Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have purchased a Maruti Wagon R Car LXI (BS-IV) from your branch of City Cars, Waidhan. In the mean time I had been retired from the services of NCL, Jayant, so I make a request to give me the temporary registration of the car so that I may be able to register my car at my native place 24-Hathibarkala, P.O.-Hathibarkala, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). Mr. Bhupendra Singh, Incharge of City cars, Waidhan branch handed over me Invoice & form 21 in original and photo copy of form 22 at the time of my departure from Waidhan. After my arrival at Dehradun, on dated[protected], when I tried to submit the papers at R.T.O. Dehradun office for registration they did not accept the papers with out original certificate of form-22. I then immediately contact to Mr. Bhupendra Singh and Mr. Lokesh Singh (Sales Executive) on telephone to locate the original copy of form-22 and hand over it to Mr. Bishwajeet, a local resident of Waidhan, so that he can send me form-22 by post / courier immediately.

But, I am regret to say that after my several reminders on telephone and frequent visits of Mr. Biswajeet at City Cars, Waidhan branch they did not handed over the required Form-22 till to this date i.e.[protected]. Now they are not co- operating me and even they are not attending my phone call.

You are, therefore, requested kindly look into the matter personally and arrange to handover me original copy of Form-22 so that I may be able to submit the paper at R.T.O. Dehradun for registration of my car. In the mean time I would like to inform you that the validity of the temporary regn. of the car has expired as it was valid only up to[protected]. I am looking forward to your response in this case and a speedy action will be greatly appreciated.

    Sir,
    I had purchased an Alto LXI from INDUS MOTOR
    CO.,Pattom Thiruvananthapuram on 06.04.2009 at the time of purchase I
    also taken an Extended Warranty Registration and remitted extra high
    amount but my third service a bill given about Rs.2300/-
    (materials900/- & labour 1400/-)on 25/10/2009 at Indus metookada
    service station at the time of mileage is 11070. At the time of
    previous service engine oil was changed with my own cost about
    Rs.1500/-,.they said that again changed engine oil in this service
    also at the condition of above mileage, this is not requested by me.
    They actually changed free service to paid service and to abnormally
    imposed extra charges initial and each services, this is against the
    existing agreement and also cheating their Customers.

      I Naveen Singhal from AGRA. I had a Swift Dzire Maruti car having no UP80 BL 0106. I give my car for 4 th paid services in Prime Motors service centre Agra byepass road Agra on 10.10.2011 with no problem in car (i.e only because my service is due) . They made service but my car does not picking up excellator after service. I check it and complaint the same to service centre on 11.10.2011 and told that the there was some problem with cluth/excellator my car is not picking up speed. They said I will send you the engineer to your premises but they does not do so. After repedeatly complain the same they said I will send engineer after diwali.. On 30.10.2011 i.e after diwali they send us the service engineer and the engineer is saying that your clutch is down. Then I made complaint on [protected]. Then the service centre said to me that please you agree to change your clutch and I will made you a discount on your bill.
      I want to know that my car is running only 11000 odd kilometer and only after the day of service the problem occur that you can also check from my JOB Card Data. Is this a way to earn the money by changing the parts and creating the problem to the customer.

      Poor service at Prime Motors Agra

      I am Ajay Dhar from Agra, and i had given my car for paid service to prime motors but the services of the dealer are pathetic. They are not at all professional and my car was not even properly cleaned. The various complaints which i had intially ask to be done were not even attended to on top of that my gear areas cover was kept open and screws were missing. The same as shown to the delivery boy and he acknowleded the same but the manager who called was not even willing to accept the mistake. The simple answer is that it is all ok.
      With this complaint i request Maruti to look and audit their service centers regularly and as a Maruti customer i feel dejected with such services. Why should a customer find faults in his servicing and then report it and then it keeps on going on and on.

      I hope the main responsible owner of this center take note of these issue and avoid further guest desonances.

          previously i complained about their direct job offer through e mail, using Maruti suzuki company's name. so this is the a/c no and name given by him for my response... as below

          We are in receipt of your email, Be informed that the security deposit payment which is 14,900 INR is a refundable deposit, and should be deposited into the HRD account details given below so it will enable us to send you your Air Ticket and offer letter. Note, you need to show us the copy of the deposit slip and offer letter on the date of your interview at the gate in-other for you to be allowed by our security officials into the company premises for the interview.

            My Name is Jerin George.K who had purchased a Maruti Ritz Vxi(KL-08-AU-7475) from Popular.Please do Check the points below when u give vehicle for service at Thrissur Service Center of Popular.
            1)When u give vehicle for service at POPULAR dont tell anything to your executive they know what to do and they will do it to their satisfaction which though dont match up with your satisfaction and also after the service don't give any feedback because they don't want it for their improvement.Then might think that the service you got is best.
            2)Also don't ask about when some fresh hands are working on your vehicle and also don't question when some of the works in your vehicle is done by unauthorized persons who is given sub contract for performing certain tasks on your vehicle.Believe that nothing will happen even if your car works are carried by inexperienced and unauthorized people.It will still run but you should be trapped in the false believe assurance from the service centre. The above mentioned things are told by Mrs Sheila([protected]) who is posted in Popular Kochi Office and is looking out the all Kerala Customer Care network of Popular

              I PURCHASED MARUTI SWIFT LDI MODEL ON28/03/2011. ON 13/082011.I NOTICED SOME HARDNESS IN POWER STEERING OF MY CAR. I CALLED UPON M/S SWANI MOTORS FROM WHOM I PURCHASED THE CAR . THERE REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO MY HOME AND CHECKED THE VEHICLE AND SAID THAT IT REQUIRES TO BE TAKEN TO WORK SHOP. NEXT DAY AGAIN I CALLED SWANI MOTORS AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT THERE REPRESANTATIVE TURNED UP AFTER REPPEATED REMINDERS AND CALLS . HE TOOK THE VHICLE TO SWANI MOTORS WORKSHOP.WHEREOURVEHICLE WAS THROUGLY CHECKED AND IT WAS FOUND THAT POWER STTERING WAS NOT WORKING AND NEED TO BE REPLACED.AS MY CAR WAS UNDER WARRANTY WE REQUESTED THE WORKSHOP OFFICIALS TO GET THE SAME REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. BUT THEY GOT VERY MUCH RIGID AND START ABUSING AND BEHAVED VERY RUDELY.SO WE DECIDED TO BRING BACK OUR CAR AND SAME WAS SENT TO STAN AUTOS SERVICE CENTER THEY ALSO REFUSED TO GET THE SAME REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY AFTERHOLDING OUR VEHICLE FOR SEVEN DAYS . SAYING THAT FAULT WAS DUE TO ENTERING OF RAIN WATER IN THE CABIN. WHEREAS THERE WAS NO SIGN OF WATER IN THE CABIN . AND SAME WAS ALSO NOT POINTED OUT WHEN OUR CAR WENT FIRST TIME TO SWANI MOTIOR WORKSHAP AND NOTHING HAS BEEN MENTIONED IN OUR CAR HISTORY. WE COMPLAINED TO THE COMPANY ABOUT THIS BUT THE COMPANY TURNED A DEAF EAR TO OUR COMPLAINT.                 Dear Sir,

                I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki vehicle (Wagon R, VXI model) on 01/08/2011 from Pratham Motors Ltd, queen’s road, Bangalore. At the time of quotation the dealer has promised that a discount of rupees 23250/- (vehicle discount-20000 & corporate discount - 3250) will be given on the Wagon R, VXI model. After purchasing the vehicle a discount of rupees 20395/- was given. It was informed that the difference in discount was collected as VAT, which is nowhere having accountability in any of the documents provided after delivery i.e., Invoice, etc. Even after several mails/remainders about discount discrepancy to Maruti Suzuki motors Ltd as well as Pratham Motors Bangalore, none of them responded to the complaint. So I request you to take necessary action on Maruti Suzuki motors Ltd as well as Pratham Motors Bangalore and resolve my issue by either refunding the excess amount which I paid or show the accountability for VAT as soon as possible. Pls find Quotation and Invoice copy as attachment.

                  I bought maruti swift diesel in 2008. I took three years extended warranty. My car had a steering problem. It was quite hard to drive the car. I told the batra automobiles dealer from whom the car was periodically and regularly serviced at 21000 kms and he told me that its your misconception and the steering of diesel car is hard.
                  I again told him at 47000 kms that time he replaced some spindle parts. I told him if required he should replace whole steering but he said that this would solve the problem.
                  Again i told him at 60000 kms that the steering is hard and he told me that there is problem and it needs to be replaced. My car was still under warranty period and he told me that it cannot be done as the warranty is till 40000kms . I was shocked to listen this .
                  IF this is so then how come warranty was given to me at 47000 kms.
                  Why was the part now duly checked at 21000 kms when i first made a complaint.
                  The dealer refused to give me the copy of all the job cards also and told me that i can get it from any maruti dealer anytime. I told him then why not now u give me ,he said that he wont.
                  Kindly look into this matter. I had complained to maruti suzuki on 8th Sept 2011 when my car was still under warranty and they called me up and told me to take the vehicle again to the dealer. I went to him and at 62000 kms and he told me now that a part of the steering has to be replaced and he would do that now under warranty and the whole steering doesnt need to be replaced.
                  Now he was just contraindicating his own words what he said to me at 60000 kms when everything was to be paid from my pocket and he told me that time also that if he replaces that part then again after 6 months the whole steering would need replacement.

                  Maruti Suzuki Swift — steering problem

                  my car is under warranty. there is a problem in steering. the dealer is not cooperating with me. since one month he is saying that they will solve the problem soon.

                    we book a swift vdi [abs] on[protected] but after one year and one month we did not get the car we contact our dealer indus motors in muttom aluva ernakulam sales repersentatives tell diffrent reasons
                    Then they finaly changed our booking to new model swift then
                    we did not get the car the agreed period dealer make different reasons on the due date
                    We are going to a move for legal fight against the dealer indus motor our booking number66566

                      I GOT MY SWIFT REPAIRED THOROUGHLY ON 29/12/2010 AT LOCAL DEALER, THE PROBLEMS REPORTED WERE 1. BLACK SMOKE FROM SILENCER ON ACCELERATION (ENGINE OIL GETTING BURNT) 2. VIBRATION NOISE FROM ENGINE AND 3. POOR PICKUP.

                      THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. WARRANTY WAS CLAIMED BY WORKS MANGER RS. 4024/- AND REGULAR MAINTENANCE BILL OF MORE THAN RS.5000/- BOTH WERE PAID BY ME. TILL DATE THE MONEY IS NOT REIMBURSED TO ME BY THE COMPANY.

                      THE PROBLEMS REPORTED ABOVE RECURS EVERY 5000 KMS AS THE ENGINE OILS GETS THINNER. THE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DECREASES AND DIMINISHES AND FREQUENT ENGINE OIL TOP-UPS ARE REQUIRED.

                      MARUTI IS NOT PARTICULAR IN GETTING THE WARRANTY JOBS DONE AT THEIR COST BUT WANTS ITS CUSTOMERS TO BORNE THE EXPENSES EVEN DURING WARRANTY PERIOD. SHAMEFUL ON THE PART OF MARUTI. IN THIS COMPETETIVE WORLD SHALL I PURCHASE ANOTHER MARUTI VEHICLE , CERTAINLY NO!

                      KINDLY ARRANGE TO COMMUNICATE THEIR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT TO SETTLE MY CLAIM AT THE EARLIEST.

This refundable interview security deposit of Rs.15,000/- should be paid through our account officer in charge name to enhance easy refund immediately after the interview. Account number will be provided to you upon your response to this mail by the secretary. We adopt this method to control the Interview ground and to check people that are not serious but are present because of the free air ticket and accommodation. The interview security deposit is compulsory irrespective of candidate location.

                          Dear applicant;

                          We are in receipt of your email, Be informed that the security deposit payment which is 13,600 INR is a refundable deposit, and should be deposited into the HRD account details given below so it will enable us to send you your Air Ticket and offer letter. You are required to deposit the refundable interview security deposit to this below account details.                             I was proud owner of Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire VXI purchased on 7Th March2011 ( PB65N-1294 Chassis No.340260 Engine No. 1093874) until I was hit by a speedy vehicle from back side causing bumper and luggage compartment damaged.

                            I approached M/S Berkeley Mohali for repairs and they replaced back lights, bumper and trunk lid. Car was delivered to me after 4-5 days but I shocked to see the quality of repairs. trunk lid was not closing properly, Logo was not fixed. Next morning I shocked to see rain water inside luggage compt. It was full of water and damaged my laptop and bags.


                            I reported this problem to there service Manager Manjit Singh and he told me to bring car again to fix all problem. I drove my car again and told all defects specially that water is going inside and digi is not fixed properly. I drove my car for repairs and they delivered me with same defect. This time Tyre changing tools were also missing from car.


                            Again I have called to Manjit Singh and explained rain water has gone inside but he was not bothered to listen and insisted to bring car again. They don't have trained manpower and I don't want to get repairs again and again.

                            I have also called to Maruti Chandigarh office on 24Th Sep2011 for resolution but in vein. I have not received any call as of now... this shows how maruti take cares of customers.

                                Dear Sir,

                                We have recently bought a Suzuki Access 125 from the delaer at borivali. Post 10 days it got defects in coil, battery and lights. We have given back the same to the dealear to get it replaced. Now it has passed 10 days and still no solution to it. They are saying that there is no stock availablity of parts.

                                You say is it our fault to spend 59,000 for it. We are really feeling that we have made mistake in buying it.

                                  It’s here by informed to you that I have a Maruti A – Star VXI Model 2009 June. This Car had been purchased your Authorised Show room ( Rohan Motor – Ghaziabad)

                                  I am Extremely Sorry to Say about the poor quality of Tyres ( Make J.K Tyre) Rear Wheel Tyre destroyed when my Car running 100-120 on the highway of Meerut to Muzaffarnagar after toll Plaza at that time I was with my family atrandom Rear tyre of Driving Side has been uolled up with high noise & hit my Bumper with Back light . I was unable to stop my car atonce, me and my family so feared and timed when I stop my car slowly – slowly, after writing this story of tyre. I just want to say to the Management of ‘Maruti Udyou Ltd.’ If me and my family become injured having that incident who was to be the responsible for that incident either you or J.K Tyre Ltd.

                                  Hence I request you to take a quick & hard action against J.K Tyre, for its Poor Quality of Tyre and Issue me another tyer as per replacement should be other company make.

                                    i book access before 4 months they told me that they will give me access in 4 months but still there is 4 and half month happen but no any reply from the dealer, and when i go for booking they already talk with me very roughly, i think your company has no need of customer, i already mail before 3 times but there is no any reply from your company.

                                        I was a complaint with my scooter that was before 2-3 months i went to the service Suzuki service center and back to my home now also i am facing the same problem.Before 2 weeks my brake jammed and i call that fellow in service center and a person came but he is doing the pvt work not related with Suzuki ...he didn't gave me the cash slip and demand me for money.......now i am thinking i am just trapped with this vehicle........so pls tell me what i want to do next...[protected]..this is my no..

                                        i purchased a SUZUKI ACCESS scooter from SIGNATURE MOTORS INDIA PVT LTD , KANNUR , KERALA. now i am facing a problem with the two wheeler .the one side of the front wheel tyre has worn excessively but the rear wheel tyre has no such problem, i reported it to the service manager at the 4th service(8000km) ,they sorted the problem is with tyre. so i returned the tyre back to MRF they inspected the tyre doesnt have any problem and i get a inspection report from MRF. i took the report to the service centre then the service manager replied its the problem of road and wont sort the problem. furthermore i showed my vehicle to a mechanic he said its vehicles problem. i myself a automobile engineer and do also know its the vehicles mistake.if any problem with the road then my other vehicles should also face the same. whereas my other vehicle runs long distances dont face any such issues.adding more to this the service manager MR RIBHI K. N harshly said that they wont solve it and to do what u can. i here by want to take a strict action against it.please do look into the issue and make justice with it .now vehicle is on warranty period(12000km) vehicle detail and service centre deatail given below

                                        Suzuki Access — tyre worn out at 8000km

                                        I have got a Suzuki Access around one year old .The tyre which was given by the company had worn out at 8000km of the rear end.Are these companies simply use the name for the body and engine and procure tyre from some filthy firms.

                                        Very poor service., irresponsible staffs especially reception lady and service manager.They have no system .When I called the service centre 3 days continuesly, but they not know what is the present condition my vehicle.They telling tomorrow or next day, but vehicle is still on service centre.No clear communucation from service centre.
                                        I have less than one year Suzukki Access 125.When I gave it for free service at Thrikkakara I pointed out the problem in connection with self starting.They told me it was due to the battery problem and it will be replaced within two days, ( for warranty period) . One month has already gone. Still no response. several time i called the person who is in charge of service.
