[Resolved] State Bank of India — NON RECEIPT OF ATM CARD AFTER 4 YEARS

Dear Sir,

I'm M.Mohamed Jahubar Sathik working in Qatar since 2007. I had opened my NRI account on SBI in 2009. Since from that time I have been applying for ATM card 4 times, but I haven't received my ATM card yet. Every time when I'm enquiring about my ATM card I have been told different type of reasons such as "SBI changing the design of ATM card", "Your card is put on hold as SBI going to upgrade the ATM system" and "your Card is already dispatched to your address". Resulting non receipt of ATM card after 4 years.

Since im in Qatar I dont know where to approach & how?.I believe that you guys only can help me to get my ATM card ASAP.

ATM — NON-RECEIPT

Sir,
I have applied for ATM in SBI Kokrajhar on 29/06/2007 but did not receipt. Subsequently I applied for ATM on 28/04/2008 but I am yet to receive it.

Since ATM is being issued from NEW Delhi, please let me know the addrees of the office so as correspond as SBI Kokrajhar only respond with "We have send your application for ATM at New Delhi"

i was booking a railway ticket through internet on 6th may 2009.the route was from kolkata station to kokrajhar station in garib rath exp.after payment they showed me a transaction error.yesterday i checked my balance and found Rs1055 is missing and the ticket was not booked.i've got the transaction id with me its [protected].my acount no is [protected] & atm card no is[protected] and my branch is kokrajhar...

I have an SBI A/C bearing No [protected] in the SBI Branch Mejhia and I have submitted my request to convert my SB A/C to Para military salary Package A/C along with a request a request to register my Mobile No- [protected] on June' 2011 (most probably between 8-10th June 2011). But till to this date I have neither get my ATM Card as per norms of SBI and neither they have register my Mobile No.
