Tata photon whiz worst speed

I am a customer of tata docomo, My tata photon whiz number is [protected]. The speed of the photon whiz is very low for the past one week. In my area tata photon whiz speed is very slow. The range of the speed is between 0-1 Kbps. I cannot even able to open the speedtest.net page to check the speed test. When i took my laptop with data card to some other area, there it works well, but in my area it is not even goes beyond 0-1 Kbps. This problem...

Outgoing calls stopped.

I am using Tata Docomo Sim card from last 2-3 years (Cell # [protected]), On Thursday 17th Jan 2013 my card got deactivated without any intimation. I tried to catch Customer Care support and they asked to submit ID Proof and all details again and My card will get activate after 72 Hours. On Friday I have submitted documents. Now it Monday 21st Jan 2013 ( Near about 150 Hours) but still not activated my card. Please do the needful and help...

Poor connectivity

amount deduction

Hi,

Today on (19/01/2013) Rs. 21 has been deducted from my account as
activation charges for three day net plan, but when i have not
activated this pack. I already have my Rs. 250 plan activated to my
number. But why they have activated this Rs. 21 pack. Please refund my
amount as early as possible.

misbehaving/ Poor service

Today, I got a call from Tata photon asking about my issue. As, i never get proper speed in this and have to talk to them again & again.
They never provide any solution, and now a days the customer care people are saying that they cannot take the complaint as they do not have the authority. I wonder why they are sitting if they cannot help customers.

Anyways, In today's call, the customer care person misbehaved...
