Dear Sir,

This is with reference to above mentioned subject ; I got to know that there was a balance transfer from my SBI Credit card to someone else's card on 19th Aug 09 . I got this information when I checked my card account on 28th Aug. Immidiately I informed SBI customer care about this unauthorised transaction by phone as well as e-mail . Also I got confirmation from SBI. The copy of e-mail attached . Even I have providede all the details of the person to whom SBI has transffered the Funds . Still there is no action from SBI.

Since Last 25 Days , I have got several calls from Several persons claiming from SBI regarding this matter. Last call was from the Fraud case section of SBI. Everytime SBI people are asking the same story . Till now nothing has been done where as I have given Several Reminders. This is a kind of mental harashment only .

Kindly advise me the process to get rid of these people of SBI .

    I have a salary account in SBI -SSI Branch Phase -7, Mohali, Punjab. Bank issued me an ATM debit card, that card was stuck at Axis bank ATM on dt. 2nd June-09. Very next day I approach to Axis bank ltd. Ludhiana branch for return back the same ATM card, but Axis bank ltd. Ludhiana branch replied that they have enter banking agreement with SBI, that’s they could not be return back the same card & bank Axis bank destroy the same card. Axis bank ludhiana branch promise me SBI issued the new card free of cost. But SBI charged me Rs. 210/- against new card.

    I had already many time requests to SBI Mohali branch the same amount should be wave off to me. But no body had taken action.

    Hope for best support & justice from your side.

    I do have a account in Mohali SBI Branch Phase 7 Industrial Phase, My Account No is SB-[protected], I Had Lost my ATM Card and IO Had requested me to Issue a New ATM card I have been issued a ATM card [protected], by Post . I Was transferd by my company to Gujrat . It is not possible for me to Collect my ATM Pin from the Bank, Request you to send my PIN to my given adress as it is about 2000 KM from my transferd place need your co operation, I uderstand that this might be against your code of conduct to send the ATM Pin, but kindly consider my case I shall be always thank full to you

      Dear Sir,
      On 21Sep'09 between 1140 to 1210hrs I operated IOB ATM machine at Vigyan Nagar Bangalore. I operated machine for withdrawing Rs.1000/- but machine confirmed transaction completed without actually dispensing amount withdrawn. The same error was noticed by all customers on date. My SBI Saving Bank account No is[protected].
      You are requested to transfer same amount to my account since transaction had error due to machine malfunctioning.

        Sir,
        I have total outstanding of about Rs.85000.00 on cc no.[protected]. Since last 5 months i am not able to pay my minimum due amount as my todays financial condition is not well. After March 2009 due to recession , my other source of incomes get stopped.Now I have to depend only on my salary Which is net Rs: 6015.00.Also I have home loan from ICICI ( EMI Rs.4450.00).The recovery agents approached me two months ago. I pay Rs.3000.00 as my minimum due and requested them to convert my total due amount in EMI. I told them that I could manage Rs. 1000 to Rs.1200.00 per month as per my present conditon. They called me in Aug first week and told me pay Rs.8000.00 as min due amt. which i cant afford.Today I received a call from Recovery agent who called himself Mr. Deshmukh. He spoked to me in very rude and disrespectful manner. I asked his DSA name which he refused to tell me and continue speaking in agressive way. I warned him that I will make police complaint, still he remains that same. He called me from Landline No. and not from Mobile.

        Sir, do you think this is the proper way of approach. I had also earlier given my complaint in August(CC No.[protected] but i received no reply. I am not efusing to pay the money, but as on today i am not that much financially strong to pay as per your expections. Kindly advice and help me . My cell no.is [protected]

          Sub - SBI Cards & Payments Services Pvt Ltd, in respect of SBI Account No.[protected] Harassment- reg.--.

          I would like to submit the following facts for your kind information and necessary action.
          A Credit Card No.[protected] was issued to me by SBI Cards & Payments Services Pvt Ltd, New Delhi under the special scheme ‘Free Card for women’. I had used this card only once. On receipt of their statement the full amount had been paid by cheque which was acknowledged by them.

          After that I had met with an accident and was on bed rest for more than one year. In the meantime, the same was informed them that ‘I am not in a position to use the credit card due to my accident and requested them to cancel the above Card’. As instructed by their local executive the card was cut diagonally and returned to their Office, which is the usual procedure if somebody donot want to use the credit card no more.

          During November 2004 their local representative contacted me over phone and informed that there is an overdue and has to pay for the same. I explained to him that I have nothing to pay because I had paid the full amount as per the statement immediately on receipt of the statement. Daily he was harassed me and threatened me over phone. Finally he begged for the same and told me that if I am not paid the amount he will lost his job (Shri Bachu Mohammed ph. [protected]). He offered a one time full and final settlement of Rs. 2000/- and issued with a letter to that effect and promised me that thereafter your account will be closed and will not be disturbed anymore. In order to avoid these types of harassment and loose talk I in good faith agreed to that and paid an amount of Rs. 2000/- vide cheque No. 199637 dated 3/12/04.

          There was no information from the SBI Cards for more than three years. After a lapse of three years, now I received a Demand notice from Lawyers Inc., Advocates & Solicitors, 205, Vardhman Tower, D-14, PVR Central Market, Prashant Vihar, Delhi 110085 stating that I am liable to pay overdue interest and other charges amounting to Rs. 5795/-. Actually I do not know how this amount comes after the said card is cancelled as per their guidance.

          The above facts were informed to their Head Office at Delhi also. Even then I am getting threaten calls from the local representatives.

          Therefore, I humbly request your goodself kindly to look into this matter favorably and do the needful.

          Do Not Know — Harrassment through Phone

          I am Arvind and I am getting constantly harassed by an agent from collection agency. He is using very abusive language and neither telling me his name or the bank he is representing so that I can talk to the bank directly. He is calling at odd hours like midnight, very early in the morning. He is also threatening life since I do not respond to his calls during odd hours. I have told him not to call me again but still harass me time and again by repeated calls.
          The Cell Phone number is +91-[protected].

          Please help me. I am not able to sleep or work or have food properly because of his harassment through calls. Also I am not sure which bank I should contact to stop this harassment.
          Put this complaint in www.consumercourtforum.in and www.consumercourt.in. Also complain to TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) as that person is violating business laws by calling you at odd hours. Record the conversation if you can and upload it on the above 2 websites, and keep your cellular operator informed about harassment calls. Approach the police and file an FIR.

              Hello Sir,
              My name is Dev Prakash currently located in Gurgaon and holding a TATA SBI Credit Card # [protected]. Amount due on this card in the month of Oct 2008 was Rs.2017/- (Two Thousand and Seventeen Rupees Only), I made the cash payment of Rs.2070/- (Two Thousand and Seventy Rupees Only) (scan copy of receipt # 12720126 attached) on 16th Oct 2008 but from last one year I am continuously getting a call from TATA Card collection agent regarding the same amount and they also increase the amount every time by adding interest on this amount, I have explained this scenario to almost 20 different TATA Card representatives during this whole year and all of them promised me that the issue will be resolved, today I have received a threatening call from recovery agent that if I do not make the payment as soon as possible then I will have to face dire consequences. At last I have no other option but to lodge a complaint with consumer forum so that TATA CARD will be punished by paying me Rs. 50000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) for mentally harassing and threatening me , I would take this issue to the higher authority/ institution as much as possible so that proper legal action will be taken against the company.

              sir,
              I father is a customer of SBI credit card. Now the staff of the card section threating my father by phone that he wants to pay an amount of 100000 for some insurance plan that he had agreed .

              SBI Credit Card — No Card but collection call

              Hi,

              Couple of months ago i had applied for a credit card through SBI after series of follow ups i was told the the request for the credit card was rejected and sighted no reasons for the same.

              To day 4th Jan 2010, i get a call on my extension saying that there is an outstanding amount of 3000 RS on my name and needs to be paid ASAP, when i asked for the details the caller hung up on me.

              Please can you help me in sorting out this issue.

                It was really a painful experience of my home loan application with SBI. I had heard that taking loan from SBI will be tough. They take too much time & you've to provide hell lots of documents. But I could only realize it once I approached SBI ITPL & Marathalli branches of Bangalore myself. I wasted 2 months of time without even having success in submitting my documents with ITPL branch. I kept on following Lawyer Amarnath for getting legal opinion. Finally the D-day came when he told me to come down to the branch for legal opinion. When I reached there with originals, he had some other thing in mind. He refused to give me the same citing laminated originals reason in front of SBI official. I never had heard about this clause. I talked with branch official about it but without any results. I got frustrated & thought I'll go to Marathalli branch as it's nearer to my house & I had got good response from manager in opening the a/c earlier. But believe me, this step made me to realize the stark reality of the nationalize bank. I could change the branch but couldn't change the fate. Here I succeeded in applying for the loan after a comparatively short struggle of 2 weeks. But then the real struggle started. Now after rigorous punishment for more than 5 months I was left with no option than to withdraw my application. Again indirect reason became another Lawyer a dreaded lady name: M B Sujatha. And direct reason of course is delay by SBI.

                  Refering to above subject, i have emailed my complaint to on feedback.[protected]@ge.com not once or twice but it was thrice till date but not recd any single reply from your side.

                  I request you to kindly look into matter & reply me as soon as possible. detailed email (on 8th, 14th & 18th Sept'2009) (Credit card no. [protected]) send to you are as under.


                  Dear Sir / Madam,
                  This is in reference with our current (Sep'09 billing) statement of My credit card.

                  I would like to inform you that in last month (August'09) date 29th or 30th, recd a call from SBI bank asking for the payment of Credit card which is due on 27th Aug. I informed them that the cheques has been done (1for Rs. 2000/- & 2nd is for Rs. 1500/-) & I'm dropping the same at your Khopat, Thane (W) branch today. They insisted that kindly do not drop the cheque at dropbox as it takes 3 to 4 days to get cleared from your a/c instead of that pl. handover these cheques to our executives on very next day & you will also avoid your late fee charges which is due to non payment on 27th Aug.

                  on next day I waited for the executive but no one has come on the day. after 2 day (on 3rd Sep) i again recd a call from SBI asking for the same payment & i informed the whole scenario to him & asked him to pl.send some one to collect the cheques atleast to avoid my overlimit fee. He surely confirm me that someone will come on 4th sept later after ganpati visarjan & you will not charged for overlimit.

                  then again no one visited to me & on 4th evening I recd a call from SBI saying that the adress you had given us are not in our service area so kindly drop the cheque at your nearest place.

                  after receiving the final call I had dropped the cheques at your Khopat, Thane (W) branch.

                  I saw my statement today where you have debited me Rs. 500/- as overlimit fees. Now pl. reply me if it is my fault that i have waited for your person & wasting my 6 days lending to an unnecessary charge of Rs. 500/-.

                  All calls between me & your person are recorded with you & if want to crosscheck the same then pl. go ahead with your customer care. It was a clear case of misguide & unnecessary forcing the customer to pay the charges.

                  I once again request you to pl. chk the whole scenario at your end & reply to this mail as soon as possible or kindly revert the overlimit fee charged to me.

                  Pl. reply so that I can take further step in this regard.

                    on 11/06/2009 i have tried to withdraw rs 3000 from uti bank atm chembur but i did`t received money so i tried to withdraw money from canara bank atm but there too i have did`t received money so i visted the branch where i have a/c there i come too know bal of rs 3000 have been debited so contacted manager and given written compliant but manager said that it is hard to recover as i have visted 2 atm so please do needfull

                    I have a savings account ([protected]) with SBI, Suramangalam Branch, Salem, Tamilnadu.

                    I have used SBI Bank, Coimbatore Dt:11/08/09 for withdrawal of Rs.700/-, but unfortunately another Rs.700/- were debited out of my account.

                    I have complained(Written complaint) to my SBI Branch with proper documents.The branch manager told that he has posted the letter to head office but the amount for Rs.700/- is not credited yet in my account.

                    I have running from post to post to get my matter resolved but nothing has happened till date.

                    SBI not responding about this matter.

                    I need the money immediately as I need to pay my Fees.

                    I am A.Pandian, Senior Assistant, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (salem)LTD. Dharmapuri, TamilNadu.

                    I have a savings account ([protected]) with Dharmapuri State Bank branch.(TAMILNADU).

                    I have used Indian overseas Bank, Dharmapuri Branch ATM Centre(ATM card No:I[protected]) on (19.09.2009 ) for withdrawal amount Rs.15, 000/-.

                    A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the Indian Overseas
                    Bank ATM. But my account is showingn that Rs.15, 000/- has been debited for the transaction.

                    I have complained to my SBI Branch with proper documents i.e. transaction slips etc.
                    But the branch manager has not still initiated about the matter in my favour.

                    SBI is not responding about this matter.

                    I need the money immediately as it is my salary money and I am out of cash right now.

                    Already twenty days have passed and running very much short in money, also it is diwali time only festival celebrated in my house so, please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

                    so I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need .

                    I have made a shopping at Brand Factory(Marathalli,Bangalore) with SBI debit cum credit card , the person over there swiped twice as the statement did not come in the first attempt. It was done on[protected] for Rs. 699 and hence total Rs.1398 was cut from my balance because of that fool. In this regard i enquired with the shop keeper and he said me to clarify with the bank.                     Dear Authorized Personnel,
                    I took a SBI Credit Card 8 months back. While taking the credit card it has been informed to me they will provide another card which which handle the loss of my credit card passport, pan card. They said that the card is free of cost. But the amount has been deducted from my card without my knowledge. I have raised the concern once but they did not respond to it. I did not pay the amount. They did not call for 5 months and they called up again asking for payment. I raised the same concern. The respective person is insisting me to pay and without which my credit history will be effected.
                    Please help me in resolving this issue. Even though the amount is small, my concern is why should I pay for something needlessly.

                      Application for stop/dishonour payment of 2nos.PDC was given on 03.10.08.Service charge was deducted from my account accordingly by SBI,Transport Nagar, Lucknow, but both PDC were cleared on 01.02.09 due to SBI's system failure.Hence, amount of Rs.17079.00 was cleared wrongly. I met the SBI Branch Manager (Transport Nagar, Lucknow, UP) several times and also gave complaint in written.
                      But i was given excuses like Corporate office has taken up the matter, we inform higher-ups, we are looking into the matter. Due to our system fault,it has happened,not only my case,more than hundreds cases are there on that period, Stopped cheque got cleared like that etc etc.
                      It is more than eight months,still,SBI, the so-called largest banking sector didn't able to pay the amount
                      Is SBI going to compensate the losses that i am bearing.
                      What if somebody is dying for treatment and the money do not reach the needful?????

                      Kindly consider the seriousness of the matter and arrange to return MY MONEY with interest @ of FD along with penalty for causing GREAT TROUBLE to me & my family.
                      Several reminders were given to SBI, Transport Nagar with Copy to GM, Hazratganj, Lucknow. Till date I didn't find any positive response from SBI,Transport Nagar.

                      You are requested kindly look into this matter and arrange to pay me back my amount.

                        i had issued an account payee cheque for Rs.25000/- to central bank of india for crediting into my account, drawn on sbi, nasik branch on my salary account maintained with them. however the cheque was reeturned twice stating insufficient funds though my actual balance was much more than Rs. 1.0 lakh. on enquiry from the bank it was explained that the their auto sweep was not working and hence they could not honour the cheque and for which i had to apply in writing if i wanted the cheque clearance or scrapping the auto sweep service whose working was not reliable . as it was it was not sure whether such scrapping will be done instantly especially as i had never allowed or objected for such auto sweep initially.. why should i be made to pay for such shoddy treatment by a premier bank especially when they are competing with foreign banks.

                          Dear Mr. Jain

                          I have been using SBI Credit Card No.[protected] valid upto 09/10 for the last almost 10 years. Only first time when I applied for card, SBI Credit card divn charged entry fee of Rs.250/- first time, after that I have never been asked for annual charges. Unfortunately, in the start of Year 2009 Rs.500.00 towards Annual Charges imposed on my card. When I contacted Customer Care Centre, first of all the lady picked up the phone was reluctant about annual charges. But finally she understood the matter and annual charges was reversed back and I have been communicated vide sms msg dt.30.11.2008, content of msg 'Dear Customer as per your request we have processed reversal of Rs.500.00 towards annul fee on your card". But I came to know that my card has been block, when I did shopping and at the time payment, there was message "this is pick up card". When enquired again with Customer Care, I have been told that my card is cancelled on my request.I do not understand how come SBI CREDIT CARD customer care records the statement which customer never requested for. And if I have requested for cancellation of card then why message of reversal sent to me instead of sending the message that annual fee can not be reversed and card is being cancelled on account of non payment of annual fee.

                          I am really failed to understand that a repute Bank can do this kind of practice with their valued customer. Moreover, long customer relationship was also not considered. This practice was done, when most of the Banks are not charging any annul fee and offering Credit Card as free of cost.

                          Moreover, I never requested for stopping credit card and my request was only for reversal of Annul Fee which was imposed first time even i was using card since last so many years.

                          Strange card holder bearing No.[protected] cancelled his card and getting new card time and again. and in my case I have never requested for cancellation of my SBI Card [protected] and SBI deactivated my card. My genuine request was reversal of Annual fee. How soon I can get my credit card activated??
                          I am also facing the same problem in SBI Visa credit card No.[protected]bb8 3899 and also having addintion card no.[protected]bb8 3907.

                          I have compalined many times but there is no solution.

                            No body to reply from sbicapsec customer care
                            Hello sir,
                            Since last monday two to three hrs. daily in day time i am traying to access the representative of sbicapsec customer care over their toll free no.[protected] to inquire about wellcome kit which is awaited for last 15 days but always failed to get any body on line except computer recorded reply which says that all the business executives are busy in attending another call try later. If in very initial stage we are getting such type of inconvenience how can we expect that this organisation will be able to satisfy their customer in long run specially in intraday trading wherin every moment is precious for a daytrader. Hence I would like to suggest the apropriate authority of sbicapsec to check and moniter their customer information system to win the trust of their customer.

                            sbicapsec website is wrongly designed and not tested. So please correct the website and database and programes.

                            Because so many customers are doing the transaction. So they will go to court. So to avoid all wrong calculation with the programes and database. Please once again do the testing with all datas.



                            I am facing lot problems with your website. See the past mails which is sending by me.

                            Sbicap sec not safety to do the transaction. So please take action.

                            Can anyone let me know the best DMat account in the market.
                            I already have SBI DMAT account and its customer service is the worst ever. Its helpdesk doest' even respond. So before you open a Dmat account make sure you have the best one in the market. At present i am not satisfied with SBICapsec.                             I have received message as my demat account is activated ut i didnot received any mail from regarding details of demat 30734986

                            Frusted over the state of affair, I submitted the requisite forms for closure of my above demat account with you as far back as on 2nd May 2017.On my enquiry with people concerned today (10 May'17) I could understand that no action was initiated till date.Your officials here also failed to clarify the following issues:
                            1. the reason for the inordinate delay in crediting the proceeds of my selling 10 SBI shares @Rs.294.80 on 18.04.17 and that too after repeated reminders.Rs.2452.73 was credited to my bank a/c on 03.05.17 when the traded value amounted to Rs.2948/-.I needed the break up
                            2.The proceeds against my selling 14 Bata shares @ Rs.585.45 and 20 SBI shares @ Rs.289.10 on 02.05.17 (total traded value : Rs.13978.30 )did not see the light of the day till the time of writing.

                              Respected sir,

                              My A/C no is [protected] in SBI Latur branch and my debit/ATM card no is[protected] and I have withdrew Rs. 7,000(seven thousand) from State bank of Hyderabad ATM at Latur on 06-Feb-2009 but it was debited twice and I have given written complaint in Latur branch immediately. But till date this amount is not credited in my account
                              Please help me as I have lost Rs.7,000 on this .A line of your suggestion will be appreciable.

                              My A/C no is [protected] in SBI Indore GPO branch and my debit/ATM card no is [protected] and i have withdrew Rs. 10,000(ten thousand) from ICICI ATM at kamptee road Nagpur on 08/06/2009 but it was debited twice and I have given written complaint in Indore branch immediately after 2 to 3 days.But till date this amount could not credited in my acount .Again on 17/08/09 I have withdrew Rs 5000 from SBI ATM in Nagpur and again it was debited twice and this money could not credited in my acount.
                              Please help me as I have lost Rs.15,000 on this .A line of your suggestion will be appreciable.

                              I have taken an amount of Rs.1500/ from the following ATM on 26th July 2010.On my verification of my account through online it was surprised that it was shown that I have made two debits instead single debit.This may be verified.My SBH SB A/C no .[protected] of Nampally railway station road Brach, Hyderabad.

                                I opened my DEMAT-cum-TRADING A/C (ESI71807) with sbicapsecrrities 8-9 months back, but could not trade a single transaction till date. They have not been alloting new internet passward. whereas old passward dosn't respond. I have been going 40-50 times to my sbi branch, Prashant Vihar, Rohini, Delhi, they say they don't concern with this matter. whereas Sbicapsec...they say take passward from your branch...                                   I have opened a saving account at Neemuch branch.
                                  They have given me IFSC code(SBIN0010215) , branch name details.
                                  But when i am trying to trasnfer money from hdfc bank to sbi bank, this code is showing results for other banks branch .
                                  I spoke over phone to sbi customer care, but they are not aware of IFSC code details .
                                  Is IFSC code can be same to for two back brach.
                                  Can i find immediate resoultion to this problem and correct IFSC code.
                                  No correct information avaiable on internet for neemuch branch.

                                  Hi Namita, I am sure there cannot be same IFSC code for two branches, for that matter IFSC code cannot be for the two different banks.

                                  Well, I guess, you know people in Neemuch are still not that used to yet o[censored]sing internet banking, so it's not very strainge for me to hear that cust care guys din't understand what it is.

                                  Why din't you speak with the branch manager there.. I don't remeber his name properly, but his sirname was Mehta.. And he is certainly very good in his business.. He help me transfer money from Bangalore SBI to Neemuch SBI..

                                    My A/c No - [protected], Guindy Branch and the transaction made through NEFT on 14 Dec 2009 and 15 Dec 2009 are not cleared till to date. Our employees cannot get their salary timely and feels inconveniance. Hence please clear all the transactions ( Total 24 Transactions ) immediately .

                                      I presented a bankers cheque issued in my name by SBI Palam Vihar BRANCH GURGAON to my saving account no. [protected] at SBI Bhattu Kalan (7186), Haryana branch on 4th sept 2009 and my bank branch of SBI Bhattu Kalan - 7186 sent my cheque for clearance to SBI SERVICE Branch, New Delhi and it was delivered by Madhur Courier service on 8th sept. 2009. but till date the same has not been credited to my SB A/c n0. [protected] of SBI Bhattu Kalan -7186 (Haryana). Clreance is much delayed.
