Dear sir,
More than one year back the State Bank of India was auctioned my property due to the non repayment at the reserve price money of Rs 53,000,00, but the auction was done at 54,100,00.The balance of Rs 1,10,000 the are not given me back.
Still they are telling that this amount was adjusted to the bank interest and other expenses. The banks reserve price money of rs 53,000,00 is included their all expense like Interest,court expense,advertisement,paper expense and all.
The S.B.I. bank peoples are cheated me of Rs 1,10,000. This is the complaint I am registering here with lot of sufferings. so the consumer department may do me a favor to please settle this issue.

    I Rakasi Naveen customer of State Bank of India at Esamia Bazar Branch,Hyderabad, AP having a Savings Account since last 1 year or so , lost my money through a fraud cash withdrawl from an ATM in Bengaluru,Karnataka ( details of the ATM mentioned below). I do not have any add on card to my savings account and to my knowledge I was using my card securely and did not reveal my card or ATM password anywhere /anybody, but on 1st of August 2012 at about 7PM with my ATM card in my pocket, I received 2 messages continously on my registered mobile([protected]) of the account withdrawing Rs 20,000 each . In total I had 40,000 withdrawn from my account. I immediately called on the help center to deactivate my card. I have reported the same issue at the account holding branch i.e SBI bank Esamia bazar branch from where I got the complaint numbers for the Transactions . Here are the Complaint Numbers

    State Bank of India — Fraud Account

    My Name is Neil Khamkar. I have been troubled be the state bank of India, they claim I have a credit card with them for which there is a bill of Rs 63486.21
    I agree I had applied for a card with this bank .I was working with a call-center (Zenta) in Bombay
    I never received a credit card from state bank of India I have had many people come to my door step to ask for money demanding Rs12000 to the present amount of Rs 63486.21 Of which I have not spent one rupee
    I have a citi bank loan (personal loan) for 1,70,000 for which I make regular payments, why would I default on a payment on my credit card.
    Please is there anyone that can help me please
    this bank (state bank of India ) is pushing me to commit suicide please please help me

    My name is Neil Khamkar I had applied for a credit card with your prestigious bank in the year 2005. I was then working for a call center in Bombay know as Zenta, I had applied trough a sales company who had called me, I did not go to a bank or apply in writing.I was very excited to have a state bank of India card ( at that very moment I did have a Icici & a citi bank credit card ).

    I was called with in a week & was advised that as I work for a black listed Company(Zenta) that my credit card will not go trough, I did not take it to heart & assumed the matter closed
    In the mean time I joined another call center (3global services) in Bombay, however due to company requirements was mostly in Pune. I have been contacted by more than a dozen people who claim to be with your bank asking me for money. it started with small amounts like Rs.12, 000 I kept on explaining the above mentioned situation & was repeatedly told that it will be taken care of

    I have been contacted by various means trough people who have come to my house at all odd times however they were very understanding of the situation & stated that they will try & help however in another 6 months some other person would turn up at my door I have more that a few dozen of your bills (statements ) the recent one calming that I owe 63, 486.21
    I am not a fraudster or a cheat I am paying a loan with citi bank of 1, 70, 000 for the last 5 years & have not defaulted payments.I trust that this letter of mine will yield me some results. I hope that state bank of Indian will help me resolve this issue

        I Mrs. Hemangi Ramachandra Rakhe have deposited cheque No.801268 on 29th August 2012 for Rs. 10230/- regarding payment of SBI Credit Card.
        On 2nd Sept. 2012 I have received SMS regarding cheque return of SBI Card due to reason "Insufficient Funds"
        After enquiry at Dashmesh Nagar Branch, Aurangabad I have noticed that there is sufficient balance in my account and the same cheque is not presented till date for payment.
        As per telephonic talk with agent of SBI Card I have noticed that charges for cheque return debited to my SBI Card account.
        Kindly look into the matter ugently & reverse all the charges are debited regarding this cheque return.

        SBI Card Offer — Insufficient information regarding offer

        Dear Sir,

        I would like to inform you that I have received a call in last week regarding offer. They give me an 3 day and 2 night stary at 5 star hotel and airticket @ Rs. 6097. There is some misunderstand that the amount will be debited on the use of offer. They also convey the same. I came to know the fact on received of sms that your card debited by Rs, 6067. I called them and asked for cancellation but they reply there is no option of cancellation. You have to utilised. I have request them for cancellation but they refused to hear any execues.

        I request to your kindly help me in cancellation of same and highly oblige.

        I have a saving account in BANK OF INDIA & I carry out all the transactions by cheque.
        When I deposit any cheque of SBI CBS branch for local clearing,they return it with the reason-"Not drawn on us".(The cheques don't have "PAYABLE AT PAR" written on them).

        Please let us know the procedures of honouring the cheques, then I will be able to lodge specific complaints of such cases.

          Hi

          I received call[protected] Kamlesh) from SBI Credit card sales executive on 10th Aug offering me SBI credit card number. I took the offer and then my documents were collected from my house. I received a confirmation call on 14th Aug from[protected] and was inform that i am eligible for SBI Advantage Platinum Card with good credit limit so i gone fot it also received another confirmation call from[protected] and was inform that i will receive this card within 7days. I waited and heard nothing about the card i applied for. I cald the number from where i have received the verification call[protected],they said will callback me after 10 min with update so i waited for an hour i got no responce so i called back again and as soon as they came to know my name they disconnected call.

                SBI Credit Card — Be Aware from SBI Credit Card

                On 18.12.2008 at 10.14 AM I have received a call from phone no.30584746. The caller was Shri Aman Verma (Personal Contact No.[protected]). Shri Verma told me about the payment of Rs.140000/- against SBI Credit Card. I talked with Shri Verma about 20 minutes and he talked with me gently. First I refused for payment because I have not received the Credit Card so far but ultimately the harassment from the SBI Credit Card officials again and again I told Shri Verma please settles this case any way. Shri Verma first told me that the settlement amount will be 50% (Rs.7000/-) and after requesting he told me for Rs.3200/- then Rs.2000/- then Rs. 1500/- but ultimately Shri Verma settled and agreed for Rs.1000/-. I have paid Rs.1000/- by Cheque No. 508244 dated 18.12.2008 in the name of SBI Card No. [protected] and handed over to Shri Vinod Kumar (person send by Shri Verma from SBI Card). Shri Verma told me that I will receive no dues certificate within 2-3 days.

                I have not received the SBI Credit Card but I am paying for this because I have applied for SBI Credit Card (Card No. issued to me [protected]). Receipt No. 12741956 is also enclosed.

                Hope, now I have escaped from SBI Credit card. I am also requesting you if in future by chance I will apply for SBI Credit Card please cancel my application.

                Letter sent to you earlier in September 2007:
                This is in continuation of my earlier letter dtd. 7th April 2007and 18th April 2007 but I have not received any positive response from your side also. I have already talked with your people so far that I have not received the card but continuously I am getting the phone calls from your SBI. On 7th June 07 I have received a call from Shri Sachin[protected] I told him complete story and he assured me that he will help me but after that he never called me. On 11.8.07 Ms Charu[protected] talked me about the payment. When I told her that I have not received the card and before that I have talked so many people of SBI, then she told me that I know about your case and we want a settlement that you pay only Rs. 430/- and we will close the file. But after that I have received a bill of Rs. 9212.73. Today on 8th Sept I have received a call from Ms Shishita[protected] and told her about the card not received by me, she told me that I am telling lie. I explained her and after that she disconnected the phone. Now I am asking from you, who will help me. In this regard I have already talked with Ms. Deepa, Ms. Laxmi, Ms. Pratibha, Ms Hina, Ms. Saloni, Ms Sharmila, Ms Kanchan, Ms Puja and Shri Pradeep but nobody wants to help me.

                Hope you will help me and cancel all the dues for which SBI officials are asking.

                    This is with reference to amount of Rs 6618/- wrongly debited in the SBI credit card [protected] on 12th April 12

                    I have never accepted any offers from SBI Card and to my surprise I am finding Rs 6618/- debited to my card.
                    I had immediately contacted the SBI card personnel for the wrong debit. But till date the amount is not yet reversed. instead the interest is being charged on the amount debited.

                    I fail to understand how the interest can be charged on the amount which is under dispute and for which the complaint has been lodged with SBI

                    I am really surprised and dismayed to find that such wrong enteries and wrong interest charging can take place with such a reputed concern like SBI

                    Requesting you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis and resolve the issue.

                      HI,
                      I am Parshu Athani, Residing at Pune, I have booked a Car, Hyundai Eon Dlite+ LPG, For that purpose I had applied for CAR LOAN to SBI for 3 Lacks. I had submitted all the documents and a cheque in favour of SBI. I had given 2 Friends names to SBI for verification at Pune.
                      From SBI no one came for address verification, No one called my friends whose name and mobile numbers given for verification and also as my company has got only one office at Hyderabad and I am working as a RBM in Pharmaceutical Company where I have only field work in my Entire Region covering Maharashtra where I have to meet Drs along with my Medical Representatives and Area Managers in Maharashtra apart from Mumbai.
                      SBI has disqualified my Car Loan application stating they can't do verification of the company based at Hyderabad from Pune. Without informing me or without raising the query for 4 to 5 days. Further when I got this information I called the Manager and he told we rejected this loan application for the above reason. When I had demanded for companies verification Mr.Ojha told me it takes minimum 1 month time for getting the verification checked at hyderabad by SBI. According to my knowledge my company is a Registered Pharmaceutical Company with more than 10,000 Employees.
                      I mentioned earlier in my mail that verification is not been done at local also. I am doubting on the process of my car loan application and want SBI to kindly check in to this matter.

                        Sir,

                        It is our honest intention, to bring to your notice increasing instances of porn viewing, by a few individuals at human recourses department, sbi local head office, kolkata. Recently, it has come to our observation that one individual by the name of mr. Amitava chowdhury, taking advantage of his secluded & partially hidden cubicle/computer system, located on sixth floor of samriddhi bhawan, is resorting to watching and downloading pornographic contents. He along with his friends is utilizing their lunch hours or breaks in surfing sites with offensive contents. There is also a high possibility that few employees like amitava chowdhury and sourav ghosh, who come early and work late hook on to these sites, on the pretext of doing some urgent work.

                        Mr chowdhury, who is quite expert in overriding the elementary security measures of sbi, uses usb modems, pen drives, cds, network sharing to hide, bypass & transmit these offensive resources. It is ironical that use of these devices is completely prohibited in some other banks like icici, hdfc, etc.

                        Surprisingly, all these are going on for quite some time, but still agm (Hr) located on the same floor, is ignorant about these happenings.

                        These activities have come to my notice, as i am posted on the same floor of the same building. It really hurts us to bring to light, these sorts of affairs going on at sbi lho, and that too at hr department. But these also destroy the morale of dedicated sbi staff members and tarnish the image of the bank.

                        Kindly look into the issue, and ensure to effectively put an end to this perverted and unhealthy working environment at sbi.

                          i have been lost my sbi credit card no.[protected] on the way, so i want to block this card with immediate effect.

                          SBI — Ignorance of SBI Credit card Department

                          Almost a month before i have received a call from SBI credit card department regarding there new scheme about offering credit card to existing customers and for that they require a Fixed deposit of 10,000/- bucks.
                          At that only they told me that credit card will be delivered within one week.Within 2 or 3 days they have deducted 1408/- bucks from my HDFC account. Its almost a month over but still i have not received any confirmation call or credit card.

                            Last month i sent a complain regarding wrong deduction of ATM withdrawal on dated[protected] at bungal of Rs.1000/- My saving Account of State Bank of India Branch Dhar Kalan, (Pathankot) Punjab. On dated[protected] approximately time was 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm i received a call from this No.+[protected] he said "My name is Vinod Kumar, customer care agent form State Bank of India, Head Quarter Mumbai " he said me to go at any ATM machine some function at atm machine and yours money will back. unfortunately i was trust on him. i go to Thara Uperla ATM Near State Bank of Patiala, but the atm machine is not worked properly. I was call his above mention Mobile No..+[protected] i told him that ATM is not working properly. He said me to go any more ATM machine but i could not go, then he was said that tomorrow call me when you go at ATM machine.
                            Next day on dated 21.08.2012 at time was 02:00 pm to 02:45 Pm. He said me to go in ATM cabin and follow my instructions your Money will back within 15 minutes. He call me from Mobile No..+[protected] i followed his stupid instructions and he give me a No.[protected] when i tell his that why transfer to this no. when he said that this is a System No. and once time your money transfer to System and yours Rs.1000/-will back to your A/C. he was transferred Rs.1200/- from Account No.[protected]. After all done the process of transfer he was disconnect the phone. i was call to him but his answer is doubtful. Next morning I call his at above Mobile No. but he was not receive my call some time he was call me another Mobile No.+[protected] and tell me wait some time i tried to complete the process.

                            I lose my amount on behalf myself. But if you do something for punish his so please sir take some action. I understand that i was totally wrong, this is my big mistake.

                              I Anirudh kumar the account holder of state bank of india of Warisaliganj branch.My account no is [protected].
                              just couple of day before when I had gone to the branch,I came to know my photograph had not been scanned.
                              Then I was asked to fill a form with photograph and account no in order to scan the photograph.Today I had gone
                              to the branch after fulfilling every document then I was asked to verify it by Mr. Deepak Raj (A senior officer in branch).
                              I did the same but Mr. Deepak Raj didn"t verified it talked very rudely with me. I dont know why but due to this I felt

                                  sir i am keshaw kant shukla and i am ateacher and i made my loan of 3.5 lacks from state bank of india mariyahun at a monthly installment of 10500/- but the field officer puts my account hold even after deduction of installment,when i urged officer behaved very rudely and said that this is rule of bank you are not able to widraw remaining amount. Sir while the was being sanctioned i was told that amount deduction will be monthly but the bank is not doing so.                                   I want to inform you that currently i am using S.B.I saving account [protected], My main branch is blaming me to withdraw Rs. 13000/only using my ATM card but the balance in my account is only Rs. 3000/only
                                  But for your kind information i want to tell you i have not withdrawal any amount from my ATM. For instance you can check the statement of my account you will not found any transaction report.
                                  Now problem is that branch (ETAWAH MANDI) has not accepted my problem and blem to me for this type of transaction. Currently my account [protected] is holded by the main branch.

                                    IT HAS BEEN ALREADY MORE THAN 1 MONTH I LOGGED THE REQUEST TO THE SBI CREDIT CARD TO DO CREDIT BALANCE TRANSFER OF MY EXCESS MONEY 354000 RS DEPOSITED TO THEM. BUT EVERY TIME i am getting the same answer that the amount will be credited within 2-3 days. and now it is more than 1 month..
                                    the amount is not small and i direly need it.. but the delay is causing inconvenience to me and to my family members very much as well as mental torture..

                                      I have availed HTL from SBI in 2005 with fixed interest rate and I was assured at that time that it will not even if decreased or increased. Now Iam getting letters that they want to increase the rate from 8.25 to 12.5% stating that some mistake from their part.                                       I am shailesh from Mumbai. We all know that RBI has reduce the deposit rate and many bank have reduced their home loan rates but only on new loans.

                                      Then wat about the existing customer as when there was a increase in inflation rate all banks have increased the home loan interest rates within a weeks or 2 weeks time however there is no announcment for reduction in existing home loan rates.

                                      I request the comsumner protection board to look into this matter and highlight the same.

                                        I had got a call from SBI Customer Service stating that I have been selected for Privilage Circle Programme and I have to pay only Rs. 6180 for the same and the amount have been credited to my account immediately by SBI.

                                        I had received the Plat5 Privilage Circle Programme vouchers with a gift. Vouchers have been issued validity upto Dec 13 however they had asked to fill the voucher before Sept 5, 2012, when I contacted them for the same i.e. once I called their Delhi Office they just banged the phone then I wrote to SBI Credit Card they gave Mumbai number when I spoke to them they say that I have to pay Rs. 250/- as booking charges in DD, however the Vouchers states that teh same can be credited to my account, they say they can accept as a spcial case the DD and I have to deposit the same to their Mumbai before starting.

                                        I am afraid the hotels which they have been give will also fool me for the same. How I can trust a Priovilage Circle who does not trust me for Rs. 250 for credit to my credit card account.

                                        I had written to SBI and also to their Vicepreside nt Divya Dhody Chief Nodal Officer Customer Service SBI Card D but they came back stating that they cannot reverse the same.

                                        I had even spoke to their Customer Care they also are in a position to help me and eben went to the extent of saying that I want to cancel the card they said okay.

                                        I have been using this Card for around 7/8 years ,

                                        CAN someone help me out in this case. The Voucher No. of Privilage Circle is 682856 of Plat5 and SBI Case ID[protected].
