Dear Sir,
I am the one of the card holder of sbi bank ( Cadr No [protected]) but in last year may'07 Statment i cant purchase any flight tkts but they can give me a bill for this transation and said that this transation can be made by me the amount is around Rs 18000/- So Please do needful. My mob no [protected]...

I have made repeated complaints on my card to the feedback.[protected]@ge.com and head.sbicard@ge.com on changing my status of charging me for a lifetime free card. I have requested them to cancel my card and confirm, but all I get is silence. I cannot talk to anyone other than a cann center executive who cannot do anything or even let me speak to someone more responsible.

It is irritiating as they are not bothered or are unable...

I had very bad experience with Tata Credit card.
I havn't received my statement for one month hence could not pay.The followup till I pay my bills from the RECOVERY agents were worst.Every 1 hrs recovery agent used to call me just to irritate me eventhough I told them to send a person with bill and I shall pay entire amount upfront.
No one had come with bill instead keep calling me every 1 hrs....

Reversal of temporary credit Rs 13313/- is wrong in SBI Card satement when the bank debited the same amount from IABE, USA ( to whom i have sent my card details and accordingly IABE made transaction for registration fee to register for the IABE International Conference. IABE operated my card twice and the SBI card showed two transactions with same ID.Subsequently, applied for SBI charge back process))paypal account through chargeback process....

I too had a trouble with SBI card !

I made an application for Sbi card during Dec/2006 . As I left India on that period, I put forward a request to customer service to cancel Sbi card that I delivered, but not opened or transacted.

After July/2007 occasionally(not every month though), I am getting an email with statement carrying 3xx Rs.

To clarif the curiosity about the amount...

Can anybody help me in this case . I want 2 change my correspondence address that I mentioned in the application form...

I have applied for sbi credit card in march 2008, then it is rejected for salary less than 15000/-p.m., Now I have got sal above 16000/- pm and applied on 12 june 2008. & two verification calls I have received. When verification call, cus.executive tell me the card is sanction for you but till date I have no received any sbi card.

This is regarding the non working of all SBI and its Subsidary banks ATM'S in Chennai on 13 of July 2008 Sunday. All the ATM'S were not working for more than 26 hrs the reason network failure. Why is a bank like SBI with huge deposists and cash reserves not able to restore services within hours like private banks. We feel you have charged us on dated
17/06/08 OVERLIMIT FEE (EXCL GST 61.30) 500.00
You have charged us this INR, 500/- unnecessarily, You can cheque in your statement any where we have crossed 15, 000/- limit any time,
So please credit this amount in next statement

Dear Sir,

On[protected], in the evening I had withdrawn Rs. 5000/- from SBI ATM in Ghatkopar(E) between 8.30 pm to 9.30 PM. I have a savings account (A/c no : [protected]) in SBI, IIT-Powai branch.

When I checked my account balance online on Monday[protected] in the evening, I found that 5000/- has been debited TWICE (i.e. in all Rs. 10000/- ) against my account with same ATM transaction no. (3936)...

Dear Sir,

i am suffering from sbi credit card. they are very bad people.

my all details as follows.



On 3rd June 2007, SBI Card had raised invoice as Rs. 4416.70/- as a Credit Balance. After receiving invoice I had called their office and spoken with their Two staff. And they told me that credit amount will get refund by DD of SBI. After 15 day again I recalled them...
