Dear Sir,
This is in reference of one of my account ( Surendra Nath Pandey) No is[protected]SBI Main Branch Allahabad, I am A central government Employee working for FCI .
0n 22nd , June 2009 i was withdrawing money (RS 500/=) from sbi atm in Johnston Ganj (Allahabad) but due to transaction error (electronic error) Time out money was not dispensed . when i checked my balance 20000 / - (15000 & 5000) amount was debited from my account. my account no is[protected]. i have been in regular contact of my home branch manager but they people are not taking it seriously, as its already been three months time but i still waiting for their reply.

Whenever i go and check with them they have just one statement to give that nothing can be done from here (allahabad) you go and check with mumbai head office soo i have already spoken to the head CRm Mr. Karthikeyan Nair in mumbai Office too but till now no satisfactory response ..... being a physically unfit person i am not able to go behind all your concerned personnel and branches..so finally i thought to write this to you directly..i hope you will surely help me in getting my money back.

As you can easily understand that for A government Employee how much importance one month salary has in his financial life .i am in totally dark that what i should do. i am in need of that money In coming November i have my daughter's marriage so i was saving all my hard earned money so will you sit quiet if anyone takes away your hard earned money like this.

Atleast here u should not give ur daughter's mobile no. publically...
be carefull next time...
U should try Right to information act as a tool for your problem... if they wont respond u after filing RTI within a month, they have to pay u Rs. 1000/- per day as a penalty...
Hi,
This is Abdul, i m a a/c holder of sbi bank branch bettiah, west champaran, bihar.i withdrawled Rs.4200/- on 26/11/2009 at mangal bazar, laxmi nagar sbi atm.i did received money but my account has been deducted.i report this problem on customer care, our mother branch, our regional branch.but till now i could not find my deducted amount.i have complaint several times but i could not find any suitable response from sbi branch side.

    I have applied 2 times for ATM card, the last request i made 2 months back,still i haven't recieved my ATM card . And i called their customer service they said its under process.

    I have applied to get online transaction rights on my account,the request was made 2 weeks back ,i have called 2 times to Branch manager ,she said we have done now ,please check on next day, but still it is deactivated.

    I am totally frustrated with this Branch of SBI VIMANAGAR pune (Maharastra). Will definetly close this account.

    Take appropriete action so that they can serve better in future.Because i saw on saturday most of their staff were on holiday and there were big crowd in bank.People were shouting on manager as she was confused whom to listen first.

    i am a savings account holder in sbi tirupati (korlagunta) branch (andhra pradesh).
    i had applied for online banking around jan 2013 still i cant get transaction rights.
    i had given the service request form for 5 times still no response from those staff...

    i am very much frustrated with that bank service.
    i havnt seen any bank's branch paying irresponsibility towards customers...
    please take appropriate action on them to improve banks service.

      Sir,
      I had applied for Nano car through State Bank of India, Main Branch, Parliament Street, New Delhi -110001 as TATA tieup with SBI. I have been allotted Nano through draw and consulted SBI Main Branch for car loan. After so many efforts they had filled up my form of car loan on 22 July, 2009 with so many formalities they had charged another Rs. 3000 extra. After two month later they have sanctioned my loan of Rs. 1,40,000 vide latter no RACPC/CL/5678 Dated 17/09/2009. As per their direction I visited Main Branch with this latter but they are again sending me here and there like go to 8th floor and they are sending me back to mezzanine floor saying that they are not dealing with nano car loan finance. I am really very depressed with their attitude and thinking about how a big company like TATA has collaborated with SBI. It’s a matter of grate regret that Bank like SBI is harassing their customers a lot.

        i ve been a regular customer of SBI card since past few years.....But it seems that SBI card has always charged me with some extra charges such as FIN charges.....The reason given by the customer services has not been satisfactory.......I am entirely disappointed with the SBI card service.....PLease advise me for any updates.......

          Respected Sir,

          I am Peda babu Kasani A/No: [protected] in SBI, IDA- Nacharam, Hyderabad. I tried to withdraw 500 rupees from OBC ATM - Chennai - Mogappair West branch. but I didn’t get money from above ATM . Total amount of 500 rupees debited from my account.

          So kindly take action and revert my 500 Rs to my Savings account immediately.

            I used CANARA BANK ATM at Sector-12,Dwarka on 20-Aug-2009 for withdrawal of Rs.4000/-. The money was not dispensed,but deducted from the account (SBI A/C NO. [protected]). I complained to SBI online (Complaint Ticket No.- CC[protected] dtd. 20-Aug-2009) and then in written on 27-Aug-2009 in the branch. Till date no response has come. The amount has NOT been credited in my account yet. I put the same complaint to the OMBUDSMAN online on 24-Sept-2009.

            Plz look into the matter and get the amount deposited in my account at the earliest.

              I am holding an A/C No- SB[protected] in Badarpur Thermal Power Stn Branch (10447) and had applied for a cheque book in the prescribed format and submitted in the above mentioned branch about 20 days back, but till date I have not received the cheque book. This most unexpected and inordinate delay is preventing me in making the payments on time as a result of which I have to pay penalties/ late payment fees for no fault of mine.Being a premier nationalised bank of our country, I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and improve your services to your customers.

                from sbi i recieved a phon call about this offer as phon connectivity not good lady told me that i have not to paid any thing this is a prize from sbi card i have to agree only to accept offer now after search on google i came to know that i have been cheated . what should i do.

                We were also told that we have got the free gift from SBI card.And with out our consent, an amount of Rs 6067 has been charged to our card (3 weeks back). And after repeated phone calls, they told us to return the offer pack back to the senders address, (we received the offer pack from them through courier 2 weeks back). If we send that back to them, we will be charged for service charges of Rs700 and the rest of the money will be refunded back to us.
                We are planning to approach Consumer forum, to file a case against them.
                I was also telephoned by SBI PRIVILEGE CIRCLE FEE NEW DELHI IN stating as if I had been among few selected people for gift (eg. staying in hundreds of 5-star hotels in all over India, Free air travel & free gift voutchers etc).I found it as a wonderful offer for outing since new year celebration was very close & since I have blind faith on SBI, I agree to pay their fees.Now new year celebration is over & a debit of Rs 6067.00 is reflecting in my statement of account.I have not received any package or any thing from them.I understand that I got cheated.Please reverse the debit of Rs.6067.00 from my account. I do not want it now.

                  On 12.9.09 I took the challan[protected] an amount of R.s.300. From the SBI kadakpada branch for applying the post in BHEL for the post of supervisor trainee. But i dont have the required % of marks, my application was not accepted, so i would like to cancel the same.

                      I tried to withdraw the money through my SBI ATM card no.[protected] issued to me by your Tel Bhavan branch dehradun on 26th september 2009 from ATM situauted at SaharanPur Road, slip shows that SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS but my S/B Account has been debited by the amount which I had treid to withdraw i.e Rs.15,000/=.                       SBI ATM REGARDING — SBI ATM WRONG DEBIT

                      Sub: - application for wrong debit for the ATM Card,

                      ATM debit Card No.[protected]

                      On 29th May, 2008 I purchase some martial from COLCCHA INTER-TRADE (Computer Super Market), 60/70 Ground flour, SP Road, Bangalore, 560 002. Phone [protected], due to shortage of currency I given My SBI debit Card for the amount Rs.364.00 the shop keeper swipe my card and replied this card not accepting and four times tried, after that I return my material and left.

                      The next day I check with ATM centre the same amount four times was debited from my account, and I contacted the shop owner and they replied that amount was not credited in their account and shown the bank statement,

                      I kindly request to you short out this problem and Trace out where is credit that amount and as well as credit the same amount to my SB.A/C.

                        I'm the one of the customer of StateBankOfIndia,Ongole Branch AndhraPradesh,In the month of April I withdrawn the money from the one of the atm center.Money didn't come but the amount is debited from my account.When i consulted my home branch they have given me one form and asked me to submit in a branch where i lost the amount.I submitted in the kukatpally branch ,hydrabad.When i asked my home branch regarding this issue one week back,they told they didn't get any update from hyd Branch.When i asked hyd branch they told they lost that form wat i submited.They r asking me to again submitting the form.I'm a student i can;t move frequently from here to there.None of the employees of the ongole Branch is taking seriuosly this matter.Whenever i'm asking this issue to them they are replying it wil take few more months.Their behavior is also not proper .can u help me in any way regarding this issue its already more than six months over still those people not taking any action.I will be waiting for ur response

                          i have tried three times to open DEMAT account but no response shown from your end.
                          I WAS APPLIED FOR DEMAT A/C ON 03.01.2010 IN KRISHNANAGAR SBI BRANCH, WEST BENGAL, PIN CODE 741101.AFTER SO MUCH SUFFERING ME THEY HAVE MADE MY DEMAT A/C WITHIN 60 DAYS. NOW ON 25.03.2010 I WAS GIVEN MY SBI USER ID, DEMAT USER ID, BO ID FOR E-BOOKING.BUT TILL NOW MY E-BOOKING REGISTRATION HAS NOT YET BEEN DONE.

                          PLEASE HELP ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

                              Respected Sir.

                              This is to bring to your notice that, I undersigned, on 21st July 2009 had drawn Drafts from your bank worth USD 14000 in the name of Georgia Tech University & Another Draft worth USD 1000 in favor of Pradnyesh Gore on 23 rd June 2009.

                              The first Draft was to pay the College Fees of 1ST Semester of the University of Georgia Tech at Atalanta, USA. Where my son Secured Admission to Pursue MS Degree.

                              The II nd Draft was for his Daily expenditures The Draft worth USD 1000 was deposited & Dishonored Two Times & my son suffered short of funds for his food
                              & Basic needs. In spite of these your own Bank (Counterpart in New York) did not informed you about the confusion.

                              The Draft o[censored]SD 14000 was also deposited in the University of Georgia Tech to meet the Fees. This draft also got Dishonored for Two Times.( Proof Attached)

                              As mentioned above your own Bank (Counterpart in New York) did not inform you about the confusion.

                              As a Consequence on 20th July09, Thursday (in the Evening at 9.00 PM IST)my son was asked by the university to pay the Fees Immediately within 24 Hours failing
                              Which the Admission would be CANCELLED ( Automatically VISA Will get Cancelled
                              And He could have been deported)

                              Obviously he became worried & so did I. So both My son at USA & Me in India Mumbai were desperate to raise money & send it to USA within Few hours

                              My son from USA called his all Indian friends & class mates within USA & His Friends in India, many times by International Calls to raise the Funds.

                              Similarly myself & my Wife called all our friends & colleagues at Different Parts o[censored]SA to get the help o[censored]SD 14000 to pay the fees by any means.

                              After struggling for 7/8 Hours, in India & Abroad in USA. An unknown, Person. Brother of My son’s friend settled in Ohio. USA Mr. Ravi Ranganathan, agreed to pay
                              USD 14000. To the University of Georgia via Credit Card.

                              Service Charges o[censored]SD 374 was levied for the transfer of Fund (Proof Attached)
                              & USD 20 were charged for the “transfer of money” from India to Ohio, USA
                              While repaying

                              This Incidence had put lot of Psychological Trauma to Our Young Son staying alone in USA who is a new student in the University o[censored]SA

                              This had also created lot of Tension, Pressure on us here in India which would have led to any Physiological consequences

                              This all sufferings was only due to a mistake on the part of your staff, to not to
                              Intimate the concerned Bank (which is accepted by your staff, and also given us an apology letter for the same).

                              The losses that we suffered on the Psychological plane are never recoverable. But at least the monitory Charges need to be recovered from your Bank as they are sheer Burdon on us due to your negligence & irresponsible, carelessness on your part.

                              For almost 30 Days no Intimation was exchanged from both of your Branches
                              Andheri Branch & New York Branch about dishonoring of the Drafts. It shows
                              The lethargy of the State Bank of India & New York on the International Banking

                              Thus we claim fallowing recovery from your bank as a compensation for what
                              We have spent from our pocket.


                              1) The Service Charges on Money Transferred USD 374
                              2) Charges for Transfer of Money USD 020
                              (Charged at Ohio.)
                              3) The Telephone Bills of My son
                              (Calling India many Times) USD 100 (No proof)
                              4) The Telephone Bills of Mine calling various
                              People from India to USA USD 200
                              (No Proof as called from Various Telephone Booths)

                              TOTAL USD 694


                              The compensation we are demanding is the factual expenditures incurred
                              For which you should give us in writing in advance that you will not spoil our
                              Credit Value.

                              You also should not inform to any of Indian Banking Organization like CIBIL or any other Organisation for the CREDIT LOSSES”,

                              Please reimburse the amount for the losses as quickly as possible so that we are not forced to take any further action like approaching “bankingombudsman.co”
                              & “Consumer Guidance Court” etc for the proper justice.

                              I was the the affected Person, who had gone to get the clarification on the Dishonouring of International Draft Issue.
                              The Drafts Amount was USD 15000 (Rs 750 000) approximately.

                              The Drafts were Dishonoured for Two Times by counter part of S B I at U S A (Mostly New York)
                              Branch Manager had called Mr Naik, Officer concern to get the Detail Reason.
                              Mr Naik & his Assistant, Just Said Soory on this Issue
                              They did not want to go to the depth & consequences of the Issue
                              When I had Asked for the Apology Letter from Mr. Naik
                              Mr Naik Purposaly Gave us Wrong & Misleading Apology Letter to us to run Away from the Issue.
                              This letter was laso read by Mr Jayant, Branch Manager in our presence
                              As we were in hurry took the same letter without Reading.
                              This is SHEER CRIMINAL OFFENCE made by him and we can really take this matter in the court
                              It was also suprising to note that all the drafts made by same branch to U S A were Dishonoured for the full month.
                              Hence the State Banks Counter Part at USA at New York were also Silent, they should have called SBI Andheri West Branch I mmediately to get the Required Doccuments & Instructions from the Branch to clear the Drafts
                              That clearly shows that The Reputed Bank Foreign Offivcers are also Non Responsible on the business issue Hence are also Answerable & liable to be punished on this Issue

                                Sir,I am K.Patchamuthu working as a B.T.Asst. in Govt.Hr.Sec.School,Peraiyur,Madurai DT. I approached for home loan at state bank of india,Modagam branch (8647) madurai,Tamilnadu.They gave me a check list to submit dacuments.Today I met with all dacuments what they asked.Now the branch refusing me to take necessary step by saying the reason that is,we admit home loan, only if you get your salary through ECS through our branch.but, in our area the ECS facility has not been provided so far. please do me favour.Thanking you.

                                  IN MY RAILWAY RESERVATION FOLLWING EROR IS RUN -
                                  "You Were Trying To use sbidebitcard payment gateway and theee transaction could not proceed due to DENIED BY RISK
                                  We regrate that the payment for transacton under refrance no.[protected] was not authorised by your bankers and hence we are not in a position to procedd the booking.

                                    This is a serious matter that the ATM Machine in the Bhogal Area does not work at most times and this has been happening since one month or more. Whenever I visit the ATM kiosk the guard tells me that the machine is not working because the server is down and even though he says that all the time some people do get the cash miraculously and for some the machine says its out of order temporarily.

                                    Also the Guard is an amazing feature I have seen for the first time. He is practically always sleeping inside of the little Cabin which is behind the ATM machine. And he always wishes to shoo away the crowd so he can sleep in paece.

                                    Please take action about the same at the earliest of the SBI ATM MACHINE IN BHOGAL MARKET NEW DELHI.

                                    SBI ATM — ATM NOT WORKING PROPERLY

                                    OUT OF 30 DAYS 15 DAYS THE SBI ATM AT SARNI,DIST. BETUL , M.P REMAINS OUT OF ORDER FOR WHICH THE CUSTOMERS ARE FACICING GREAT DIFFICULTIES TO WITHDRAW CASH IN EMERGENCY.

                                      received credit card in the month of February with the promise and commitment of therir marketing staff that I shall be given Tour package (To-and Fro flight ticket & Hotel accomodation) of predefined tourist places with family. . After getting the credit card I contacted the customer care to get the information regarding the tour package. I have been told that I shall get the package after first payment. First payment of Rs. 8785.36 has been paid by me on 18.03.09 which includes Rs 5000 as the entry fees or Against tour package. After paying the on line payment I asked the customer care to send the tour package. I have been told that package shall be send on or before 2 months from the date of first bill payment. Second bill of Rs. 3388.41 has been paid on 13.05.09 and wait for the tour package. Third bill arises which has not been paid by me till date I have not done any transition and the same has been communicated to the customer care also because I did not receive the tour package till date. I am getting regular calls for the deposit of the payment which is showing balance in the account which is unpaid. I requested to Revert my Rs. 5000 which has been paid by me in the first bill and normalize my account so that I can start using the credit card or kindly take your card back and close the account.I do not have any due amount in this account.
                                      Me and my Faimly is getting un-necessary calls from their customer care on regular basis which is giving disturbance to our day to day activities.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and suggest accordingly.

                                        I had been using the SBI Credit Card til last year September, till a very typical problem of billing me with annual charges came in. I told them that I have been offered zero annual charges for the first two years and have since then requested at least four people through my telephonic conversation to correct the bill and send it again. At that time, my outstanding was something of the order of 4000/- rupees. But despite continuous reminders on telephone, the bill was not corrected and every month a penalty / other charges were added. I do not know how to end this because the customer care is as hopeless as it can be and everytime i need to explain my case to a fresh person resulting in it being not resolved. Morover, I had not recieved the statement on a monthly basis and do not have any idea about the billing that is due on me. To add to this, I have been warned of getting blacklisted in the lists of banks which will prevent me from issuing any credit cards/ loans in future.This comes as a measure that they have taken instead of correcting the mistakes of calculation that they have done.
