I am having a SBI credit card which was purchased in 2006 .I never transected through this card.Recently I applied for a loan through my Central Bank,they rejected my application stating that my CIBIL is showing a debit of Rs.720/- against my SBI credit card.

On 19th April I contacted the nearest branch ,they gave me a mob.no. [protected] of some Mr. Abhishek ,I contacted him and gave him details by SMS,but till date I did not received any response.
Please suggest what to do to rectify this problem.

    Sub.: COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BRANCH MANAGER OF YOUR STATE BANK OF INDIA, BRANC Code No.07085,Located in SwasthYa Vihar,8,Rajdhani Enclave,DELHI-110092, for his NON-CO-OPERATIVE,EVASIVE and RUDE, OFFENSIVE,AGGRESSIVE, IMPOLITE, ILL- MANNERED AND UNPLEASANT BEHAVIOR ,AGAIST MY WIFE & ME ON PHONE
    We are regular Customers of your Bank's Branch at Swasthya Vihar, Delhi-11092 and are maintaining a Joint Savings Bank A/C (Bank Branh Code No.07085) in my and my wife’s name vide Savings Bank A/C N0. [protected].
    Recently I have started facing online problems on my Internet Banking Account. I wanted to add some BILLERS for making the online payments for various utility bills. And for that purpose I have tried AT LEAST more than 10 TIMES, to register online, WHEREAS the message every time comes that "SINCE YOUR MOBILE PHONE IS NOT REGISTERED, AS SUCH,WE ARE UNABLE TO ADD ANY BILLERS" Please note that not only my mobile and land line are duly regd. with the said BANK and I am also having the MOBILE BANKING FACILITY with the Bank.
    And SECONDLY, Besides this for past more than TWO WEEKS, I was trying TO CREATE some STDR online for short periods from my various other Accounts. However, after completion of all formalities of filling up the forms etc. IN LAST – I receive a message in last -“Stopped Account, this may be due to non –compliance of KYC formalities at your Bank. Please contact your branch for updating the RECORDS”
    On my various telephones to the said branch-THE TELEPHONE though THEY NEVER ATTEND. However once after about 50-60 calls when it was picked up, the man never disclosed his IDENTITY despite my asking time and again and at last RUDELY replied that we cannot tell anything on phone despite my requesting that I was bed ridden due to some ailment and my wife is working, however, he said nothing doing come what may you have to come to the Bank and only then they’ll explain WHAT IS KYC ! Later on I enquired from my other Bankers about KYC. They explained that it is only an up-gradation of i.d. ,address proof and the Pan No. It is Evident to note my wife had upgraded all of them by submitting all copies afresh about a couple of months back. However on their repeated insisting, my wife visited the bank again today, after taking an earned leave from her office
    It is astonishingly not understandable. And today when my wife visited the said branch of your Bank, The manager of the Bank behaved in a very uncalled for, offensive behavior In an utmost RUDE Manner and although he accepted that all our documents are COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECTS but he said he can’t explain as to why such message is coming online and said it is not his responsibility at all and when my wife requested him to talk to me via my wife’s mobile, for which he promptly REFUSED and n wife’s repeated requests and pleadings, he talked to me in a VERY RUDE manner and still said he does not wish to explain anything as he had other jobs to do. And although he accepted that all our documents are complete in all respects. And when I asked him that if he behaves in such a manner We SHALL be FORCED to close our long association with you---Then he replied we may do whatever we like- he is not bothered. And when I said that I SHALL be constrained to complaint against him and will INITIATE LEGAL ACTION against him and the Bank—then he said “ he is not afraid of any senior officer—they are all in my pocket and you may do whatever you like- Ian not Bothered “
    You are requested to look into the matter seriously, failing which I SHALL be CONSTRAINED to initiate Appropriate legal Proceedings in various Courts & Consumer and Banking Forums—for DAMAGES for causing me and my Wife, Great Mental Anguish, undue mental and physical harassment besides the operational nuisance, which is not corrected, despite my documentation been complete in all respects.
    Assuring you of my fullest cooperation and hoping to continue my patronage and fruitful long association as we had for more than Seventeen years, if better services are assured and my grievances are taken care off, at an early date, otherwise PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I shall be forced to initiate appropriate Legal ACTIONS IN LAW, if the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction, within TWO WEEKS Of Receipt of this Notice and in such an eventuality, you and your Bank and its concerned officials shall be further held liable for Costs AND Consequences flowing therefrom

    State Bank of India SBI — Rude and Aggressive Bank Manager

    D R Mal, Manager of SBIN Branch, Batala Road, Amritsar is very rude and aggressive. He don't know how to talk to people, he only takes care of his personal phone calls (including his mother-in-law) on which is mostly busy even if the client is sitting in front of him since last 25 minutes.

    He is one of a kind branch manager who thinks his branch is the best and no one else can give that kind of facilities to any body.

          Closing documents were already submittied for the said (RJTH020)., still not closed and now second year charges also levied.

          you can see there is no transcation since A/c opened.,

          In case of non-use DP minimum charges are levied like onlyRs. 56 used to levied in Angel DP A/c.


          Closure formality already done by me when first renewal were about to levy, still that renewal levy so again i forward closure formality again for the same still not closed even after formality done twice from your Dhanrajni Office at Yagnik Road at Rajkot.

          Urgent revert required in this case as this query was raised earlier also..,

          Failing the same shall lead to forward the same complaint to CDSL and SEBI as being the hight of patience...

            Hi i m Anil Kumbhar.My complaint is regarding online payment of SBI to MPSC for sales tax preliminary exam 2012. Amount Rs 153 is deducted from debit card of BOI on dated 19/04/2012 .The confirmation msg is received from BOI regarding deduction of amt,but not yet received any msg from SBI or MPSC regarding the transction id or receive of payment or no any response from them. due to this i m not apply for exam. so kindly i request you please refund my amount.

            i would like to register a complaint against SBI of online payment option through Tech process to MPSC Sales tax preliminary exam 2012.Not yet received any msg or response from them although amt is deducted from BOI Debit card Rs 153 on dated 19/04/2012
            Hi i m Reshma pawar.My complaint is regarding online payment of SBI to MPSC for state services preliminary exam 2013. Amount Rs 280/- is deducted from debit card of SBI on dated 23/01/2013 .The confirmation msg is received from SBI regarding deduction of amt, but not yet received any msg from SBI or MPSC regarding the transction id or receive of payment or no any response from them.So i request you to kindly issue my transaction ID OR REFUND THE AMOUNT THEN I CAN PAY THE AMOUNT BY CHALLAN.
            I dont get my trasaction id even if my payment Rs.280/- has done through State Bank Of India debit card so please give me my transaction id

              I laxmandas madnani retired from central govt, in 2000yr and opt to draw the pension from SBI Morar branch then I shifted from Gwalior to Ahmedabad and my pension was drawn from same bank as my transferred my account from Morar branch to Bopal branch Ahmedabad. but every year when i submit my live certificate in Nomber ahmedabad branch is directed to me to send this certificate to Morar branch or SBI central pension processing cell Bhopal because they are the proper authority to take this certificate. for this lenthi procedure every year hanged my pension then I decided I will shift my pension paper from Morar branch to Ahmedabad branch so I submitted the application to Bopal Bank as well As Morar Bank in December'11. Now my pension has been stopped from Feb'2012. When I am going to Bopal Branch Ahmedabad they are telling still your account is not shifted to here. and I contacted my old branch Morar'manager they are telling they already sent the documents and also they have sent a copy of forwarding letter to my home. but nothing received such letter. As my wife and I depends on pension. I m in very difficulies. Please help me.

                This is regarding false transaction carried out on 22 Jan 12. the details of transaction and my account details are as follows:

                EARLIER branch : 2530

                my complaint ID : AT[protected] Dated 26 jan 12

                further i would like to illustrate the sequence of events occured, which led to an incomplete transaction and finally till to date my money is not been credited to my account.

                1- transaction of Rs 10000 was done on 22 jan 12 at IDBI ATM in lucknow, but ATM machine did not dispense the money, but my account was debited with the same amount .

                2- then i lodged the complaint with customer care regarding the same on 26 jan 12.(complaint ID is mentioned above)

                3- there after i changed my home branch from 2530 to 1687 on 30 jan 12 near to my school due to some personel reasons.

                4- since then its been two months, i have running around both branchs to get my money back i could not get my money back.

                5- meanwhile i got response from CUSTOMER care that either my money should have refunded to my account or lying with 98582 account , which is 1687 branch.

                6- then i went to my existing branch 1687 with the copy customer reply to branch manager MR GUPTA but he said i dont have any money, and you should go to 2530 branch.


                further sir, i would request you to refund my money as soon as possible to avoid further delay.

                if not then tell me following things

                1 - where to ask for refund (i mean which branch)

                2- where to complaint regarding this

                  sbi gold credit card — No action on my request for discontinue of my credit card

                  Dear Team,

                  Even after complete payment & regular follow up with SBI head card, no action is being taken for discontinue my credit card. Each month they are charging a insurance premium of 50 Rs & the amount is keep on increasing.

                  My Self Rajkumar Having a SBI CC. after paying my principal amt & interest also they are charging me lot of more interest on my cc bill & doing call from Legal advocate Mrs Sawant...
                  saying immediately pay bill...which is pending.. I make a shopping of 4000/- rs & yet now i pay 8000/- rs then also 16790/- rs is pending..pls do something in this regard.

                  SBI gold credit card — Cheating with Interest charges

                  Hi,

                  Without informing me about terms and conditions properly, 30 days interest free cash loan was taken on the card and promptly principle amount of 100% was paid back to the bank. In this process, SBI credit card folks have allocated only 5% towards cash loan and the balance is adjusted for other credit card transaction which has triggered interest provision and this problem has started from July 2008. Now interest on interest has accumulated to a sum of INR 3, 333 and they are refusing to reverse even though mistake was not at my end.

                  Have repeatedly written mails but issue is unsolved. Need assistance to close this on priority

                    This is to iform you that ihave not done any transaction in December 2009. Accordingly i have sent a dispute letter to your Gurgaon headoffice immidiately by curiear, Smilarly it was informed on phone immidiately and card was cancelled.
                    So please note that iam not going to pay for any transaction done in December 2009, therefore question of late-fee doesnot arises.
                    I have paid for all my previous transacton very regularly.

                    Respectfully I want to bring it to your notice that on my sbi credit card unauthorized transaction is being done by some insurance company called “Royal Sundaram” without my knowledge and I have spoken to both SBI & Royal Sundaram customer care on several times but they are not supporting me on this issue, but always diverting the issues by giving me new excuses every time.

                    With due respect I want to say that I am a genuine believer of SBI as banking Institution and I respect it in this regards and want that I should be associated with it in future but incidences like this shaking my believes on SBI.

                        Make payment through old sbi card then payment can be done. i[censored] pay through newly issued card or any replaced card which is new then u will get error "transaction not captured in FSS site"

                          I am a Muslim. And I cover my face anywhere I go, and I DO NOT OPEN MY FACE IN PUBLIC!!! The staff in this bank makes me show my face in front of everyone in the bank. They should take me to one side and tell me to show my face. Is this because I am A Muslim????

                            18april 12 Sir,
                            On website of state bank of india, under service charges on closure/transfer of account, it is clearly mentioned that on closure or transfer of savings bank ac which is run beyond 12 months, a service charge of Rs 100/- will be charged. Why this unnecessary charge is levied.? If a family or person is transferred or shifted to another place and if it is not convenient to him to maintain the account at original branch, why he should bear the charge of transfer or closure of the account ? That too when the account is run satisfactorily. ??
                            As far as I know, IDBI does not charge such service charge.

                                i am RVS.Sampathkumar from tiruvadanai, holding a NRI A/c in your Tiruvadanai branch (code 00980).
                                for the past few months the bank is jam packed with crowd.
                                No proper token system is practised.
                                No proper queue is also maintained.
                                No additional counters are also provided during rush.
                                people are rushing as gangs towards the counters.
                                Manager is also not taking care, when i took the issue to him,
                                he was stubborn to reply me.
                                Please implement proper token system or proper queue facility for a smooth service.
                                Kindly take necessary action, else I will shift my deposits to other bank.

                                  I closed all my cards in 2007 called up the customer service and cleared all balances out of that my SBI card still had some left over (12 rupees) which was not informed to me, this 12 rupees was made 10000.00 and then showed as written off, hence my CIBIL score was screwed and I came to know about it in 2012 when my home loan is rejected due to this, I've now cleared all dues (Full 10000) and my score has improved from 561 to 575 which is till pathetic, CIBIL is one sided thing and its the legal outlet of the Banking Mafias just Imagine my situation.
                                  So what I've realized is there is no point settling your dues because even after that your score would not improve, rather find out some one in the CIBIL office and I am sure there is a scope for bribe to improve your score.

                                    I am having an account with SBI . I called on the toll free number[protected] to find the info about DD charges for 1lakh, the customer care Executive a Lady had received my call and has not given proper info and she was unable to calculate the Commission charges for 1lakh rupees and she dropped the call without giving proper info. this is very poor service from SBI the executives have very poor english speaking skills and and dont understand the callers requirement immediately. very poor service

                                    insipite of having valid salery a/c( number-[protected]) ,i am deprived of online banking facility. i have applied for same and got online banking user id and password,but with the same i am not able to login.i have requested the concerned person for activation about 30 times ,but they are so busy that they have no time to attend the complain,and for the past 3 months status remain pending.kindly suggest what i have to do!

                                      my self shalindre garg& ilive in ghaziabad`s old area.sir actually my problem is this i makes some draft from SBI navyug market gzb branch to the favour of `Gun & shell factory kolkata` & send by courier on the way they were lost after some time i rec a call from kolkata to send the drafts to confirmation to book a gun than i say him that i have send the draft much time ago they we dont rec any kind of drafts than i go to the courier co. they show me the record that they have have delivard the drafts than i go to the bank to knw the steaes about my drafts theres rocord s are showing the my drafts are still ok than i say to him plz cancil the old drafts & makes the new drafts Mr. Nattu singh (service manager) of navyug market branch says that go to kolkata write by kolkata sbi branch that they dont rec draft i was go there & i done it but mr. nattu singh dont belive it another type wrote it than i wae go another time to there but same condition will done than i ask him what should i do they say make any gaarenter who will takes ur resposbility i do arrenge that they say i dont need it make a letter from kolkata sir i have a slip of making of drafts i have photostate of drafts i make drafts on date of 19/06/09 the amount was 30,000 & 31,477 sir now i mam tired so much mr nattu singh like haresment of me your work never let done ok give me 10,000 & much more plz help me my no. is [protected]

                                      I TRIED TO WITHDRAW 4500RS FROM MY ATM CARD CARD OF SBI ON 2ND OF NOV.

                                        State Bank of India — Incorrect money deducted from account

                                        i had withdrawn Rs. 2000 from my account by my SBI-ATM on 07.05.2010. but when i checked my account, it showed that the same amount has also been deducted from my account on 08.05.2010 also. this is incorrect and really embarrassing. please suggest me what to do.
