This is Shabbir Salehbhai Sisawala from Mumbai West.Myself and whole family have applied for my PAN card 15 months ago that is on 15th of February 2008.We have our PAN card number but still we have not received our PAN cards of even a single family member.Sir please advise me what should i do now ? We have to open an account in Bombay Mercantile Bank.So for that a PAN card is a must.So I have a request that please send our PAN cards as soon as possible.

Student — passport status file n0 C000500

Dear Sir/Madam

I have applied for passport (file refrence no. C000500) on 30th Jan, 2009 and my police verification was also done on 15th Feb, 2009. But the status on internet still says police report has not been recieved yet. So I enquired about it in the concerned police station PGI, Sec 12, they showed me the file they had dispatched on 16th Feb, 2009 to sec 11 police station.
Then i enquired ithere, they said they had dispatched it to the headquarters. I enquired there also they said they had dispatched the file to Sec 34 office via no. 4118 on 29th april, 2009. But the status still shows that police report has not been recieved.
So please tell me about the exact status of my passport, whether my file has been recieved or not and if yes then why my status is not being updated.

I the undersigned applied for a normal passport on 2nd march 2009 under the file reference no. A003286 and haven`t received it yet. After checking on the passport enquiry site, i found that the police enquiry has not been done yet.

I have been waiting for over 3 months now and I am in an urgent need of the passport as i have to give my GRE exam at the earliest and also have other important commitments.

I hope that you understood my need and would take necessary action at the earliest and see to it that my passport issued soon and provide me information on whom to contact about the whereabouts of my application.
