Student — to know about acknowledgement card of the application form

sir,
i had submitted my online applcation form whose no is 8200005 dt 01.12.08 along with a bank draft drawan on SBI Chennai bearing no 790583 for rs. 1000.00 dt 19.11.08 through spead post bearing receipt no. EU[protected]IN dt 01.12.08 but till date i have not received my acknowledgement card.
Kindly arrange to remmitt the acknowledgement card @ my residential address mentioned in the application form and below

Student — Sbi Card struk in the ICICI ATM Machine

My name is Vipin Agarwal.I have Lost My card in ICICI ATM machine on24, 0/2009 presented at Cambridge Layout Road.This Card issued by SBBJ Bank on my Father Name Ramesh Kumar Agarwal.
So, I dont know What to do.I talked about Atm Card Struck but he dont know about Customer Care Contact no & how can helpful to customer.

I am GAURAV GOEL. I am pursuing M.tech from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli. I opened a new sbi account in December 2008 and also applied for ATM card. Two months has been over to open account but i did not received ATM card. I went to my sbi branch. they said me to call sbi customer care number. I have tried many times sbi customer care number, that is also busy every time. Now, I does not have any choice. Please help me someone...

Student — unwanted subscription of breaking news (55888)

i m engg student frm lko n i m totally fed up of this service, its for the second tim i got this mssg of subscription for breaking news, yesterday i got a mssg frm 55888 that i will be renewed for this service for one month by tommorrow n a sum of rs 20 will be charged frm my account inspite of dennying the service yesterday only (by sending NO BRK to 55888 as given) again today in the morning i got the same mssg and i again send the mmsg to 55888 to unsubscribe this unwanted service...but aaal in vain after two hrs only i hav been charged rs 20 frm ma account ...this is the second tim i m suffering aal this..the same story was repeated back in dec-2008 ...!!!
this time its really getting on ma nerves n wanna get rid of this service at ur earliest...i really dunno know how to react ...? how could u impose such unwanted services n charge a customer lik that...? i m using bsnl since a longtime n i dunno want to go for other's n moreover u can't maintain a healthy customer relationship lik that...at last its ma humble request to u ...plzz act promtly to such complaints at your earliest ...!!!
