[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Unnecessary charges

Hi, I was using SBI credit card, they charged some 52 rupees for insurance which was not mentioned earlier, so i got a bill and it was of around 52 rupees, i talked to concerned customer care guy and he told me that he will adjust this in next bill statement and you need not to pay any money this month. In next bill statement what i saw they charged 158.63 Rs. finance charges because i did not pay 52 Rs. last month. SO this is the problem.

For late payment SBI is charging about 420.50 Rs however the due amount is only 714.39 Rs.
I am really surprised to see the late payment charges.

My sbi card no is [protected], in my latest statement i have charged Rs 750 as annual fee charges, i was told while taking the card the my card is free for lifetime. every time this happens on my card. i called up your customer care regarding this but no satisfactory reply recieved from there side, inspite of such a good track record their executive has told me that charges cannot be reverted back. When i asked them to close the card and ask them to cancel my royal sundram policy, they told me that i have to pay the entire amount for royal sundaram policy and that cannot be cancelled, please help me in resolving the issue.

My April 09 statement showing Rs 1492.03, When I talk over phone the same was waived, and
I was assured that nothing was out standing on my card no [protected].subsequently
all my earlier outstanding amt shown as credit but still a total outstanding Rs 410.93 is showing,
as a card holder I never defulted in payment . Now I request sbi card to rectify the mistake
n give me a no due statement
