      i m bharti garg from palwal(haryana) my no.is [protected] m very disturbed from lst two months with ur service...not able to talk to customer care,there is no option to talk to c/care frm my no. on both 121 and 198 also call didn't dialled after press 9 too and i hve no other option to talk tto c/care..pls help me as soon as possible as m also tensed with deduction of rs 120from my balance last week.this happens with me fourth or fifth time....i really fad up with my no. bcoz o[censored]r bad services n many more deductions..also my no. is also blocked for VAS frm lastthree mnths n not able to download the caller tune also..pls help otherwise i have to port or change my no. due to all things........

        I am using docomo's prepaid service at mobile no.[protected].
        At this no. I have active Internet connection with the help of data
        Packs.
        For last 2-3months I am suffering unfair balance deductions.
        In First case after expiry of data pack they cut 3to400 rupees without
        any MSG.(alerts) Of deduction, it includes the deduction after activation
        Of pack also.
        In 2nd case they didn't send any reminder of pack's expiry (which they used to)
        and cut the balance about 3to 400 rupees.
        In third case, I was surfing some other site and all of the sudden their dive in portal
        opened, I saw what was that and went back back back..I didn't downloaded any thing
        and got a MSG of deduction of Rs.99 for downloading hot babes. I came out of site immediately
        and spoke to the customer care but they didn't listen me. After the call I again checked the balance
        and it was 11 rupees out of 240rupees. I again spoke to customer care but all in vein. They told this time
        it was for some other downloads and I have not received any thing in my phone. I want to clear that I don't have
        any history of visiting dive in neither downloading chargeable things.

        Tata DOCOMO prepaid mobile services — Deductions from prepaid balance

        Despite repeated complains & request The company does not comply to refund money deducted from my number [protected] which they say Rs. 20 was deducted on 09/10/2010 for some Value pack Sporty_Girls which I do not wish to use after requesting the said company to refund the money they give reply that it was downloaded by me which is really annoying as they keep on sending such messages even after starting DND service which they say will take 45 days, which is really more frustrating until there was very less balance in my account they never use to send any such messages as soon as I recharged the number in order to call overseas to my brother they are deducting my money without informing me.

        I would like to request you to please look in to the matter & provide a suitable solution

        I am a user of Tata Docomo Prepaid Cellular no.
        Firstly Tata docomo keeps sending innumerous
        promotional sms(s) & calls. I am using a nokia
        sliding cellph which gets unlocked when slided.
        It happend on 27th Nov'10, i was travelling & kept
        my cellph in my handbag, unknowingly &
        accidentally my cellph slid & got unlocked & at
        the same time there was an promotional sms recd &
        it got activated. later i recd an sms saying Rs.
        30/- got deducted for activating shayari.com. I
        immediately called tata docomo customer care #
        [protected] - Mr. Prosenjit Pramanik & narrated the
        entire incident to him. He confirmed that the amount Rs.
        30/- will be refunded.
        Today 30th Nov'10 morning, I again called tata
        docomo customer care # [protected] Mr. Vivek
        Chakraborty said that no such complaints was
        registered on 27th Nov'10 BUT there was a call
        made by the customer which shows in their records,
        further he tells me that 48hrs have passed & they
        cannot take the complaint nor refund the amount
        deducted.
        The question now lies here is "why do consumers /
        customers have to suffer" if no action /
        initiative is taken to resolve the complaint by
        Tata Docomo ?? Why do tata docomo sends
        promotional sms when customers don't subscribe for
        such services ?? Tata Docomo will irrveriably send
        such sms throughout the day & then expect the
        customer to dial some tollfree nos to
        unsubscribe...this is all harrasment & a good way
        to make / deduct money from the customers.
        I am also using airtel & vodafone mobile service, but never faced such problems.

          I am K.Ramalinga Reddy customer of tata photon with photon number [protected] and account number[protected], i have given letter for cancellation of services six months back, but they have not cancelled it and kept sending bills even i have not used photon service ,after 2 months bill was paid by company itself and informed me about restored service again but i have not been using their services till date but tata docomo is keep sending bills ,today i got a call from consumer court Delhi for payment of rs 800 as outstanding bill i paid it with transaction number MSPD[protected] ...plz see that my tata photon services are get cancelled ......otherwise iam going to publish about this fraud in all newspapers and going to cover in telugu t.v channels with all proofs and details ...i am regular expert member reg academic activities in t.v channels ...

            I opted for tata photon 2 years ago and had cancelled it 6 months ago but i kept receiving messages of the bill of very month, i enquired about it at their office and they told me to ignore them.
            Today i received a call from a guy stating that i had to come to the court cause i had not payed the bill.
            He asked me to pay 800 online. Is this fair, i have cancellation receipt now.

              My Name is Sagar. My mobile numeber is [protected]. i recharged my account with 250 /- special recharge for 1gb 3g internet and rs 222 balance. Few hours later, a message was sent to me by tata docomo that i have subscribed to "offer of the day" service of tata docomo. i didn't subscribe to any such services and I was charged rs 30 without my knowledge. A day later I was surfing web and suddenly i got a pop up sayin "you have downloaded santa walpaper" and i was charged rs 90. what should i do? please help me out. These are the amounts deducted from my balance without my knowledge.

              Tata DoCoMo Network — Poor Service in West Bengal Circle

              My number is [protected] . mostly I lived in West Bengal circle. But still now tata docomo is not lunched in west bengal circle. So roaming charges is applied to me. Kindly start that service as soon as possible
              From the 1st day I complained against poor coverage. They assured several times that new tower setup is going on and will be completed within 31st Jan'10. After that day they are saying no cell site was planned!!! Tata docomo is no1 worst company in the telecom sector. They don't give value to customers.

              Tata Docomo — activation of unwanted services

              I am getting unwanted alerts and activations without my requests on my no. [protected]. As a result charges are being instantly deducted without verifying whether I have requested for the activations. Repeatedly I have to call service provider to deactivate and beg for reversing the amount. Repeated requests have failed and activation alerts are still on. I feel cheated and am at the verge of surrendering the number. I also feel this is mischief from some particular section of TATA without thinking that this is giving bad image to TATA type of company and will harm future business.. Will concerned do the needful? I want all these unwanted services to be deactivated.

              I have currently using Tata Docomo simcard.Yesterday,at 8.30pm,i got messege that i have been subscribed to Shero-Shayri chota 30 & 30 rupies have been deducted from my balance.So i called to Docomo customer care on 121 & told all things happened.I told him to return my deducted Rs.30 balance as i have not used that service and i have never activated such foolish service.Plz tell me what to do to get my deducted balance?

              I have not sent any request to activate which is useless for me "Shero-Shayri_Chota_30"
              How this be be activated without my request / approval and INR 17.21/- has been deducted from my account balance.
              If this is what the service from Tata Docomo then I think its time for me to throw the Sim Card instead of paying for useless services and shift to some other networks which is good enough to go with.

              Also I tried reaching the customer care but could not connect to them.

              I am really not satisfied with your customer care service and its been more than 2years I bought this Sim and not even once I'm able to speak to your customer care team every time when I tried calling up.

              Rs. 17.21/- might not be a big amount for the person who own this Docomo Network. Please try to understand that not everyone will be in right situation to let go things like this.

              If I recharge to my number then probably you might deduct the money before this service is deactivated. So, I would wait for few more hours and If this service is not deactivated then for sure i'll have to break the Sim i'm using and throw it away.

              I would appreciate if this issue is resolved soon.

              The MOTD service is auto activated in my mobile number- [protected], please deactivate this MOTD service soon..The amount of 3.00 rupees has been deducted daily on my account.so please take right action against this problem and deactivate it earlier...
              This is a very serious issue, for the last 3 months i have been facing it.

              I have Tata Docomo service.Very month after i recharge there was a deduction of INR 10/- from my account as a sms said i had download from B town rock star. I do not use a gprs phone nor do i answer to any unknown sms or pick up any call which i do not know. how can the service get activated on my phone. after repeatedly complaining to the customer care, I decided to to port my no.i received a frantic call immediately saying the b town rockstar service would be discontinued and deducted money would be refunded and they did the same,
              Now again i refilled my account with INR 50/- and the next morning i got a sms from 543211 that i have download ishq ke naam and there is a deduction of INR 10/- but the account was deducted of INR 40/-.
              I do not not use my non gprs basic phone to download anything, only use it to make and receive calls.
              either your services has been hacked or you are fooling and duping the people by sending false messages of downloading and deduction thier account balance. please take immediate action, Tata service was supposed to be a trusted service.
              they have informed me it is a CRBT decuction too, for which i have not sdubscribed.

              Activating and charging weekly horoscope. we called them again and again to deactivate, but no action has been taken as yet.

              Some 'Astro' is phone calls/SMs are being coming on my phone for last four week Sundays. While enquiry to customer services they say that it is got activated so I have to pay for it.               I am using tata docomo number from almost past 1 year. These people use to activate the unwanted services on my number. When we call them then they deactivate the services but sometimes we donot get to know about the activated services.Now i am on roaming(in Punjab) and again they have deducted 30 Rs for some MGGP service which they have activated on my number [protected] at 01:23 p.m. on 10th November 2011.Now if i will call them,then also call charges will be deducted although its not my fault. Then also i called them from Punjab's number [protected], then customer care said they cannot do it as its bangalore's number.I guess this is their responsibility to call their bangalore branch not our.This is height of irresponsibility and harassment.This tata docomo service providers are fraud and harass the people too much.I expect my money back and no unwanted calls and services on my cell.Please take necessary action against them.

              Tata Docomo — Unwanted Service Activation and bad customer service

              Hello,

              The number I am using at present is[protected]

              I am using Tata DOCOMO from last 3 months, but I am really surprzed seeing there customer service, they keep shoing in add that, we dont force any service to customer, we respond promptly to our customers, you can speak with our customer Representative with one call. BUT to say sorry "THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH TATA DOCOMO".

              They don't even have a sense of humer, I had posted about my complain in there Facebook page and THEY HAVE DELETED MY COMPLAIN POST AND REMOVED ME FROM FACEBOOK PAGE

              Then I tried to call there customer care, but I had nt found any option to reach them, I had tried with both 121 and 198.

              They have activated RADIO MIRCHI service in my mobile with out my approval, now I get a message stating Cricket Alert is activated in your mobile and you will be charged RS 30 per month.

              This is really rediculous and pissing me off, I am really very much dis-satisfied with these kind of service. I would request DOCOMO to take care of this issue and deactvate all these WORST services which they are activating with out my knowledge. And PLZ PLZ PLZ contact me and take my approval before activating any of your "unwanted" services.

              I hope I will get a better response and it will work out the way they show it in there TV ad. Else there wont be any difference between TATA DOCOMO and Other providers.

The deactivation procedure was also not effective, it said i vl receive a deactivation confirmation service..no msg at all. instead i got a msg of renewal. Please do take proper action on it and avoid unnecessary activation and money loss. [protected]

                  I have recharged with Rs.250 pack after consulting DOCOMO CC, after recharge my internet connection was not stopped. I called CC, the guy advised me to send sms HVC to 52270; but i received no response, again I contacted CC, this time my calls are blocked. As everyone is experiencing TD only answers calls to CC onces in a day. I went to CC to change the settings, after long waiting 2 hrs. I was suggested to change APN to TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHCV.

                  This is working but I am not getting even 2G speed with I was getting with Uninor 2G. only problem with Uninor is its connectivity otherwise speed is very goood.

                  I will change to better option after one month may be AIRCEL. DOCOMO SERVICE IS WORST. TATA IS WASTING ITS HARD EARNED NAME WITH THIS DOCOMO PEOPLE.

                    My internet connection is not working for past 10 days. I filed a complaint on Sunday. The customer care told me that it will be resolved in 24 hrs and some one will reach out to me in 4 hrs. No response after 4 hrs. I call them up again and they tell me again some one will reach out to me on Monday. On Monday a tata indicom personnel calls from Chennai. This again is frustrating because I have told them clearly in the first call itself that I want the issue resolved in Bangalore. I tell the person calling from Chennai that I am in Bangalore. Then he says he will route the issue to Bangalore team. Nevertheless I get another call from Chennai. I tell the same to this guy. I dont hear from them anymore on Monday. On Tuesday I call customer care again to check up. They tell me some one will definitely reach out to me by today. Since no one reached out to me after lunch. I call again . He says some one tried to reach out to me on Monday and their call did not go through which sounds ridculous because the guy I called in morning did not tell me anything at all. I hear some one will reach out to me in 2 hours. No one reaches out to me in 3 hrs. I call again begging him to give me the contact number of the technician. I get stock answers in reply and that he does not have the number of the technician. Its been 3 days since I filed the complaint and still the issue is unresolved. Its just so frustrating going through customer care process again and again.

                    TATA Indicom — Internet connection Not working

                    Hi,

                    I am using Internet Broadband from Tata. There is contant problem with this company from starting. Recently i lodged a complain and My complain number is 12059542 . It has been seven days since then. These people are really cheater. This company has grown just because people does not have options. But things are changing very fast.
                    My recommendation is avoid this company. Tata is no longer a trusted name. They cheat you money.

                    When you call on custmor care number or write a mail to their customer service, then these cheater just has a pre-formated answer. You call their custmor service and it is hell.

                    I am going to sue these cheater very soon

                        I have recharged with Rs. 5 rs gprs pack of 50 MB free usage. on 10th feb
                        2013 at 8:49 AM. I have activated it by using crediting in my main balance.
                        I have received .verification code 'VER7510' with message "You have chosen
                        to pay Rs. 5 from your current balance. Your verification code is VER7510.
                        Enter on the online recharge screen within 30 minutes to proceed" on the mobile no [protected]
                        at 8:49 AM only.
                        When the verification code is active for only 30 minutes, within that time
                        only I have activated 5 Rs gprs pack then after started using internet on my
                        mobile.

                        Do u think am fool. What the hell you think of, when I activated 5 rs data
                        pack how come you deduct the money for data usage on same day after the
                        recharge of 5 rs. pack... I have all substatial proofs to support your
                        cheating activities

                        I will file suite in court and pull you to the law of court. I will
                        publish your cheating activities in news paper too..

                        Without excuse recredit my balance... or be ready to face theconsiquenses

                        By the way am going to change my service provider by number portability or
                        else I suspend the connection itself

                        Tata Docomo — balance deducted from main balance

                        I am Azarudeen i using tata docomo mobile number it really cheats me.
                        I am using gprs pack rs48 as a one month pack but instead of deduced balance at the gprs data balance they deduced balance from main balance.
                        its really upset me,its not only for this time all the time they do like this.my mobile number [protected] plz take this complaints

                        Tata Docomo Gsm Mobile service — Daily unnecessary Deduction in Balance

                        I Have TATA DOCOMO GSM pre-paid sim.
                        my account balance of number '' [protected] " is deducted unnecessary,
                        i have suffered lost of 3 rs daily from my balance without activating any service.

                        i also have registered my complaint to the customer care ([protected]) and they ensures me to solve my problem but after a long wait of 4-5 days my problem is still contineous..

                        i request to please solve my problem as soon as possible and return my unnecessary deducted balance.

                        TATA DOCOMO GSM MOBILE SERVICES — Unnecessary deduction of balance from mobile

                        My name is Paresh Shah and my number is [protected]. I activated Rs.48 for 1 GB gprs plan. even though I had a plan activated on my number, I was chaged Rs.150 and later Rs.200 for gprs usage. When I tried contacting the customer service, they never gave me a satisfying answer. Rather they told me the most illogical reasons for balance deduction plus they never took any complaint and neither gave me any complaint numbers. Since they are not able to give satisfactory answers, they disconnected my calls everytime. The point worth noting is that I still haven't used the whole of 1 GB and I've never browsed or downloaded from any chargeable site, still my balance was deducted by Rs.350. On several occasions I've complained about balance deduction on my number but still the same continues. Please take some strict action.

                        Tata Communication — Wrongly deduction of Money

                        complaint is about wrongly deduction of balance of mobile nos [protected], i called to customer care many time to stop deduction and they even assured in future no deducition will be made. but even that balance is getting reduced in the name varous services. since last one month every day Rs 5 deducting in the name of Valuepack VOD, and even i called customer care to stop this and they suggested all time to disactivate this plaese call 155223 and i did that and all time i got voice that u have not any service activated on your nos. so how the company deucting money without having any activation of service. even nearby 7 th sept Rs. 99 was deducted without any massage.

                        Even i mailed my complaint at [protected]@tatadocomo.com three or four time from and my last mail to them was on 1 Octo. 2011 and they assured me to stop service. but still service is running on and even i m not able to close it. i am really facing mentally torture

                        I also faced the similar type of balance depletion, customer care excused themselves by saying that it was my fault and the main balance had been deducted for those webpages whose size is more than 20 MB.
                        I would like to mention that this 20 mb term is no where in tatadocomo's terms and conditions while we recharge.

                            Would like to bring to your notice that last tuesday i applied for a
                            new GSM Tata Docomo Connection with a 666 value connection.

                            Its been a week, my new no. is not activated - [protected]

                            All documents were submitted in person & an alternate no. was also
                            given - [protected].

                            Tata retailer promised the activation in 3 days & now its been a week.

                            I called the call centre & as usual they have no clue.

                            I reside at dockyard & the tata retailer is right outside the station.

                            Please let me know the future course of action or should i wait
                            endlessly without a clue for the nos. to get activated.

                            Would like to add that this is not acceptable from the Tata's atleast.

                            My connection is still not activated & have tried everything possible
                            to get it started.

                            I visited your authorised store this morning in Byculla, south mumbai
                            & they are not willing to help at all. I talked to Komal & floor
                            incharge malik, they say if you take the connection from the gallery
                            only then we can assist.

                            I got a call from[protected] fauzia, she seems to be from customer
                            service....she talked to me but did not deliver a resolution. Even she
                            talked to malik but both of them could not come to a solution.

                            I took the prepaid card from a tata retailer near dockyard rly stn,
                            his nos. 65886304...in his records documents were submitted to the
                            distributor on 6th of this month i.e shah telecommunication. Retailer
                            called the distributor & got a reply that they have forwarded the
                            documents.

                            Now i really don't understand your sales or your operations cycle. All
                            i want is my damn card to be activated asap.

                            Can you please help & definitely i expect a good customer service. Its
                            been a week i am running around the retailer, gallery, customer
                            service, call centre but my card is yet not activated.

                              Hi,

                              I have recharged my tata docomo number by online recharge offer from www.tatadocomo.com.
                              Recharge was for Rs 199 and plan written in the site is
                              500 mins STDLocal free for 28days
                              transaction id MHDF[protected]

                              But I got the offer as local docomo calls free for 2500mins,which is not at all required for me.I opted the plan for STD use and got for local docomo usage.

                              When I called customer care service to check about my offer ,i got a really bad response from them.
                              They are not supposed to refund the amount and said that all the plans are changing and its under process.If that is the case then why they have updated their site.Customers are not fools.They dint even provide the reference Id for the call.

                              Attaching the offer mentioned in docomo site.
                              Please help me to get my money refunded and take action for the irresponsible service provided by docomo.

                                    I got a message by LM-PHOTON on 7th feb 2013 saying 1GB dat free on RC350 for your Photon number [protected] (total 2.5GB Data) offer valid till 14th Feb 2013 Free data credited within 72hrs. I did the recharge on 8th feb and waited for 3 days, my data was not credited. I contacted customer support through chat, he said that offer vaild only if you have done previous recharges for Rs 350 or of validity 30days or more. My previous recharge was for 21 days validity.
                                    But my question is how will i come to know that the offer is valid only if ou have done previous recharges for 30 days validity or more, as message does not provide any information regarding this. The information was too misleading and people are getting fooled by such offer which do not give you promised offer.
                                    In the evening i again called up[protected], there they informed no such offer exists. And usually messages will be either sent by TATA or DOCOMO, not by PHOTON. I was shocked, because i used to get lot of messages by LM PHOTON till i did my recharge on 8th feb.
                                    I have attached a screen shot of the message.
                                    I want my extra 1GB data, its not my responsibility to check for conditions which were not displayed in message. TATA DOCOMO PLEASE STOP THIS ACT.

                                      While I was on roaming from 25th Jan'13 to 9th Feb'13 service provider deduct excess balance inspite of having separate and active STV for tariff (STV 25) n sms (STV 54)
                                      Before recharge of STV I made contact to one of the Customer Care Representative ( CCR ) and asked can I avail this facility on a roaming net work and CCR assured that it will work as usual but it did not.
                                      Deducted Rs. 25.20 for 9 sms. (6x Rs.3.45 + 3x Rs.1.5) and 1.5 p/sec for all outgoing n incoming calls, Moreover for a particular number [protected] of kolkata circle deducted Re.1/m. for outgoing calls.
                                      On 30/01/2013 I dialed 52222 for offers and availed an offer of Rs. 36 for the services of " all local and std calls will be charged @ 1 paisa/2sec for 30 days" But after balance deduction I did not get the service I paid for.

                                      Please look into this matter and try to resolve as soon as possible.

                                      Tata Docomo — illegal cost charges

                                      i rakesh sahu a customer of tatadocomo cell no. [protected] has been charged rs.17 with the reson that downloading of game by 3g wap services using dive in, but i didn't use that.

                                      sir, i got free data use of 100 mb and when i start using company deduct 17 Rs. But i only used less then 1 mb
                                      i severely contect to customer care then 1st person said that there having system problem, and said that i contect after 1hr.
                                      After that another one transfer my call to senior one
                                      then he gave me nodal officer's no[protected] but he not reciev my call. After that i again call to customer care there also my call has been transfer to again there seniors but my problem doesnot ractifying.
                                      There having also several time illigal cost deduction by saying that activtion of love tips ....
                                      Sir please take right action to ractify my problem.
