibility..

        Hi, This is Chandraprakash Jain and my card no is [protected]. I would like to draw your attention to strange reply given by two of coustomer executives viz. "Vaibhav" and "Komal" and SBI's stretagy to make money from innocent customers.
        SBI simply put charges in your bill and every time will ensure that their collection department gives a call to you and they promise to reverse the charges and ask you to pay the rest of amount (net of charges) and that is exactly what you do. And now think why do they on their own give a call to you.
        My dear friends, it is because the fact that promises made by their collection department has no legal value instead of fact it is recorded or not. And when you will contact Customer care what they will say "Collection is a separate department and their call records are not shown in our log and you must have called Customer care".
        Now realize what mistake you have made by trusting them on their collection department and trick of SBI Card in refusing any of the responsibilty of their collection department.
        This is the best example to show how to make your coustomer fool and make money by harrassing them.
        I would be greatful if you could help me out in it. Although I have instructed them to cancelled my card from right now and I request all of you people to do the same. Do not ever believe SBI CARD by thinking that it is a nationalized bank's enterprise.

        SBI Cards — Card Payment and Undue Charges

        The persons calls up from Delhi and Gurgaon requesting not to deposit cheque and they will get collected and the reprsentative does not turn up after taking time for weeks and we land up in paying late charges for no fault.
        I am not user of SBI CARD but still i am receiving sms from you "TM-SBI CARD" of due payments. My mobile no is [protected].

          i have already writter a mail to SBI credit CC manager on , 16-Aug-07,But matter still pendig please do the needful.

          This is with reference to "ROYAL SUNDARAM ALLIANC CHENNAI IN" dated 30.04.07 amounting Rs. 5093/-. This was renewed without any information/confirmation to me and deducted from card account. I came to know this when I received the statement for the month of May '07. Then I talked to your call center about this and they further suggested me to talk to Sundaram. After talking to Sundaram, they confirmed that they will cancel the policy and same amount would be revert back to my account.

          The amount Rs. 4584/- was reverted on 31.05.07. Still the balance amount Rs. 509/- is not adjusted and Rs. 272/- was further debited on account of "Finance Charges". Then I called many times to SBI Call Center and everytime they assured that whole amount would be waived off next month statement.

          Everytime they are debiting some amount in the name of "Finance Charges" and Rs. 509/- is also not waived off.

          Now my concerns are :

          1) "Why this payment of Rs. 5093/- was made to Sundaram without my confirmation.
          2) When amount of Rs. 509/- would be adjusted.
          3) Why this Finance Charges are adding everytime.

          Please look into this and arrange to resolve the problem at the earliest. I am coordinating SBI since long.

          If it is not resolved, then I would have to go for cancellation of SBI card and would have no option except referring the matter to Consumer Forum / RBI.

            See iam reciving a call from SBI card division past from 8 months.. they are asking one mis namya krishna iam continuesly telling ur prople which is wrong no pls ignore the no & i have sent a mail to SBI customer care also from there also i got fedback they told sorry for the inconviniyence we are deleting ur no from the database after two day again they started calling is there any way to stop the calling????

              I have booked two watches as per sbi statement offer to me with M/s Compact International Mumbai and paid vide my SBI card It was debited to my SBI card on dated 06.11.2007 which is shown in my SBI card statement of Nov.2007. I want to contact the company and customer care centre of SBI but no one answered me satisfactorily. Now I decide to go Consumer Court/Forum for the delivery the product or return my money to me as early as possible. If you help me or suggest me to how I react the same.

                Sub: Complaint about SBI credit card
                Dear Sir,
                This is to inform you I am holding SBI credit card since last 1.5 yrs. Keeping faith on their billing , I continued using card and making regular payments. In July2007 I took loan so its EMI also I started paying regularly from Aug2007 billing. As I was knowing my billing and EMI amount so in 1Sep2007 I made payment before billing date of Sep2007.So that excess amount of my payments can be adjusted in sep2007 bill. But SBI customer service call center asked me to make again EMI payment stating “early payment of EMI not accepted and excess payment of customer can be adjusted against purchases only and suggested me to do purchasing so excess credit amount of approx.Rs.3600/- can be adjusted”. So in Sep2007 and October 2007 billing also I paid EMI amount again even though extra credit balance was existing on my credit card account. So in Oct2007 I made intentional credit card purchases expecting SBI will adjust my excess payment but again they sent bill without adjusting my extra excess credit balance Of apprx. Rs.3600/-
                This cause me a serious mental trauma as I had to borrow money from my friends to make SBI payment of Sep2007 and Oct2007 eventhough excess credit existing on my credit card account.Their costomer cares assured me many times in last 3months that they will adjust excess credit for purcheses but till today they have not sorted out the matter and finally they given me complaint no only in Nov2007.(in Nov2007 bill they shown balance credit adjustment but again shown balance debit adjustment whereas in actual this debit should not be existed)

                This is to infom you thae I am holding the SBI credit card, it is for more then 5 years , but from one and half year i am not getting any statements bcoz of that i am unable to make the payment on time, your collection people are very harsh, now i request you to send me the statements on time so that i could make the payments , for past one year ia m paying uncessarily late fee and other interest charges for no reason , it is all because of your system , even from past one year my card has been expired and the new card is not yet been sent to me, pl doo the needful in this regard

                    This is Shailesh Jain. I am software professional working in Pune and my native place in Jabalpur (M.P.)

                    2 and half years back I have applied for a SBI credit card & I have filled some details such as native place phone no., company name & no.(at that time I was in IBM Pune) etc.

                    But after some time I got the regret letter from SBI bank saying that I do not fit into their criteria for Credit Card and the matter was closed at that time only.

                    And I didn't receive any Card from SBI bank and suddenly on 16th-Nov.-07 after 2 and half year later somebody (says I am the DSP from Delhi- Samar Pratap Singh) called (thrice) on my native place phone no. and threaten to my mother saying that your son has done fraud and we will send ladies police within 8 hours & you and your son will get arrested.

                    And he did not tell any thing about him and in 2nd call he has given one advocate cell no. to call a guy named -Sumit (advocate in Delhi high court, cell no. [protected]).


                    And when I had talked with this guy (Sumit) he has told me that SBI bank has put some charges (such as fraud case against me-420,306 etc.) because I have purchased some-thing from SBI Credit Card and did not paid the amount.

                    Then I told him that I do not hold any SBI Credit Card & recently 15 days back I have applied for it from Pune and still I did not received it. Then he has given me other cell no. to talk says he is banker you have to talk with Kiran (Cell no. [protected]).

                    After talking with kiran I have told him the same stuff I don't hold any Credit card from SBI and then he has also given me another number to talk.

                    SBI banker name Sandip (Cell no.[protected]); after that I had talk with him also; I have told the same stuff I don't have any credit , debit and not even account in SBI.

                    Then how come I can purchase some thing from it?

                    And I had told him that please provide me details about Credit card acceptance if I have received it.

                    I need information

                    on which date you have issued Card ?

                    on which address you have delivered Card?

                    on which date you have send it?

                    at what time somebody have received it?

                    by which courier you have send it and what was the AWB no. or Dispatch no. etc?

                    who has signed on courier receipt?

                    which identity receiver has show while accepting card and did courier guy has checked out?

                    after use of card, did SBI bank has send any bill statement.

                    -- If Yes - then same question on which address, on which date, at what time, by which courier service.

                    - and if amount was not paid did SBI bank send any reminder

                    If yes-- then same question on which address, on which date, at what time, by which courier service.

                    And after such kind of talk he says he will get back to me. And in the evening at 6:12PM on same day he has called but he told me only one thing like- he says 'if that is the issue then I will do something.'

                    And now I am seeking justice & complete information;

                    Now I would like to file a case against SBI Credit Card department and all the guys who has involved in complete scenario.

                    Please help me out in this situation.

                        Sir,I have received my bill for a value of Rs.1969 due date on 8.11.07. I have put my cheque of Bank of India,R.N.puram branch,Coimbatore dated 5.11.07. for the above value on 3.11.07 in drop box. I have received message from you that you have received the cheque and sent it for collection. after two days when I am out of station I have received message that my cheque is not collected hence sent new cheque,I talked with your customer service they told that my cheque was returned from bank stating there is no fund hence I have to issue new cheque and late fee will be added. I clearly told your customer service that I have a balance of Rs 40000 in my account hence there is no chance of cheque returning,also I have contacted the bank they told they have not received any cheque from SBI credit card and they have not returned,if they have returned they will enter in their system also they will put a fine of Rs 80,nothing is made in my case, this matter I have informed to your customer service,also I told if my cheque is returned sent me a copy of that,but they said they want account statement from the bank,and send it to you by fax, today I returned from out of station and met the Senior Manager, Bank of India,he clearly show all the records that my cheque is not received and hence not returned,he also gave me the account statement of my account from 1.11.07 to 15.11.07 duly signed by him,I have sent the same to your fax no[protected] nearly ten times till I have not received any reply.Hence I am not responsible for the delay.



                        Hence you can send the cheque for collection and I am not responsible for the delay,further if my cheque is misplaced sent me a letter stating the reason so I will issue a new cheque.



                        Your customer service is asking me to send a fresh check,how it is possible for me to issue a fresh cheque when i have allreaby issued a cheque,if you want a fresh cheque return me my cheque allredy issued.

                        Today I have received a message that I have to pay Rs2721/-.I talked to the customer service and inform the details .They told that they are looking after my quarry but it will take time, and I have to pay Rs400/- mimimum due , which I am not accepting since why should I pay extra for nothing fault on me and I requested to cancel the late fee until my quarry is over,for which your customer service is not accepting hence I informed to cancel my card.Hence solve my problem immediately.

                        I Agree that the SBI cards service is very filthy and they always work as government officials only, never bothered to respond to issues and all are irresponsible.

                        One of the greatest mistake is to become a customer of SBI Credit Cards. There are several instances where customers have been fooled in making xtra payments/unnecessary payments of their bills. One cannot understand their calculations and has to pay unnecessary amounts from their hard earned money. Once you pay regularly for consecutive 2-3 months or you pay more than the due amount for that month, they will stop sending Credit Card Statements and will never bother to call up regarding the payments. Again when the interest accumulates up they will call u day in/day out harrassing customers like us. When you ask for the payment details, they will abuse you on the phone itself from Delhi. Then they wll call from Gurgaon, and make you feel like a criminal. After few days they will send recover agents at your residence to make a chaos scene. I am one of the victims.

                        SO DONT GO FOR SBI CREDIT CARDS IN NEAR FUTURE...

The best part of the rouism is that when ever you raise a complaint about there behaviour to them they have a standars reply that they dont have records of my credit cards.                         In My SBI Credit Card, i made a Purchase of Rs. 7350/- in the month of November, i got the statement it was reflected as Rs. 7350/ debit to ur account, then i was called to Customer care center - Chennai, and i placed a request for Rs. 7350/- to convert into EMI ( Flexi Pay) they replied request is processed.

                        Then i got the statement next month again they made Rs. 7350/ as debit and Rs. 7350/- as Credit and also Debit intrest of Rs. 1740/- and Emi of Rs. 258/- ( 258*24emi) in this case i came to know they are puting Rs. 7350- two time debit
                        and Rs. 7350/-one time crdeit
                        Intrest Rs 1740/- debit and
                        EMI Rs.258/- ( including principle amount + intrest )

                        i asked to call center they telling eveytime ur request is in process!!! now a day they are not sending the statement also ... and i am not paying single paise to SBI for the Past 4 Months ? they are keep calling at 7.35 am, 9.30 am, 12.10Pm 3.40pm 4.30pm daily from chenni Parys collection center, they are using some unwanted languages.. but i never bother about that, i tell them i will not make any single paise to u, first u will issue a legal notice to me i will face thru court, they are telling we will not move to legal ...

                        and also i got the statement of Jan-2008 orginal and Duplicat statement issued by SBI Credit card, in that many transactions are differ from each statement..

                        so SBI customer beware of SBI Credit card, check ur statement every month, i noticed there is some total calculation problems in the statments,

                        so donot go for SBI Credit cards, this is my request ...

                        1)Opened Account KMBank last month, the executive came to my home, told me the fecilities and services of the bank. Even after one month i struggling to get the, my pin number of ATM debit card.

                        2) I gave two cheque's they dishonred it, without calling me for signeture varification.

                        3) If you call up customer care they say, it is not thre thing, just call branch, branch people pick phone, listen my complaint and say call back in 30 minutes, they never call back.

                        4) I thought of just closeing my account.

                          For about 6 months now, I am getting frequent calls from SBI Credit Card Dept. in Chennai asking for one Mr.Thulasiraman in my residence landline telephone no. There is no one with that name in my family and I have explained this many a tmes to those people. It is very much frustrating since most of these calls comes during the peak office hours when all o[censored]s are extremely busy. At times we used to get continous calls on the same day asking for the same person from different people.

                          I feel that the bank officials would have wrongly keyed in my telephone no. and it is a data entry issue. But the problem is that the executives who call us is not taking any steps to update their records and make a note of the change.

                          I have informed them gently, shouted at them and at times even cut the line without talking, invain. I asked them to connect the line to their Boss to see atleast whether he takes any initiative but they are not connecting the line.

                          Each time when I receive the call I used to them that there is no one with that name in my house and it may be some data entry mistake and that executive will hear the full story and assure me to correct the records but within few minutes I used to get another call from another executive of the same Organisation asking again for Mr.Thulasiraman.

                          Can anyone help me out in sorting out this issue?

                          SBI Cards — Wrong mobile number

                          One of your customer has wrongly registered my mobile number on his card. The card holder name 'Mr. Iqbal Ahmad Ansari'.
                          I have sent emails and told your associates at the call center to remove my mobile number from the sbi card database, but nothing is happened till now.
                          I am getting calls frequently, I am getting harrassed my this.
                          I am really unhappy with the SBI Cards team. Inspite of telling more than 15/20times still they have not acted.

                          SBI Credit Card — Calls made for Payment already done

                          Since past three months, I am getting calls from Chennai SBI card office reminding me to pay the amount which I have already paid. The call center people don't know what they are talking and even don't understand the terms Total amount due and minimum amount due. I have registered n number of complaints against it but they are useless. They still keep on calling. I want take this up to next level and sue these SBI card and the call center people.

                          SBI Card — Wrong Calls

                          Hi,
                          I have my mobile number [protected] which was issued by Airtel to me approx. 3 years back which I think was with someone else before me.
                          I am being harassed by SBI executives by making calls almost every second for the amount due on SBI card with the name of Mohammad Arif Khan which I am not.
                          I have told every time to these guys that I am not Arif but these SBI teams are not removing my number from their databases, and I am fed up of these calls. Please help in getting rid of these calls.

                          It is to bring into ur notice that i have deposited Demand Draft of Rs.10, 000/- against my November Bill of Rs.9, 800/-. The DD was deposited at Todapur Branch of SBI ( New Delhi-110012 ) on 19th of November, 2009 but to the surprise, it still has not been adjusted in my credit card account and i m receiving harassing calls from ur collection call center for no fault of mine.                             On 17/Aug/07, I had taken an draft for easy money for an amount of Rs. 30000/=.

                            On 20/Aug/07, I was given a balance transfer offer fro an amount of Rs. 30000/=.

                            The amount that was taken for easy money was repaid back on 19/Sep/07 itself. (within the 1 month period). I called up SBI customer care and clearly informed that this 30000/= Rs payment is towards the easy money and not towards the balance transfer. But SBI has cleverly taken that re-payment amount towards balance transfer and put finance charges for not re-paying the easy money.

                            Now in the statement dated 1-Nov-07, they have put finance charges as Rs. 951.31 Rs towards easy money which has already been paid in full on 19/Sep/07.

                            I repaid the amount of 30,000/= on 19/Sep/07 towards easy money and not towards balance transfer. No foolish person will pay for the balance transfer on Sep-19-2007, when he has time till Nov-20-2007. Customers cannot be penalized for the whims and fancies though which SBI Credit card works.

                            They keep calling the customers, lure them to take the offers to boost your credit card sales and finally put the interest burden on the customers.

                              I have utilised the visa credit card for purchasing railway ticket but instead of once debit it has been debited twice same amount .I have lodged the complaint before 2 months but till now the case is pending from your side. If you can not resolve the case why not you are closing your department.Or else intimate us we will go for alternatives.

                              Today, just I have received a bill from your side and I am really surprised that you have charged Rs.563.72 as fine.

                              I have deposited a Cheque No.109238 dt.4.11.07 of Rs.1672.56 in your drop box at Esplanade Area "Chario". But after one week SBI people called me over my mobile that they have not recd. the payment. After that I enquired in your drop box centre and they confirmed that the cheque has already cleared from the drop box at the same day and again customer service called me over phone to deposit the minimum amount in cash or cheque and I have given cash amount of Rs.1672/- to your representative who had collected from me on 17.11.07. But till now, I have not received the cheque returned. I don't understand what is the reason behind this bill payment.

                              Due to your negligency in sending statement of account, why I will pay the extra charge of Rs.563.72 ? Is it possible ? As a customer, if you got this type of statement what is the reaction on you, you will realize better. Tell me. It is very ridiculous,. where I was too much not aware about the billing date.

                              You are requested to please reverse the amount of Rs.563.72, if not then I will compel to stop the use of Credit Card and will return the card.

                              I am waiting your prompt reply on top priority basis. It is very urgent.

                                  I RECEIVED RS.16000.00 IN DD FORM AGAINST ATM CASH WITHDRAWL.THEY SAID ATM CHARGES ON THIS WILL NOT BE TAKEN.IN TOTAL I USED RS.16000.00 plus Rs.18094.00 equal to 34094.00.Additionally SBI Life SuperSuraksha,(Prem&Admn Fee)Rs.3583plus Rs.3583 i.e.,Rs.7166.00.
                                  till today i have deposited Rs.approx.18679.00.
                                  The amount due to pay must be Rs.22581.00 instead of approx. Rs.36,ooo.oo as the total out standing they say.
                                  In conversation they say,we have added Rs.10,000.oo additionally in your total outstanding.which we will transfer to u when u will submit total due promptly.

                                    My SBIcard no. is [protected] and expiry 02/11.
                                    I would like to inform you that

                                    - I became a sbicardholder at the behest of AGM Mr. Chand Tikku,
                                    Ashok Marg Branch, Lucknow, UP. in feb-march 2007 - was it my
                                    blunder?

                                    - I was told to acivate it and i made a purchase of Rs. 299/- from
                                    Kouton, LKO on 2/3/2007.

                                    - the above said purchase was my one and ONLY purchase done on the
                                    card

                                    - I paid Rs.750/- as one time lifetime fee (?)

                                    - later i came to know that NO OTHER BANK charges any time of fee
                                    annual or lifetime! and i am getting offers from various banks for
                                    getting credit cards!

                                    Meanwhile i was NOT in the city for 6 months or so and i had asked one
                                    of my person to deposit the amount used for the purchasing 299/- but
                                    it seems by the time it could be done
                                    so your statements started coming showing huge amount as DUES!

                                    The latest statement that got for 10 SEPTEMBER 2007 SAYS TOTAL AMOUNT
                                    DUE Rs 2822.40 AND
                                    FEE PAYMENT NOT RECD 393.26D
                                    INTEREST CHARGES PURCHASES 76.24D

                                    can you please explain in detail the anomalies of the statements when
                                    only 299/- amount of purchase was made on the card!
                                    Please expedite so that i can deposit the amount (purchase + interest)
                                    and then close it.
                                    its been a most disappointing experience and i would NOT have gone on
                                    to become a member if the Mr Tikku had not recommended your services!

                                    looking forward to an early reply so the case could be sorted out at
                                    the earliest.

                                    I had been pursuaded by the sales agent to have this card.However during verification process, I categorically refused to have this SpiceJet SBI card, as I came to know from my friends that the services and committments made by DSA are not in line with the company's policies and intentions.
                                    Still I got my card[number [protected]], which I have not used till date.
                                    I am getting regular bills alongwith phone calls asking me to pay the outstanding money??

                                    From my side, this card is cancelled, as mentioned earlier over phone to the people asking to pay the bills.
                                    Hope, I will not get further communications from the company for the same.

                                      I HAVE TAKEN SBI CARD 3 MONTHS AGO. I DINT GET ANY STATEMENT TILL NOW. SBI CALL CENTRE EXEC'S SAY THT IT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED ON 05.10.07 AND THEY HAVE SENT AN EXECUTIVE AFTER CALLING MANY TIMES AND HE COLLECTED RS.2400 THROUGH CHEQUE. IT IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS TILL NOW I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY BILL. HOW CAN I PAY THE BIL WITHOUT VIEWING MY STATMENT. SO PLZ SEND THE STATEMENT IN TIME.
