sir,
my card no.[protected].On[protected] a collection boy has come to my office and collectef the ouststanding of Rs. 766.00 . he has been directed by the local collection office at cochin. they have given me collection slip on which they have written that the closing letter will be given on or before 13th july 2007. since then nobdy is picking my phone and no closing letter is issued to me. after that recently i ahve been getting call from telling that they are from legal serive department of sbi cards and they are thretening me. infact i have cleared all my outstandings in my card.
Please issue the closing letter . Now am receiving an online statement that my card is having an outstanding amount of rs. 5500.00.I have no idea about the amount and and they are illegally charbging me the interst and late payment fees. I am affarid of whether it comes to CIBIL . so kindly solve the issue.

    i am a sbi credit cards holder & my credit card numbers is [protected].i have to no due to my side by sbi credit card & i have pay all my dues to sbi credit card but they didnt activate my credit card & dont disclose the reason why they dont activate it.kindly help me why they activate my card & tell me the reason when i pay all my dues to them.

    i recieved my new sbi card and i want know to how to activate it either by cellphone or by online

    hi i am a sbi credit card holder [protected] my card have been blocked few months before besides making my payments and the reason told to me is some internal reason but now i have cleared almost of the amount and when i rquested them to activate they said its been permantently blocked and canntot be activated the response from the customer care is not good and satisfacory so please look into the matter

      Dear Sir,
      I am hereby lodging my complaints against SBI CARD - as on 18th August 2008 I was deposited a cheque no: 508036 drawn on Canara Bank, H.B.Market Branch, Kolkata-5 for Rs.1967.38 against the SBI CARD statement 3/8/2008. As on 26th morning I received a call from [protected] that SBI Credit Card dept. not received my cheque and ask me to issue a fresh cheque, whereas I was already submitted the same to their brach at AE Market, Salt Lake before the due date(18/8/08). Please tell me why should I bear the hidden and late fees? I am also requesting to you to please check the person or collecting centre who will take the cheques from AE Market, Salt lake Brach and informed me immediately about your process.

        My daughter Miss Yati Sharma has been selacted in BTech (C/S), in Amity Univercity Jaipur. I have applied for education loan in SBI Chilcana road, Saharanpur (UP) for Rs 400000/- in total. The said brach forwaded the case to main branch (branch code 710) after having satisfy with all the required document, the conserning officer have told us that they can not sanction the loan for studing in Amity univercity jaipur as this univercity is not in their list. Where as the said univercity have been formed by State Govt Notification. and is one among the best univercitirs,
        Pl clarify me that the objection raised is valid or not

          Hi,

          I had SBI credit card 2 years back and i have close the card and received the SBI Manager official letter regarding the clearance of all the dues. But from that day on wards every month I receive phone calls from the recovery team from (Phone No.[protected] and asks me to make the due payment. I am really getting harrased by this team, even after my communication that I have letter - they dont hear and asks me to make the payment.

          Will some one or some forum can help me on this?

          As I had been using the SBI credit card no [protected] during my posting in Delhi. I left Delhi on 6th Jul'06 by joining another company in Madhya Pradesh. During the Jul'06 month I got a call from SBI customer care for outstanding so I told them that I am out of station and won't be able to go to bank and requested him / her to send someone to my residence to collect the money, at the same time asked my wife to pay the outstanding balance to collection executive. And finally we left Delhi on 13 Aug'06 by shifting my family to M.P. For another more than 18 months I have not received any reminder from SBI Credit card division neither on my address nor on my mail id except some e-statements infact we have not used the card and discard the cards.

          Suddenly someone called up on my land-line (Gwalior one) and asked for outstanding and we were shocked to listen that and discussed the matter and informed about the same.

          Again there was no communication made by them and kept sending the e-statements which we were not able to see because we did not have the card to see.


          Then I have sent a mail to head SBI cards and made many communications with AVP to clear my part. The details of mails are hereby given below.

          The same matter has been sent to Ombudsman on 25 Dec'09 for help. The other details are hereby given below.

          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for me.

          Dear Sir,

          Refer to my below mentioned mail I would like to draw your kind attention that since last two days I have been getting calls from Karan (Delhi) and literally he has pressurized me to settle the account by paying 19000/- Rs in his words either have to pay 19000/- Rs or he will send someone and the fellow will collect 1.0 Lac from me by all means. When I asked him that give me two – three days to see the reply of Authority’s he says that I have to pay it by tomorrow only either by money transfer to Cheque as he is having closing on 31st Dec’09 so he need money prior to that, we have a doubt that whether he is a Bank employee or some DSA? During interaction when I told him that I have already sent the issue to Ombudsman (RBI) he straight away said it that no one can help me on this or no can settle the account, the better way is I have to pay the money.

          Me and my family is in tremendous pressure and ready to pay the said money and as per our version there was no outstanding on our side. Kindly look into the matter and help us from harassments.

          Now since last two days I have been receiving calls from Delhi some SBI Card manager Mr Karan is calling as he discussed the matter well on 24 Dec’09 and ask me to settle the account on 23900 Rs when I asked him to see the earlier mails and told him that I am fed up now by getting calls from different guys as I am interested to know the details and under pressure ready to settle the account but only will pay the rationalized money.

          But today when he called up and discussed he had given a figure of 19000 – 20000 Rs as last when I showed some difficulty in the same than suddenly he raised his volume and started asking my address and said it that now you have to pay the full amount that is in lacs and shown some threats by saying some person / or he himself will meet me and collect the same amount.

          I AM HAVING THE RECORDING OF BOTH AUDIO CONVERSATIONS IF REQUIRED WILL SUBMIT THE SAME ALSO.

          As my bank manager suggested me that you can help me out on this matter Now I request you to pl look into the matter and help me on the same.

                I have paid in full my last purchase amount of Rs. 860 by cheque on 3.1.2008. I have cancelled my subscription order for Readers Digest within two days on 27.2.2008 and as an abundant caution cut the SBI card and sent with a letter on the same day, 27.2.2008 for cancelling my card account. I had 279 Reward points and when opted for E Staements, gained another 250 points which was confirmed over SMS message from SBI cards totalling 529 points. My request for redeeming all these points earned for a Travel bag was not responded. My last letter to Head, SBI cards was acknowledged by ID No.[protected] promissing action within 3 days from 28 July 2008 is still pending

                In reference to my SBI credit card no [protected], a mediclaim policy was issued in feb-08 on behalf of my card without my permission, after 03 month when I got statement ( not getting regularly ) I was surprissed to see the total outstanding it was around Rs.12000/. I have contact to customer care but not get any satisfactory reply.then send a e-mail to gesbi.after 02 month I got another statement in Sep-08 & it was reflecting the total outstanding around Rs.7000/.
                I again contact to customer care but till date but till date I have not get any reply from their end while daily receiving call from their recovery department regarding payment.
                please do the needful

Since I am working in Trivandrum and my Bank is in Alwaye(Main Branch), I cannot personally go and collect my PIN. Could you please mail the PIN number to my email id, if it is possible?                   i have opened my ACCOUNT IN SBI on NOVEMBER28th 2008 and after one month 5days i got my ATM CARD finally..now from the2nd of this month am going to SBI GOVERNMNET GENERAL HOSPITAL everyday for the PINNUMBER they are saying it may take a month to get my PIN NUMBER...the most hilarious thing is there is another branch here in LAKSHMIPURAM in same GUNTUR..on the day of ACCOUNT opening itself they are giving DEBITCARD and PINNUMBER too..when i asked the GENERAL HOSPITAL BRANCH MANAGER about this..his expresiions said who the hell are u?cant i know whats happening around me?can i make call and prove you are wrong?i expressed ya u make a call..then he called and got reply saying that they have been doing it from 20 days...he ended the call and said..YOU WAIT FOR 1WEEK THEN I WILL TELL WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING...this is the pathetic situation in SBI branch GUNTUR GENERAL HOSPITAL...THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH IS NOT AT ALL AWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE NERABY BRANCH 1KM.AWAY HOW SILLY...and i dont know how many more days they will take to give a PIN NUMBER to my card..am deeply in trouble as am a HouseSurgeon and i dont have time to stand in long queues with the PassBook in my hand...IS THIS what the so called SBI says BANKING AT ITS BEST AND CONSUMER FIRST ????plz think about it and tell me what to do?if i need to again open an account it costs me more than 600Rs.and again conflict in the branches saying this applicant already applied by that name...plz think about it and tell me what to do?

                    Dear All,

                    I want to bring to you notice the highly unprofessional operation of ElBE courier company.
                    I am having a SBI credit card since about two years now and I had requested a replacement card about a month back, which I was informed was dispatched within the next 3 business days with ELBE, though it never reached me as the courier comapny said I was not at home.
                    Now how can a working man living alone be at home waiting for a courier delivery which doesn't leave a notice slip behind so that they can be contacted for retrieval of the item in question.
                    I re-requested the replacement card and changed my postal address to my official address, again to no avial and the card is not yet delivered after two weeks.
                    When I called the ELBE office in delhi[protected] I was told that the reference number I have regarding my card is not showing anything, when I asked for the address of the website so that I can check myself I was told it is ELBE.IN which, my friends, is not a courier compnay's website at all.No wonder the reference number is not traceable.

                    Now SBI cards should learn something from these episodes, and switch from ELBE to trusted speedpost, if they can't deliver and make no efforts to make the delivery possible they are not the one to be given the task of importance such as Credit card delivery, they can do promotion mails which are better not received :-).

                    I am receiving lot of courier letters with the same address furnished to sbi card, but my renewed card was returned by these courier people two times commenting address unable to locate ( I am staying in the famous central government public sector company Quarters) and they not interested to contact me over my land or mobile numbers (both numbers given to sbi customer care while lodging complaint). I came through sbi sms they sent the card third time and now i started to search their ernakulam address to receive the card in their office but god only knows when i will get the card. Bad role model in courier field.

                    I am trying to track my SBI credit card courier for past 4 days and after calling the bank I came to knoe that it has been delivered by ELBE courier company. I ma not able to track my courier because there is no tracking site for this courier company plus the phone no.s given to me for the ELBE courier office in Delhi are not working. This is bad on their part that we are not able to get a status of our card.

                      I had a credit card of SBI havig A/c No.[protected] and there were a settlement and even no due certificate was issue by you in advance on 29.03.2008 saying that total of 18000Rs. will be paid by you in March, April, May June ( 6000 Rs/Month) so there will be no due balance. Likewise I made a payment of 6000Rs. on 29.03.2008, 6000Rs. on 30.04.2008 and 6000Rs. on 05.06.2008. Eventhough I received a letter from your bank for payment of Rs. 19000 is due.

                      This is simply a harrasment. Kindly update your system and stop doing this activity of giving unnecessary phone calls and unnecessary reminders to me othewise I have go for legel acitivity against you.

                        Dear Sir,

                        By way of introduction, my name is Shalu and I am holding a savings account (A/c# [protected]-5) with one of your branch located at (Sushant Lok, Gurgaon, Haryana.; Branch code# 4449).

                        I would like to inform you vide this letter that I had tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 on March 8, 2008 from one of your ATM counter located at (Near Mianwali Colony, Saraswati complex, Gurgaon) but while doing the transaction, your server faced some technical problem and it came under break-down. Due to this technical failure, I could not receive the cash but it was debited from my account.

                        I have made several complaints to SBI but till date I have not received my money back. I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and to take necessary actions to settle my account ASAP.

                        SBI — Money not credited in acct

                        SIR, I m the acct holder of your bank in SBI INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY (DEHRADUN) UTTRAKHAND. My acct no is [protected]. sir problem is this, that on 06 april 09 i desosited a draft of Rs 44, 364 dt 26/03/09 .Draft no is 794741.
                        The draft was of syndicate bank AGI bhawan, Roa tula marg New Delhi.
                        So Sir after a gap of one month money has not been credited in my acct.After a long gap i have spoken to my bank owner in dehradun, but he told me that money will come in that branch where i have deposited the draft that is SBI Sadar bazar, lucknow.
                        So sir its my humble request pls take some necessary action.

                          State Bank of India — Non-Delivery of Envelope

                          Speedpost envelop No.ED[protected]IN sent to me by State Bank Of India on 14082008 has not reached/delivered at my address:Flat No.207, Punjabi Bagh Aptts.DDA-SFS, Rohtak Road, New Delhi 110063. I don't know as to how I should proceed in matter.I fear it may not have fallen in to wrong hands. Plz. help.
                          This is Sahadev Halder a retired person from Indian Railway who seeks your help to start his Pension which is stopped for last 10 months. After many efforts and request in this old age still my pension is not started due to change of Bank location from SBI Kolkata (DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD, JOKA, Branch Code 6210 ) to SBI Jamshedpur (AGRI-MKT-YARD, Parsudih, Branch Code 6354 ).

                          I am not sure whether this is the right palce for this Grievance, if not then kindly forward this mail to the right person mail box or at least take pain to let me know the appropriate email ids/ LINK to address this issue.

                          If you are the right person for this then I would like to request you to kindly listen the sequence of incidents happened and respective measures that I followed step by step which will make the case more clear to you to understand.


                          1. On 16/06/2008, I requested SBI Bank Manager (DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD, JOKA, My pension account number : [protected]) to transfer my SBI Joint account (Jamshedpur, Parsudih Branch, Joint account number : [protected]),


                          2. Dispatched the above documents by SBI (DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD, JOKA) on the same date to SBI – Centralized Pension Processing Cell (CPPC).


                          3. On 02/12/2008 CPPC returned the documents to SBI (DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD, JOKA), Reason was Unknown to me.

                          4. When still up to Dec’2008 my pension was not started then I again visited to SBI -DIAMOND HARBOUR and asked Bank Manager about the delay and I came to know from him about above information (Point 2 & 3) and same time Bank Manager asked me to post the above documents ( inside a sealed envelope) to SBI -AGRI-MKT-YARD, Parsudih Branch.

                          5. On 08/12/2008 again I came to SBI (AGRI-MKT-YARD, Parsudih) and tried to handover the sealed envelope to Bank Manager, but Bank manager denies to received the envelope from me and suggested that these papers/envelope should routed through CPPC-Kolkata to CPPC-Patna and then from Patna to SBI- AGRI-MKT-YARD/Parsudih.

                          6. On 12/12/2008 again I visited to SBI-DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD and handover the sealed envelope to Bank manager.

                          7. On 18/12/2008 SBI-DIAMOND HARBOUR sent the envelope to CPPC – Kolkata by Courier service.


                          8. After waiting up to Feb’2009 my pension not started, then again I sent letter to CPPC kolkata by registered post on 06/02/2009 but did not get any reply.


                          9. Again on 02/03/2009 I sent another letter to CPPC kolkata by registered post but still date neither my pension started nor I get any response from CPPC kolkata about the status.


                          Kindly suggest... if any one have any suggestion for this issue.

                          My father retired from his services on 1st August, 1994. He was subjected to receive his pension at State Bank of India, Sompeta(Code:0964). Upto November, 2008 he got his pension regularly. Because of his late submission of his live certificate, till now he is not getting his pension. Though he submitted the concerned certificate two times in January to febrauary, , again he was asked to submit once again and was informed to wait for the next month. I am requesting to your concern to take necessary action in this regard and help a pensioner to live his life peacefully.

                          I am drawing pension from SBI A/C No[protected] SBI Jagjivan Nagar Dhanbad. I am drawing two pension one from Service Pension and other one is Disability pension. My Service pension is OK but in my disability pension only flat rate 1163/- per month is crediting in my account. No DA on Rs 1163/- they are crediting. I requested PDO to release the same they refuse to accept the matter and advise me to talk with CPPC, Patna. Sir as per rule I am eligible to get the DA amount in both the pension. You are requested to settle the case at the earliest please.

                          SBI anywhere in India do deal with the cases relating to pension of their customer in a very casul manner, most of the officials in the Bank, have the same attitude of avoiding their responsibilities towards the customers (Pensioners).
                          Any complaint/grievance from the customer has to be attended, even if the case has to be referred
                          to SBI Central Pension Processing Cell, the paying Branch has to take the initiative to act/ resolve the issue.
                          Officials at the CPPO are good lecturers & they do not listen to any problems of the individuls who are
                          supposed to be the cuctomer of SBI & they avoid their responsibilities by saying that any delay is because of the system.
                          SBI CPPO in Metro like Kolkata are having bunch officials who do not care for the pensioner's problems, but the fact is that the CPPO is for the pensioners only & they have no exsitence wihtout the Pensioners.
                          Sub: Non-receipt of arrear of VI PC of Central Government
                          incurred by my Late Husband Sakti Kumar Ray.
                          Ref: i) P.P.O. No. ER/ASN/1990/5525.

                          With deep regret and humble submission, I would like to inform you that my Husband Late Sakti Kumar Ray, having the Joint Pension Account in State Bank of India, Asansol Main Branch vide No. [protected] & PPO No.ER/ASN/1990/5525, expired on 27.11.2006.

                          Accordingly, I am getting Family Pension w.e.f. 28.11.2006. As per VI PC of Central Government my total Family Pension enhanced from Rs. 4849/- to Rs. 5747/- (including Rs. 100/- as Medical Allowance).

                          It is known to all that the arrear for VI PC comes into effect on and from 01.01.2006. As per Calculation of arrear w.e.f. 01.01.2006 up to August/2008; the amount would be Rs. 35, 580/- (Approx) (Arrear of my husband Rs. 19374/- up to 27.11.06 + myself Rs. 16206/- up to 31.08.08).

                          But as per Pass Book, it is seen that only my portion Rs. 6484/- (40% of 16206/-) has been credited to my above A/C on 12.12.2008. I cannot not find the arrear of Rs. 19374/- (Approx) (40%-7750 & 60%-11624) incurred by my Husband up to 27.11.06 in the said A/C.

                          In this regard, I have already submitted the total arrear calculation incurred by my late husband and myself along with the xerox copy of P.P.O. Book, Death Certificate, Statement of the above A/C & Pass Book, which shows the arrear of Rs. 6484/- only credited to my Pension A/C along with endorsement of AGM/SBI/Asansol Main Branch, which was duly received by your office on 27.03.09.

                          Now, it is seen from the Director (PP)/Ministry of Personnel and Public Grievances & pension, New Delhi’s Memorandum F.No.38/37/08-P&PW(A) dated 18.05.09, duly forwarded by Dy. Director Finance (Estt) III, Railway Board, New Delhi vide No. F(E)III/2008/PN1/12 dated 22.05.09 wherein it is clearly mentioned in Sl. No.1 of para-2 that – “Where a pensioner has died on or after 01.01.2006, the updated pension (including enhanced family pension wherever applicable) shall become payable to the family pensioner from the date of death of pensioner.”

                          I would, therefore, request you to kindly arrange for the payment of the above arrear of Rs. 19374/- Approx. (40%-7750 & 60%-11624) incurred by my husband during his tenure (01.01.2006 to 27.11.2006) at the very earliest.

                          On 10.07.09, I met with the Pension Official at Asansol and once again hand over the copy of PPO Book (3rd time) for finalisation of the case.

                          I hope you will be kind enough for early payment of the said arrear.

                          My mother smt.Gita Das is a family pension holder since 19th may'2006 and she is drawing her pension from SBI/ Bally -Durgapur, Howrah, 711201 Branch ( 5766 ).My father was expared on 18th May ' 2006.But my mother did not get the arrear revised liftime pension of my father Late Basuki Nath Das during the period of 01/01/2006 to 18/ 05/ 2006.                           Probably you are aware of the fact that I am a Hemaparasis Disabled (60%) patient, right side of body totally paralyzed, cannot move freely out side for any type of chasing but can only operate computer / internet to communicate rest part o[censored]niverse, virtually became entirely dependent on e-mails. Because of this situation Metro Rail official attended me and informed that fixation of revised pay, furnishing particulars and recording refixation of pay etc for pre 2006 retired persons will be made by CPPC only.

After lapse of one year duplicate PPO issued by CDA Allahabad and forwarded to my bank ie. SBI Narayan Bagar, Distt-Chamoli (UK). SBI Narayan Bagar sent the same to CPPC New Delhi vide their letter No 2008/09/16 dated 19 Sep 09. My Disability PPO also forwarded to CPPC during Aug 09 which is still not materilise. I request to concerned bank official to kindly release my due at the earliest as I am facing financial problemshanking you

                          State Bank of India — Delaying The CLAIM of my Dad's Ac with SBI who has passed away

                          Respected Madam/Sir

                          There's no guidance from the employee name (sonawane of SBI Masjid Branch ) in proceesing the Claim of my Dad's a/c [protected] in the favour of My mom's name Suharsha Sankaran .I have submitted the application on 10 Sept 2009 . But he just put something or the other hurdle saying that u have provided wrong information after 3 weeks or month . Siill now i am chasing him in getting the claim of my dad's account. He says this all takes time to process it is not so easy and u got to come after 4 PM on the working day which is after the bank hrs . This all needs to be done with his comfort and easy . It is mental harasement to a customer who could not take his own money and had to beg for his own money. If this is the kind of service is been provided to customers , then u will lose the creditabilty of the customer and no one would open account in your bank.

                          Request you to please take action against such process and make it approachable for the customers in getting their claims.

                          FIRST CASE

                          I, Jwala Prasad, Retired from East central Railway, Mughal Sarai Division of Indian Railway as a Senior Loco Inspector on June 2005, would like to put before you the unsolved matter, kept aside by your Branch Manager in spite of repeated reminders for early solution, and to get actual dues in time.
                          To get regular correct pension, I have opened Saving Account having Account Number –[protected] at Dalmianagar Branch, SBI, Dist- Rohtas, Bihar.
                          Last basic Rs. 9850+30% running allowance = 12805/- of which 50% i.e. Rs. 6402.50 fixed as pension per month. According to Ministry Of Finance, (Department of Expenditure), Notification G.S.R. 622(A), clause – 9, sixth pay revision of pay commissions, dated 09.08.2009 would be 6410/ i.e. fractional digit to be converted to 10 (tens).
                          It was conveyed to Branch Manager on 18.03.2009 by written application. 1st and 2nd reminders were put to branch Manager on 03.07.2009, 06.10.2009 respectively.

                          SECOND CASE

                          Another case i.e. as per sixth pay revision, 40% of arrear worth Rs. 32686 and rest 60% of arrear worth Rs. 49029 to be paid. But your Branch paid only Rs. 45029 i.e. less net Rs.4000/. I immediately wanted to know the discrepancy by an application on 03.10.2009.
                          But it is a matter of regret, I could not wake up your staff neither to reply me nor to activate to meet my acquired dues to live a peaceful retire life.

                          I am getting old age pension benefit on the first category only i.e. 20% of the basic above 80 years as my date of birth has been wrongly entered in the State Bank of India’s record as 03/1931 as enquired from the bank authorities and I am getting only 20% old age pension from 03/2011 but my actual date of birth as per my service record is 06/1918 and on that basis I was retired from service on[protected] at the age of 58 years and as on date I am 93 years old and I am entitled for 40 % old age pension as per 6th Pay Commission Recommendations.

                          The following is the table for my old age pension:-

                            With reference to your mail dated 11th June, 2008. & card no. [protected]

                            I am Cr. Card holder of SBI for last four years and I have never delay in payment of due amount.

                            It is reiterate that I have already confirm your officers at the time of option given to me of Easy Money Draft that my saving account with ICICI Bank in the name of ‘SANJAY KUMAR’ vide account no.[protected] and this draft would not be cleared in my saving account. But your officers have told me this draft will be credited in my account. The easy money draft no. 309962 dated 4/4/08 of Rs. 30, 000/- of State Bank of Travancoure in favour of S K Lodhi had not been credited in my saving account by ICICI Bank.

                            The above easy money draft has been credited in my account on dated 06.05.2008, after take up with ICICI Bank (copy enclosed) & deposited with you vide cheque no. 247249 of ICICI Bank Ltd, New Delhi date 05.05.08, which has been credit your account on dated 08.05.2008 as per my statement dated 16.05.2008.

                            On dated 05.05.2008 vide complain no. 13517 requested for reverse the easy money draft fee & GST debit Rs. 223.60& confirmed me i.e. reversed and shown in your next statement. But in the statement dated 16.05.2008 none charges reverse and added the finance charges of Rs. 276.65.

                            I have not used the money of easy money draft. This is fault of your representative. Why am I bear the easy money draft fee & finance charges. I humbly request to cancel the easy money draft fee, finance charges and late payment fee as under:

                                    Hello,

                                    My father have SBI account at Mumbai Worli branch (branch code:3428).
                                    On 26/06/2008 I tried to debit 10, 000 Rs. from SBI ATM at Pimpri Town, Pune (near SBI Branch:5923). That transaction failed and I got the receipt from ATM machine regarding transaction failure but the amount was deducted from the account.                                     I have been making payments for the last 1 year to SBI Card without getting any statements.
                                    They had initially not being able to address the reason as why the bill is not reaching. However, they confirmed (phone) that no late charges would be taken as I had not received the statements and hence the payment date was not known to me. My requests for confirming to my residence address have gone unanswered. I visited the local card office and was informed that after a years payment still my outstanding balance was same as the initial purchases which means and also I was charged late fee every month despite any fault of mine.
                                    Now for the last 6 months I have been trying to get the address changed and confirmed through their IVR, e-mail, internet and also lastly requeted for e-statements. But nothing is working. The executives I had met in the Kolkata office have stopped taking calls also. The payment office executives call at my residence every morning causing nuisance to my family.
                                    I am confused as how to deal with this.

                                    I am a customer of your SBI Bank, my account no-[protected], branch- clock tower subzi mandi, delhi-7. I had a old ATM card which had some problems in working due to its wear n tear. I submitted my old ATM card and applyed for the new one. I got the new card and after a week i got its pin number. I changed the pin number given by the bank to my personal pin number. but the new card is not working. I went to bank to talk to the executives there but your bank's executives didnt helped me at all and infact misbehaved with me.
                                    When i insert the ATM card to d machine, i enter my pin, work acc to the instructions, feed the amount of money but it doesnt gives the money out. A slips comes out giving the response no : 079. thats all.
                                    on SBI tol free number, nobody picks up. im trying that for the past 1 week.
                                    please do something in this matter and help me.
                                    i have not got any of my statements of my sbi gold credit card ever.

Always after the due date.Never come to know the details of my bill in time, in spite of repeated requests & reminders. I am fed up.                                       Sir, My father Shri G.C. Das has been drawing less pension since Nov. 2007. His PPO number is[protected] dtd 11/97 and drawing from SBI, DGAR Branch, Shillong . The error has been created at CPPC, SBI, Bhangagarh, Guwahati which has been approached. My father is a paralytic patient and totally bedridden. His treatment incurs a lot of expenditure. Kindly see into the matter.

                                      SBI — discrepancy

                                      i have made purchase of Rs 20, 000/-(twenty thousand )only through ATM cum Debit card issued by SBI Lalbagh (murshidabad) West Bengal on 09 december 2008 from Super Computer Solution, E mall, Kolkata .
                                      when i checked my acount balance on 17 december 2008 than i found only Rs. 616/- available bal. in my account which is not appropriate as per the record.
                                      details of transaction made by me is as under :
                                      date 09/12/08 available bal. Rs 51, 887/- on the same day i only made purchase of rs. 20, 000/- from my account and now i have only rs. 616/-
                                      Request forward this complain through your well estemed organization to the concerned.
                                      Sir, My father Mr. H.S. Dhanik has been drawing less pension since January 2008 without arrears.                                       This is in reference to the above captioned subject, as I did not received my full pension and 40% arrear of my pension till date after several requests to the authorities. I have transferred my pension from treasury Berinag to S.B.I Berinag as per the instructions received from the Honorable District Magistrate, Pithoragarh.My adversity is that after sending several reminders with requests to your authorities I got only Rs. 4060 per month as an arrear from 1/02/2008 to 25/12/2008.While my per month pension amount is Rs. 4677/- which I have taken from the treasury earlier. But since those days when I transferred my pension account to SBI, Berinag I am getting only Rs. 4060/- per month. I have requested several times to your authorities but no action has been taken to my request.

                                      My earlier dues on pension with [protected]@40%is due with you, its my adversity, after sending several reminders nobody is taking consideration with my plea.

                                      As you are the regulatory body their at bank, I request you again to consider my request with humanity and release my previous dues with 40% arrear amount as soon as possible.

Mr. Sharma who is said to be the concerning to my case does not keep his phone in order, which is defective since long. I happen to get mob no. of Mr. Khaneija, the Chief manager SBI main br delhi, who regularly attended the phone, but no one seems to be obeying his instructions. I have sent number of emails to this br, but Mr. Khaneijas all the times told me that, no emails have been received by them. the SBI staff has been befooling this officer. I have sent my complaint to the helpline as well to the dgm and they have forwarded it to the concerned br; yet no action has been taken as yet in the matter. The SBI system of working seems to have been totally failure. I really do not no to whom shall I complain about my problem. Is their any authority to investigate the matter and have courage to take strict action to the entire chain of the SBI branch? Rather, the defaulters should be suspended forthwith till the matter is investigated and proved otherwise.                                       My Husband (RAMA NAND SHARMA- PPO No.[protected] / 66810) retired Sub Inspector of Delhi Police was drawing pension from SBI Gandhiganj Hapur (Dsitt. Ghaziabad) UP A/c No. [protected] (Bank Code -1548). He expired on 17.03.2009. I have submitted all the papers to the said branch on 27.03.2009 for receiving my family pension to my account No.[protected] in the branch.

                                      I have not yet recived my family pension. Brach offecials have infoemed me that my papers are sent to CPPC, Chandni Chowk, Delhi to calculate my family pension.

                                      I am 70 + year old lady with a poor health. Without pension it has become very hard to me to survive. Bank is not allowing withdrawing money from my husband’s pension account [protected], which was on my husband and my name (E or S).

                                      This is with reference to my application for issue of a SBI credit card (????). An SBI agent Mr. Mahfooz Khan (mobile no. [protected]) visited our Institute and got the forms filled up properly and submitted the applications to respective office alongwith all necessary documents. Afterward necessary inquiries were also made by the SBI authorities. Unfortunately, my application was rejected without any appropriate reason.
                                      I am an officer of Ministry of defense, Govt of India. I get my salary in SBI account. Besides, I have all of my credits in SBI. I do not bank with any other than SBI and hence wonder the refusal for issuing a credit card from the only Indian bank I trusted so much.
                                      I forget once but again SBI credit card agent call me from this phone number [protected] and I again applied and got the message in my mobile on 10th jun 09 at 9.34 am
                                      “Thank you for your interest in SBI card. Your app no.[protected] is under process. Please give us 15 days to process your application “
                                      But again rejected without any reason .so why ?????

                                      after centralisation of pension work with SBI, Chandni chowk, new delhi, it has become very very difficult to get your problems solved. i will rather suggest that CPPC be abolished and let the matters go back to concerned branches wheere atleast you can meet the concerned get your work done. CPPC has become hell. Let the SBI authorities sitting at the top see to this grave problem and atleast do something to save the old and elderly persons from harrassment. What pains to see on one hand SBI makes tall claims of being customer friendly but the reality is otherwise. I see lot of costly hoardings through the country put by the bank to impress the public at large and claim that SBI has the honour and previledge oof having served the legendry persons like Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Dr.Zakir Hussain, Pt.Jawahar Lal Nehru etc.but on the other hand the bank is hardly able to satisfy their customers. So for God sake, do something to save the pensions from the hardships being faced by them.

                                      I am a family pensioner at the Agartala Branch 0002 since 11/08/2006.I got remarried on 23/09/2007. In such a situation I would like to trnsfer that pension in the name of my minor daughter ADRIJA CHAKRABORTY ( 30/04/1999). I have repeatedly requested the banking authority as well as the Guwahati CPC .But the case is still pending.At present, I am in need of the banker's portion of the PPO which is lying with the Guwahati CPC. I had officially communicated the bank in May 2008 with all the documents.The Agartala Treassury 01 and the AG authority - both are waiting for the bank's reply i.e PPO for last 02 years.

                                      its been more than 10 months afther the submission of re-authorisation application but inspite of giving regular reminder to the cppc bhangagarh branch ghy. by the sbi ziro branch arunachal pradesh regarding the re-authorisation of pension of the deceased smti bullo omang w/o bullo yachang w/c majdoor PWD ziro, arunachal pradesh to her only legal heir mst bullo habung who is minor and under the legal guardianship mr mudang sambyo the cppc banghagarh branch do not responding and allowing me to have the original ppo papers. The child is totally depends upon the pension of his deceased mother, now he is hopeless and looking for the recovery of pension. kindly look in this very matter and help the poor. why are they(cppc)delaying in sending the original ppo to the sbi ziro branch arunachal pradesh.

                                      I would like to inform you that, I jc 370160w sub(yos) krisankant singh came on pension 30 Jun 2007.My pension was coming full due to non reciept of commutation. My commutation had came on 27 oct 2007 vide ppo no s/comm/0111944/2007.after coming of commutation ammount my pension was coming full, then I went to sbi begusarai and told him please deduct my commut pension. But he unable to do and says it will done by sbi cppc patna only. I told him you approch to sbi cppc patna and correct it. But no any progress, I remind many time to sbi begusarai, at least on 29 July 2009 my pension was deducted double and give rupees 5435/- only from rupees 12043/-.please direct to sbi begusarai to do corrective action .my sb acct no is [protected]
                                      My new revised ppo s/comm/227589/2009 6th cpc ceme to me vide your office letter no jc-370160w/NER/SP/REV dated 23 Feb. 2010. But sbi begusarai not given any revised pension and arrears. I approch many time, he told me there is no any revised ppo came here. I saw him my copy but he can’t do anything.
                                      I have approch many times to sbi begusarai and sbi cppc Patna but no any progress. I complain through customer care sbi by written also. I have sent all photo copy of ppo, passbook, to both branch three times but he not done any response had sent fax to cppc Patna branch but no any replied came.
                                      Now I request to you sir, please help us regarding above subject and kindly do remedial action to solve my problem, also direct to sbi cppc Patna and sbi begusarai branch to do needful action please

                                      Sub: Pension Complaint (Service and disability) from 01 Jan 2006 to 31 Oct 2012

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I have query regarding the pension amount I am receiving. Kindly go through the below explanation for better clarity and take necessary action accordingly so that I get my correct pension.

                                      As per 6th pay commission the basic pension amount I should get from 01 Jan 2006 till 30 June 2009 is Rs. 9775 per month and disability pension Rs. 1290 per month along with the basic pension (9775+1290). After 30 June 2009 till today my basic pension should be Rs. 11345 per month and disability pension Rs. 1290 per month along with the basic pension (11345+1290).The commutation deduction should be Rs. 3175 per month from for both the pension(service and disability). The current DA percentage is 72%. My correct pension per month should be as below (all amount in rupees):

                                      Pension=11345+1290=12635, DA amount= 12635*72%= 9097.2, total pension= 12635+9097.2=21732.2, Pension after deducting commutation = 21732.2-3175=18557.2

                                      I have already queried and sent request letter for adjustment through my pension bank through the chief manager, SBI main branch karimganj (Branch code- 109) to The Chief manager(CPPC), SBI, Centralised pension processing centre, Zonal office, Unit-II, 6th Floor, Sethi Trust Building, Guwahati-781005. The reference number for the three letters I had sent as CM/Pen/53/569 dated 03/01/2011, CM/53/649 dated 09/02/2011 and CM/Pen/54/102 dated 06/05/2011. No action has been taken so far against the above mentioned three letters. So I am sending the letter directly to RBI for the same.

                                      As per table given I should get Rs. 1003676.2/- from 01 Jan 2006 to 31 Oct 2012. But I got Rs. 988408/-. Please settle my difference amount Rs. 15268.20/-. Below are details you would need to settle and credit the amount in my a/c:
                                      PPO number - s/038395/2005/Army
                                      Pension a/c number - [protected]

                                      Note: As for example, as per the given calculation table, for the month of Sept and Oct I should get Rs. 18557.20/- but I have received Rs. 14673/- for the month of Sept and Rs. 15558/- for the month of Oct which is less than the actual pension amount per month. Could you please let me know the reason behind deducting my pension to this extent? Could you please also send me the statement of my pension break-up?

                                      Respected Sir/Medam,
                                      I had deposited a sum of Rs 25000 in the SBI kakching Branch, Manipur about my winning notification of email lucky draw from TOYOTA COMPANY, LONDON to a SBI a/c bearing no.[protected] in the name of p. Robinson. After known that was a fraud company and also I had complaint to the SBI kakching branch to transfer that amount to my account but the branch manager did not accept my requests. I had complaint 3 times before. So, Sir/Medam please help me regarding this problems.
