[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Lost ATM card!

my a/c number is [protected], in SPBB Branch, Guntur, A.P, i applied for ATM card and i received it. Then i went to bank to receive the pin. But bank officer told me that he didn't receive my pin. I received card nearly 10/11/2007, upto now i didn't receive pin. Please inform me what steps i should follow.

Dear sir
I have lost my ATM Cards on dated 7/9/2011 at 11:30pm, i am trying to block it but costomer care number unable to block it saying that there is some technical problem and i can"t give block confirmation number .Without confirmation nu. our Branch Manager is not issuing new ATM Cards.
please help me.

I have lost my ATM card and applied for hot listed my previous card. I had applied for duplicate ATM Card on 01.10.2012. More 3 weeks is over. Neither A duplicate ATM card is received and nor the concerned br had able to satisfied by complaints. Pl look into the matter. Otherwise I will be comple to switch over to some other bank because such a large bank is not able to handle my Duplcate ATM request. My family members have NRI accounts in your bank. Pl look into matter and resolve my complaints immediately.
