[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBICARD Susks, Don't use SBI cards. THEY are FRAUD. LOOTING PEOPLE

Hello,

I am highly disappointed with SBICARD service. You people are charging me unnecessary money. I am your old and valuable customer and always have paid on time and have made transactions of multiple lakhs till now.

This time I got Fin Charges on my statement, Dishonor fees, and other charges which I want you to remove from my account otherwise I will have to make a legal case against you with R.B.I.

Please waive off those charges and charge me the correct amount and finish this matter ASAP. Don't make me take this to RBI. that way I will not be paying a single rupee to you.

There are many fraud people, defaulters who just steals your money and runs away. you don't do anything with them, but you people just always take advantage of our innocence and harass us. Why do you do this ? This kind of service should be banned in India. My Son is a Media person and works with IndiaTV and AAJTak. If my issue doesn't get solved within 72 hours I will be showing all this created by sbi to all India and will request every single person in India via TV Channels not to use SBI Services.

SBI Card — SBI card peoples are fraud

one day the SBI card sales executive comes in my office and told SBI card is free chargeable. There is no any rental for SBI card. I filled the form and SBI card also received to me. I have not used SBI card till 3 months but those peopels were calling me everyday and told me that you scrap your called atleast once. otherwise it will not be activated. I scrapped and buyed 1000 Rs. items one day through SBI Card and paid within 15 days by cheque also (I have number of that cheque). But i got the statement of more than 2500 from SBI Card. I called them but nobody responded. One executive has called me to collect the payment then he told me that you have taken insurance in SBI Card and you will have to pay for that. (Really i have not taken any insurance on SBI card even i have not signed for insurance). Every month they send me the statement and everytime the bill increased by 1500 Rs. They send me the legal notice also. I really frustated to SBI Card. Now they have added my name in blacklist. Can anybody help me?
As per the telephone call received from SBI people in January 2007 that your Credit Card renewed and you will be getting the same within 15 days at your residence. I say that I am not interested to use SBI card because it is very costly for me that is Annual Fee plus Addon crd fee. I say that I want to pay only Transaction fee and interest of the card as ans when I am using. Then they say that you don't worry only you pay transaction charge and interest. So I request you to please withdraw the Annual Fee charged 842.70 D and Addon Crd Fee 280.90 D at the earliest otherwise I am not in a position to continue the credit card further. I request you to please cancel the second card no. 3795 this card is useless for me. I want only one card i.e. 3787. Please send a line of reply at the earliest. Lastly I would like to say that Annul Fee charged 842.70 and Addon CRD Fee 280.90 debited by you, may please be cancelled from my a/c. otherwise I am not in a position to continue the card.
