[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBI Credit card not recieved - Been more 2 months

As always I got a call from one of your call center executives for issueing of credit card. I said I was interested and applied for it. The next day a representative came and I submittedmy PAN Card details my PAY SLIP and all personal details such as phone number residential address etc. required to apply for a credit card. Iwas told that my card will arrive in 20 days to my mentioned address. And till date I haven't recieved any call nor my card.I am not responsible if any other person is mis-using my card. I demand an enquiry and immediate response to my query.

On 21th February, 2009. A rep of SBI came to my office( BHEL Rainpet) and took filled in application form for the credit card along with my salary slip copy and ration card copy. After two days there was a call for verification and an SMS with application no:, saying that i will be receving the card after 21 days.But till day i have not received the card nor any regret letter from your office.Hence i would like to know the position of my application.
Same issue as in the original post. I have been waiting for an update for almost a month now.
In the second week of November, 2009. A rep of SBI Credit Card came to my officeand took filled in application form for the credit card along with my salary slip copy and copy of card for identification. After few days there was a call for verification and an SMS with application no:[protected], saying that i will be receving the card after 15 days.Since there was no information even after 15 days contacted the helpline on 26.11.2009 and it was told that "we are unable to issue the card now and apply fresh after six months" . I could not get any reason for non issue of the card. I want to know the reason for the denial of the card and why I should again apply for the same after six months when my application is very well with the SBI. It is requested that the procedure may be changed to faciliatate the customer when the new generation banks are at the door steps for any customer facilitations. In this case even a message was not send . Please look into and response.
