[Resolved]  T24 Mobile — freecap balance

It shows Freecap balance of Rs.1000.00 in Kolkata also

same problem with me. when i check balance by typing BAL and send it to 52121. it shows that pool20 balance is this and valadity is this, T24FREECAP balance is 1000.00. i am not able to understand this. what does it means? can you please give us reply?

i do not get the balance details after a call.

Ignore T24FREECAP. When called they say techincal error and since 6 months it is not rectified. It is sales pitch.

i too have some problem like this...my balance shows to be zero even i have recharged it :(

Same problem with me. when I check balance by typing BAL and send it to 52121, it shows balance to be Rs 14.50; pool20 balance as Rs 65.28 with validity till 26/08/2011 and T24FREECAP to be Rs 1000.00. T24FREECAP balance is T24 to T24 calls balance.

the 1st balance is the 1 which u hav recharged...pool20 balance z d shopping balance u hav got..T24FREECAP is due to technical errors..

T24FREECAP balance is the default error from T24 it nothing dont count is a balance for anything...it is nothing you can call T24 customer care for this information on 52121...i hope your doubt is clear...thanks

Plz let me know about Pool Balance 1000.
Either Remove that option from it

today i recharge Rs. 200 but get talk time of RS.200 you has sent message extra talk time .Get talk time of Rs.235 on RS.200 recharge at any of the future group stores.Therefore i request to you give me extra talk time of RS.35.

No tower inside the house
