Executive from SBI Oriental bank of Commerece Card Mr. Sajid Ali explained about the credit card plan which the company offering at that time
1. No joining fee for fresh card issue.
2. The only one time Annual fee 499 to be paid (One time) refundable if purchase is about 2000 within 2 months from the date of receiving of card.
3. On every transection (purchase) 2.5% rebate credited in account of the card holder.
4. No surcharge on purchase/shopping.
5. Incompelete infromation regarding bill payment.
6. Bill received prior to the receipt of the credit card.


And many other informations were revealed after receiving the credit card.

s.b.i bank — Wrong Credit card bill

This is to tell u that i got an s.m.s on my cell saying that i have bill of Rs 19290.22 since i have not evem used my credit card a single time. I do not know how u have given me such a big outstanding bill since it is not used. Plz check and get back soon.

    SIR, I A, HAVING A SB ACCOUNT IN SBI. IT WAS IN SBI SAKHIGOPAL(2118). RECENTLY I HAVE TRANSFERRED THAT ACCOUNT TO SBI AFS HASIMARA (8942). FOR THIS SBI SAKHIGOPAL HAS DEDUCTED RS.100/- AS SERVICE CHARGE WHICH IS ILLEGAL. BECAUSE AFTER CONFIRMATION FROM AFS HASMARA BRANCH I HAVE PROCEEDED FOR TRANSFER OF ACCOUNT & I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS FREE OF COST. NOW I WANT TO ASK HOW THIS POLICY OF SAME BANK CAN DIFFER FROM ONE BRANCH TO OTHER. IT IS NOT A MATTER OF RS.100/- ITS ABOUT THE POLICY OF THE BANK. I CANE GIVE ALSO ANOTHER EXAMPLE THAT I HAVE TRANSFERRED ANOTHER ACCOUNT FROM JAISALMER TO AFS HASIMARA AND IT WAS FREE.     MY AMOUNT KEPT IN HOLD AND SAYING THAT I WITH DRAWN OVER AMOUNT THROIUGH ATM, AND IT WAS DONE ON 4/4/2009, WHAT THE BANK PEOPLE CONVEYING, TO GET THIS INFORMATION, I HAVE TO ROAM TO ALMOST ALL CORNERS OF BANK, AND FOR THAT ONE YEAR BACK ISSUE, THEY HELD MY ATM AND AMOUNT OF 20,000/- RS, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN INTIMATED BY ANY MEANS. FOR THIS I HAVE WASTED 3 DAYS.
    AND THE RESPONSE OF THE STAFF IS WORST AND NO PATIENCE- RUDE BEHAVIOUR. AND SAYING THAT PROBLEMS ARE WITH ATM, CALL AND CONFIRM FROM TOLL FREE.- THIS IS THE ANSWER I GOT.

        Sir,
        I retired from central govt on 28.02.2011. I did not opt for commuattion of pension at the time of retirement , but commuted value of of pension is deducted from my monthly pension due to some mistake in the original order of CPAO New Delhi ,However after several correspondence with Delhi I received a revised order of CPAO (Diary no PR ) dt 27 July 2012. With this oreder I visited the branch on 3rd Sept 2012 and was informed that my pension file could not be traced.It is requested that my pension file may be traced and necessary action taken so that I m not put to any undue hardship Besides I am also not in receipt of of additional DCRG amount given to central govt employees.a As requested I presented the above mentioned order and previous orders of CPAO to the concerned person at the branch for action. I also request that that the correspondence between CPAO and the branch may be referred in this connection for full knowledge .Since it is a long pending case urgent action is requested. Also please give me a reply.since I am not in a position to make trips to the branch due to health problems

          On 01 Sep 2012, I recd. a copy of letter sent by SBI,Rajaji salai branch-800,ch-600 001,
          to the branch manager,jawahar nagar branch,ch-82,directing him to make all the
          formalities for the payment of pension.

          After waiting for more than one week,on 10 Sep 2012,online complaint given and recd. a
          Ticket No.PA[protected].

          The next day ie.,on 11-Sep 2012 the branch manager thru phone asked me to come to
          bank to sign the pension papers and I did the same on the same day.

          Since my pension has not been credited, on18 th.sept. I sent an email to
          gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in but no reply.

          Till now my pension not credited.


          I want to know "USUALLY HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL TAKE

          FOR CREDIT OF PENSION"? (as per RBI rules & regulation)

              Two moths back i got SBI credit card,At the time SBI team asked me for CPP card protection plan activation, I told them i don't want this CPP activation. But they have debit the amount Rs1680/- from my card account,then i have called customer care and ask them to revert back the mentioned amount and it was done.Then this month again they debit Rs.1680/- reason they have mentioned in my statement like transfer to flexipay installment and also they convert this Rs1680/- as 3 EMI's to Rs.560/- monthly installment.Now i just want to revert back Rs.1680/- and EMI amount Rs.560/- from my cried card account.Please do the needful.

              hello respected sir... i dont want cpp but u hv debited my 1278 rs from my sbi card. and i dont want to reneval this plan..even i got notice.i hv not send any details even then got notice for reneval.
              I got a call from CPP after getting SBI card. I had given my consent for CPP over a phone. They deducted Rs.1680/-. Around one month is over no communication or anything. I feel it is the worst plan as there is no response for our money. Otherwise the CPP would force us to leave SBI card and join some other private Visa cards. My friends feels more comfortable with Citi, ICICI cards etc. CPP Pl take this comment seriously and rectify yourselves.

                  My name is Abhay, From last 4 years i am using SBI credit card and there are 4300 points available for redemption in the month of April 2012, so i have redeemed 4200 points for product ID ZX528, But SBI delivered me wrong Item ZX521(Against 3000 Points) along with the delivery charges 99 + st.

                  After making several calls to SBI and IVR verification, SBI found that wrong product has been delivered so they asked me to return the product to Gurgaon office which costs me Rs.100. During this period 4 months are gone and some points got expired automatically.(I Don't know how?), So i again contacted SBI regarding the same, they told me that we have reverted the points(3000) and delivery charges so you can again place order, but now i have 4154 points in my account.

                  My questions are
                  1. Till date the ordered ITEM was not delivered to me.
                  2. SBI not agree to pay the courier charges Rs. 100 which i spent to send the courier to Gurgaon office?
                  3. Who is going to pay the money which i have spent to call the SBI several times (Min call duration of each call is 20-25 min) and i called SBI at-least 10 times.
                  4. Even after several emails to SBI i am still waiting for the update on my issue.
                  5. How my reward points got expired?
                  6. At the time of points redemption i have more than 4200 points so i have placed the order so ordered item should be delivered to me.
                  They have only sent me the reference number for the same- MQ[protected]Sept-12) but after 8 days problem was not resolved.

                  I have wasted my time doing phone calls and emails to SBI(feedback.[protected]@ge.com & [protected]@ge.com) but even after 4 months my problem is not resolved.

                  I wonder that renowned & trusted bank of india i.e. SBI is taking 4-5 months for resolving single issues.

                  Kindly look into the issue and help me to get out of this.
                  Please do the needful.

                      I had drawn rs 40,000 through my atm( card no[protected]
                      in three transaction. first transaction was of rs 20,000 and
                      transaction no was 1706, second and third transaction was of rs 10,000
                      each with transaction no 1707 and 1708 respectively.In first
                      transaction i was managed to keep out only 17,000 rupees and rs 3,000
                      went back in the machine.After that i lodged complain on toll free no
                      [protected] from where i got a complain no AT[protected] and
                      instructed that money will return within 7 day's.After given period when
                      my balance does not returned in my account, i again contected on toll
                      free no from where i instructed to contect with the account holding
                      branch.My branch person told me that you first print out your
                      passbook it will show your balance but after printing it was showing
                      trans no. 1706 with rs 20,000 withdrawal after that a reverse
                      withdrawal of rs 20,000 but my 3,000 does not return.when again i
                      contected on tollfree no than i was instructed to contect to regional
                      office patna.Accordingly i send mail and called them but did not get any response by patna office.I also contected to dgm sbi bombay on mail but he only forward the message to regional office patna and conserned department(endorsing the copy to me).For last six month ito varies authorities as mentioned above but till date no releif has been given and the amount is still not returned back to my account.

                          I am regular user of SBI credit card for a long time.

                          In last month due to sudden death in my family I was quite unable to available in my city and to make payments.

                          In the statement generated on 17 september 2012 , they have charged over limit fees of INR 500 and late fees of INR 700.

                          As i regularly pay SBI . then too they unnecessarily charged huge amount on my cards.

                              hey panic not this govt does many things with out our permission this is one of those . your money has been transfers to fixed deposit by your branch with out ur asking for but they pay their interest for it . but i don't know on what terms and percentage they are paying . what i have checked in the net the percentage what they actually giving is not what we are getting . just check your mini statement like credit interchange.

                                  Most respectfully I beg to state you that I am mofuj Hossen Mondal, From Vill & P.o-Guir,P.s-Khandaghosh,Dist-Burdwan,West Bengal.I am working In Engine Factory Avadi(Min.Of Defence).as a group B officer,I have one savings account No.-[protected] at SBI HVF Avadi,Chennai(code-4675).

                                  One account payee RBI cheque, I collect from Eastern Railway as I was Employed their,I dropped in the bank(appropriate drop box)on 12.08.2012,for money transfer to my A/C(above mentioned),my cheque No.-“858994”,amount Rs 6997/-.Before lapse on 15.09.2012,I already 3 times verbally intimated in bank, and one application give regarding that, But till now money is not transferred in my a/c.

                                  They are telling that they are unable to find out my cheque & they arranged a duplicate cheque from Railway. but till now my cases not solved,So Please arrange the necessary action, as early as possible.

                                      I have taken a credit card from SBI. Credit Card no: [protected].

                                      At the very start of issuing my card, I provided all my contact details amisl id's evverything properly and also it was verified. Now again at the time when I recieved the card nothing was updated in their data base. Also I tried chasing them through their customer service, I was put on hold for first time for 20 minutes and second time around 40 minutes, without been answered.

                                      Again aftter trying several time I was able to contact them, I requested tehm to send the statement on mail as well but this is pending for about more then a month and everyday i get calls from SBI to pay the amount and I dont know how should I pay with out any information.

                                      I am in deep trouble and now every month they are increasing the amount on their wish interst rates.
                                      Please help

                                        I Sushil Batham,Scientist DRDO taken home loan from State bank of india in dec 2008 .Currently all banl inclusive SBI are taking interest rate of
                                        around 10-11% but My Gwalior SBI Branch taking 12.75% rate of intereest from me. I am paying Only interest amount to them no priciple amount is being paid because of higher rate of interest and my principle amount is incresing day by day
                                        Hence it is requested Kindly resolve my problem
