There is a charge in My 17th Sep.06 Credit Card statement of SBI Card for Rs.5000/- stating Cash withdrawal from ATM at Delhi alongwith the cash transaction fee.

I immeidately disputed as I have never travelled since more than 20 years to Delhi and provided all the necessary documents to SBI Cards Gurgaon office and the same is acknowledged by them stating they are investigating the same.

However, till today there is NO PROPER RESPONSE on this amount wrongly charged to my card a/c instead there is penalty charged for the same for non-payment.

I have sent everymonth twice mails to them to their Vice President by Name Mr.Ajay Bharti's ID and always received a response stating this is under investigation.

I have stopped using this card since May 07 and the outstanding amount only pertains to the wrong amount charged to my card in Aug.06 alongwith related charges for nonpayment of the same.

I have received a mail from them in Sep.07 the case is referred to to their dispute cell and till today NO response. Instead their recovery agents are calling daily and harassing me to pay this amount which I have turned down stating the amount is not payable.

I was surprised LEADING BANK OF INDIA is taking more than 1 year to investigate a wrong charge in their transaction apart from harassing their customers to pay the same.

I HAVE INFORMED ALL MY KNOWN FRIENDS AND RELATIVES NOT TO TAKE SBI CARD AS THEIR SERVICES ARE POOR COMPARED TO A SMALL PROVISION SHOP IN INDIA.

I WANT TO PUT THIS COMPLAINT SO THAT PEOPLE WHO READS IN INDIA OR OTHER COUNTRIES SHOULD COME TO KNOW HOW THE INDIA'S LEADING BANK IS MANAGING THEIR CREDIT CARD BUSINESS BY NOT SOLVING A DISPUTED TRANSACTION SINCE 1 YEAR.

    I would like to draw your kind attention about the fact that on 03.10.07 I operated my ATM to draw money at your ATM counter situated at Aberdin Bazar, Portblair, Andaman. The balance shown in the statement supplied by the ATM Machine was Rs.34,144.44. On 13.10.07 I again operated ATM at ATM counter adjacent to SBI, City Centre, Durgapur-16, and was denied withdrawl of any amount by the machine. After gone through the Mini Statement it was surprisingly noticed by me that there was no balance in my S/B Account with SBI, City Centre, Durgapur-16, vide our S/B a/c. no. is [protected] which was immediately brought to the notice of your SBI, City Centre, Durgapur-16 on that day.

    In view of the above circumstance it is my earnest request to your active intervention to resove the problem and restore my correct balance of Rs.34,144.44 instead of zero.

    I had open my new account on 12th March-08 in sbi, sec-31 branch chandigarh.

    My ATM card came on my given address but was returned back since i was not available on that address at that time.

        Hello All,

        I am here to share a very pathetic experience I had with SBI Credit Card. I have a SBI Gold Card. I am having problems since the day I have got this card.

        First of all I never receive the statements on time. I have called 10 time (exactly) to the customer care dept. to give them my correct email address, and to have my statements on time in mail. Every time they take down my email address and till date ie: after 10 calls and 6 months, I still receive paper statements and that too after the due date is over.

        Immediately I start getting calls from the so called Recovery Dept. They are extremely rude and abusive.
        I would say being rude would be acceptable when it comes to the SBI people calling. They are ABUSIVE in such a way that they normal educated people can't even think about it.

        I HEREBY CAUTION OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE READING THIS.

        Please, and please never ever think about going for an SBI Card.

        I am going through a horrible time, even after making payments on time (ie: as soon as I receive my statements). Half of my productive time goes in making the sitting taking calls in the customer centre what my problem is. Every time they say I will help you in a very cold manner. But still the same things are continuing.

        IF ANY LAWYER IS READING THIS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN. I AM READY TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TEACH SBI A LESSON. I AM READY TO SPEND MONEY BEHIND THE CASE, BUT ATLEAST I WILL MAKE SURE OTHERS ARE SPARED OF THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT METTED OUT TO ME.

        I have a outstanding of some amount in SBI credit card dept. At the every 20th of the month i get calls from recovery people. And the calls are very abusive. It became so serious that once it even affected by health. I was in so much of tension after the Recovery agent gave me a call that i got Facial Paralysis. I have all the Medical documents with me. And just the last month one more recovery agents called me and she threatened me like a police and my mistake she called my relatives house as my phone was busy and she tortured my relative that even he was ill. I would like you to take severe action against them.
        I have experience of my own card too, I asked the recovery people not to call me again and started disconnecting calls. I was over billed after a balance transfer and I asked the SBI cards to waive off or forget the whole amount. I asked them to claim the amount in court as i am willing to appear in a court of law. They don't reveal much about the outstanding and balance transfer details are not at all transparent. They had no other option but to waive off the amount and apologize for their rude behaviors...


        Can anybody help me finding the owners of the following Phone Nos which SBI card people uses for recovery of dues.

        I was traveling with my friend on my way back to palakkad from Kochi. The Sbi card Collection people has started abusing for not paying the bill, the bill was not correct as they used to debit continuously 300 Rs per two month for some porn site payment and they wee not able to give details of the payment even though dispute forms were submitted. So The cards were used for the max possible credit limit and payments were put on hold. The Recovery executives started abusing when intimated that no payments will be made with out waiving excess bills. Even abused the person's mother and father and called their home too and abused his father and mother. So Complaints will be mad to BSNL to track the origin of call and requested in writing to record the BSNL Incoming calls from Chennai.

        I would advise every one of you to use the card to the whole extent. If any body get a chance to bash the recoveries, better at first not do that use the card for complete credit limit, ask the recovery department to send the collection guy and try to get him in to your house and make a scene and tie him up and his accomplice and complaint to police for his indecent behavior (cooked up story). If possible treat him well and get his manager too and give a quotation to him as well. if abuses are in telephones try to record the call using sophisticated devices and publish it in media. You can irritate them at first by starting to abuse them on one first wrong signal. Next call onwards you can record and hand over to media like CNN or manorama news or india vision. I dont advise any one to become a defaulter, but such irresponsible behaviors from such people need not be tolerated. Education will only help you to deal with educated people and to deal with such , u need to behave as a local goonda./... Abuse them as well like they never heard such abuses b4.

        Refer to above details, after the payment u r legal notice arrived I have been SBI Credit Card customer from last 3 years approx and had done more then Rs. 46502transaction with this card and there is not even a singe dispute from my side even I have Rs. 718.50 excess in my account.

        I had received the above mentioned credit card after renual in the last month and understand that I have total 249 reward points.

        I am trying to redeem my reward points from last 3 weeks and every time your tele-executives giving me the explanation that the above credit card has been de-activated and they are going to place a request for activation of the card but today your tele-executive has confirmed me that actually the card has been deactivated and due to this I can not redeem my reward points.

        As far as reward points are concern I don’t care about the same but my concern is only that without informing to me how SBI can deactivated the credit card.

        Also please note I am not at all satisfied with the stupid explanations given by your tele-executives today regarding the deactivation of the above mentioned credit card. As per your tele-executives they had tried to contact me so many times and all the time my telephone but they didnot hve in touch with me hence SBI had de-activated my card but here I want to know the reason for why you people tried to contact me, and here I want to know the dates and timings of those calls. And also please let me know had you people sent any thing in writing before deactivation of this card.

        I have this card with me from last more than 1 years but no body from SBI had contacted me till today regarding the above credit card and the day I had asked for the redemption of my reward points i came to know you people had deactivated my card due to above reason why……………???????? Being a customer oriented and Nationalize organization you people should have give the clear picture to you customer but here I realize the whole discussion I had with you tele-executive is all just a STORY………FAKE STORY.

        Today I have placed a request with your tele-executive to cancel this credit card, so please keep your records update and cancel the above mentioned card from today onwards in your records.

        I think this is not the professional way of working, instead of giving the proper information to your customer SBI people is trying to avoiding to discuses the matter, If there is any problem with my card you should communicate the same with me in place of trying to miss-guide and making the story’s…….


        IMPORTANT

        I want the explanation on below points from SBI in writing at the earliest.

        1. Reason for why my credit card got de-activated. (As I am not at all satisfy with the above clarification given by SBI)
        2. Reason for Why SBI has not informed me before de-activation of the above mentioned card.
        3. Why can’t I redeem my reward points, is there any rule if the card got de-activated a customer can not redeem the points IF YES. Then please provide me the same.
        4. As per your records there is Rs. 718.50 excess in my credit card I want this amount back thru DD or Cheque.

        Note:

        This is really un-professional attitude which is atleast not at all acceptable to me as I had cleared my all the dues against each and every transaction with SBI before or within the time and every this is crystal clear.

        I hereby request you to please look into the above matter and arrange to resolve the same at the earliest to avoid any legal action.

        Also please note if the matter will not get resolved within the 7 days from SBI then I have no other option but only Consumer Court.

        Refer to above details, I have been SBI Credit Card customer from last 3 years approx and had done more then Rs. 40,000.00 transaction with this card and there is not even a singe dispute from my side even I have Rs. 8.90 excess in my account.

        I had received the above mentioned credit card after renual in the last month and understand that I have total 900 reward points.

        I am trying to redeem my reward points from last 3 weeks and every time your tele-executives giving me the explanation that the above credit card has been de-activated and they are going to place a request for activation of the card but today your tele-executive Ms. Manu & Nitu has confirmed me that actually the card has been deactivated and due to this I can not redeem my reward points.

        As far as reward points are concern I don’t care about the same but my concern is only that without informing to me how SBI can deactivated the credit card.

        Also please note I am not at all satisfied with the stupid explanations given by your tele-executives today regarding the deactivation of the above mentioned credit card. As per your tele-executives they had tried to contact me so many times and all the time my Mobile No was not reachable hence SBI had de-activated my card but here I want to know the reason for why you people tried to contact me, and here I want to know the dates and timings of those calls. And also please let me know had you people sent any thing in writing before deactivation of this card.

        I have this card with me from last more than 2 years but no body from SBI had contacted me till today regarding the above credit card and the day I had asked for the redemption of my reward points i came to know you people had deactivated my card due to above reason why……………???????? Being a customer oriented and Nationalize organization you people should have give the clear picture to you customer but here I realize the whole discussion I had with you tele-executive is all just a STORY………FAKE STORY.

        I think this is not the professional way of working, instead of giving the proper information to your customer SBI people is trying to avoiding to discuses the matter, If there is any problem with my card you should communicate the same with me in place of trying to miss-guide and making the story’s…….


        IMPORTANT

        I want the explanation on below points from SBI in writing at the earliest.

        1. Reason for why my credit card got de-activated. (As I am not at all satisfy with the above clarification given by SBI)
        2. Reason for Why SBI has not informed me before de-activation of the above mentioned card.
        3. Why can’t I redeem my reward points, is there any rule if the card got de-activated a customer can not redeem the points IF YES. Then please provide me the same.
        4. As per your records there is Rs. 8.90 excess in my credit card I want this amount back thru DD or Cheque.

        Note:

        This is really un-professional attitude which is atleast not at all acceptable to me as I had cleared my all the dues against each and every transaction with SBI before or within the time and every this is crystal clear.

        I hereby request you to please look into the above matter and arrange to resolve the same at the earliest to avoid any legal action.

        Also please note if the matter will not get resolved within the 7 days from SBI then I have no other option but only Consumer Court.

        SBI — Credit Card Recovery Agency use Abusive language

        I was holding a SBI Gold Gold Card in my name Abdur Rauf Rahmani. Intially they told me its free of cost we wont charge anything but when the card came they put in yearly charges to it.
        First month i got the statement but after one month i did not get any statement.... after complaining so many time to call center i didnot get any statement.... after that these people started calling from Gurgaon and started threatning and abusing on Phone..they use such abusive language .... i told them that i am out of station whenever i come back we will settle it down but they did not listen to me.... now few days back somebody called up from Chennai..and threated my mother that they will lodge a case against my sister and against my father..etc.....etc....
        these peopel are such bad people.. is this the way to deal a customer????Please do something about it
        SBI is very worst bank... Even they do not know what they will be doing... collection department ppl will harrase like anything..even though they do not know anything... Please do not take SBI CARD. Stupid survices,really very very bad......

        SBI Credit Card — Mis-guide & mis-communicating to Customer

        My card no is [protected] My complaint is SBI CREDIT CARD CHENNAI SECTION They are MIS GUIDE AND MISS COMUNICATION TO me.

        .My loan amount Rs 43000.In Decemher2007 Iam regularly remetting the monthly 1201.I have allready remittedRs 8075.Your demand Rs49324.72 is absoulty wrong.I have filed a petishion before the Banking OMBUDSMAN RBI TRRIVANDRUM .DAILY 10AND ABOVE TELEPHONE CALLS in SBI credit CHENNAI SECTION .So stop harassing me over telephone.
        I also had a very bad experience. Someone needs to teach SBI a lesson.
        Its even worst experience with me. I am out of country for the past 6 years and I spoke to officers and cancelled my card in year 2000. Today I am getting the lawer notice that almost Rs.7000 is pending. I really don't know what is happening.

        SBI /credit Card — Harassing calls from SBI

        Dear Sir,

        Here I would like to request u that i was a X card holder of SBI & want to settle this matter full final amount for that i am writing & speaking to there SBI customer care people from last 4 months but there no response some there side for the settlement of this matter. Instead of that they harassed me by calling at my mobile number which reaches to me during my working hours of my office. Let me also explain or brie[censored] the exact story behind it. When i got there credit card the person who had fill my form told me that sir that i[censored] withdraw a cash amount from this credit card & i[censored] repay the withdrawal amount on time then there is no transaction & finance charges applicable for the First time. Even though i have not received the terms & conditions documents from the bank. For that i have called them so many times at starting but every time they say that soon u will get those documents. After all these hide & seek from the bank i finally ask them for the full final settlement for this matter. But, know they say that this matter cannot be settle down it can only be settled down by paying the unwanted amount raised by them i.e. Rs 8000. So, it’s my humble request to your dept to settle this matter with an appropriate amount. According to me the appropriate amount for the settlement is Rs.[protected]. For any further clarification please feel free to contact the undersigned person.

        SBI is a Bank with most pathetic service of all.
        Be it any type of account or credit card.
        Sooner or later one will understand that opening any type of account with SBI is
        really a waste of time and energy.

        Please beware of SBI for your own good.
        sbi should be renamed as worlds largest cheat
        SBI is in the hands of some old and good for nothing employees who follow the same old style of functioning. Usual late coming, absconding from seats during office hrs when the customers are waiting impatiently for their turn in the ques, chat with collegues without any hesitation when people are waiting, no care for the updation of the software knowledge, wearing a serious look always as if the customers have come for some personal favour etc. How this bank will compete with the new generation banks? staking very tall claims about their service is their only way of function. Just remove the Govt. transactions from it and see the result. Not even a fly will look at it for its banking needs. Such is the shape of things in SBI. JUST FORGET IT.

          I have applied for the same a year back and later on it was informed to me that it was rejected. Then one day the customer care tried to give me a loan and various offer. Then I came to knoe that it was sent to me. As I didn't recieved any card i ask her to cancel the card immediately. But still they used to call and told me it was sent to you. When I told the incident they immediately disconnect the phone. Do you please send me the customer care number??

          I have dropped a cheque in drop box on 26.10.07 for the amount Rs. 3000/- (cheque no. is 543571 o[censored]TI bank).

          This particular amount was debited to my UTI account on 31.10.07. As my due date for payment was 30th of every month.

          This payment made by me is not shown as payments box in ur statement dated 10 Nov 2007.

          I am attaching both my SBI Cr. Card statement and mini statement which showing Rs. 3000/- debited to my account for SBI.

          Both the documents I have scanned in one file for quick reference.

          Please look in to the matter and confirm whether the payment received by SBI againt my account and revert back.

          The customer service has been very harsh and has not been helpful. They are rude and often end up giving wrong information to the clients.
          For eg.
          In 02/08/2007 I paid Rs. 9000/- but in that particular time my dues was Rs. 7811.13/-. So in that particular month I already paid excess Rs.1188.87/-. And for that particular reason the next month I can not pay my EMI (904.17+52.89) i.e. Rs. 957.04/- and request the customer care executive for adjustment the amount from the previous excess paid amount. The customer care executive agreed with me. But unfortunately after few days continuously some person from SBI card Dept. asked me for Rs.1800/- for the previous 957.04 and also for the particular months (Oct’07). In that particular time I already paid Rs.1000/- for Oct’07 dues. In that particular month Oct’07 I also go for a Balance Transfer for Rs. 8500/- (03/10/2007 reflected in Nov’07 statement). In that particular time SBI card Dept. send me collection agent and when I refuse to pay him he told that he can not return with empty hand the amount should adjusted from my balance transfer amount. Then I gave him a check for Rs.810/- But unfortunately when next statement (Nov’07) generated I found there was a FIN Charge on Unpaid Flexi amount Rs. 27.94/- added with my statement and Rs. 904.17 also not adjusted from my Total Amount due for this month (which is in the upper part of the statement) instead of that it is adjusted from Total Outstanding under Account’s summary (Which is the button part of the statement). And Dec’07 statement this type of error also found. (The think is that I can not receive the previous 2 statements hard copy, after receiving the hard copy of Dec’07 erroneous statement I view the Nov’07 statement through internet.). Recently I found through internet there is also a charge added which is under unbilled transaction i.e. Check pick up fee Rs. 61.80/-. My question is why I should pay this fee. I am totally confused, and don’t have any faith SBI Credit card Dept.
          I send them mail regarding this for 4 times but still no reply is there.

          The Agents of SBI cards are getting details of Account holders from State Bank of India, and contacting for giving credit cards. The Card Company using SBI logo which is deceiving. The agents at the time of obtaining signature in the application form say that the card is given free of cost for life time. Many people told me that they were cheated and lateron they got bills for activation charges etc. Some people told me that they get calls from insurance company ( Royal Sundaram) and even though they did not gave their consent, they got a policy worth 10 Lakhs and premium debited to their account illegally. I feel that the Name of the Card company should not have the words "SBI" and the card company should not use SBI logo. I hereby advice all the persons who got cheated by SBI Cards to approach Reserve Bank of India, ([protected]@rbi.org.in,[protected]@rbi.org.in,[protected]@rbi.org.in,[protected... Ministry of Finance- Govt. of India,([protected]@nic.in)[protected]@hotmail.com Banking Ombudsman, (see RBI Site). I have already taken up the matter with RBI on[protected].           I took SBI Credit card in a corporate connection, while giving they said there is no AMC. But after 1 year the charged Rs. 900 as AMC, I disagree to pay the same. The AMC amount is now become Rs. 6000. whenever I ask for the payment centre in Mysore they doesn't know the Mysore office address.

          The worst service first they do mistake and behave extraordinary and when you request they will teach you law. Basically i am from male once i applied for demand draft and they put wrong account number in my demand draft when i asked them to make stop payment for old Demand draft and issue new one they have not done that means we need to pay for their mistake there is no courtesy i don't feel bad if foreign banks are coming and we are having account with them because at least they respect you as a customer. This time i sent Demand draft as it was very urgent it has not reached to my home bank so i requested the male branch manager he was teaching me that its financial instrument and all, as per my knowledge there should not be any problem in making stop payment and issuing new demand draft.
          Honestly speaking i really don't like but when there is no option rather than going for this State Bank of India.

          My credit card no is [protected]. I want to surrender my credit card.In the month of January'09 I had cleared all the outsatnding dues of rs 418/-. There was no outstanding balance on me. However, in the month of January'09 there was not a single transaction, but the card statement dated 25th January a sum of Rs 49.41 is shown as outstanding against me and the same is to be paid before 14th February'2009. As I have cleared my outstanding I will not go to pay further.

          I had used SBI credit card and paid within due date.At last the balance grew and made agreement and gave three postdated cks by 072007 and it was cleared. Later sbi starts sending bill adding interest, min amt and service charge, now they get my current job details from someway and forced to pay the balance of now otherwise collectionagent might call to my HR.           I applied a SBI Credit card .My Application no was[protected].Yesterday I got a sms that my request has been declined due to non contactable by you despite lots of efforts.Whenever I received calls I confirmed this.

          Still I am surprised to see this reason as I receive calls every day every hour and minute.

          This is first time when I had applied a new card from SBI I was expecting good services from you as I have a saving account in SBI but right now I am feeling very disappointing as I was not satisfied with your lame/Fake excuse.

          We have no listening.No body called me from your side. Sending a decline request sms to a customer is a kind of customer insult.Its means you are blaming customer instead you.
          I strong agree with the complaints on SBI card. A simple example of mine may be useful to the readers. There was a cash back announced by SBI. I purchased something and converted it into 6 EMIs. I have to receive cash back of 1500/-. I am paying my EMI every month promptly. At the same time online I used to see the statement. During one month, Rs. 1500/- credited to my account. I have pay an EMI of Seven thousand and odd. After seeing 1500 credit, I paid 6500. Next month i received a call and asked to pay the EMI. I have explained the episode to them saying 1500 + 6500 is totaling to EMI even it is more. To my surprise, Cash back can not be added with EMI which they never told me. Over and above, I am charged around 60/- against insurance which I opposed. This happen during 2008 and still continuing today. I am planning to go to Ombudsman.

          The nasty service I have ever come across.

                I have submitted my application in SBI Hadapsar branch for opening saving account sometime 1 month back. But till now I did not receive my account number and cheque book from the branch. I applied for the housing loan from SBI and need to give them post dated cheque from the same bank SBI. But the service that SBI Hadapsar branch providing is very disappointing. None of the TN# in Hadapsar branch is working which i found thr google and SBI site. Even mails are also bouncing. It is not possible for me to visit the branch now and then. Is there any solution for this??

                  During transaction on 28-09-07 through mobile ATM at my office, the receipt shows the message "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". But when in subsequent transaction statement called it shows the same amont is withrawal. Thus the complaint made to the local branch in written but after expiry of one month, the branch officials were show their unability to do anything about the matter stating that the statement of the month of ATM is not show any correction. Kindly advise to whom the complaint made hereafter.

                  it shows that the money withdarwal of rupees 1500 on the same day.

                      Respect Sir,
                      We having a sb a/c with SBI,city centre, durgapur-16,A/c No: [protected] with ATM facility,card No:[protected], which is also salary disbursement a/c of my wife. On 3/10/07 I operated ATM at Aberdinbazar, Portblair, Andaman while we had been in a tour to Andaman from 29/09/07 to 04/10/07 and after draw the money, balance was shown Rs.34,144.44 in my above account. After returing at Durgapur,on 13/10/07 I again operated ATM at city Centre,Durgapur-16 and I was denied with comment "sorry unable to process". Immediately I draw mini statement from the said STM and I surprisingly noticed that my entire balance was shown zero instead of Rs.34,144.44. Mini statement shows as follows: on 01/10/07 Rs.22712.00 + bulk posting and on 03/10/07 Rs.34,144.44 cash withdrawal and on 06/10/07 Rs.5000/- debit and available balance showsn 0.00. Immediately I brought this to the notice of your ATM maintanance office of my SBI, City Centre, Durgapur-16 on the same day i.e. on 13/10/07. This is for your kind information that we did not make any kind of transaction through ATM Card or Cheques in between 04/10/07 to 13/10/07 so I could not understand how the entire balance of my said account was withdrawn.
                      I have lodged the complain with my SBI,City Centre,Durgapur-16 on 13/10/07 bu till date I have got nothing fruitfull result from their end. Salary for the month of Sept.07 along with Puja Bonus was disbursed by the employer of my wife but due to above problem we are being forced to spend our days in financial hardship and we also apprehend that the cheques from that account are also dishonoured by your bank, as we issued one cheque for electricity bill, on 09/10/07 and I am running the risk of being penablised legally.

                      In view of the above circumstances we apprehend that there has been some malfunctining of the machine which is not very uncommon and therefore week your active and prompt intervention to resolve the problem and restore the correct balance as Rs. 34,144.44.

                      Dear Sir
                      With referenace to the attachment enclosed, on 15/07/09 i had tried to withdraw Rs 20000/- from ICICI ATM at kumarswamy layout ATM, Banglore.
                      Since they had only 100rupee notes, i had made 5 attempts ie Rs4000/- x 5times.
                      4 times the process was o.k but 5th time it had displyaed temproroy unable to process.
                      Agian i had reinserted the card & with drawn the Rs 4000/- to complete Rs20000.
                      The balace now shows lESS OF RS 40000/-.
                      i had given the written complaint to home branch.still after 48 hrs no amount is reverted to my account.
                      Pls, conclude.

                        This is the worst credit card system i have ever seen. it is totally running on mess. i had applied for a balance transfer on 15th of oct and have not recieved the cheque till date. even now i have suffered a loss because i couldnt pay the other bank on time i dont see any solution or remidee for this late delivery. i had called customer care 11 times and every time they told me some different thing. they even didnt had the courier information till 25th of oct. once they told me they would directly transfer the amount to the other bank, next time they told me that it is not possible they would drop it in my banks ATM and the next time they said it is also not possible, they would see what could be done. And they have even sent me this months statement with the balance transfer amount in it that i have not recieved yet.

                        I have applied for SBI Credit card Vide Application No:S[protected], Dated 7th December 2007. along with the necessary documents, but not yet been receive the said credit card till to date i.e. 03/01/2008.
                        Balance Transfer Cheque not received even after 2 weeks. SBI Helpline says they cant give any information as the courier service provider has not given them any status/info.

                        This is my second bad experience with SBI and their courier service. Earlier it took three months for them to deliver the courier carrying my Credit Card.
                        I am Avijit Kumar sen residing at P-43, Motijheel Avenue, DumDum, Kolkata - 700074 have lost my SBI Credit Card No [protected]to day at or about 10 AM. Please take the steps so that my lost card is not used by any person and advise me further action .My Mobile no [protected].

                          I am being harassed by the SBI CARD OFFICE somewhere in parel or lower parle for accepting card.When finally i agreed to submit the document and gave the time to collect the executive on 24th /10/2007 and 25th /1/0/2007 between 6 to 7 PM >nobody visited. Today One Mr Sachine "so called executive" in spite, giving full address and clearcut landmarks, repeatedly called to get the adress.Finallty One Miss Sania calle me to clear his doubts and connected the confrence Mr.Sachine used the abbusive languages, not knowing that the line is on.

                          I agreed to give the documents just to find out the calling parties's address.I have noted down the numbers and details are as below.

                            you can see from my pyt history in june07 i met with a major accident i was hospitalize for

                            around 94 days at lucknow so i am unable to pay my o/s , Collection agent has visited my

                            office i request him to plz settle my acct. and close my sbi card whatever settle amt. will

                            come i will pay in 2 installment . But today i have receive a phone call on my cell from (

                            to pay the amt. in one instalment but i told him that i have given request to pay the amt in

                            2 instalment but she has denied to accept the amt in instalment and telling that bank will

                              I was holding a SBI Gold Card No.[protected] in my name Samrat Hazra. I had surrendered the card on 02nd July 2007 .

                              I had purchased two railway tickets online but later had cancelled the same. The above cancellation were reflected in the subsequent statement account statement as credit balance of Rs 4072.00 and Rs 1435.38 on 11th July 2007. The credit balance in the card account as on 03 Aug 2007 is Rs 5547.26.

                              I had requested SBI Cards to kindly remit me the amount i.e. Rs 5547.26 thorugh Cheque or Draft at my mailing address available with them.

                              It has been three months now they are not bothering to take any action I have sent several reminders and once they even said that they have despatched the cheque on 20 Sep 07 even their customer care executive confirmed my address but its been a month now and I don't know to whom they have addressed the cheque . I believe SBI CArds is just harrassing its customers by telling lies and giving false promises some serious aciton needs to be taken against them

                                Dear All,

                                I am rarely using SBI cards, but using in bits, today I have recieved a call from Call center that I have to pay Rs 744.00 ( A Part payment ) of my dishoundered cheque ( Infact, I have not Idea of dishoundered Cheque). I have been told ( rudely) , I HAVE to pay this amount.

                                When I have asked executive to present dishoundered cheque to me and I will pay 100 % payment of disnoundered cheue , but he denied for the same. and was forcing contuniously for payment of Rs. 744.00,

                                I faid to understand , why SBI ( Great Bank of India) recruiting such type of executive, who does not know,how to handle Customers?

                                I have decided , that I will not pay any amount until I will recieved details along with Dishoundered cheque, if any.

                                All SBI concerns, be careful.... YEH PUBLIC HAI!

                                SBI Credit Card — Harrasing calls

                                Dear Sir,

                                I want to know the actual process to file a complaint against the SBI card in the indian consumer forum.
                                Sir, I have settled all my bills accordingly as per the settlement letter I got. Again they are making calls asking me to pay the previously bounced cheque amounts. I told them that after getting the settlement letter I have paid the amount in cash only but they are saying so what you'll have to pay the previous bounced cheque amounts.

                                  Sir,I have received my bill for a value of Rs.1969 due date on 8.11.07. I have put my cheque of Bank of India,R.N.puram branch,Coimbatore dated 5.11.07. for the above value on 3.11.07 in drop box. I have received message from you that you have received the cheque and sent it for collection. after two days when I am out of station I have received message that my cheque is not collected hence sent new cheque,I talked with your customer service they told that my cheque was returned from bank stating there is no fund hence I have to issue new cheque and late fee will be added. I clearly told your customer service that I have a balance of Rs 40000 in my account hence there is no chance of cheque returning,also I have contacted the bank they told they have not received any cheque from SBI credit card and they have not returned,if they have returned they will enter in their system also they will put a fine of Rs 80,nothing is made in my case, this matter I have informed to your customer service,also I told if my cheque is returned sent me a copy of that,but they said they want account statement from the bank,and send it to you by fax, today I returned from out of station and met the Senior Manager, Bank of India,he clearly show all the records that my cheque is not received and hence not returned,he also gave me the account statement of my account from 1.11.07 to 15.11.07 duly signed by him,I have sent the same to your fax no[protected] nearly ten times till I have not received any reply.Hence I am not responsible for the delay.



                                  Hence you can send the cheque for collection and I am not responsible for the delay,further if my cheque is misplaced sent me a letter stating the reason so I will issue a new cheque.



                                  Your customer service is asking me to send a fresh check,how it is possible for me to issue a fresh cheque when i have allreaby issued a cheque,if you want a fresh cheque return me my cheque allredy issued.

                                  1 I am using the card from Dec 07 and till now i am unable to create my online user id on SBI cite..each time its show site is under maintaince or some other issues. This is really irretating.

                                  2 I never recieve any SMS or any other email communication from SBI branch regarding my statment on time. So that it would work as a reminder for me to pay on time. For example my this month bil was generate on 3rd Feb and due date is 26th ..while today is 17th and my outstanding amount is Rs7824.00, yet no reminder was given from branch to pay or anything....

                                  An By this mail I want to drawn your attention to the worse services of the worse bank. (SBI). Issue is that I dropped a cheque: - (Cheque no. 960002, Rs, 352153/-, loan cheque issued by Chalmadalam from Chennai) I drop a cheque breach at KG Marg, New Delhi-01. On 05/07/08 but there no status of this cheque. Insipient of breach manger commitments & description on the back side of cheque “Please in case the cheque with signature” but it’s been 20days cheque has been incased & every time manger says that wait for next two days it will be incase with I two days but after a long wait when I asked my for cheque manger said we not have statue & for last one week there no reason from manger side, I have been visiting the branch every day. On 15th my second EMI for the loan payment is going to hit my account been a regulatory body.

                                      I am Sri Durga Charan Mahato, I have owned a SBI CARD during OCTOBER 2006. In the first billing they have billid me amount of RS.2100/- I dont know why. In second month the send me a bill of arround Rs.3300/- and send me SMS that I have Rs.8400/- out standing amount to pay this is real terrible calculation as I have purchased for only Rs.1200/- during this period. When I called back to customer care the executive said may be there is any technical fault in calculation and said it will be corrected on next bill but never happned so.

                                      I am using my card regularly and also paying my credit within 10-15days of shopping. But SBI always sending a out standing bill amount which is increasing every month they have add a large amount in my bill in the name of SHOPPING CHARGES, SHOPPING INTEREST, and some other charges. The wrong calculation is ongoing from very first bill. Now its around Rs.4500/- till date I have cleared all amount which was credited with my card. but they are asking me to pay for their wrong calculation. Now the customer care executive are not listening my words and saying rudely that I have to pay all such *** amount.

                                      Please give me high suggestion how to get rid of all this problem as SBI CARD abashments is building a new tension everyday its a very Common problem happening to all SBI CARD holder.

                                      I just want a relieve from this problem but I dont know how. Such a Big Brand but very CHEAP customer care and Technical division. SBI card behaving just like a MAHAJAN/ MUNIM of ancient time.

                                      Please help me out from this problem.

                                        My self Vishwanath Singh , many times i complaint to SBI center about Credit card Statement .

                                        As per SBI Statement Balance Due is wrongly given becouse our calculation or our ac statement is not tally. so many time i said to SBI deparment give me starting Credit card statements upto the balance mismaches but sbi department never given the statement.
                                        Without Informing me they Open my account in Mediclaim.
                                        or without informing me they close the my ac and demading for me to pay balance due.
                                        SBI department wrongly charge Cheque pickup chrges becouse there department said cheque pickup charges is Free.
                                        wrongly Charge late fee or interest due, becouse for our side balance due is nil.
                                        as per sbi cheque payment details and our payment details not matchs.


                                        So, Please take the action against our complaint as possibal. & Take the correct decision against SBI Credit Card Deparment.

                                        I have applied SBI credit card through your sales executive two month ago .He has taken my all signed documents along with my photo and application form .but still i am am not recived my new card or any massage. Please give me a feeed back as early as possible.

                                        This is to let you that I handed over my credit .my sbi cradit card issued from 2003-04.asper 2007 my card balence above rs.19000.then sbi card told to full &final settlement the amount.[protected] i paid the amount rs.6500 cash(book no.183847 receipt no.9192311).but the card company issued bill every month.they last year 2-3times call me and asked payment date.and they almost issu a Advocates lettar.sir, i will paid the settlement amount in 2007 Please, see to it take lawful action from them.
