sir, I am Bikash saha .My SBI Ac no [protected] I have withdrawal in 25/09/11 Rs.3000/- other bank ATM o[censored]nited Bank of India in Bethuadahari, but not collected any Cash Rs.3000/- of amount, but already debited in my SBI account, I have many times complained to local bank manager ,but all time i was hope less . my mob no is [protected] . please help me sir .

I am Ausaf Ali (savings account no. [protected] with sakanti tanda branch of SBI) .
I withdrew money with IDBI BANK ATM of shastri nagar branch on 01/04/2011, but the ATM didnot dispence the cash but debitted my bank account. I reported the case to the SBI sakauti tanda branch but no action has been taken as of today. I have been visiting the branch everyday but no satisfactory reply has been given.

I am also lodging a complaint (FIR) with the police department.

Kindly do the needful to solve my problem

    Hi,
    I have my account in SBI Chandigarh. I am not able to use this account for online transaction, purchase, online booking or anything etc. I could only use debit card for getting money from ATM. Now I came to USA. I can't use the account except accessing it online. The money is lying uselessly. I can't even close it as i have money there. I can't get it transferred it as am not in India.

        My Name is Arun Singh Chauhan, I've got a saving account in SBI, Nahan, HP branch. The account no. of thee savings account is [protected].
        I visited thee ATM o[censored]BI, Nahan on 13the May, 2012 and entered thee amount of Rs. 3000 for withedrawal from thee ATM machine but i could not receive any amount however i checked on my net banking account, thee amount was deducted from my account. The next day i.e. on 14the May, 2012 again i visited thee same ATM (UBI, Nahan) machine and entered thee amount of Rs.2000 for withedrawal and again i could not receive any amount and thee said amount of Rs. 2000 was also deducted from my account. So in total an amount of Rs 5000 has been deducted from my account but i did not receive any cash. I tried thee toll free number[protected] but could not reach anyone. I kindly, request you check into thee matter and do thee needful.

          I have visited the SBI Branch situated at Yamuna Vihar,Delhi to deposited Rs.10000/-.The concerned official refused to deposited and said that you may deposited at least Rs.25000/-.When I have insist to deposit he used absuing language.He said you should deposit Rs.25000/- or close your account from this branch.

            Dear Sir,

            This is Vishal patel, Surat, Gujarat. I have got my SBI platinum card last month & my first bill was generated on 13.05.12 & due date was 02.06.12, the bill amount was 47909. I paid my bill on 1st June 2012 through online banking (SBI). The same is credited in to my SBI account.

            I don't know while applying for platinum card, agent applied for the auto debit facility which was not told to me neither during application fill up to nor before debiting the money from my account. As per this facility SBI made a request for auto-debit which I already paid before the bill due date. The amount was not sufficient in my saving account and same was rejected by SBI bank. Now they charged me rupees 500 stating payment dihonour fee.

            I have been using SBI Titanium Card since past 5 years. I have neved paid bill even after the bill due date so how come I can miss the bill this time though the platinum card is being issued to me on my request.

            I talked to Customer care on[protected] & requested them to cancel the charges as I have already paid the bill before due date & request made by SBI CARD for auto debit.


            Request you to look into this & cancel the charges.

                Dear Sir,

                I am Anil Kumar Swain from Bhubaneswar having an saving account in SBI Fortune tower banch since from last 5 years. I am getting very poor quality of service from the bank official , every time there is new theings new rules to be followed .

                Recently i requested for a transaction right access in my internet bank service , still am struggling for a solution.I have visited 4th time for this same issue , every time there is new theings and application , but not luck .


                Finally got a no siganl from bank official saying 'We are hopless could n't help you for this our Bank Manager is on leave for 3 days ".

                Requesting your help and support so that people will not face such type of issue.

But not yet any amount received in my account.

                      I have lost two SBI debit cards due to my wallet getting picked by someone. I do not reside in the town from where the cards were issued, hence my father went to the bank branch in Bhira-Kheri to get the cards blocked. He was told that it will be done by helpline number. Then, I have called on almost all the helplines provided on internet, but all in vain. A person from SBI credit card helpline did pick up, and he had no idea about which number to contact for debit card blockage. I have tried [protected] and[protected] numbers countless times and no one picks up, or it doesnt get connected.
                      I need to get the cards blocked.
                      One card is on my name (Shreya Agarwal), the account number being [protected] and the other card is on my mother's name(Meena Agarwal), the account number for which is [protected].
                      The Bank branch is Bhira-Kheri, a town in Lakhimpur-Kheri Distt. o[censored]ttar Pradesh.

Actually my father worked as a attender in SBI for 6yrs continuously (as a private member) appatilo private ga work checina andarini permanent chesaru except for oc so oc vallu andaru courtlo case vesaru almost 18 years nundi court lo case nadustundi chala mandi lawyers mararu but no use, still they r calling but not giving any clarification regrading the job . ma dad ki 45 yrs, konii years lo retair age kuda vastadi . job isthey ivvandi lekuntey ledu ani cheppandi but ila cheyadam chala worst ga undi mari inthala public ni tippinchukovaddu politicians andaru elections appudu memu unnam antaru adaina complint isthey e chevi tho vini inko chevi nundi vadileystaru. this is toooooo bad and toooooooooo worst we need clarification.I am expecting the clarification from the gvt (officially).

                        I already posted the complaint but it was in telugu so i am again posting the complaint

                        Actually my father worked as a attender in SBI for above 6 yrs continuously at that time except OC, all other members jobs became permanent, ao OC people approaches the lawyer , from the last 18 years they are calling for hearing , so many lawyers changed , this people paying lot of money to lawyers but still they are not giving any clarification whether they will get job or not. please tell the truth if gvt gives the job do it immediately otherwise please tell it directly to them , unneccsserly they are wasting their time and money. almost their age also nearer to retirement. this is tooooooooooo bad and toooooooooo worst because of this type of stupid things only we are in back . please change this type culture in gvt, politicians very brave , at the time of election they praises the people and tells so many stories once elections finishes no one listens to public problems so i am requesting you to consider this and i am expecting the clarification FROM GVT(officially).

                          on 10.04.2012 I tried to get Rs. 2000 from ATM of state bank of patiala located at sadhar (punjab). the atm was not working properly,that day at 19.02 to 19.07 I made three attempts to get money all the three times i got a receipt o[censored]nable to process and third time atm shutter get opened and no money dispensed slip was o[censored]nable to process your request but the money got deducted. same day i placed a complaint at state bank of patiala website. next day i contacted state bank of patiala sadhar branch whose atm i have used. the concerned told me that i have to take up the matter with state bank of india where my salary account is. same day i have given one complaint to sbi nasik which is my parent branch and sbi website. after some days i got an sms and email that the complaint is closed in the system as it is attempted by branch. on contacting the customer care of sbi i came to know that they have credited the money on 13.04.2012. actually no transaction was there on 13.04.2012. i have taken the statement of whole month and the month of may june. but yet no money is credited. i contacted my branch some two or three times no one is responding.

Rs 1567.76 and Rs 1567.76 on September 3, 2012 at JCPENNY 2066 OKEMOS and Rs 2556.94 on September 5, 2012 at MACY’ SAST 313 OKEMOS at East Lasing Michigan was debited from my account.

                              Dear Sir,

                              My issue relates to a amt dispute with SBI & I was trying to follow up with them, since long through tel communication & mails, but SBI never had the urgency not inclination to follow up & used to brush it up by saying they are correct. Now, since Jan, I received calls & not so pleasant visits, with the purposeful intention of creating nuisance & humilation in my respected society in the name of recovering dues.
                              The person did not have any proper documentation or authorization letter from SBI regd this issue.
                              I've been repeatedly following this issue also with SBI for the
                              details of the so collection agency, but lady named ( Gurmit ), I spoke on
                              Phone No. [protected] intentionally wasted my time for 3 weeks & now brazenly refuses to provide the details, thereby violating the very guidelines set by RBI.
                              Kindly request you to follow this up & also ensure that such useless employees are dismissed on priority basis. Also, kindly guide me regd the police procedure which I intent to follow & how do I contact CIBIL as well, to explain the situation in writing.

                              SBI Credit Card — Harassment by recovery agent

                              I received a call from SBI Credit Card Recovery at 6:30 pm (approx) by a agent named as Praveen. Praveen & his boss kept toggling the phone and engaged me in a conversation for 50 min at a strech. Praveen and his so called boss have purely called me with an intention to give me mental harrassment. The two people who kept talking to me used the most indescent language i have ever heard. I asked then some time to arrange for the funds but in return the agent said you do anything and give me the fund.i fail to understand his intentions of asking me my martial status. Talking to thse agents was a mental troma for which. On that call i just wished i were no more in this world.it was a typical gundagardi behaviour call.i filed a NC in the nearest police station the next day.
                              For all this mental harassment, SBI has lost its rights to ask me for the pending payment wherein I was asking the recovery agents to give me some time and i would have tried to arrannge funds in that time. but they were not intrested in collecting bank money from me rather they enjoyed harassing me thus kept on passing the phone from one hand to the other.
                              Help me the procedure to file a reimbursement against this behaviour.

                              SBI Credit Cards — Harrassment from SBI Collection Agents

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have made a settlement on my SBI credit card (#[protected]) for Rs. 17000/- (8500 x 2). The last settlement cheque of Rs. 8500/- issued for the month of Nov'2008 got bounced for reason "Signature Differs". And one of the executive from SBI has contacted me in the month of Jan'2009 stating that the cheque was bounced and has asked me to pay the amount by cash, so that the settlement will not be void. So I had made the payment vide cash to that executive and the same has been credited to SBI accounts on 28/01/2009. But still I am receiving calls from collection agents asking to make the total payment due on my card.

                              They mentally harrassing me and not even providing a way to sort the issue.

                              Request your good selves to help me sort this issue and live peacefully.

                              SBI Credit Cards — Harressment for recovering dues

                              I have been getting calls from some sbi credit cards collection agency which claims that i owe this company rs35000/- on account o[censored]npaid dues...this extremely rude and nonprofessional girl called dimple from mumbai tel no 42474947 calls me up every day and begins demanding that i apy up and when i say tHAT TO THE BEST of my memory i never used a sbi cr card she starts accusing me o[censored]sing the money and not wanting to pay up.
                              she calls me to the office to settle the payment and when i refused saying that as my wife is suffering from cancer so i am unable to come and they should rather email me the details, she again makes all kinds of bad and uncivilized remarks...this has disturbed everyone in my family and even i cant take this constant harassment anymore...each day i have to hang up teh call as she just doesnt understand and keeps calling me up atleast 6-7 times a day...my wife a cancer patient is extremely tensed and her health is suffering as a result whereas i cant concentrate on my work or responsibilities towards family due to this tension...i have no other dues on credit cards as well as any pending loan payments so it is difficult for me to cope with this harassment...pls help out urgently

                                I have SBI saving account Acc. no.[protected] branch-Nawabganj. My monthly salary is transfer in this account but all the time the INR-112/-(inter city charges) deducted in my account balance I have also compleint in SBI branch & also SBI customer care but there are no response. i have worked in Kumbhi Chini Mills Ltd Distt-Lakhimpur Kheri.

                                State Bank of India — extra charges

                                my name is Swastik saha and my and account no is [protected] of Baguiati branch, from my account Rs. 25/- had been deducteed / debited on 02/08/2010 as inter city charges but i had not made more than 4 transaction with the othar bank's ATM till now.
                                i want to know why the above mentioned amount had been deducted without any valid reason though i do not transacted with the other bank's ATM not more than 5 times.
                                please reply me with a valid reason as soon as possible in my mail id [protected]@gmail.com otherwise i will take further action in future.

                                  Myself Sadanand Gangadhar Mugave age:20 years R/O. Ganesh Nagar,Vetal Galli,Chakur Dist.Latur-413513 (M.S.), I have ATM from SBI Chakur Branch dist.Latur my saving Account No.[protected]. I was drawing Money Rs.5000.00/ at SBI Chakur ATM at 11:20 A.M. on date:01/06/2012 that time I had Balance in my account Rs.9717.00 but not getting the same. Slip of Rs.5000.00/ getting but not getting Cash.The loss happened with me .

                                    one day my father received call form SBI Credit Card Call center that they were offering a Holiday Package for family detail as mention below. He is SBI Credit Card holder since 5 years +.

                                    Amount Debited : 6300/-
                                    Date :19/05/2012
                                    Customer Care Executive : Mr Anup Sinh ( Id No : 3046)
                                    Holiday offer Received form : Dining Plus, 909, Raheja Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021

                                    Offered by SBI Credit Card:

                                    => Holiday Package for a Family within India and Outside India
                                    => They will offer us Health card for all body checkup. (64 Type of Test, any Hospital within City)
                                    => Gift Voucher worth rs 2500/-, The product which they have offered, is not worth of Rs 2500/-

                                    None of the offers were as per there commitment, that's why we have requested them to cancel our deal and don't charge it on our Credit card Account, but no one is taking our complain and not resolving our problem.

                                      In the month of Nov-2011..without my knowledge Rs;6000 was drawn and
                                      for that i given complaint by calling your customer care within 7
                                      working days i got that amount....and again in the month 1st Dec 2011
                                      Rs;5000 Drawn this time also i given complaint for that
                                      because of your executive mistake i mean he registered complaint like
                                      ....customer tried with his ATM card but he didn't got amount and
                                      all...But the fact is that both the time i didn't used anything either
                                      card or anything even that amount was drawn from my A/c....from 3-4
                                      months i was been mailing you but still now i am getting a proper
                                      resolution..i checked out with my main branch person they are telling
                                      that " It was drawn at Catholic Syrin Bank ATM....But i didn't used a
                                      single time in that ATM..And there is no chance to miss use my card
                                      ...and also bank person told me that if i want to know details about
                                      that amount drawn (videos and all) i need to pay for it Rs;1700 Plus
                                      ..but my question is that why should i pay for that..i lost Rs;5000
                                      and you are asking me to pay 2000 more.......
                                      Pls its my humble Request you sir pls help me out .....

                                      i cant able to pay that much..my request is that show me the amount
                                      drawn video details...or else credit back to my amount to my
                                      account...or else pls dont mistake tell me directly..that don't use
                                      your service..because i am really scared to use your
                                      service.........

                                      This is my whole story of the problem...I HOPE THIS TIME YOU GO
                                      THROUGH ALL MY DETAILS AND WILL GIVE ME A PROPER RESOLUTION.......

                                        don't apply for SBI credit card....once they get your contact no. then almost daily somebody from their call center will give a sales call requesting to apply for one or to give any reference, even if you have one.
                                        Very Very Irritating......
