One screenshot of email conversation was attached to my complain as a proof which contains all information like Card no, complain no, various dates of complains and its reply . However, I am unable to see it now. if in case my attachment couldn't be found, i am providing my details,

I am an SBI card holder no [protected] in my monthly statement of SBI card my total payment payable was Rs19129 and minimum payable was Rs3304 so I made a payment of Rs3304 so the total balance left after making payment is Rs 15825 according to me then after that I bought a mobile phone of Rs5000 from Flipkart so the total balance should be Rs 20825 now on my account they are showing that the total outstanding is Rs 22756 and unbilled outstanding is Rs 5396 I bought another phone on[protected] for Rs 17499 by mistake I booked flexipay on this amount on 12 October 2016 vide service no[protected] showing status is in progress I don't want to book flexipay so help me to please cancel the flexipay . I tried to contact customer support so many times regarding this issue but no response was given to me . I am going to file a case in the Consumer Court against this. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible on my email address which I have registered with you and cancel the flexipay which I have booked by mistake.
