[Resolved] State Bank of India — DELAY TO ISSUE CH. BOOK &PASSBOOK

Dear Sir/Madam, I had got opened a saving bank account no [protected] in SBI, RATANLAL NAGAR BRANCH(CODE-7646),KANPUR on dt.13.09.2009.But till date 18.10.2009 i have not received welcome letter/passbook/checkbook even after repeted request and complaint through personal visit to branch as well as mail and internet banking. Branch staffs are very lasy in working. They are haresing to customer.Due to delay beside haresment i am getting loss as i am unable to make transaction in my account.
