Dear Sir,

By way of introduction, my name is Raman and I am holding a savings account (A/c# [protected]) with one of your branch located at (Rozka Meo, Gurgaon, Haryana. ).

I would like to inform you vide this letter that I had tried to withdraw Rs. 500 on May 9, 2009 from one of Coorporation ATM counter located at (Near Sohna, Gurgaon) but while doing the transaction, There server faced some technical problem and it came under break-down. Due to this technical failure, I could not receive the cash but it was debited from my account.

I have made several complaints to SBI but till date I have not received my money back. I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and to take necessary actions to settle my account ASAP.

    I WAS USING SBI CREDIT CARD DURING THE YEAR[protected]. MADE SOME PURCHASES. THERE WAS DELAY IN MAKING THE PAYMENTS. LATER AS I GOT RETIRED, I STOPPED USING THE CARD. I WAS NOT AWARE WHETHER THERE WAS SOME AMOUNT STILL THERE TO BE PAID. SUDDENLY, AFTER 2 1/2 YEAR I GOT LETTER FROM SBI, STATING THE TOTAL OUTSTANDING WORTH OVER RS. 117, 000 ODD RUPEES. BUT TO SETTLE BEFORE 1ST JUNE THE AMOUNT WAS RS. 11, 500/-. I WROTE TO THEM ON 23RD MAY, 2009 STATING THAT I WANT TO SETTLE THE AMOUNT IF IT IS UNPAID FROM MY SIDE, BUT GIVE ME SOME DISCOUNT AND TIME PERIOD AS I AM RETIRED LADY STAYING WITH MY RETIRED HUSBAND AND BOTH O[censored]S ARE OVER 65 YEARS AGE, AND CAN'T PAY THIS FULL AMOUNT IN ONE STROKE AS THE PENSION WHICH I GOT IS VERY LESS AND THERE IS NO ONE TO LOOK AFTER US.

    TO MY SURPRISE, NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO REPLY EVEN AFTER I HAVE REMINDED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.

This is because our pension is very less and we can’t settle the account in one or two installment.

    Hi,
    This is Mrs.Benjamin Jamjogli , I'm writing to you on behalf of my husband Benjamin Jamjogli. My Complaint is very different from all of your SBI customers. Yo must have heard banks running after customers for the collection of credit card payments, but in our case we both husband and wife are running after SBI collection department to make the payment for the credit card..
    Actually the card is my husbands name and in the month of October he decided to make settlement and close the card forever as he was holding the icici bank card also, so regarding the settlement he spoke to your one for the representative in Delhi and as per their conversation Rs 20000 was the settlement amout. After that my husband made the cheques ready and called up the concerened person to come and collect the payment but your person didn't turned up now you tell me whose mistake is this . And for your person i myself took leave from office waited for him . Then again we called up your Delhi office and again that female told that my person will be there but the collection agent never turned up.Now today that is 10th December 2007 Monday your Bank is issuing warrant against my husband for not making the payment. Now who ever you are take this case and give me a solution for this immediately or ask your person to call me

TILL DATE THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE DONE FOLLOW UP SO MANY TIMES WITH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES. I HAVE FAXED MY BANK'S CERTIFICATE THREE OR FOUR TIMES AT THEIR BRANCH. FAX RESULT SHOWN RESULT AS OK BUT THE ONLY ANSWER I GET FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IS THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FAX.

    Hello sir,
    I have a SBI credit card for the past 2 years. But I have hardly done any transaction on this card. I have also paid back what ever I have used long back. This card was offered to me saying that its a free credit card with "NO ANNUAL CHARGES". I had also confirmed this with customer care.
    After I paid back my last due amount, my balance was zero. A month after this they have charged annual fees of Rs450. When I asked about thisno body said anything or got back to me, even I kept quiet. Now sme recover people call up and ask me to pay Rs3500 outstanding on the card. Why should I pay when I havent done any transaction for the amount. why was i told that the card is free and no annual fees. My CITIbank card is also free and they do not charge any annual fees.
    Please help sort this out and give me a clearance letter.
    I was started using the SBI card from August- 07. SBI Life insurance was imposed to me by the continuous follow up from SBI executives, thru credit card. Policy Amount Rs. 3587 which is converted into EMI for 12 months. EMI amount is Rs.334.79


    I paid last due on mar08, after a weeks gap I received call from SBI, they explain about the same policy & ask me to took a new policy, for which I paid 7 Months EMI. I checked with the SBI executives and found no insurance is running in my name/Card No. I raised a complaint to SBI thru Email, stated the above issue and advice them to repay the amount which I already paid. After that I am not received any calls or email from SBI, related to this issue.


    But in recent days, I receiving lot of calls from SBI, they enforcing me to pay more than 6000Rs. even without referring my complaint.

    SBI Credit Cards — Harassment by HUSBAND

    I had lost my SBI card no[protected], I dont have any credit card from last 2 years and still SBI is reminding me for payments, what nonsense is this ??? some one should take strict action against SBI.

    I am a credit card holder of STATE BANK of INDIA..My credit card no. is [protected].I made my payment of RS 5000/-vide punjab and sind bank,Najafgarh checque no.473645 dt 4/4/2011 and punjab sindh bank cleared the checque on 11/4/2011.But i did mistake that I mantion wrong account number 4006 6610
    3858 instead of [protected].Sir, adjusted this payemnt against my correct credit card number and that is [protected]

      My acccount is in SBI INS Chilka branch code-7488.On 10 March 2009, I was making a transaction of 2000 Rs from the ATM of station road Ara branch code-1213.I didn't get cash but account shows debit of 2000 Rs.I have sent complaint to SBI INS Chilka branch code-7488 and SBI station road Ara branch code-1213, SBI coustmer care Bhubneswar.But they are not taking any action to credit of amount in my account.

        I am holder of SBI A/c no.[protected] to withdraw a sum of Rs.15000/- I used my ATM card against Txn no.7856 dt.10.10.2009 time 12:13 ATM ID DI024300 PNB Joginder Nagar H.P. but the withdawal counld not be matured though as conformed from the SBI Joginder Nagar H.P., the concerned branch, the amount has been shown as withdrawn against my account .
        it is therfore requested that necessary reconciliation may plese be done the withdrawl amount paid to me
        I have one such identical problem and same was lodged on 09/08/10 but the required money of Rs 3000 has not yet been credited to my account till today.I approached to concerned United Bank of India branch, Kolkata and they refused to take any action and advised me to lodge the complaint with SBI only.But everybody knows the procastinate attitude of SBI official towards solving the problem of its customer.I am very much frustrated and donot know what action to be taken to get back the money.However a copy of my earlier letter is placed below for the perusal of interested persons.

        Sir, Myself Tapas Kumar Mukherjee, A/c No [protected] moved to United Bank of India, Kalitala Branch on 18th August 2010 to withdraw Rs 3000.In the vfirst time the machine did not respond so I inserted the card 2nd time and I obtained Rs 3000.Now through my on line bank statement I found that the money debited as Rs 3000+Rs 3000.The statement is like this as mentioned below.

          Sir/Madam,

          My aunt received her SBI atm card in 2006 for her account maintained in new washermanpet branch. She doesn't know that she has to receive the pin number for the same. Today she went along with me to the branch to get the same and was informed that the card has been expired and need to contact customer care. When contacted the same they told me that the atm card issued is a call urgent life time card and needs no blocking. They also told me to request for a new pin at the branch. I came to the branch at 1.25pm to the branch and waiting till 3pm and above to get attended. I find in this state bank of india branch a very poor customer service and also a very pathetic response to the customer from the staff. Still in the bank now.

          Hi sir/mam

          The thrikkaderi State bank service is very badly some staffs are not treat customers. Today i just go to my thtikkaderi branch and take token. My token numner is 105. But unfortunately i not hear my token number because My ATM card blocked issue related cleared some doubt other staff. Next called 106. Then ok iam waiting for the 106 token clearance.. then next give my token 105. The staf is very angry with me.. now today is not rushed in my branch.. i requast you pls take any action that employe.
          RESPECTED BHIM APP MNG,
          while using bhim app for transferring money the transactions failed on the next day 3360rs deducted from my account and kept under hold by the bank till now the hold was not released.

          please help me to release the money kept under hold by bank

            Dear Manager,

            I tried to make an ATM transaction from AXIS Bank ATM in Dwarka Sector 5 and later from HDFC Bank Dwarka Sector 5. However I did not get any cash nor did I receive any transaction slip. After getting no amount dispensation I checked my balance through tele banking and found that I have been debited an amount of Rs 10000 from my account. I immediately complained to SBI helpline and they advised me to change my PIN and exhaust the maximum withdrawal limit for the day. The only proof that I have of this withdrawal is shown below in the account summary ( shown overleaf) which I downloaded from net against the entry 842 S1 AC 278 (third last from the bottom). May I request you to check for this erroneous debit and refund the amount to my acct at the earliest possible time frame.

              R/s,
              I had taken SBI credit card in year 2002-3.On the assuarace of "You do not have to pay processing fees" in first year. To try it I withdraw Rs.500 twice and uses this credit card for purchase of vaccume cleaner .After purchse I have made payment of the same amount to SBI credit card. Later on I obseve processing fees on my A/c statement regularely. I tried hard to contact to SBI credit card contact person at main brach in Nashik. But unable to meet. Then I ringed on the given nos. but unable to contact. Later on after every 2 months I received phone when I may be in meeting or busy with my work. Later on I setteled this A/c by paying Rs.2500/-(Appro.) with cheque of Bank of Maharastra .with concern to SBI credit card Pune office. which settelment letter tracer no.Punnagnsk[protected] its original copy is with me.
              Now till last month still I received some calls from SBI credit card may be from Delhi and asking about setteling my A/c.
              I get totaly frusted and disturbed with all this .Plz. help me and guide me what to do? if I want to terminate this matter.

              I have taken SBI credit card no [protected]" I PAY Rs 5000 check on dated 24/07/2007 with details discussion with m/s sweta sbi branch delhi/mr milind Kulkarni sbi khopoli branch. From July 2007 onwards I was not using this credit card because at the time of settlement with Mr.Kulkarni & Mrs.Shweta I was discarded this card infront of them dt.[protected] and at the settlement I was paid of Rs.5000/- by cheque in account of you to given Mr.Kulkarni & Mrs.Shweta, Mr.Kulkarni & Mrs.Shweta committed to me they will sent settlement letter within one week but still they are not given me, I was contact for your khopoli branch many times but no positively reply, if you required the cheque details i will send to you.. So I could not understand today you are saying my outstanding is Rs.10, 000/-. How it is possible.

                This has reference to Control Number 39, 77, 13, 314. As per the Full and final settlement with the SBI CARDS on 12/05/2007 for Card number [protected], there is no amount due with the SBI CARD against the above-mentioned Credit card. However, this information is still not updated on the CIBIL which is creating immense difficuly with regard to my financial transactions and dealing. Please update the same information at the earliest.

                  Its almost 3 months back story. I had apporached SBI for home loan in Bandra Kurla Complex. In initial meeting I was told of certain formalities like pre apporval of loans. The application form was not available with the officer. Then officer assured to send the info on email. I awaited the email but it never came, no phone call was made from sbi side for follow-up. When I call-up the officer, now the requirements were changed asking that you to first do the agreement then submit papers for loan approval. Now I felt it was very risky. Then I decided to go from branch level. I approached Borivali branch (home loan section). He bluntly refused me the loan because my building was not having OC. My building was having 4 wings out of 3 had OC & balance were I have taken flat is without OC. Then I decided to go with HDFC, I have received the loan amount also & ther approach to help customers is fabulous. Meanwhile PNB senior manager met me once & discussed about this issue of OC. He told nationalise banks give loan on Completion Certificate also its not that OC is mandatory.

                  Why I approached SBI because it was nationalise bank & number one bank in India. But its really very dissappointing experience. I am always well wisher of SBI. Please be modern & respect customers. I request you to look into this matter.

                  i have submitted home loan application with all required documents to the mir alam mandi hyderabad branch on 18th jan, but till now no action has taken place, but i was told was in ten working days loan will be sanctioned.but till now no communication has come from sbi, still evaluator has to come to the site, give his report then office works.i dont know how many days it will take.
                  It is verymuch surprising why SBI is asking for seven blank cheques without putting any date and amount during submission of original documents after anction of a home loan? The vital thing is they also do not acknowlwege the receipt of these cheques.Through this the transperancy mentained by SBI is put to the litmus test.How SBI will be beleived blindly when the vive-versa is not in existance ?

                  SBI should follow the real meaning of transperancy.

                    1. How much money i can withdrawn from SBI ATM in a single day.
                    2. for how much shopping i can do from ATM in a single day.
                    sir i have got my ATM card.but i did not found my password till now from sbi branch that is situated in harriya bazar Dis-basti, Pin code-272155
                    sir,

                    my ATM card properly not transaction money ATM gives code 150 and invalid not authorized, so kindly solve this problem immediately i have many time compliant to manager of SBH Balangar branch on A/c No [protected]

                        I am Biju David I have an account in IOB udaipur branch. I tried to withdraw 3000 rupees two times from SBI ATM but I didn’t get money from above ATM . Total amount of 6000 rupees debited from my account. I already submit two Application on 07 /04/2009 and 02/06/09(complaint) above ATM Branch office. (My SBI complaint no. 2665206) There is no response about my complaint. It is too much later up to three months. I given my details of transaction below . We are a middle class family so 6000 Rs. is a big amount for me. So kindly take good action and clear my account immediately.

                          a) Applied for Loan on 22nd March 2009 take over loan from ICICI for Rs 26 Lac @ 8%. Anoopl Lal
                          b) Query on Card recieved on 20th of April 2009.
                          c) Clarified to SBI on 24 th of April 2009 to Mr. Srinivas at SBI BKC processing Centre.
                          d) After which so much of followups have happened and I have lost more that Rs 10, 000/- per month on excess interest that is being charged by ICICI.

                          The complaint is given below the emails sent to SBI complaint Cell no response.

                          It is matter of great regret that I have not been sanctioned the loan till date despite all documents been in order and my constant forllowup for last three months. I don’t even get the proper response on my loan status. Everytime and every day I am told there will be someone who will respond to my loan, but no body does. Today I have spoken to Mr. Khot, who have assured me that he will sanction the loan if put forth to him. I was assured by Mr. Anoop Lal and the Branch Manager that the process of sanction is over as on 30th of May, how come Mr. Khot does not have the list!

                          I have several question here.

                          a) What is the procedure in SBI to sanction loan.
                          a. How much time it should take form proper documentation being available.
                          b. Who is responsible, single point responsibility to ensure the loan is sanctioned.
                          b) Who takes care for the loan application does the customer have to follow- up with innumerable officer. In my case
                          a. Anoop Lal and his boss the branch Manager
                          b. Mr Srinivas and then Mr. Godbole
                          c. And now Mr. Khot.
                          c) Is there any process in SBI to track the loan sanctioning speed!! If so what is it.
                          d) Does this 8% take over loan actually exist…or is it just a marketing gimmick!! Who makes up for the Excessive loan paid…..


                          I am sure somebody in SBI will be a responsible person to address my need “ When will my loan come…………….???

                            My father retired from Indian Railways as a Chief controler from Maligaon (MLG) office of N.F. Railways. He got his pension transferred to the SBI - Dankuni ( West Bengal ) Branch as he bought one Flat in Dankun by spending almost all the amount in his final financial settlement.

                            According to the 6th Pay commision declaration, his pension got increased by around Rs 2700 per month and he was due with an arrear payment of more than 60, 000 in two installments in two sequel years by 40%and 60% ( according to the declaration).

                            All the ex colleagues of my faher got the due amount 6-7 months back only who were there in towns like Guwahati or Kolkata but my father is still awaiting for his dues. He is still drawig the pension on same old pension value. He has lodged several compnaints to the local SBI branch and then went to lodge another complain in their (SBI) special pension cell.

                            As everybody else was given the due amount already he was very upset of the process and has been continously fllowing it up with different personals of SBI. The manager of the branch kept him ( 67 years old diabetic) for long hours in waiting for several days. Then he told him that he has sent his complain to the pension cell and wil get back to him. It's already 10 + months that he is waiting for the same now also. He is waiting for his money. Yes.. his money that is now with the bank ( govt.) and they are not releasing it.

                            I am his son, I live in Bangalore and I am also helpless in this now as I cann't pay much days visiting Dankuni and following it up in person with the Bank personels. I have lodged complains for him to the GM - customer care -SBI. He replied to it and ask the KOLKATA SBI Head office to take action on this. But Once it entires the Kolkata look it vanishes.

                            I have now lodged a complain in the govt pensioner website.

                            Nobody is coming up wih any answers. This is how the work culture there in SBI. My father is now searching for some of his old colleagues who are into pensioner association to help him out. But, his frineds are now inhabiting in Assam mostly where he lived through out his work tennure.

                            If anybody from SBI come to visit this page, please help my father. He is getting restless day by day due to this and this is because of some lazy and irresponsible employees of SBI.

                            In corporate world, we don't believe on personal responsibilities now, we believe in process, to monitor it properly, check the health of the processes regularly and making proactive and reactive actions and corrections.

                            I think SBI lacks all or may have no time to think on this things as you people are very busy all through out the days, months and years. Hopeless!!!

                            Please help if anybody come across this complain. I know I have to do something, but I don't know now what to do.Pls advise...

                            Hi,
                            This is Franklin kujur a resident of Siliguri, Shivmandir. Dealing with SBI Bank (N.B.U) campus and have experienced a very rude and irresponsible attitude of the employee of this branch. Not only that today[protected] when I went to just enquire about my cheque as it was of lot of importance to me and me labours as I had pending payments and i could loose a lot because of it. The Operation Manager behaved in such a way that he ownes the bank and when we requested him to please help us out he was very rude and asked us to come tommorrow even though it was just 5 minutes work. When I told him that I'll complain to the head office he showed no fear as if he was very sure that no action would be taken. I called up the head office in Kolkata and they assured me that action would be taken against him.
                            Not onle me but other people are suffuring because of this but fear to come forward. The Name of the Operation Manager is Debasis Roy. These bank employes think that there time is very important but not ours and they make us feel that we owe them and we are there servants. A very very bad rude arrogant attitude towards their customer.

                            I am having pension account in SBI INS Chilka branch A/C No - [protected], I retired from navy on 31 Aug 2009 and my PPO recieved by bank and I have deposited my life certificate to bank on 09 Oct 2009. after waiting of one month I have not received my pension and I contact to Sbi chilka weekly but they are telling that they have send all paper to central processing unit in khurda, then i contect to khurda branch on tel no - [protected] but there is no good response then what i should do please help me because SBI Chilka told me that you get your pension after three week but two month is going to pass please help me because i am suffering from the money problem

                            (ii) Another supplimentary Cohhigendum PPO No M/CORR/015301/2009 of 05 Nov 2009 was also sent by Narangi Br to CPPC Bhangagarah Br vide SBI Narangi Br folder No BM/34/432 of 17 Dec 2009. CPPC not yet remitted the same till 22 Jan 2010.

                            None credited the amount in the account the customer is being loose his entitlement of interest as well as deprive from his actual needs. Kindly do the needful at at the earliest. it is also requested that kindly intimate reason of irregularity.

                              I have got a new ATM card no[protected], valid from June
                              2009, issued in my name.
                              The local branch has issued me the PIN number also
                              I tried to access the account in the ATM machine but it is not working.
                              The response/error code is 052- Invalid Card.The bank authoritied donot know what to do.
                              They say apply for new PIN, which will come in another 15 days. What is on line if we donot get our problems solved wi5hin minutes?

                                  To the best of our understanding the SBI should have uniform rules across its branches in the country and not leave any branch to its own hegemony or become a law unto itself. This is specifically with reference to the ‘deduction of money’ policy for account holders.
                                  I have a Current Account with SBI, Sagar Tower, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 110058 since Dec. 12, 2008.There is a policy / rule which states that a deduction of money will take place from the current account holder every quarter if the ‘average quarterly balance’ is not maintained. 1, 000/- were deducted on Dec. 31, 2008 and 1, 000/- more were deduced on April 31, 2009, and 550/- were deducted on March 13, 2009 itself as account keeping fees.
                                  - I don't know if 1, 000/- deduction is legitimate.
                                  - For the period April 1 to June 30, 2009, the so called average quarterly balance of 10, 000/- is being maintained. Only for the initial 5 days, the balance was less than 10, 000/-. I have been told by a very ‘casual mannered employee’ of the bank a few months ago that you, SBI, reserves the right to deduct money the day the balance goes even rupees 10/- below 10, 000/-, even if for the rest of the duration, the balance is much above 10, 000/-. I have been told categorically that it is upto the bank.
                                  That ‘casual mannered employee’ has been seen only once by me but he was sitting on the seat of another employee who was probably on leave. This same casual employee forcefully tried to keep into his custody the Internet Banking Kit when I told him that I have tried to log in with the username and password given (for the first time) but can't do so. It is surprising that you can’t sustain or run properly your own made system. He said that this should not have been given to me in the first place since ‘I don't deserve it’. I don't know why it was issued then. He also noted the username and password on a piece of paper and kept it in his pocket. I don’t know what's going on.
                                  When I tell your Chief Manager (one Mr. Sikka), he always tells me to meet Mr. A, Mr. B, then when I meet Mr. A, Mr. B, he / she sends me to Mr. C, Mr. D, then he / she tells me to meet the Chief Manager. So I am always made to go in a loop. To get the statement I am always asked to go down the steps to another room. When I go there, your Security Guard follows me and asks me rudely "What are you doing here?" I need to understand why I am being harassed.
                                  I know that Janak Puri (postal code 110058 - Republic Of India) is getting lawless by the day and I also know that certain illegal elements who don the 'State Security Apparatus' uniform or miscreants otherwise have forcefully and intimidatingly made inroads everywhere. Probably your SBI Branch at Janak Puri has been afflicted. Maybe your own people (from wherever) don't want me to have an account with you. But you can tell me likewise simply in plain language. It’s that easy. I'll understand.
                                  But let's come straight back to the core issue. If you deduct 1, 000/- this June ending, then once again for the first few days of July, the balance would be less than 10, 000/-, then I would be rushing to top-up the account so that the funds are sufficiently in excess of 10, 000/-. However, since the funds were less than 10, 000/- even for one day, then again you will deduct 1, 000/- at the end of the July 1st to Sept. 30, 2009 quarter (as I have been made to understand). So I will always be paying 1, 000/- to the Bank every quarter. I think this is very harsh and unfair. It is hoped you don’t deduct 1, 000/- this time around June 30, 2009. But probably this is how you fill up your coffers and then shout "in the top 100 banks of the world". Ask yourself a question, “do you deserve to be there?” Please look up the meaning of ‘average quarterly balance’. Your people at Toll Free Number also give conflicting ‘opinions’ each time regarding the ‘average quarterly balance’.
                                  Size or magnitude is very good SBI, but completing education (of any kind) is essential because if you don’t, then complascency creeps in, cutting corners becomes the norm in the name of progress and development is a farce. It is pseudo. Your conduct is wayward and delinquent.

                                    The member agreement has been obtained the SBI CARD by false promises. The card holder is a senior citizen & the CREDIT CARD was thrusted to him by the SBI CREDIT CARD marketing personals by tele marketing.The card holder is victim of telemarketing of the card provider.The senor citizen was promised that no renewal or annual fee will be charged.
                                    The card holder paid all the dues for signed purchases made by him.Communications for the credit card company is always vague & one sided.The out standing as alleged by THE COMPANY is built up figure without the consent of the card holder.Although the card holder protested so many times, it was not heard but harassment & threatings continued.
                                    The threat of prosecution is too much & the relevant penal provisions & other classes of the company should be produced to the card holder.SBI corporate company did not come with all the truths.
                                    At the company requests Rs.20 000 was deposited in 2006 for which the SBIcompany did not give Rs.6000 as minum interests.
                                    The deposit of Rs.20000was used by the SBI CARD company for atleast 6 months.All clauses of the agreement were not disclosed & discussed.The signed agreement was one sided.When ever dispute of billing was raised no proper answer was provided by the SBI company.
                                    The card holder was not furnished with evidences for the purchase of insurance & an agreement to continue the card holding on the same terms & conditions.The credit benefits were withdrawn.
                                    The company help line etc are no use to the card holders.The due Rs.3367.57for insurance etc billed is wrong&arbitrary.Against this due Rs.8375as interest charged is atrosious.The co.is nontransparent in its acts.NOW THE CARD HOLDER SEEKS QUASHING OF DUES AS BILLED BY SBI CARD.

                                      Since 1st October, 2007 repeatedly i am requesting the mamager of Ganges Garden Complex Branch, SBI (Howrah) to collect the Sale deed of the registration of my flat at New Town, Kolkata from the developer "BENGAL DCL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CO. LTD., KOLKATA". In the past few years i visited the said branch several times for the same purpose. Now when i am asking the authority to give me a xerox copy of the Deed the GGC branch is escaping responsibility showing me the Howrah Main Branch at Howrah maidan. Surprisingly Howrah Main Branch is redirecting me everytime to my Home Branch (Ganges Garden Complex Branch). No of the branches can say the whereabouts of my suspectly missing Loan File. In the last few monthes i have been subtledly shifted like a ball in between these two branches and i stand no where. So i beg a immidiate remeady from you.
