I have very bad experiences with sulekha.com, I dont know why Indian Government or Internet complaint authorities are not taking any action on these bogus companies. I heard from several people about this sulekha.com company about their cheating to several people. Dont give business to them. All false promises.

Man there are so much of complaints and still i got trapped recently HUH!!!

Sulekha are common cheats.
At least you got some business; I did not get any even after paying 17, 000 in two segments.
It’s good else they would have cheated me too.

Their manager's response to you is very un-professional and only given by fraudsters, cheats and goons.
They ought to be overjoyed you had business and given good service, in turn you would have definitely given them more business and huge referrals.

Indian cos don’t seem to understand this and most want to take advantage - corrupt mind.
Rather than pay them that much look for other options, post in admag, getit and another 2-3 sites, plus open your own site for about 2, 500 from big rock and get more business for the same price.

Sulekha.com is a cheat. They display only fake ad. and fake customer. Their intention is only for paid ad.which i was not utilized so far as being an individual. My free ad. on one of my property was not properly dealt and they were aim to charge for my ad. I have observed from their site that most of the ads. are fake. Hence they are not even allow me to view the advertiser contact for status.

In view of all the disappointments had with sulekha, I have sent them a email to delete my accounts with them and I have decided not to visit their website at all.

As per up comment, i have try my growing business through sulekha.com. & recieved the order form from sulekha executive. But not give the payment. I think as per comment it not give the business. So i cancelled this programmed.

i got call from sulekha.com for become paid member then i get business leads, i got enquries but all enq are fake. when i become member paid 6000/- + Tax for 100 enq. but no business at all. Sulekha also fall in to the cheating list. NOwadays they do it knowingly to cheat the customers. They provide false promise knowingly.

One such incident is mine. I spoke to a person by name Fathima - number - [protected] in Sulekha marketing she offered a package with money back in a month as a trial package.
I tried it and undrestood that it will not work out and they did not full fill the promise of providing that much leads as promised. They informed that they get around 200 leads per month and promised for 150 leads per month - you know what - after we sign in they do not attend the calls and do not respond back.
The number of leads got per month is only 25 and the area manager also know about this faulty business(Name Jay prakash[protected] very much and they are in to cheating business now by providing false marketing information and absconding after booking.

I am wrting out of frustation after i lost my money with them and followed up for almost 3 months (not 1 month as they promised)

i agree with the complaint against sulekha. even we have fallen prey to their tactics. while selling their package they did promise us getting leads and now when i m not seeing value of our money. They provide false promise knowingly. they are in to cheating business by providing false marketing information and absconding after booking. the company lacks service technicians or maybe they are not an ethical company to provide service to their paid clients. they are purely marketing company, who do all tricks of marketing to get the memberships from customers, but their services are worst and dont stand any quality.

their marketing guy named Vicky had come to our office to sell the package. he offered us to get listed as premium plus member on Sulekha for 35, 000/- saying that you will get 4-5 leads per day and since this is month end sale we are offering you package o[censored]nlimited leads. we signed up and then apart from eating my money, sulekha.com has wasted my efforts and yes increased my phone bill due to numerous calls made to various employees of sulekha.com requesting to look into the matter. and every time when we call to complain about bad quality service they tell pay more 5, 000/- to 10, 000/- you will definitely get more leads.

apart from that they had promised that in the premium plus package there would be only 3-4 other members listed but now after getting the contract signed from us their company policy has changed and they have listed 8 members in the premium plus package. so automatically no. of people following up have increased twice. Moreover, they tell that call flow to them have decreased so why while signing the contract they have numerous call traffic and immediately after we paying it decreases??? this means they are clearly cheating people and wasting their hard-earned money. finally after 3 months when we complain saying you are not providing leads as promised then they have GUTS to say that we had not promised anything atthe time of signing, you have misunderstood it.

Sulekha is just providing fake lead services across india. They are just putting fake leads via sms or email.

Sulekha — Misselling and listing not updated

Sulekha took Rs 35000 for so called Red listing and their representative- Mahesh Chawla, Isha, Habib all gave false promises. They did not update the listing as promised and when asked for refund, one more round of false promises started. They have stopped my listing and not refunding.

Beware of Sulekha - I have signed Sulekha in August for Travel Agency and was told 30 leads per month but not even a single enquiry or lead till now.. I have not signed any documents or agreement for contract basis..If it is a registered company there should be a cancellation policy.. On the 12th of April 2013, Smitha sent over her colleague Nitesh to our office to finalize the VERTICAL BANNER advertisement that we were promised. We were told that not only were we the first to receive this, but we would be given exclusivity to the Executive Protection Segment on their website.

After collecting a cheque of INR 15, 000 Nitesh left with the promise that our ad would go live by Wednesday the 17th of April 2013.

On Monday the 15th of April 2013, our Director, received an SMS from Smitha, requesting him to forward the banks message to say that the cheque has cleared. As soon as the message was forwarded, all communications from Sulekha stopped. They got what they wanted, our money!

After nearly TWO WEEKS of no correspondence or ad from Sulekha, we contacted their customer support via an e-mail on the 24th of April 2013. We received a call from Zoheb the next day in regards to our complaint. He obviously had no idea as to what had transpired and so we had to repeat the story all over again. He said that he would look into the matter and revert.

He called us back in sometime, saying that the Executive Protection Keyword was being specially created for us and that’s why the delay. He also mentioned that the ad was not yet activated. This, two weeks after our money had been taken and after WE had initiated contact. This is also in complete contradiction to what was promised to us before signing up. At this point of time, we made it very clear that we no longer wanted these services and that our money was to be refunded. He said he would speak to his manager and get back to us.

We have been harassed, neglected and fleeced for almost a month now. All promises are made in vain and no further communications are made from Sulekha. Our cheque has been credited and no services rendered.

This is regarding the vendor M/S. A1 - Dhanjay Systems, whom you introduced to me last month for serviceing my Desktop Computer at home in Kottiwakkam - Chennai.

The person concerned, Mr. Suresh - Mobile no. [protected], got in touch with me last month & offered to service my computer. After serviceing the system worked well for over 15 days & then it got crippled again. When i contacted Mr. Suresh, he came & checked my system & told me that there is again some problem with the mother board, which he had already rectified, & told me that he will do the serviceing again & took the CPU on 08.11.10.

It is going to be two full weeks & i am yet to get my CPU, rectified or otherwise. When ever i make a call to him he never answers my call or asks any of his family members to answer the calls. I am reaaly fed up with this fellow & his services. Speak to him & ask him to bring back my CPU even if it is not rectified. I want my system back immedieatly. Please do the needful at the earliest

Sulekha also fall in to the cheating list. NOwadays they do it knowingly to cheat the customers. They provide false promise knowingly.

One such incident is mine. I spoke to a person by name Fathima - number - [protected] in Sulekha marketing she offered a package with money back in a month as a trial package.
I tried it and undrestood that it will not work out and they did not full fill the promise of providing that much leads as promised. They informed that they get around 200 leads per month and promised for 150 leads per month - you know what - after we sign in they do not attend the calls and do not respond back.
The number of leads got per month is only 25 and the area manager also know about this faulty business(Name Jay prakash[protected] very much and they are in to cheating business now by providing false marketing information and absconding after booking.

I am wrting out of frustation after i lost my money with them and followed up for almost 3 months (not 1 month as they promised)

i agree with the complaint against sulekha. even we have fallen prey to their tactics. while selling their package they did promise us getting leads and now when i m not seeing value of our money. Their promises is like the ones which could be written in water so that it gets waved and destroyed quickly. Not one single promise was a truth. they knowingly cheat the customers. apart from that they had promised that in the premium plus package there would be only 3-4 other members listed but now after getting the contract signed from us their company policy has changed and they have listed 8 members in the premium plus package. so automatically no. of people following up have increased twice. Moreover, they tell that call flow to them have decreased so why while signing the contract they have numerous call traffic and immediately after we paying it decreases??? this means they are clearly cheating people and wasting their hard-earned money. finally after 3 months when we complain saying you are not providing leads as promised then they have GUTS to say that we had not promised anything atthe time of signing, you have misunderstood it.

I am doing my computer sales and service business in above said address for past 2 years, In the name of SS Computer Technologiez. I got a call on[protected] from Sulekha.com marketing executive Miss.Geetha for business development leads thru phone call by payment of Rupees 11.030/- (Eleven thousand thirty only) with a commitment. As they committed me that they will give minimum 14 to 15 leads per day and they have collected the fee for that as above said amount thru hand cash received by Geetha at Sulekha.com, No 116, 9th floor, Fountain Plaza, Panthian Road, Egmore, Chennai – 600 008 and she promised me that they will e-mail the receipt but until now we didn’t receive any receipt thru e-mail or post.
As per Sulekha.com commitment until now we did not get any leads (14 to 15) we are getting only 1 or 2 already completed calls or repeated calls, so we are unable to get the business for the payment what we had paid to Sulekha.com. So we made lot of calls to Sulekha.com customer care and no one is ready to answer, one of the customer care person Mr. Munnavar replied that we won’t consider as a customer those who paid below 20, 000 (Twenty thousand only ).
We are fed up on making calls to Sulekha.com; afterwards we went directly to Sulekha.com office as above mentioned address to ask about the same. We got irresponsible answers from sulekha people repeatedly, so we met directly Sulekha.com branch manager Mr.Hafizz ur Rehaman. He stated that the payment will not be refunded and replied that “do whatever you can, we won’t fear for anything even for Legal action or Police action”.
On[protected] I went to Hon’rable Chennai High Court to discuss about the Economic Exploitation with my Advocate Mr. Ramesh, in that time I received call from Sulekha.com customer care person Mr.Mohan (Cell phone Number[protected] and he scolded me in filthy languages and threatened me in front of my Advocate. So my advocate advised my to give a police complaint against the same for my protection.
So I gave a complaint in Esplanade B4 police station. While I was in police station Mr.Mohan called me to threaten and scold again with same filthy language. The police officers should know the fact of my complaint so I gave my mobile to one of the Sub Inspector of police to hear his threatening.
Finally he threatened that police officer also, as below mentioned words, “1. Do you know who I am, 2. What you are going to do? Do whatever I can see that, 3. If you are a sub inspector of police, keep it yourself, 4. I know the police officers above your level” then the police officer asked him to come to police station, he replied that” if you want you come to my office! as address above mentioned and “What is your name? Which station are you? How can I trust you as SI?, why are you talking with me give mobile to that basted Shiva” So that police officers told me that they will take an action on this issue. But as of now they did not take any action not even they did call him for enquiry.
Meanwhile I came to know that he is telling in his office as he threatened the sub inspector of police also.
Hence, I humbly request you sir that kindly direct the police officers to enquiry the above matter. I have disturbed lot mentally and psychically because of the Suleaka.com. My business also down, so I request you get back my money from Sulekha.Com and give protection from Sulekah.com Staff Mr. Mohan.

My worst experience started with this company almost 8 months back when I started getting calls from their executive -Isha Jain. Everyday, at least 4-5 calls asking me to buy the listing for my business.


I kept telling them I am not interested and I need time to think but their calls never stopped.


Finally on Sep 20th- one of Sulekha’s executive -Mahesh Chawla came and presented a very nice story which was full of false promises and took Rs 35000 from me for "Red Listing."

Recent update- I have sent them a legal notice. The question is not about my Rs 35, 000 but about the cheating. I am not the only victim of it. There are so many people around.

This is a very very worst service ever anybody could get from this kind of a reputed company. This could make a customer of sulekha to feel its a fraud website, for making a rupee or crore, all about reputation.

I had lot of trust with sulekha, not only because my money was cheated, i feel i am cheated mainly becasue of your response to my calls at ur customer care regarding my money, it seems you dont respect your customer, i am going to write it to cusumer court about your fraudulent.

Inspite of being a paid client according to my conversation with Tanushree Ganguly of your kolkata branch on 10/02/2016 at 3.43pm. I came to know that I was placed among the free listed customers and this was done by Rinky Ghosh(kolkata branch). I want to know why it was done so.
Moreover while I was on the line and Tanushree questioned, Rinky Ghosh about her fault, at that time Rinky Ghosh used insulting, abusive or derogatory language against me which is unacceptable from any employee of a professionally managed company. When I asked Rinky ghosh directly about her foul language usage, she completely denied it and said I could go to any extent with my complaint and she did not care.
I want a stern step to be taken against her so that she feels how important clients are for a company.

I am Prakasam from EmployEase Tech. We provide HR & Business Consultation. After registering with Justdail. I got call from Sulekha executives and in subsequent discussion with them I was subscribed for MPM membership on Chartered Accountant Category. I was got very poor leads (may be fake enquiries) generated by sulekha. I got frustrated and tried to engage continuously with Sulekha Customer care. But every time I got very poor response from them.

With that frustration, I am asking them for repayment of balance amount. But still it is not happening...Suggest all business owners not to go with Sulekha.Com...in end you will lose your money and patience...more over your business.

I pay first time 8000 i am not satisfy with sulekha service i call to sulekha customer care afer 20 day he say that your package is silver your lead shraing .but your employes say to me not share lead then i payed 8000 . then customer care said your lead sharing lead so that you not lead on work . please more money and we give you nice package and not share lead than paid 4000 pay they did not even get benifit after then. i paid total RS 12000 with in one month. I lead are share after 4000 rs. sulekha employ i have written in return that this lie would not be your share . All document in written by sulekha site

Sulekha company runs a lot of fraud. There is no benefit to my company by taking money too. Raj, who works in Sulekha and two executives named Shiva, have cheated me, but I would like to tell all that no one should invest money in Sulekha.

It was to bring into your immediate notice that fraudulent activities happening in Sulekha.com. We are the customer of Sulekha from last more than 7 years in the name of Piford Technologies Pvt Ltd, IT C-7, KMG Towers, IT Park, Sec-67, Mohali (Punjab - India) (Registered Mob- [protected], email: [protected]@piford.com) & this year we are feeling cheated & harassed by sulekha. Earlier we were having yearly tenure based package with sulekha till Nov-2018 and your executives (Mr.Nitin, Harsh) convinced us to migrate from tenure based package to 100% verified lead based package. We trusted them & keeping in mind our company's long term association with sulekha.com & further took lead based package in Nov-2018 & invested around 35k to 40K for few months. As we were committed for 100% verified genuine leads for our training business, we were surprised to see that we got approximately 35% irrelevant leads averagely for which we shared the feedback on Sulekha my business Application as well as informed sulekha executives including Mr.Mathews, Faryad time to time via emails ([protected]@sulekha.com, [protected]@sulekha.com) & calls ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). Among these irrevelant leads, many people says that they are looking for JOB, some says only interested in stipend based training, some says they are looking for freshers to hire in there company, some says they are looking for late evening batches after 7 PM or early morning batch of 6AM or 7AM, some says they can't travel to Mohali or chandigarh, some numbers are regularly switched off or out of service, some says they have not put any lead, etc. After following sulekha team for more than 2 months we were informed that system is not able to scrap these leads for some reason for the other.

We asked them to share with us there (sulekha) feedback which proves that the irrelevant leads marked by Piford Technologies are revelant or correct. There are sill abound 180 to 200 irrelevant paid leads sent to us from 15-March-2019 to 05-August-2019 which is required to get scrapped or refunded back.Here also sulekha executives denied us in providing such lead based feedback from there end. Atleast its the duty of sulekha to justyfy that the per lead amount charged from us for these 180-200 irrelevant leads (marked by us) are correct & are 100% relevant leads sent to us by sulekha for people looking for paid training.

Kind Attention: .As it was committed that we would be getting 100% verified leads in sulekha lead based package which is very expensive as compared to tenure based. We took lead based pack on trust & keeping in mind our long term association with sulekha.com. I request you to kindly look into the matter on priority. Either make the things transparent & resolve our issue immediately by scrapping these irrelevant paid leads & continue our long term healthy relationship or else refund us the amount paid to sulekha for these leads.
