You will not get any username or password. you have to go to SBICAPSEC.com and click on forgot password. You put your UID, pan card and Bank acc.no and you will get password in your mobile. And username is your user ID.

    Dear sir,

    I am I.Sree harsha account holder of SBI branch, Kirandul, Chattisgarh( A/C No: [protected]). I have transfered money through online banking to SBH on 26th of august. Transaction displayed successful and amount of Rs.6000 had been deducted from my account on the same day. But the money was not credited on the beneficiary account until now. I approached to my own Branch Manager and they are saying that once if we get UTR reference number the money should be transfered to beneficiary on the same day. And they also said that money was transfered to RBI from the branch and they cannot provide any help further.

    But the details being shown in my accouont about this transaction are given below.

    I would like to conform
    1. I made Interbank- sbi group transfer.
    2. I credited money in right account number and confirmed thrice.
    3. I have not selected option "IFSC" but selected option "Region of bank"

    My friend ,account holder, to whom I have credited money, have approached to his SBH branch manager but they also unable to help in this matter.

    I have complained in SBI service desk and got complaint number also. I reported to concerned department of SBI and till date I got no reply.

    I would like to complaint in this regard.

    From Punjab — FAILURE OF STATE BANK OF INDIA'S ONLINE FORM SUBMISSION PROGRAM

    After paying Rs 250 when I tried to submit the online application, I was not successful in doing so. My web browser had shown errors like :
    (1) http:// 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
    (2) The maximum amount of time for a script to execute
    was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a
    new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by
    changing the value in the IIS administration tools.
    (3) Microsoft VBRuntime error '800a4006'
    ...ETC. ETC.
    AND MOST SURPRISINGLY WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE HELPLINE NUMBERS GIVEN ON S.B.I. WEBSITE ALL THE NUMBERS RESULTED IN SAME RESPONSE "WRONG NUMBER"
    I THINK THIS IS THE REASON WHY PEOPLE PREFER PRIVATE BANKS OVER BANKS LIKE S.B.I.

    WE PEOPLE SHOULD UNITE TO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THIS FRAUD.

    SBI — internet money transfer

    I made internet money transfer through onlinesbi.com.in group transfer option.
    the amount is debited in my account but the same amount is not credited to benefitiary account sice 10 days. kindly guide me the immidiate steps to be taken .is there any problem to money..

    Sbi A/c Internet banking — Non issue of Debit Card and Transaction right for my account

    Dear Madam/Sir,
    I had opened a Savings Bank accout at (A/C No[protected] SBI Vasant Square Branch at Vasant Kunj in New Delhi almost 6 month back.
    1st thing they have not issued a debit card in my name till now, every time I approach the bank they say it will be done but that day has not come yet.

    2nd I had also asked for Third Party Transaction rights (fund trnasfer) so that atleast I can use my account online.
    They kept on telling me that they will do it, untill one day I was at another SBI branch were I came to know thata I have to submit a form for the same.This information was never passed on to me by my branch.Anyways I took the form and submitted at the Vasant Square branch.They took the form and said they will do it.Its been two weeks now and nothing has been done.

    Further there is no customer complaint section on the site also were one can submit such complaints except the two phone no`s which are always bussy.

    I would therefore like to take your help to resolve these issues.

    State Bank of India — regarding online Fund transfer

    On 2nd July 2009 I did an online transfer of Rs 5000 from my ICICI account[protected] to my SBI account[protected]. The amount got debited from ICICI account the same day but it never reached my SBI saving account & after several follow up visits to both ICICI & SBI branches the amount still not got credited back to my SBI account.

    Please resolve it fast.

    I made a online transaction on 8th July 2009 from my account:

    Transaction details are as given below:

    Debit : 7, 000.00


    The transfer amount was RS7000. The beneficiary did not received the payments and the amount never returned back to my account even.

    I tried to call SBI customer care, but did not get any approximate answer from SBI CC executives.
    They asked me initially to check with beneficiary bank. When consulted them, they said they didnt receive any money and they dont have any transaction with the given transaction ID. When again consulted the SBI customer care, They told me that the amount will come back in 4-5 working days but its over a month now. I have been contacting both the branches regularly but no help.
    Hope this online complaint i will get some help.
    Please help.

    State Bank of India — internet banking transaction

    Sir, i contacted to branch manager he told me that no one in this branch to solve your internet banking proble m . I have made transaction on 30 july 09 till today they have not cleared my account . You tell sir 12000 rupee not a joke sir but they r keeping me in dark .i contacte d to customer executive he told me that within 2 hour will get your money back . but after 200 hour i could not get my money back .

    SBI Bank — Funds Not Credited in Account

    this is to inform that I, HANUMAN SINGH, having a SBI Saving Account with Sambhar Lake Bracnh, rajasthan [Code 0712]
    My Account Number:[protected]

    I presented a Cheque of ICICI Bank [AT PAR] number 982324 on 22/07/2009 of rs 40000
    the amount is still not credited in my account, but statement shows the details of the cheque credit.

    I have consulted the person whom gave me the Cheque, his Bank has debited his account on 30/07/2009 and transferred the funds to SBI Bank

    I have asked the Manager in SBI bank [0712], Sambhar Lake but he is not providing any satifactory answer and not even trying to HELP me out

    I have discussed this matter with Branch Manager many times but no Results


    Please Provide any Solution or HELP as Soon As Possible

    State Bank of India — need the record of online transaction

    sir i hold a account in sbi koramangala bangalore. i had opened the account in june 2008, at that time the bank had send internet user n password, i dont remember wheather i had changed the user id n password or not. now few days back there was n online transaction from my account and amount had been transfered to some bombay account. i had filed n FIR and get blocked that account to which amount had been transfered n i m getting back the cash. i enquired the bank people about my user id n password but they r unable to answere.even police is unable to help. these people just saying tomorrow or day after tomorrow. i wanted to know few things..
    1. can this b findout who had done the transaction?
    2. on which date n yr my user id n password was created or changed?
    3. finally wats my user id n password when the transaction was done?

    sir please help me out in finding the person who had done that. and so that i can avoid further incident like this.

    I have brought earlier also in your notice that the services of SBI, Mangal Bazaar, Laxminagar, New Delhi are extremely irresponsible. The staff is very edmund and does not work at all and through away very important documents like dd deposited and applications submitted for issuing the cheque books. I have already brought this fact in your notice earlier but no action has been taken yet. I request you kindly to trace my dd of Rs.250000/ deposited in the bank which has not yet been credited in our account [protected] even passing more than 4 months. We donot have any proof of our account such as passbook or cheque book. I personally gave an application to issue the cheque book in the hands of one responsible officer which I came to know that he torn off the application and did not act upon the application. Today, I enquired about statement of the account from SBI Jalgaon that my account is not having the entry of dd. Kindly initiate the enquery and take necessary action against the culprit.

    on 10/11/09 i transferred 27, 000.00 rupee from my SBI account to my SBM account by using card to card money transfer facility present in SBI ATM . the money was deducted from my account but it did not credited in my SBM account. so i consulted with SBI customer care service where someone tell the money will be send after 2 hours and someone says it will be send on the next working days . so i waited till 12/11/09 . but till now the amount did not credited to my account . so today i went to a near by SBI branch where they told me to send an application to the head office and it will take nearly 2 week . this much long time is costing me a lot more and still i m not sure whether i will get the money or not . sir please advice me what to do . i would be grateful to you.

    I went to the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, for opening the bank account with the written confirmation from the PDM college on the letter head (employer).

On 24th June , 2011 a transaction of Rs. 3131 is found paid by SBI from this account to ' ROYAL SUNDARAM ALLIANC CHENNAI IN ' without concerning me . I am not agreed to pay this amount Rs. 3131 to ' ROYAL SUNDARAM ALLIANC CHENNAI IN ' .

    This is crazy, my wife transferred 40, 000 via NEFT from Axis to SBI and she received sms which confirmed amount has been credited to beneficiary account but it doesn’t reflect in my SBI acc…

    Have been trying to explain my problem to customer care people but they keep transferring my calls to different departments with no solution.

    A bank like SBI can do this is scaring me.

    I was looking for solution when I landed on this forum, seems like am not the only one.

    Please an advice will surely help….

    SBI TO SBH --- CARD TO CARD TRANSFER PROBLEM --- AMOUNT DEBITED BUT NOT CREDITED
    Some times the money transferred from SBI to SBH/SBM using card to card transfer doesnt work properly. Instead it gets transferred to some "invalid account"(says the customer care executive[protected]. If this happens, you need to go to ur home branch and give a written complaint regarding the issue. You will have to mention your account details at SBI and also mention the account number of the reciepient at SBH/SBM (or they also may ask the card number instead.) and the day of transaction, Once you have given the letter wait for them to register your complaint online then itself(takes about 5mins). Once the complaint is registered you will get a ticket number on your mobile number, it confirms that your complaint has been registered. Once its done within 2 or 3 days(as in my case) the transferred amount will be credited to the RECIEPIENT's account.
    *No charges.
    *The bank employee may refuse to take the complaint saying "Its ur fault, u should have checked". But i[censored] have entered the right details then definitely u should push them to register the complaint.
    *They might ask you call customer care and ask, we cant do anything. But that wont help, u r just wasting ur time. The customer care ppl will tell u to ask at ur branch.
    *The complaint will be registered on sbicms website https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ in case they say they dont know wat to do.
    *You can also register the complaint on ur own but u will need the atm reciept, as it has all the details like ATM number, ATM TXN number.(Havent tried it myself but just visited the complaint registration page.)
    *I[censored] do not have it, then u will need to give complaint through bank only.
    *If you have entered the wrong card number, then u will have to register a amount retrieval request, which will be charged.

      lost today some where in the journey.I request you to kindly freeze my SB account so as to

      State Bank of India / Debit Card — Providing credit ased debit card

      The following in quotes was my complaint to SBI:

      "Sir,
      With due respect I would like to inform you that I found rs800 short from my savings
      bank A/C when I withdrew rs300 from ATM with ID S1AN00024101 at 15:12hrs on 03/30/08. As per
      the best of my knowledge there was rs1340.80 left in my A/C after I withdrew rs300 from the
      same ATM at 18:29hrs on 03/28/08. Moreover on updating my passbook I found that on
      29/03/2008 rs800 have been debited from my A/C.

      There after when I gave a written complaint to the branch about the same, they just
      provided the description about the same on my comlaint letter without any statement or so.
      They stated that "Amount rs800 withdraw through ATM disbersed but not debited in the A/C.
      As per report the amount has been adjusted on 29/03/08".

      Now my question is this that, what the bank authority will say do I have to follow?
      There is no mention from where or which ATM, on which date or at which time I withdrew
      rs800. Moreover I would be very happy to know that wheather SBI is offering its customers
      credit based debit cards? That you withdraw money at a certain time and SBI will debit the
      same after sometime or days or weeks. I am also paying annual ATM charge for using the same
      service, so why should I face the problem? Instead of taking annual ATM charges you take interest
      same as credit cards.

      Now the bottomline is I need a detail description of my all transactions and why
      rs800 was deducted from my A/C without any prior intimation.

      The above mentioned complaint was made 4 times:
      1. In written to the branch i.e. Chittaranjan

      2. Twice at this web link "http://sbi.co.in/customercomplaintform.jsp" where I received complaint ticket number CC[protected] & CC[protected]

      3. And once at "sbihelpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in"

      But very sadly from no where I got response and this is going on from last 1 month.

      I went to kathgodam on 24.03.2009 and I select withdrawal from kathgodam railway station ATM booth for 900.00 but I have got rupees 400.00.only from the ATM machine .

      But ATM booth iussued silip was showing the withdrawal for rupees 900.00.that means my account debited with the same and I have not got the full amount.

      When I came back to moradabad and checked my account balance with bank it was showing the withdrawal of 900.00.

      Please advice me what shall I do in this regards

        I Mr. R K Nayak having a saving bank Account holder of SBI, Chatrapur, ORISSA and have used SBI BANK Debit card for withdrawing Rs. 4000 from my saving account – [protected] through ICICI BANK ATM (Comp Sciences Corp, Hyderabad) on date 09/09/2009 (Wednesday).
        Debit Card No –[protected]
        During this money transaction, it has been displayed with network error and the net amount Rs. 4000 has been deducted from saving account.
        ATM has not delivered any cash and receipt as well during this transaction.
        Note: I have withdrawn Rs 100 before this transaction and Rs 3000 after this transaction on date 09/09/2009 (Wednesday).
        Please be take necessary action to credit the amount back to my account now.

            Hello Res,Sir,

            My name is Pramod Patel , I am in Australia on student visa since last 10 months
            for the course of Diploma in multimedia & certificate III in pre press graphic.
            Actually I am belonging to Shahada Taluka ,District Nandurbar , Maharashtra,
            because of retirement my parents living in Baroda Gujarat,
            Sorry I am going in so much detail but I want you to understand my and other
            peoples problem who migrates overseas for there education & better future.
            OK now , about my property We have a house in Lonkheda ,Taluka Shahada, District Nandurbar,
            Maharashtra, and apart from that we have 3 acres of land in Fes , Taluka Shahada, Dist. Nandurbar,MS.
            So when I was preparing for my procedure for the visa I started to apply for the Education Loan ,
            I went to the State bank of India Shahada branch, and asked for the loan ,
            they said that you dont have enough property for the security mortgage, so you cant get the loan .
            Then requested them for even please give me as little as you want but please dont say NO,
            But still they refused my request. Then I went to Bank of India Lonkheda branch and same
            happened.Even I tried in Gujarat but same, no result.
            So here I am requesting you for Educational loan if it is possible....

            After that I arranged money somehow for my education purpose,but now I heard that for the loan
            up to 4 lacs there is no need to show the property.

            If our government announces too much for the education purpose but I think they announce only for
            rich people not for poor people...
            Rather I have some property but what about that poor students who dont have any property and see the dream to go abroad.
            This is just a request to you that what banks doing with the peoples.

                  I am having ac in sbi perungudi branch. My Ac No. is [protected]. I tried withdrawn cash from Standard Chartered ATM at Besant Nagar Road Adyar on 10.08.2009. Withdrawn Amount Rs.400. Due to server problem i cannot withdrawn the amount but the amount was debited in the account. I file complaint with SBI Branch Perungudi on 11.08.2009. I am regularly following the Bank but till date the amount was not refunded.

I had gone to SBI valmiki nagar (code-1432) and given a application to the bank manager for transfer my account purpose.I told to manager for forwarding this letter to SBI TRICHY for transfer my A/C from SBI TRICHY to SBI Valmiki Nagar, but that fellow did not take any action and told to me that i cannot do it cause of i am living in mountain, jungle, how can i sent this letter?. why he has sat there? what is his work sir, if he is not able to do his job? please try to solve my problem? thank you

                      Sir,

                      I have got preprinted user Id and password, provided by the bank and branch - SBI, GCET, Raipur on 3rd August. It was not working then I had visited Raipur branch againt after 15 days then some lady staff has reactivated my user Id and confirmed to use new user Id with old password (as per preprinted password) again it was not done. I had again visited Raipur branch on 27th August then they came to know that old Id would not be reactivated hence they had provided me a new preprinted Id and password.

                      Now after 14 days I am trying to login but not done.

                      I would like to inform you that I am based at Nagpur which was informed to SBI Branch personals too and I am visited SBI branch during my visits to Raipur which is 285 kms far from current place then also I am not getting proper result of my requisition to activate internet banking. Can we accept that the bank kind of SBI with punchkline "Banking for everyone" is imlemented by there staff, who beheave like they are in some very big position apart from the service industry. Whener I have visited the branch always I have to wait for their diff. things "Chatting" included.

                        Delay in processing and sanction of Home loan
                        Dear Sir/ madam,

                        Myself and my wife have applied for Homeloan of Rs. 7 lakhs on 30th July 2009 through Byculla Mumbai Branch. The documents were forwarded to Head Office, BKC, Mumbai. I visited HO BKC approx. 15 days back that time I was suggested to enquire after a week. Till date I have not received any call/message regarding sanction or whatever your results. My due date for payment to MHADA (since the proposed flat is a MHADA construction) for my flat is very near.
                        I am calling on the SBI office telephone numbers provided to me, but few of them are out o[censored]se and in case of remaining lines nobody picks up them. Not even the officer handling the file.

                        My sincere request to you, considering Largest lender in the Country, Please please make your processes Faster so that customers like me will have options in hand and will be more happy.

                        Tell me, in a scenario like this when very few days are in my hand to make payment, and SBI people are REFUSING LOAN, then what I should do?

                        40 Plus days is really a very high time to process any loan, even you will also accept this.

                        Please Please Make your processess faster!!

                        Please try to Change you PSU/ Govt. kind of Image in minds of customer like me.

                        I also agree, SBI people are delaying in sanctioning loan. In intenet they have put as they will sanction loand with in 7 days they are taking 7 months. Too much documentation. Even i have the same problem with this bank. I applied loan for construction of building, my contractor is demanding money and i have taken 1 month time from him long back that one month is over. No response from the branch from where i applied. they gave me one No. but no one is picking the phone there. It is very irritating. If i have to apply for some other bank so much documentation again and leave from office again big headache.

                        Please change the way u work
                        I have same problem with SBI, i applied SBI Baner branch Pune for home loan submiited my all neccaray documents wwith fees chque, after 40 days when i did not recieve any message or verification from SBI then i tried to get my status i was shoked to knew that my file has lost ..Branch people said they have sent file to RACPC Pune while when i asked to RACPC they denied that there is no file with my name is recieved yet. I am rounding daily to branch to confirm whom they submit in RACPC and asking a aknoowledement but not getting any good response. SBI process is worst process and everything is manual.
                        I also have experienced the irresponsible behavior of these people at RACPC on many occasions and you can not escalate it to higher level because no one cares for the customer there.

                        I very strongly feel that the people at SBI home loan are bribed (right from top to bottom) by other financing institutions for providing such a lousy service or not doing their work. If they provide good service like other private institutions, who would like to go to private banks because the rate of interest is and other service charges and processing fees are attractive here at SBI. Just think about it and you would agree what I am saying

                            I hold salary account with SBI, Yellareddy Guda, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad ([protected]). I resigned from hyderabad and hence applied for the pf withdrawl and my application was forwarded by my employer (Suven Life Sciences Ltd, hyderabad) on[protected]. However till now cheque has not been cleared by the bank, and after my repeated calls to bank they are not providing me any details in this regard.                               This is to bring to your kind notice that the undersigned had deposited Rs.45,000/- in my Saving A/c No.[protected] on 8th September 09. I had withdrawn Rs.25,000/- through ATM in Sector-26, Branch. On 9.9.09, when I went to withdraw Rs.20,000/- from ATM near Reliance Energy Office at Sector-24, Noida, i had given the commands through the ATM for withdrawing Rs.20,000/-. After waiting for 2-3 minutes, when the money did not come out from the ATM, I had given cancellation command but the ATM did not respond. Since I needed the money, I rushed to the Sector-26 ATM but there I was given a slip throgh the ATM that there were insufficient funds. I was shocked to know this. Then today, i.e., on 10.9.09 I went to the Branch at Sector26, I was informed by the concerned employee that I had to bring my Pass Book and then only they can clarify where the money has gone.

                              In my wife (Mrs. Kiran Garg's) account, i was told that only Rs.3,000/- are left whereas the status is as follows (as on 8.09.09)

                              Earlier deposited money Rs.5,000/-

                              FDR Deposit Rs.1,10,000/-

                              So the total amount = Rs.1,15,000/- I got shifted Rs.45,000/- from Mrs. Kiran Garg's account [protected] to my SB A/C[protected] and again on 9.9.09, I got Rs.25,000/- from my wife's a/c. Now i am told that the net amount in my wife's account is only Rs.300/- So my wife's a/c is fully reconciled while in my account, from earlier Rs.45000/- I had withdrawn only Rs.25,000/-. So there is a net loss of Rs.20,000/- to me because of your Reliance Energy, Sector-24 ATM. Since I had given the command of withdrawing Rs.20,000/- so there are two possibilities either the amount did not come out or the amount came out after i left which may have been taken by some customer who came later.

                              You are requested to kindly see to it where my money has gone so that I do not have to incur this unnecessary loss.

                                I am facing a problem while filling online application form for clerical posts(11000 vacancies) to be

                                held on november. Security code is not going to be accepetd. i have tried it lots of time even after

                                changing image and also completing the form in 5 min bt to no result.. i am very much confused wts

                                happening,, where is the problem.? plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me its solution as earliest as pissible

                                because last date is 15th september..

                                  i have completed registration for sbi clerk post.when i click on printinf its showing the message "plz take printout after 31st may".but after 31st may i am not able to find out that site to take printout.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am an ex-serviceman from Indian Air Force and was getting my pension from SBI Haldwani, Dist Nainital vide State Bank Of India account no. [protected] .

                                    I could not give live certificate in the month of november as I was out from haldwani due to my multiple problems (my own health problem and my mother in laws suffering from cancer 4th stage ) .

                                    Then I gave live certificate on May09 and I personally requested SBI Haldwani Branch Manager to please get my pension regulated immediately as I direly needed money to meet medical expenses.

                                    Till date no action is taken and I am not getting pension and because of heavy debts I am bound to pay big amount of money in interest .

                                    Now SBI Haldwani is telling that they are helpless as SBI ,Chandni Chowk, Delhi (Centralized Pension processing cell )has not regulated pension so far .

                                    May I ask request your kind intervention to ask the concerned people why my pension is not regularized even after more than three months time after giving live certificate . Who will pay the interest on my pension ,other arrears /dues and towards loans accrued from people .

                                    I further request you to please ask the concerned authorities to please pay my pension and other dues with interest from June09 or else I shall be compelled to go to district consumer redressal forum for redressal of my grievances .

                                    Your help will be hugely appreciated .

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    1.I received the bill vide mobile message in Dec13 for due amount Rs. 6250.17, bill no.[protected], dated 19.12.13 showing consumption from 23.9.13 to 15.11.13 for 54 days as 124.79 (i.e. 2.3109259/day) to which I lodged complaints for highly inflated consumption compared to my history may be due to repeated over reading of meter due to faulty meter or leakage in gas pipeline resulting in highly inflated bill vide your bill no.[protected], dated 17.1.14 &[protected], dated 22.01.14
                                    2.My First complaint no. ONM[protected], Second Complaint No. ONM[protected], dated 04.01.13 and third Complaint No. ONM[protected], dated 20.1.13 and fourth complaint no. ONM[protected], dated 30.1.14 regarding highly inflated consumption billing-to which my first simply disposed at site without assigning any reason and second, third and fourth complaints still reflecting but I am getting the bills still vide no.[protected], dated 17.1.14 &[protected], dated 22.01.14 showing highly inflated consumption and amount even though I requested to get the over reading meter, pipe line checked for faulty, leakage or any foul play whereas I already got my stoves checked twice and everything is perfect in it .
                                    3.I would like to clear the bills immediately without any penalties as I did not get previous bills and when I got inflated consumption showing bills then immediately I lodged above complaints .Therefore again I request you to pl resolve my compliant for repeated over reading of meter due to faulty meter or leakage in gas pipeline resulting in highly inflated bill vide your bill no.[protected], dated 17.1.14 &[protected], dated 22.01.14 and I would also concurrently request immediate CNG gas disconnection as this has become a big pain, anxiety & harassment with insecurity for abrupt disconnection.
                                    4.Early action with revised bill as per my previous history of consumption(i.e. @ 0.192950/day) without any penalties may be given to enable me to clear the bill immediately .

                                      Dear Sir

                                      This is to bring to the notice of your good office that I was issued SBI Credit Card No. [protected] received by me on 17 June, 09. I used this card only once on 19th June, 09 to make payment at GEE KAY SERVICES a petrol pump at Seelampur, Shahdra, Delhi -110053.

                                      On 3rd July ,09, To my utter disbelief and shock I was informed by Mr. Nitin Puri on behalf of SBI credit card division that some heavy transactions to the tune of Rs 39,990./- on 2nd July,09 have been made through my credit card. My card has a total credit limit for Rs. 40,000.00 but these transactions made the total outstanding to Rs. 41,763.95. I told Mr. Nitin Puri to stop the payment immediately as the payment was still not authorized by the bank & as per bank statement the said transactions had been made online payments to Airtel, Vodafone, India idea & BSES .

                                      I had also faxed and sent the dispute form to the SBI on 3rd July, 09. I was given to understand that my credit card was used to make fraudulent online transactions.

                                      kindly give me details of Airtel & Vodafone phone nos & BESE billing details but nobody to ready to give me all details.
