[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Online complaints

This is Dominic Mathew residing at 3/12 Ex-Service men's colony, First street, Adambakkam, Chennai-600088. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection on 28/06/2008 in my father's name (Henry Manoharan), for one year subscription. The smart card no. is[protected]. For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 3 weeks[protected]. No one responded for first 2 weeks. While I enquired the dealers, they told that they are relocating the entire setup. From the third week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 100 calls (both from my landline and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?

I have SUNDIRECT DTH, at Town Guwahati, Assam, my Smart Card No: [protected], I think, you are well aware that in India, as per B'cast guideline and according to Honorable Supreme Court of India you have to carry local Doordarshan Channel, that is" DD NORTH EAST". All other DTH are carrying DD NORTH EAST . But you are carrying only two private channel from Guwahati, " NEWS LIVE", &" NE TV." The same matter I was discussing with your outlet at Guwahati, but no result is coming out.
Therefore, once again I would like to request you to introduce DD NORTH EAST in your DTH please.

I have taken sun direct HD connection from Vibhav enterprises, Bangalore on 09.04.2013. Till date I am not getting HD service at all. When I contact, Vibhav enterprises, they are never responding. When I contact Sun HD call centre, they are asking Rs.150/- as service charge. For the brand new connection, no service charge should be levied. They said, while installing, one year free service.

I decided to go to consumer court. My smart card number is [protected].

Dear Sir/Madam,
A matter of refund money for resign Distributership from kannauj ( Uttar Pradesh ). I join sun dth for business purpose as a distributer, deposite security money 25000/- to 29/01/13 & 50, 000/- to 23/02/13 for bill material but material not recieve to 15/04/13, than I speak to lucknow office than he (Anoop Mehrotra) say to resign & refund this money within 15 days to resign, but no result till now.
Now any person ( Vivek batra - [protected], Anoop Mehrotra - [protected], Vishal Nigam- [protected] ( Lucknow office) not receieve call or recieve call some time than not satisfied answer by him.
So please check this issue.

Its not got updated if I called up to customer care they are not responding properly they are disconnecting my cal . Who the lady Spoke to me as floor supervisor her name. Is sahra. She also not responding ha . What the hell she doing . Tell her to go some where

My aunt's sundirect DTH Connection expired today[[protected]]; I was tried to recharge it through the customer self-care portal, before it got expired, but it's always saying invalid log-in. I have made around 15-20 calls to the customer care for the solution; but every time I call, they just say, complaint registered, have to wait 12 hours. Now it's 4 days, and connection got expired.

The complaint no.s are follows.

I have no hope that they can solve my problem.

Here I am putting my complaint for the new customers; they should think twice before taking SUN Direct.

We have sun direct and smart card no.[protected].all channels are stopped without any information today.
the motto of customer care is don t care customer. when the customer care informs the customer that complaints will be attended with in 48 hrs and if it isnot done dont they have a courtesy to inform the customer that there is some delay. the height of arrogance is they say that we cant complain to anybody else.

Dear sir/madem,

I am registered one complent (thought[protected] on 15.09.2013 regading improper working of Setupbox
technician came and replaced old setup box and took Rs.600/- (he not given Bill for that) replaced setup also defective.he is not sloved problem after called him 4-5 times also.
