[Resolved] T24 Mobile Service — GPRS not working for 10 days. | |||
I have activated GPRS service on my mobile for which I paid Rs.96/-. The service never worked for me properly. And for past 10 days it stopped working completely. And I am calling customer care daily 2 times. But the response is "Excuse us for inconvenience" your problem will be resolved shortly. Second problem is they are reluctant to register a complain. After lot of calls and effort one customer care reported the case No.[protected]. I am not provide my mobile no as it can be misused for SPAM. If they can't provide proper service they have no right to charge customers. Let Future Group respond to this. Frther blunder is the website http://www.t24mobile.com/customercare.html give a list of Nodal Officer which is of Tata Docomo they say it not to T24 Mobile. What kind of service ? I have given T24 recharge slip in bigbazar desk. for which balance was credited after 24hours. soon after checking my balance which was credited, i was eager to call my friends with this shopping balance. But i am unable to call with this shopping balance.
What the answer i got from customer care is " sir, you have to wait till next day afternoon to get the balance activated "..
see friends, we have to wait 24 hours for crediting the balance..and 12 more hours to call after crediting the balance..
i don't know what service T24 is providing us. its creating more inconvenience to the customers.
i am not at all satisfied with this T24.

I gave Rs.150 recharge slip to the desk. but only rs.15 was credited in my account.
today i have been to big bazar and talked to t24 desk. they have rectified the problem and recharged my mobile. thanks to big bazar T24 desk
i also recharge data Rs 96, 15 daya after still data not worked.
I have topped up today for Rs.96 for internet data which is not working.
incoming call doest receieved
when anyone calls then first it engaged then rings...sometimes it always engaged...please suggest me what to do to solve this problem39%

So far no response. I guess no difference between "Future Group Customer Care" and "T24 Customer care".
