Home Loan Interest rate — Interest rate
HiI am shailesh from Mumbai. We all know that RBI has reduce the deposit rate and many bank have reduced their home loan rates but only on new loans.
Then wat about the existing customer as when there was a increase in inflation rate all banks have increased the home loan interest rates within a weeks or 2 weeks time however there is no announcment for reduction in existing home loan rates.
I request the comsumner protection board to look into this matter and highlight the same.
