Tata Docomo — Network Issue

Hi,

My number is [protected] and I am in Pune.

There is a lot of network problem for most part of the day/night. I had called the customer complaint a couple of times few days back to register a complaint but nothing seems to have happened.

To talk to somebody, I atleast have to call 2-3 times before connecting the call. Then also, the call gets dropped most of the times. I am really getting frustrated with Tata Docomo Network now.

Please do not ask me to use Aircel network as the same thing is happening with it also.

Please look into it or I will have to change my service provider.

I have also sent a mail to tata docomo customer care 2 times but still there is no contact from them regarding this.

Please look into it.

I have got stuck in a stupid cycle.I will file a complaint, they will call me twice or thrice but each time a new person will call and ask about the problem or questions like where do you stay but none of them will come and solve the problem.And to add to the agony they will close your complaint on their own.I have reprted this problem to even Nodal Officer Sheela Sara Abraham.But my problem is still unresolved.

I don't want to use Photon any more. i am attaching the mail conversation between me and Nodal officer.

I reside at vazakkala area in kochi and i have subscribed for two photon plus devices. My satisfaction level with the services
photon team is providing has never been close to satisfactory. While purchasing photon devices 3Mbps speed was promised but
i am getting speed of 3KBps.Please believe me i am not kidding.i am experienced software programmer. i know about computers.Earlier i raised a complaint and an antenna was installed in my vicinity but again the speed never showed up . I feel the problem is with infrastructure and devices installed in my area.They are not working fine .May be others are getting fine speed but my area people are really frustrated. You can see my internet usage, i have enrolled for 10GB plan but all i managed to use was 3MB .I have paid thousand of bucks but they don't seem worth.

I don't want to trouble photon team anymore. I have decided to discontinue.If possible please reimburse the amount i paid for
the devices. I don't want to but i am forced to move to other service provider.

Today network engineer visited my home and they are conforming that there is problem with network infrastructure in my area (vazakkala) . They are telling
they can't offer any solution at this time and they have plans to set up new direction antenna in this area. Please help me with this problem. Same
thing was told to me earlier also and i have been patient enough. If this is the case then i feel i should get some waiver in my plan or i be happy to
surrender my instrument.i tried reaching you through mobile so that i can let you know what network engineers have to say but phone was busy.

Monday i feel was yesterday, Till now i have not been contacted by any of Photon support person. And i am very grateful to the team for auto closing my ticket.No feedback has been taken, no improvement has been done, nothing
has been done but just my ticket was closed. I hope thats how a good problem solving rate can be achieved.

This is Phanindra. I have been using tata docomo prepaid service. Unfortunately i was unable to make the calls in the evenings after 6 PM even i can see full signal.

And also sometimes i cant find signal at all...I have checked with my handset thinking that the problem is with but confirmed that problem is not on my side..its with the network..!

Its very disappointing to see these kind of happenings with docomo..! Hope the issue will get resolved soon..!

I stay in N.S Palya, BTM 2nd Stage Bangalore.
Recently I moved to that place. after moving to the new house i found that my handset is having problem getting the network.
Some times i am getting 1 stick and some times 2 sticks of network. With that network the call gets drooped and so many breaks while on conversation. I gave a complain to tata docomo customer care on 30th june 2012 regarding this. complain # is PNR[protected].
they said that it will be resolved by 8PM on 3rd july 2012.

I called them on 4th july morning to know the status of my complain.
they said that your problem has been resolved. I am really surprised to hear this. I have given the complain,with out my knowledge how could they close the complain. I am still facing the issue. I asked that customer care executive(poornima) to connect to her senior.
She put me on hold for 1Hr but no one responded to me. after that i disconnected the call and them again and but i believe they did something on my number so that after that when ever i am calling its saying all the representative are busy attending other customers please drop an email to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com".

This kind of service is not expected from a company that holds tata brand.

I am using Tata Docomo prepaid card from last 6 months i.e. April 2012. I am living in Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad. Pin code - 380061.

Generally i am using this card for internet usage. Its giving good speed with good network and working fine till last week of December2012. From 25th Dec 2012, as soon as i reach in ghatlodiya area, network go down. And after some time its started as a roaming on its network signal. However, in this case, calling is working but internet is not working. Its just showing No internet connection.

There is no issue of any setting. As soon as i leave Ghatlodiya area, its working fine. This is network related issue only.

Please solve this network issue asap.

-I have logged a complaint (Complaint Reference No.[protected] on 8th Dec 2013 and ticket got closed on 20th Dec 2012
we don't know what is the action tacken.
- I have logged one more complaint(Complaint Reference No.[protected] on 26th Dec 2012, till now no update for that complaint.
On "http://www.tatadocomo.com/myaccount.aspx", I see it will take 860.8 hours to resolve my complaint.

My Plan details is KA-3G Dongle 1250 - 11GB UNL

As a post paid customer your engineer is not understanding my concern, please explain how can I proceed my connection.

If you are not interested to know my (post paid customer's) concern. I am not interested in continuing these type of worst services. Kindly update me the ETA/SLA for my ticket.

Please note that, Last month I go ahead with the payment, but now I will hold my payment till my ticket closure.

Please provide as I have been facing network issues since I have switched to TATA DOCOMO fro AIRTEL.The signal strength fluctuates and even if there is signal, still my number is unreachable. Complained a number of times to the customer care and no solution yet.whenever the conversation the communication will be corrupted or disconnected, sometimes disturbed even if i changed my mobile device also.if i dont have any solutions then i will go for again airtel, bcz i never face these kind of problem in that network.so plz do the needful.much information as possible...

I am having a Photon Plus dongle [protected]. I am using this dongle from last 4-5 years. from last 1 year I am having network issue. I have complained the same many times

with the customer care and every time I get the same reply that "Sir your area is a high usage area and our team is working on it, it will be resolved soon" ypur complaint is

open. every month i am paying a bill of 730 Rs but i am not getting the solution non of the service engineer have never visited to resolve the issue.I even ask them to cut my

connection but every time they promise that i will get the solution with in 2 3 days I tried filing a complaint through online form but that form doesn't seems to be working. I am going to Lodge a complaint against tata photon at consumer court at dehradun .

i dont want use pathatic service further pls take back your dongle and give back my 2000 Rs (Dongle Price) and the recovery of bill which i made from last one year.

I have been an airtel subscriber. Earlier i was a Tata docomo user. I switched to airtel because of Network issues. I raised complaints but they said there is no surety o[censored]gradation of network.
Since the time i switched to airtel, i have been recieving calls from Tata Docomo that they have improved the network and offered me to join Tata Docomo.

I have now again switched back to Tata Docomo, but there is no network in the area. Please let me know what should i do... I cant even change my number nor even use portability as i have to wait for 3 months.
There is a severe network loss in Kherva (gozaria highway, Mehsana) since last two months.
Please sort out this matter as soon as possible otherwise we have to change our operator if it is going as it is. Everyone is suffering this major issue even after many complaints.

Don't know what are your customer care executives are doing?

I am using tata Docomo prepaid no of Karnataka [protected] from last one year.
Presently I am tamilnadu, puddukottai district and I am unable to search my network.
My Sim has a balance of 80 rs and 3g data of 1.2 GB which I have made recharge on 11 jun when I was in Kolkata.
The main issue is that my data is expiring on 10 July and I could not use the data due to unavailibilty of network.

I have called customer care number [protected] from another mobile and explain the problem to him but he simply answered NO.I requested him that if we use the data and recharge before expiry the unused data is carried forward.
But the customer care replied no way.

I am facing financial hardship as in this case I am not finding any mistake of mine.

It is therefore requested that the matter be closely look forward and resolutuon be provided that I can use my unused data or recharge to carry forward my data and use when coming to network.
