I opened an SB account at SBI- Lanjigarh branch, dist, Kalahandi. at the time of opening the account I Bidyadhar Mahalik, SIS company the employees there had delayed it to 8 month because of various silly matters.which had caused me a lot of Inconvinience.Excuse me sir help you do just so my account lanjigarh Branch in Chennai, in Chennai that want to branch transfer Thaousand Light, Please Help me Let you, call the coustmoer also tired of Care There was still no solution for that what to do?My mail Id bidya. bm @ gmail. com / bapu_malick143 @ yahoo.     I was holding a NRE a/c [protected] with state bank of India specialised commercial branch Varanasi that was converted to Ordinary account vide by letter dated 03.06.08 but the bank has deducted 10 % TDS on my seven STDRS and 30.9 % on rest remaining 8 STDRS which resulted in loss of about 2.5 lacs
    please advise how to recover this amount from bank.

        It is very sad to complaint here against the one Nationalized bank of India. State Bank of India Deolali South Branch in not providing account operation facility to Minor account. Cheque Book and ATM facility also has not been provided. It is not under stood once a student below 18 years of age can do better than the adult operators, why it should not be provided. This action of bank is stopping from utilizing the facilities available to a common client. The Children remains disturbed and hampering their studies for small things like paying fee, Mobile/TV recharging, Paying bills etc.

          My daughter, Shinu Simon swapped her ATM card at ATM 30400 BBMP COMMER, BBranch, Bangalore on 09/02/2013 for withdrawing an amount of Rs. 2500/-. While processing she pressed the wrong button and the money is not received. When I saw his account the same amount is debited at the same time.

          This is the continuation of my previous mail. You have given me the the complaint no. (Complaint with Ticket No. AT[protected]) and it is closed now without reversing the amount Rs. 2500/ .

          Till today, the amount is not reversed back. The details of the passbook page is attached here.

          Again another complaint is given by our branch at SIB Dona Paula and the Ticket No. is AT[protected] on 12/3/2013 and till now the money is not reversed.

          Again another incident happened again to her while she was withdrawing Rs. 1000 from the same A/C at ATM 30750 KORAMANGALA Branch on 16/3/2013 the money didn't come and the same is deducted from the A/C. After that she tried for Rs. 500/ and she got the amount. The scanned page of her pass book which is highlighted by green is attached here.


          I don't understand that ATM is doing this type of mistakes and one is almost one month now and again another one now. Earlier also for me in last June Rs. 10000/ is deducted from my A/C and later after one month it is reversed without any fine.

          This time I really want the fine as per rule from you for keeping delay.

          I, here by request you to do the necessary action on it IMMEDIATELYT and reverse back the amount to the same account soon.

          SBI ATM — incorrect debit from SBI ATM withdrawal

          Respected sir
          Sir, my a/c No is [protected] with SBI Khadki Pune (Branch code 1629).
          Sir i have withdrawl Rs 20, 000 from my Sbi ATM in JABALPUR (ordnance factory Khamaria ATM) on 10/09/2008 at 21:37 hrs, but my mini statement shows that I have withdrawl Rs 20, 000/- two times on the same day which i do not understood because I have withdrawl only on time and only Rs 20, 000 and not Rs 40, 000/ as the balance shows. I have complained to the local main branch Jabalpur, but they told to complaint to the Branch where is my Original A/c openened. My A/c is wth SBI khadki pune but I m in Defence ministry and posted in Jabalpur. So please help me . I m in need of money and my Twenty thousand rupees have been incorrectly debitted from my a/c.

          On 16 Feb, 2009 I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 200+200+200=600/- from SBBJ & SBI ATM counter at Jaisalmer While insert the ATM Card and all procedures are completed, and at the time of cash withdrawal, network complaint message was shown in the monitor. At that time no cash or customer advice slip was not came.
          I tried to withdraw Rs 5000 from an ATM in Mico Layout Bangalore in April 2008, but didn't get any amount.
          In transaction slip it is written as "No Response" but in "mini Statement" it says Rs 5000 withdrawn whereas I did not get any amount.
          My A/C is in PBB, SBI Noida, sector 26.
          I have written many times, sent Fax regarding all the slips and transaction details three times and also talked to their ATM Incharge.
          I talked to Manager at SBI Mico Layout but didn't get any satisfactory reply.
          Its been nearly 18 months but I am not getting any response from SBI.
          Please Look into the matter favorably

          SBI — ATM withdrawal

          Sir,
          i am sbi account holder,i have withdrawn Rs 3200 from oriental bank of commerce. At the time of withdrawal i took Rs1700 only and oter Rs1500
          were get back to the ATM machine.But the whole 3200 was cut from my account.so please kindly give a sugission that how can i get my 1500rs.so kindly reply me as early as possible.

            I paid Rs. 7,50,000.00, Rs. 1,00,000.00 & Rs. 1,50,000.00 on 21/10/08, 27/10/08 & on 28/2/09 respectively to State Bank of India, Bhupen Bose Avenue Branch, Kolkata 700004 as Fixed Deposit for a 3 year term.
            The total FD amount Rs. 10,000.00 (ten lacs). As per my application, the Bank should return or deposit
            the matured amount to my savings account on completion of 3 years. When I went to bank after few months
            of expiry of terms, I came to know that they have re-invested my total FD amount without my consent.
            They admitted that they did it by mistake. On my complaint, they returned my money after few months
            deducting approximately Rs. 24,000.00 from my total FD amount. Their excuse was such that they
            reinvested the amount for further three years (without my consent) and as I wanted back my fund, they
            deducted Rs.24,000.00 considering as premature withdrawal. But it is not my fault. They were responsible
            for the whole thing. They advised me to reinvest for lesser period i.e. for one year again. I did so. But
            they deducted that amount. Now I want to get back the deducted amount immediately.

                  Myself Swapnil Mashalkar. I was filling form of clerk typist exam 2013
                  which is condcuted by MPSC on 11.03.2013. I have done the payment
                  using Bank of Baroda internet banking facility. On doing the payment
                  the trasnaction was not completed but amount wof Rs 280 was debited
                  from my account. I also checked my MPSC profile, the message that
                  transaction id not updated was displayed there.

                  Again on 12.03.2013, I tried 3 times. After every transaction I
                  checked my MPSC profile, the same message that transaction id not
                  updated was displayed. At the third time the payment was done
                  successfully and the message that transaction id updated was displayed
                  in my MPSC profile.

Further get a SMS for successful transaction.(through BT-SBGMBS) But I did not get any balance in my account now today. This complaint filed in our branch also.                             when i was taken internet banking of my sbi account, when i click account summary the following messsge is displayed

                              yesterday i bought one fastrack watch, but unfortunatly i forgot to take my card...i came to know after 4 hours that i lost my atm card thr only...after that i went to the sbi branch and checked my balance it was totally nil. i lost around Rs22000..and no one knows my pin code, except the guy who swipe while purchasing...i will be very helpful if you show me any way of getting my money back.

                              In the academic year 2009-10 the AP government issue the Scholarship through BC Welfare Office, by SBI, ATM card, unfortunately I have been lost of my SBI, ATM card No. [protected]. I am poor student I canot continue my studies without any scholar.

                                Now can some one help me out to understand ow the Fin charges has been applied ( 933.38 + 115.36) on 5000 carried forrward amount.

                                Disatisfaction comes when I spoke to customer care executive who dropped off my phone without resolving my query.As per my understanding the bill calculation for the current month should be as follow :-

                                Amount Carried forward :- 5000

                                Fin charges / interest (3.35 %)

                                New Purchase :- 5858 . as per my usage and Govt of India rules and regulations.

                                I do have Credit cards from other banks like HDFC , bank of baroda , RBS , ICICI , CITI Bank HSBC but never came across such calculation them.

                                Thanks in advance for helping me out. Also i am not going to pay the outstanding with query resolution.

                                SBI Credit Card — Billing on closed account

                                My Father Prasanta Chakraborty had a SBI Card (**** ****[protected] and I had a SBI card as add on this card (**** ****[protected]. We had a word with the SBI Helpline and was asked to pay - 14,800/- as the complete settlement of the account along with the foreclosure of the EMI Loan. Once they received that payment, they started sending new bills for money that were never used by us and also saying that we need to pay another 850/- to completely close the account. The associates at the SBI Helpline are not directly from the bank and have no power of reversal of any bad payment, etc. Moreover, there tone and customer dealing on the call is very bad and the only thing they say is "WE CANNOT HELP. YOU NEED TO PAY THIS AMOUNT." Please get in touch if more information is required

                                State Bank of India Credit Card — Goods not delivered

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have purchased a digital camera from state bank of india credit card website i.e.www.sbicard.com on 7th may '08 through my sbi credit card only the amount was debited from my credit card on 9th may'08 and while purchasing it was said that the digital camera will take maximum 21 working days but till now i have not received any such and its almost more then a month. I have given several calls and emails to the concern departments but they are just giving me false assurance that it might 4-5 days again & again or we have passed on the complaint to the higher authority they will get in touch with you within a week on 8th june'08 i got a call from the customare care dept. to confirm i have recieved the said or not. After that call no one has get in touch with me.

                                I would like request you to please into the matter and kindly do the needful as i have to make so many long distances to enquire about the said item every time.

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is with reference to your letter dated June 6, 2008, regarding outstanding payment due in respect of the said SBI credit card. In this connection I would like to ask a few question:

                                1. The said outstanding dues which you are asking me to pay are of any purchase done by me?

                                2. How serious the bank is about their customer?

                                3. Do you follow the proper guidelines pre & post customer?

                                Again I would like to clear that at the time of making me a customer of SBI credit card I have been told that the said card is absolutely free from any annual fee. It was free for the first two years later I have received the bill of annual charges. I immediately rang up the customer care and enquired about the dues which was not spent by me. I was told that that you have to pay the annual charges after two years. I immediately replied that I am not going to use this card and stop this. I have been repeatedly receiving these kinds of bills requesting me to pay the outstanding dues which are not genuine. I am once again receiving calls on my mobile please make the SBI credit card which is absolutely free from any charges. I would once again request you to kindly stop sending me the bills which are not genuine as I have been misled by your representative.

                                I have also face same problem of cheating from them so I have stopped using SBI CREDIT CARD.

                                SBI Credit Card — unresolve issue from SBI Credit Card

                                Dear sir,

                                SBI Investigation 'Case ID=[protected]'

                                In the year of 2007, one of SBI Credit Card representative approach me to apply for credit card and I did, after one month I ad received Balance Transfer Draft, at the time I inform to SBI customer care that, I had not received the credit card. As she suggested to wait for 10 to 15 days, I waited for the same. One day one customer care representative had call me to deposit minimum balance amount due on your account. I agree and paid Rs. 250/- and told her I neither received any credit card nor statement against which you are asking money to me. She said I look into the matter.

                                Next month I received statement through e-mail, whereas some purchases shown, I called to customer care and told all the story once again. They suggested to launch complaint in written which I had made to SBI, Chennai as well as SBI, Delhi. They committed me to investigate the matter and if you had not done any purchasing, there is no need to worried.

                                After six month, I received e-mail stated that your complaint is out of time frame, so you required to make payment. Once again I produce all the details of correspondence to him and showing that there is no delay to make complaint in time. They agreed to once again look into the matter, but till date I have not received any response from SBI.

                                They block my Credit Card and every month asking for the payment and harassing me. I approach to their Manager who is looking all the disputes and recovery. The manager regret for inconvenience after seen all the correspondence and communicated his recommendation to resolve the issue, but no action has been taken from their superior.

                                Now I stopped attending their call because harassing me and wasting my time.

                                It is requested to kindly look into matter and close the issue at the earliest and read SBI last communication received to me as below.

                                Dear Sir,

                                It may make a one off case for anyone who reads about it but the fact is that your executives have made my life miserable by calling me at any time they feel like calling.
                                i am being asked to pay charges amounting to Rs. 6700 which have supposedly accumulated from an amount of Rs. 600 that was supposedly charged from me as "annual charges" in 2003 for a credit card which I HAVE NOT RECIEVED TILL DATE.

                                Despite my repeated requests to all and sundry including emails to sbihead, i still recieve humiliating, aggresive and sometimes abusive calls from executives who claim to be from settlement department.

                                If there is anyone in your organisation worth his salt, kindly look into my case and if possible ask the executives to stop calling me, if solving my problem is not possible for you.
                                Since I have not taken any Credit card from SBI credit Card so far whereas I am receiving a SMS on my Mobile Phone No. [protected] at Nagpur Maharashtra every month for payment of bills.

                                  Sharing one of my worst experience withe SBI.

                                  I am utilizing thee SBI mobile banking facility. I tried recharging my mobile on 16the March 2013 but transactions got failed.
                                  I raised 2 request on SBI CMS page (SBI CMS) but both the time my request was resolved without communicating me. This is really frustrating.

                                  Can't these guys directly contact the user for details or to provide resolution ???. We just get an sms that your request has been closed, Please contact the CC to get details.

                                  The customer Care of SBI is Worst. you have to wait for a long to time to get response.

                                  Wake up. SBI, your competitors are providing much better service. It's my Bro who asked me to open an account in your Branch.

                                  Let it be , I don’t want to discuss it any more.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This has reference to the loan availed from SBI in 2008 towards purchase of husband's car Maruti Swift VXI. My husband had issued 60 post dated cheques from Citibank in the year he had availed the loan and the EMI payment of 8848/- was carried out by the bank till June 2011. Thereafter there was no debit of this amount from the bank from the CITIBANK account my husband held. However, he still had money totalling a lakh and odd and when repeated requests were made to the bank to come and collect the amount despite him visiting the main branch in Anna Salai, the gentleman came in February and took a cheque for 88848/- till period ending April 2012. The bank loan gets cleared in April 2013 and the same problem has yet again started. Despite repeated requests to send across a person to collect the money, the bank officials have not relented and today , the 22nd of March, 2013, in the morning when my husband spoke to one Mr. Narayanan, Chief Manager, SBI, Egmore, he agreed to send across a person to our company premises on Anna Salai. Now, my husband was ready to pay the amount of 1,06,176, which would ensure completion of the loan amount for the period availed. The person who had come over issued a document that showed this amount and an interest of 35000 that had accumulated this far, and it also says that the loan was availed on a floating rate of interest. I would like the following questions answered.

                                    1) For irregularities from the bank side, why should I pay the penalty? The bank had lost the post dated cheques issued from June 2011 to the period of closure. Now, despite repeated requests from my husband's side, a one time payment of 88848 was paid in April 2012. Further, my husband agreed to make a payment of 1, 06,176, towards the amount outstanding for clearing the loan but was asked to not do so by the Bank Manager then, which acted in defiance to the rules laid by the bank. My husband also took a letter in writing from the bank official that the payment held true till the period ending April 2012 . Further, the SBI official who came over to take the cheque was asked to look up the post dated cheques issued initially, which the bank claimed they had misplaced. A few more calls followed and my husband had made it clear to ask the officials to come over and take the amount that was outstanding and to date, this has not been done. In the last two weeks, my husband has been getting calls from the bank asking us to pay and despite him telling them to come over, nothing has been done from the bank. My husband called up the Bank Manager, Mr. Narayanan, who heads the division in Egmore and told him about the callousness of the officials and about the irregularities committed by the bank in the last year, to which he had agreed. My husband further gave him our address particulars and asked him to come over to our place in Mylapore the next day and get the cheque for the outstanding amount to which he agreed. The person agreed to come before 11 the following day. While my husband was waiting till 11.30 yesterday, the 21st of March, 2013, no one showed up. My husband again called up the bank today and spoke to Mr. Narayanan, who said that he would send the person to our office and get the cheque from us. The person came at 1.00 in the afternoon and produced a document, where incorrect information of the amount was presented and an interest amount of 35000 charged towards the amount outstanding, which is plainly ridiculous.

                                    2) No point of time was the term floating interest rate mentioned.If it were to be based on a floating rate of interest, how is it that the Bank until 2012 had a fixed EMI charged towards this loan? We need an explanation of this !

                                    3) The Bank has been negligent in noting down details from my husband. Despite taking note of the present address at the place we are put up, the bank continues to send reminders to the Royapettah address, showcasing their lack of seriousness in handling customer complaints.

                                    I would like you to kindly look up this and penalize the bank for all the distress that they have caused to day. I seek your assistance in this matter. Many thanks again.

                                    Citibank loan — Car Loan- Papers on Completion of loan not given by bank

                                    Hi,

                                    After completion of my car loan with Citibank.
                                    They have not given back the Completion certification, No objection and
                                    security checks docuemnts to me.

                                    They have given me the Blue dart courier docet number that is invalid.
                                    I have not received any courier.

                                    I had been following up for a month and there is no revert from their side.
                                    Everytime they tell they will revert in 2 days.
