Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your notice, that when i withdrawn from Canara Bank ATM at
Double road Big Bazar (BMTC SANTHI NAGAR) Bangalore transaction slip showing
withdrawal of Rs.1000/- but actually amount has not come from machine.
Please look into the matter and credit the same amt to my account.

    Respected Sir,
    I am Biju David I have an account in IOB udaipur branch. I tried to withdraw 3000 rupees two times from SBI ATM but I didn’t get money from above ATM . Total amount of 6000 rupees debited from my account. I already submit two Application on 07 /04/2009 and 02/06/09(complaint) above ATM Branch office. (My SBI complaint no. 2665206) There is no response about my complaint. It is too much later up to three months. I given my details of transaction below . We are a middle class family so 6000 Rs. is a big amount for me. So kindly take good action and clear my account immediately.

    I am Santosh kumar I have an account in IDBI Bank Sigra branch Varanasi (U.P.). I tried to withdraw Rs 500/- from SBI Patanjali ATM (Haridwar U.A.) On dated 26/12/2009 but I didn’t get money from above ATM. But amount of 500 rupees debited from my IDBI Bank A/c. I have given my details of transaction below.       a) Applied for Loan on 22nd March 2009 take over loan from ICICI for Rs 26 Lac @ 8%. Anoopl Lal
      b) Query on Card recieved on 20th of April 2009.
      c) Clarified to SBI on 24 th of April 2009 to Mr. Srinivas at SBI BKC processing Centre.
      d) After which so much of followups have happened and I have lost more that Rs 10, 000/- per month on excess interest that is being charged by ICICI.

      The complaint is given below the emails sent to SBI complaint Cell no response.

      It is matter of great regret that I have not been sanctioned the loan till date despite all documents been in order and my constant forllowup for last three months. I don’t even get the proper response on my loan status. Everytime and every day I am told there will be someone who will respond to my loan, but no body does. Today I have spoken to Mr. Khot, who have assured me that he will sanction the loan if put forth to him. I was assured by Mr. Anoop Lal and the Branch Manager that the process of sanction is over as on 30th of May, how come Mr. Khot does not have the list!

      I have several question here.

      a) What is the procedure in SBI to sanction loan.
      a. How much time it should take form proper documentation being available.
      b. Who is responsible, single point responsibility to ensure the loan is sanctioned.
      b) Who takes care for the loan application does the customer have to follow- up with innumerable officer. In my case
      a. Anoop Lal and his boss the branch Manager
      b. Mr Srinivas and then Mr. Godbole
      c. And now Mr. Khot.
      c) Is there any process in SBI to track the loan sanctioning speed!! If so what is it.
      d) Does this 8% take over loan actually exist…or is it just a marketing gimmick!! Who makes up for the Excessive loan paid…..


      I am sure somebody in SBI will be a responsible person to address my need “ When will my loan come…………….???

        My father retired from Indian Railways as a Chief controler from Maligaon (MLG) office of N.F. Railways. He got his pension transferred to the SBI - Dankuni ( West Bengal ) Branch as he bought one Flat in Dankun by spending almost all the amount in his final financial settlement.

        According to the 6th Pay commision declaration, his pension got increased by around Rs 2700 per month and he was due with an arrear payment of more than 60, 000 in two installments in two sequel years by 40%and 60% ( according to the declaration).

        All the ex colleagues of my faher got the due amount 6-7 months back only who were there in towns like Guwahati or Kolkata but my father is still awaiting for his dues. He is still drawig the pension on same old pension value. He has lodged several compnaints to the local SBI branch and then went to lodge another complain in their (SBI) special pension cell.

        As everybody else was given the due amount already he was very upset of the process and has been continously fllowing it up with different personals of SBI. The manager of the branch kept him ( 67 years old diabetic) for long hours in waiting for several days. Then he told him that he has sent his complain to the pension cell and wil get back to him. It's already 10 + months that he is waiting for the same now also. He is waiting for his money. Yes.. his money that is now with the bank ( govt.) and they are not releasing it.

        I am his son, I live in Bangalore and I am also helpless in this now as I cann't pay much days visiting Dankuni and following it up in person with the Bank personels. I have lodged complains for him to the GM - customer care -SBI. He replied to it and ask the KOLKATA SBI Head office to take action on this. But Once it entires the Kolkata look it vanishes.

        I have now lodged a complain in the govt pensioner website.

        Nobody is coming up wih any answers. This is how the work culture there in SBI. My father is now searching for some of his old colleagues who are into pensioner association to help him out. But, his frineds are now inhabiting in Assam mostly where he lived through out his work tennure.

        If anybody from SBI come to visit this page, please help my father. He is getting restless day by day due to this and this is because of some lazy and irresponsible employees of SBI.

        In corporate world, we don't believe on personal responsibilities now, we believe in process, to monitor it properly, check the health of the processes regularly and making proactive and reactive actions and corrections.

        I think SBI lacks all or may have no time to think on this things as you people are very busy all through out the days, months and years. Hopeless!!!

        Please help if anybody come across this complain. I know I have to do something, but I don't know now what to do.Pls advise...

        what i have come to know is that it's the DANKUNI (WEST BENGAL) branch which has to clear this amount.

        Hi,
        This is Franklin kujur a resident of Siliguri, Shivmandir. Dealing with SBI Bank (N.B.U) campus and have experienced a very rude and irresponsible attitude of the employee of this branch. Not only that today[protected] when I went to just enquire about my cheque as it was of lot of importance to me and me labours as I had pending payments and i could loose a lot because of it. The Operation Manager behaved in such a way that he ownes the bank and when we requested him to please help us out he was very rude and asked us to come tommorrow even though it was just 5 minutes work. When I told him that I'll complain to the head office he showed no fear as if he was very sure that no action would be taken. I called up the head office in Kolkata and they assured me that action would be taken against him.
        Not onle me but other people are suffuring because of this but fear to come forward. The Name of the Operation Manager is Debasis Roy. These bank employes think that there time is very important but not ours and they make us feel that we owe them and we are there servants. A very very bad rude arrogant attitude towards their customer.

        I am having pension account in SBI INS Chilka branch A/C No - [protected], I retired from navy on 31 Aug 2009 and my PPO recieved by bank and I have deposited my life certificate to bank on 09 Oct 2009. after waiting of one month I have not received my pension and I contact to Sbi chilka weekly but they are telling that they have send all paper to central processing unit in khurda, then i contect to khurda branch on tel no - [protected] but there is no good response then what i should do please help me because SBI Chilka told me that you get your pension after three week but two month is going to pass please help me because i am suffering from the money problem

        (i) My PPO No 1548/2009 was misplaced in SBI Narangi branch. On approaching to Br Manager the same had been recovered and sent to CPPC Bhangagarah on 12 Nov 2009 vide Narangi Br folder No BM/34/362. The amount still not remitted in the Account till 22 Jan 2010.

        (ii) Another supplimentary Cohhigendum PPO No M/CORR/015301/2009 of 05 Nov 2009 was also sent by Narangi Br to CPPC Bhangagarah Br vide SBI Narangi Br folder No BM/34/432 of 17 Dec 2009. CPPC not yet remitted the same till 22 Jan 2010.

        None credited the amount in the account the customer is being loose his entitlement of interest as well as deprive from his actual needs. Kindly do the needful at at the earliest. it is also requested that kindly intimate reason of irregularity.

          Dear Sir
          I have got a new ATM card no[protected], valid from June
          2009, issued in my name.
          The local branch has issued me the PIN number also
          I tried to access the account in the ATM machine but it is not working.
          The response/error code is 052- Invalid Card.The bank authoritied donot know what to do.
          They say apply for new PIN, which will come in another 15 days. What is on line if we donot get our problems solved wi5hin minutes?

          I have got a new SBI prepaid ATM card in favour of sbms scholarship, issued in "SN Kumar" name.
          My card number is [protected].
          They gave me PIN number also, but I cannot access my account. When I tried to check the status of account, it is showing a response code " 052 " and to contact customer care.
          Currently I don't have any amount in it. But it should show the status. Why isn't it showing?

            Sir,

            I open a bank account of State Bank of India, at Shillong Main Branch(0181), Meghalaya on the[protected]. My account no is [protected]. Till date I am not receiving my ATM Card and Cheque Book.I will be grateful to if if you could kindly help to get my the said. I cantacted the concerned ATM O/C thrice but they simple answer me that, the ATM card was issued on the[protected]. But to no avail. I am at the receiving end.Please help.

              Dear Sir / Madam at State Bank Of India,
              To the best of our understanding the SBI should have uniform rules across its branches in the country and not leave any branch to its own hegemony or become a law unto itself. This is specifically with reference to the ‘deduction of money’ policy for account holders.
              I have a Current Account with SBI, Sagar Tower, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 110058 since Dec. 12, 2008.There is a policy / rule which states that a deduction of money will take place from the current account holder every quarter if the ‘average quarterly balance’ is not maintained. 1, 000/- were deducted on Dec. 31, 2008 and 1, 000/- more were deduced on April 31, 2009, and 550/- were deducted on March 13, 2009 itself as account keeping fees.
              - I don't know if 1, 000/- deduction is legitimate.
              - For the period April 1 to June 30, 2009, the so called average quarterly balance of 10, 000/- is being maintained. Only for the initial 5 days, the balance was less than 10, 000/-. I have been told by a very ‘casual mannered employee’ of the bank a few months ago that you, SBI, reserves the right to deduct money the day the balance goes even rupees 10/- below 10, 000/-, even if for the rest of the duration, the balance is much above 10, 000/-. I have been told categorically that it is upto the bank.
              That ‘casual mannered employee’ has been seen only once by me but he was sitting on the seat of another employee who was probably on leave. This same casual employee forcefully tried to keep into his custody the Internet Banking Kit when I told him that I have tried to log in with the username and password given (for the first time) but can't do so. It is surprising that you can’t sustain or run properly your own made system. He said that this should not have been given to me in the first place since ‘I don't deserve it’. I don't know why it was issued then. He also noted the username and password on a piece of paper and kept it in his pocket. I don’t know what's going on.
              When I tell your Chief Manager (one Mr. Sikka), he always tells me to meet Mr. A, Mr. B, then when I meet Mr. A, Mr. B, he / she sends me to Mr. C, Mr. D, then he / she tells me to meet the Chief Manager. So I am always made to go in a loop. To get the statement I am always asked to go down the steps to another room. When I go there, your Security Guard follows me and asks me rudely "What are you doing here?" I need to understand why I am being harassed.
              I know that Janak Puri (postal code 110058 - Republic Of India) is getting lawless by the day and I also know that certain illegal elements who don the 'State Security Apparatus' uniform or miscreants otherwise have forcefully and intimidatingly made inroads everywhere. Probably your SBI Branch at Janak Puri has been afflicted. Maybe your own people (from wherever) don't want me to have an account with you. But you can tell me likewise simply in plain language. It’s that easy. I'll understand.
              But let's come straight back to the core issue. If you deduct 1, 000/- this June ending, then once again for the first few days of July, the balance would be less than 10, 000/-, then I would be rushing to top-up the account so that the funds are sufficiently in excess of 10, 000/-. However, since the funds were less than 10, 000/- even for one day, then again you will deduct 1, 000/- at the end of the July 1st to Sept. 30, 2009 quarter (as I have been made to understand). So I will always be paying 1, 000/- to the Bank every quarter. I think this is very harsh and unfair. It is hoped you don’t deduct 1, 000/- this time around June 30, 2009. But probably this is how you fill up your coffers and then shout "in the top 100 banks of the world". Ask yourself a question, “do you deserve to be there?” Please look up the meaning of ‘average quarterly balance’. Your people at Toll Free Number also give conflicting ‘opinions’ each time regarding the ‘average quarterly balance’.
              Size or magnitude is very good SBI, but completing education (of any kind) is essential because if you don’t, then complascency creeps in, cutting corners becomes the norm in the name of progress and development is a farce. It is pseudo. Your conduct is wayward and delinquent.

                The member agreement has been obtained the SBI CARD by false promises. The card holder is a senior citizen & the CREDIT CARD was thrusted to him by the SBI CREDIT CARD marketing personals by tele marketing.The card holder is victim of telemarketing of the card provider.The senor citizen was promised that no renewal or annual fee will be charged.
                The card holder paid all the dues for signed purchases made by him.Communications for the credit card company is always vague & one sided.The out standing as alleged by THE COMPANY is built up figure without the consent of the card holder.Although the card holder protested so many times, it was not heard but harassment & threatings continued.
                The threat of prosecution is too much & the relevant penal provisions & other classes of the company should be produced to the card holder.SBI corporate company did not come with all the truths.
                At the company requests Rs.20 000 was deposited in 2006 for which the SBIcompany did not give Rs.6000 as minum interests.
                The deposit of Rs.20000was used by the SBI CARD company for atleast 6 months.All clauses of the agreement were not disclosed & discussed.The signed agreement was one sided.When ever dispute of billing was raised no proper answer was provided by the SBI company.
                The card holder was not furnished with evidences for the purchase of insurance & an agreement to continue the card holding on the same terms & conditions.The credit benefits were withdrawn.
                The company help line etc are no use to the card holders.The due Rs.3367.57for insurance etc billed is wrong&arbitrary.Against this due Rs.8375as interest charged is atrosious.The co.is nontransparent in its acts.NOW THE CARD HOLDER SEEKS QUASHING OF DUES AS BILLED BY SBI CARD.

                  Since 1st October, 2007 repeatedly i am requesting the mamager of Ganges Garden Complex Branch, SBI (Howrah) to collect the Sale deed of the registration of my flat at New Town, Kolkata from the developer "BENGAL DCL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CO. LTD., KOLKATA". In the past few years i visited the said branch several times for the same purpose. Now when i am asking the authority to give me a xerox copy of the Deed the GGC branch is escaping responsibility showing me the Howrah Main Branch at Howrah maidan. Surprisingly Howrah Main Branch is redirecting me everytime to my Home Branch (Ganges Garden Complex Branch). No of the branches can say the whereabouts of my suspectly missing Loan File. In the last few monthes i have been subtledly shifted like a ball in between these two branches and i stand no where. So i beg a immidiate remeady from you.

                        On 25.06.2009 somebody hacked my card number and have done transactions worth Rs.10, 567/-
                        I complained and asked to block the card immediately.
                        As the lapsed time is very short and the transactions were done on the net, I request you to act immediately and stop the payments.
                        One of the transactions done by that person is with APSRTC HYDERABAD IN for Rs.3255/- and if you act quickly and able to get information for which service he booked the tickets, I think we can catch him or atleast we can stop him from boarding the busses.

                          i m a employe of s b i, jalesar branch and i have a complaint against our B M . He really dont know how to conduct a branch. He has no guts to be branch manager, he just pressrise new staff because they in probasion period, ut at remaining staff he dont take any action against irregularities and indiscipline. So i just want that the name sbi not going to a because of this person. Just take the appropriate action against him.

                            Sir,

                            I own a Tata SBI Credit Card Number. I regret to bring to your notice that I am a victim of the Har Din Jackpot sham that SBI card was running. I had swiped my card for some jewellery purchase on 11th January 2009 and got a call from SBI that I have won the daily lucky draw and am entitled to the prize of a 21” Samsung LCD tv. I was also advised to pay the TDS on it. I promptly issued a DD from ICICI bank favouring “SBI Cards and Payments Services Ltd “of the amount 6288. Receipt of this DD was also confirmed by SBI.

                            Since then I have not heard from SBI. Using the courier tracking number I was appalled to check on the courier website that the package was returned to delhi as the address could not be traced!!! This address is 7 year old and I have been receiving letters, couriers and parcels from india and abroad without any issues.



                            After 3 service requests, numerous phone calls and 3 months since paying the TDS amount, my jackpot is still eluding me! Before going to the banking ombudsman for redressal, through your news paper column I wish to bring this to the notice of everyone that don’t trust even big brands like TATA and SBI. You never know in times of recession, everything can be a money making scheme!!!

                            SBI, Give my money with interest Back or deliver my prize to me immediately.

                              Hello,

                              I have applied for Demat and online trading account in State Bank of India, J P Nagar branch, Bangalore in the month of March, 2009. It was activated on 3rd of March. Later I got a rejection on the account operation due to Branch code change in my documents. It was solved somehow. Again I got my account rejected due to a single alphabet mismatch in my name when comparing my bank account name with that of PAN card. J P nagar branch was unable to solve this problem and treated me UNPROFESSIONALLY and asked me to go to my home branch to get my name change(single alphabet mismatch) certified. I went to my home branch on my working day of my office on loss of pay and bearing my travelling charges to Gulbarga. But I got a certificate form my home branch saying that the name belongs to me only. I submitted the same certificate in original to one of the State Bank of India executives who promised me to get my trading password activated in two days. Even after one week later, I am not given with my User name and Password to use my trading account. I am struggling with the bank manager of JP nagar and one of the Demat account executives in same branch from past FOUR MONTHS.


                              I am feeling so sorry to bank with State Bank of India, the LEADING bank of India, any more due to this kind of service from this branch.

                                On 14.06.2009 I had withdrawn Rs 10, 000/-.And my balance was supposed to show Rs18516/-, but it had shown Rs 8516/-.That means the amount had been deducted twice instead of one transaction.The transaction had been done at ICICI Bank ATM in City Centre(Near Suhatta Mall), Durgapur, Pin 713216.There are two ATM machines in that counter.At first I had tried to do the transaction in the left side ATM Machine, but it had shown "Temporarily unable to dispence cash.", then I had tried the right hand side machineand got the money i.e Rs 10000/-, but after seeing the balance, I had gone to a nearby SBI ATM and got a mini statement and saw that the money had been deducted twice.I had launched a complaint in my SBI Branch i.e S.B.I, DS(T), B-zone, Durgapur-713216, Code-7503.My SBI A/c no is [protected].And my Atm Card no is[protected].Help me.

                                    My name is Sohan Lal form Ghaziabad and my complaint to State Bank of India for Non Payement of pension alongwith arear to Retired Railway Employee.

                                    The matter is that FA & CAO Northern Railway Baroda House New Delhi vide letter no. HQ/PEN/[protected] dt. 18.02.2009 has accorded his sanction for make payment as per sixth pay commission but that State bank of India Railway Road Ghaziabad has shown their inability to make payment and replied me that this action is not in our hand this is related to SBI, Chandni Chowk, Delhi Branch.

                                    When I ask the SBI, chandni Chowk branch, they says that it will take time such as one or two month.

                                    Dear Sir, I wants to say that Northern Railways issue his letter on dt. 18.02.2009 and I think so after February to June whereas 05 months have been passed without any action and right now on till date 25.06.2009 they all saying that 02 or 03 months more. Please let me inform what is the meaning of 02-03 months is that 05 month or 05 year

                                    I am worried about my daughter’s marriage because without money I m helpless and I m in tension with same.

                                    My name is Dhirendra singh from Haldwani and my complaint to union bank of India and FA & CAO for Non Payement of pension and alongwith arear to Retired Railway Employee.

                                    The matter is that FA & CAO Northern Railway Baroda House New Delhi vide PPO No-[protected] has accorded his sanction for make payment as per sixth pay commission but that union bank of India haldwani-263139; uttarakhand branch has shown their inability to make payment and replied me that this action is not in our hand this is related to UBI, mumbai HO.

                                    When I ask the UBI customer care, they says he 'll not received pension from FA & CAO delhi pls contact to FA & CAO.

                                      I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI.

                                      I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN[protected] ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

                                      ATM — I got 400rupees deducted from ATM

                                      On the date 16th feb 2009 I entered 400 rupees cash withdraw and after that it was shown in the screen that time out for the last transaction then I waited for some time all were facing that same problem in that Sailashreevihar Branch Bhubaneswar ORISSA .when I done the balance enquiry on the next day I saw 400 rupees has been deducted from my account .As on that day on 16th feb the ATM machine was not working so the reciept not came out.So I want my money back soon.

                                      Debit card — Haven't received the new Debit card for 2 months

                                      This is in regards to my axis bank’s debit card. My card got stuck in an Axis ATM machine in Malviya Nagar and it broke. Staff in the bank had asked me to filled-out two different forms on two different days to get a new card. However, I haven’t received the card yet and they are not even letting me know the status of the request. Please let me know whom can I contact to get the card delivered to my current address ASAP.

                                      My account is with the Axis Bank Noida. I have spoken with the staff in Noida as well and they have provided a consignment number and as per the courier company my card has been delivered to Axis Bank Malviya Nagar branch. When I asked for the card in the bank they said that they haven’t received. They are not even checking the status, they have given me number to call and when I call that that number they don’t even pick up my calls.

                                      This is how they have been giving me run around. I have left with no cheque now and I’ am of afraid of asking for a new cheque book because they are going to give me another run around.
                                      Please let me know what I can do to get the card delivered.

                                      My name is Akanchha Singh, account no. is [protected]and my card no.is [protected], i hold my saving account with Bank of Maharahtra, D.Y Patil, Pimpri branch.This is with reference to the transaction which i made on DATE:11th may 2009, TIME 18:44, ATM ID:NC501501, from Andhra bank, Banjara hills onsite, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.At that moment i made a transaction of Rs.1000.00 but transaction declined and it was unable to process.at time 18:46 i again tried to withdraw a sum of Rs.1000.000 but again the transaction failed whose response code was 072 both the time.And record no. is 3632 and 3633 respectively.Now from my current saving account the sum of Rs.2000.000(Rs.1000+RS.1000) has been deducted which i have not received.

                                      I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.12000/- from SBI.

                                      I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transactions each of Rs.12000/- from icici khaperkheda ATM (ATM ID - S1AD1245) ON 12th June 2009. Unfortunately i got erorr 007 and doesn`t got the money and ot`s deducted from my account I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip my Branch Manager (SBI 1230 khaperkheda, nagpur) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to khaperkheda Branch, till now this Rs.12000/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future.                                       i had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2, 000/- on 07.05.2009 through my SBI ATM Card No[protected] from my Account No [protected] at ICICI ATM . However the amount could not be withdrawn due to non functioning of this ATM and I did not get any currency notes for from this ATM.The Mini Statement for my account shows the withdrawal of Rs. 2, 000/- on 07.05.2009, whereas actually no currency notes could be withdrawn from this ATM. I further checked the Mini Statement for my account on 07.05.2009 and still it was showing an amount of Rs. 2, 000/- debited on 07.05.2009.

                                      You are requested to look in to the matter and get back this amount of Rs. 2, 000/- credited to my SBI Account No [protected] being maintained by me at your SBI MG MARG Branch (Code No 1601). The Complain letter has been given to SBI BRANCH MANAGER on[protected].But still no update from branch and still 2000 Rs.is not debited in my account. As per reserve bank rule if banks are not credited the consumer money in time they will pay interest 100 rupee per day .

                                      I am a customer of PNB bank holding A/C number [protected]. I have done a transaction of Rs 20000/- on 14th of sep 09 and the amount was not dispensed from the ATM machine(axis bank) and was debited from my account. Regarding same complaint has been given by me to my branch as well as in the branch from where the transaction was done and same was been given to customer care but till date the error have not been rectiefied. However, the amount have been deducted from my account. I came to know that when I took the mini statement from SBM ATM (hulimavu branch-bangalore) after withdrawing Rs. 5000/-.

                                      I would also like to inform you that I am a student and this amount really matters to me as I belong to a financially weak family. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern so that the money is credited in my account soon. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future.                                       I tried to draw Rs. 1500 from my SBI A/c using State Bank of Hyderabad ATM located @ Velachery on 3rd January 2009 .The transaction could not be processed & message displayed on the screen was" SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". However my A/c has been debited for the same transaction.I've immediately brought to the notice of bank (SBI ,Nungambakkam,Chennai).I've met the branch officials more than 10 times & 1 year has been completed so far & I'm yet to get my money back.Every time I visit the branch Branch officials give false commitments to set right the issue.

                                      This sort of consumer harassment is not expected from a nationalised Bank Like SBI.

But when I have complete my transaction I count the amount and found that Rs.6000/- comes from debit and one note of Rs.500/- goes inside the ATM suddenly. so, I receive only Rs.5500/- instead of Rs.6000/- from ATM.

                                        this is to bring kind notice that on[protected] around 9.45am.when i was withdrawing money from ICICI ATM with my wife ATM CARD (card number[protected], card holder name-sunita kumari singh, relationship-wife) of SBI BANK, all of a sudden their was failure of link.when i took out the ministatement of SBI ATM, i found that a sum of Rs.20, 000/- was already debited from my joint SBI A/C NO:[protected] but cash was not delievered to me through ICICI ATM.
                                        In view of the above, i have given massage with complain letter to my SBI BRANCH TELCO, JAMSHEDPUR and take several action like-mail to dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in and also inter the case into ombusment of sbi.but no goood response from their side.so i request you to kindly take neccessary action for paying me unpayed amount of Rs.20, 000/- immedetely.

                                        HARASSMENT FOR SANCTIONING OF HOME LOAN-RACPC, SBI, Jamshedpur

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am working in TATA Steel, Jamshedpur.I haveclosed my CAR LOAN on 10.12.09 . I had applied for Home Loan with RACPC, SBI, Jamshedpur on 6th October, 2009 (6.10.09) for Rs 12 lakh no RACPC/JSR/09-10/TVL/244 to be repaid to SBI within 10 years.I am working in Tata Steel and our monthly salary is disbursed through SBI, Bistupur Branch, Jamshedpur .I had submitted all the documents as per Checklist given to me by SBI personnel for home loan. As we are building our home on our land in Jammu.
                                        The additional requirements-a.)NOC for mortgage and b) extension of lease was also submitted on 7.12.09 after a long drawn process of two months as courier of SBI took one month to send the documents to SBI Jammu- Ref No RASMECCC/JMU/RK/731 dated 3.11.09.
                                        The lease expries in September, 2011 and the extension for further 20 years upto 2031` has been given by MD of J&K housing Board.The lease deed execution and payment of Rs 6600 has also been done.The bank Chief Manager had asked for the under process document only in writing for the extension of lease and we have submitted that + actual extension of lease deed upto 2031. Now he has been transferred and new person has come. Every person is putting his/her own terms & conditions for sanctioning of loan.Even the concerned personnel is very rude and not very cooperative to customers including me. I am regretting why i have wasted three months in running from pillar to post for home loan with SBI.I should have gone for other banks(IDBI, J&K, PNB etc) for home loan.
                                        The home loan sanctioning process of SBI is very cumbersome, painful and total customer unfriendly.If this is the fate of TATA STEEL Employee what can be expected of common man. My repeated requests for sanctioning of home loan is pending and falling on the deaf ears of concerned person just because processing clerk is absent .

                                        Reg: - Less Payment of Family Pension in favour of Smt V. Ramanamma W/O Late V. Babu Rao.
                                        Respectfully, this is to inform you that I am drawing my family pension through State Bank of India, Chakradharpur Branch.
                                        My A/C No is [protected] and my P.P.O No is SE/CKP/1997/B-98/PS-E/59 at 21.2.97.
                                        In this connection I beg to bring to your kind notice that the following payments which I should get is not being paid to me. The details of which are furnished herewith for you information and necessary action please.
                                        1. The family pension as per the VI th Pay is fixed Rs.3500/- as minimum pension + DR @ 27%. Therefore I should get Rs.4445/-. I.e. from 1.7.2009 where as I am being paid Rs.3504/-. The difference of Rs. 941/- which I am getting less may be adjusted.
                                        2. The difference of family pension i.e. from 1.1.06 as per VI pay and the date i.e. 1.11.08 has not been calculated and arrears accreted in this connection had not been paid till now.
                                        I would, therefore request you to please examine my case and arrange to my payment as mentioned above at the earliest convenience please.
