Indian Railways — employee not getting paid as per 6th pay commission

training technician and training JE working under SR DEE, TRS, KALYAN are not getting paid as per 6th pay comission,
as per the commission order every employee has to receive payment of august as per new basic given.
but even after 2 months no such implementation.
we 50 such training persons are getting paid less, which is nearly RS 2500 per person per month.
there is no chances of increase even for coming month.
kindly do the needful help.

Please be informed that after death of Sri Bibhuti Bhusan Das on 1-Jun-2007, his widow Smt. Minati Das had been receiving the widow pension regularly.

Central Govt. had announced the new pension scale on 1-Jan-2006 but Sri Bibhuti Bhusan Das did not receive the pending excess amount of pension as per new pension scale declared on 1-Jan-2006 for the period from 2-Jan-2006 to 1-Jun-2007 (i.e. till death).

Please also note that Smt. Minati Das has not received the pending excess amount of pension as per new pension scale declared on 1-Jan-2006 for the period from 2-Jun-2007 till date.

Please help to get the total pending excess amount of pension as per new pension scale declared on 1-Jan-2006 for the whole period as soon as possible.

WE HAVE COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES TO SBI BUT STILL NO CREDIT OF ARREAR.

Kindly take the case as top urgent and help to credit the pending amount.

Till now I have not received the revised pension and pension arrear.

My pension branch Manager SBI, Kashmire Gate has already send my pension file to Manager SBI, Chandni chowk against file no 127, Letter no. PEN/134, Dt.25.07.09 to revise pension as per revised PPO.But no action has been taken so far.

The above said amount to be deposit (Transferred) in my Saving A/C No.[protected] of State Bank of India (05715) inter state bus terminus, Kashmere gate, Delhi-110006.

May please arrange to review the monthly pension & Pension arrear as per revised PPO and arrange to pay revised Pension & pension arrear as early as possible.

My father ( Lt. S C Sinha ) was retired as a DY CHC-II from CKP division in S E Rly in Aug 2001. He was died on 26th Nov 2011 at Jamshedpur, after that mother started getting pension from Feb 2012 onwards from SBI Kadma Branch (Jamshedpur). I, Mrs. Brinda Bhattacharya, would like to inform you to the fact that, on 09.08.2011 at 18. 57hrs. intended to withdraw Rs 5, 000/- (Five thousand only), from Axis bank ATM (Sonarpur, Sahebpara), the “transaction” was however, “declined”. Subsequently the receipt was delivered (record No.withdrawal-2349). I was on urgent need of money, hurrying to the Union Bank ATM (Sonarpur, Sahebpara ) at 19.12 hrs. (Record No.withdrawal-3541) and I accepted Rs.5000/-(Five thousand only) using my Debit card. But It was my perplexing state in order to vigil the receipt (record No.withdrawal-3541) as delivered, where the available balance indicated, deducting excess of Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand only), as Rs.6041 in place of Rs.11, 041/- (Eleven thousand forty one only).I could not access my Debit card on that time into the SBI ATM(Sonarpur, Sahebpara) as it was timed out.
Necessary correction in my Bank A/c is urgently needed, so that I may get my legitimate balance at an early date. Your earnest endeavour is solicited.

I had been requesting the Staye Bank of India to provde following information but Bank is not being transparent providing information:

On 16 July 2009, My wife and I signed our home loan contract with terms of 8% for the first year and 9.5% for the next 2 years fixed. Then followed by a floating rate.

However in the statement I received last month, since 31 July 2010 my rate has been changed from 8% to 10% and continues to vary in the range of 10% (floating rate) going as high as 10.75%.

Repeated calls to our sales person who serviced our loan has not helped. Instead she keeps pushing us to various branches with nobody who can hadle our complaint. I am extremely disappointed by this unethical manner in which I have been cheated on the interest rate and the extremely poor service being met out to us. There is absolutely nobody we can approach who will solve our problem.

With reference to the above on Tuesday 07.07.2009 between 9.15 A.M to 09.45. A.M I use to take amount of Rs. 13, 000/- in ICICI ATM Booth. Which is situated in Century Plaza Complex - at # 560-562 Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai –18. By that time the Due to voltage fluaction the system got HANGED UP so the cash was dropped into the ATM box itself Printed Statement also not get on it. Once again I Tried and with draw a sum of Rs 12, 000/- & Rs.5, 000/- at next ATM Machine in the same complex itself. This transaction money I got it and No any Printed statement came from the maching. For making the complaint through phone also not possible since the phone Out off order in that booth. Where as in my SBT Account that the amount of Rs. 13, 000/- has been debited. In general the amount automatically credited with in 48 hours. Till now the said amount not credited in my account.

This is regreat to inform you that I am facing lots of problem in Daryaganj. There is two telephone numbers in web site[protected] /[protected] to contect to said branch but i am trying from last 4 or 5 days but nobody attanding the phone.
I was go their to contect them but they still buzy in talking, gossips and walking here n there.
i am doing a private job. how can i manage to go there evertime. i just want to know about my cheque which is not clear yet. That cheque no is 993823 & micr no is[protected]HDFC)
Please arrange to take necessary action at your end as soon as possible otherwise provide me mail id or telephone number who can take action against them.

I tried to withdraw Rs5000/- from Indian Bank ATM, Shameerpet, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh State on 15.07.2009, but only confirmation slip has come, without tendering money.
I have SB account in SBI, MahabubNagar(A.P) a/c NO:[protected].
Kindly arrange to rectify.
