Today, I got a call from Tata photon asking about my issue. As, i never get proper speed in this and have to talk to them again & again.
They never provide any solution, and now a days the customer care people are saying that they cannot take the complaint as they do not have the authority. I wonder why they are sitting if they cannot help customers.

Anyways, In today's call, the customer care person misbehaved with me. He talked in a taunting way and them become rude. I asked him to keep quiet,. even then he was rude. And when i was telling him the speed, he disconnected the call.
Is this the way anybody provide service.

Tata photon people is harassing customers.

    Please login with temporary password within 48 hrs from now to avoid password expiry. After login with new initial PIN it will ask you to change your own password and the procedure is as below:-
    Password should have at least, ? One Lower Case Character ? One Upper Case Character ? One Numeric digit ? One Special Character ? 8 Characters of length (Max of 16 characters)

        I had a complain for my deduction of balance, for the same i contacted the customer service which was a total waste with unprofessional behaviour, they told me to mail the complain. I did so 1st mail regarding complain i sent on 7th Jan i.e. 10 day before no reply received another mail sent on 8th Jan then on 11th Jan to which i received an automated reply stating will get a revert in 48hrs no reply after that then i again mailed on 15th with all attachments screenshot of my sent mail still haven't received any reply from the company at all.

        following are the mail I sent to the company:

        Hi Sir / Madam,

        I am Aniket Dahiwadkar using [protected] and your services over many years. Would like to bring to your notice that I am very much unsatisfied with your Customer Service. When I started using your services that time I was very much happy as the customer executives were professional as well as customer friendly and use to resolve the query instantly. I am very much upset with the service and unprofessional reply i got over the phone by your executives 1. named Priyanka Kadam I guess who took my call for the first time for my issue 2. was some lady who was not giving out her name at all to me for reference purpose not even her sudo name 3. but not the least your Sr. executive with whom I had much more expectations for support but she proved me wrong her name as given to me is Anuradha Kadam (which she didn't sound like maharashtrian her pronounsiasions were like a south-Indian person), anyway well my issue is I had recharged my phone with Rs. 222 i.e. full talk time i made some calls after that which should deduct 3 to 4 rs. max bUT after some time when my internet network went I got that balance popup of 170 rs. is bal I ignored it then the next day when was browsing my phone and the internet network happened to go I got the popup again showing me balance of rs. 1.01 something. I was shocked and I called customer service and informed the same to her i.e. 1st executive. She told me that I have downloaded some masti majak pack which I didn't and have been charged for payable website. I still told her that i haven't used any of it as i use internet for Facebook and what's app and sometime Google, I demanded for complete refund then she told me she is not authorised to give refund of more than 30 rs so she will escalate the case to senior's and give me the refund I asked for the ref. no. she told me I will get it through sms I haven't received it yet I asked for the time she told me max 24 hrs. I said OK.

        Even after completion of more than 48 hrs. when I didn't got a single rupee refund I called back got in contact with this 2nd lady who told me her name while opening of her call and later not ready to even give her sudo name (strange) explained her the same she 1st said I wont get refund only then when I pressurised to speak with senior she told i vl giv you refund and transfer my call as well, I asked her to do a warm transfer as I didn't wanted to wait on hold for long and explain the same thing to the senior she directly transferred me by giving transfer script (I ain't dog who is barking for god sake I am your customer you need to listen what I am asking for.) AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 20 MINS I GOT WITH THE 3RD LADY, NAME ANURADHA AS SHE INFORMED ME EXPLAINED HER AGAIN WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME, SHE WASN'T EVEN FEELING SORRY FOR THE TROUBLE I WENT THROUGH AND NOT EVEN SOFT. SHE WAS SO RUDE I CANNOT EVEN EXPLAIN. SHE SAYS SHE CANT REFUND ME MORE THAN RS. 100 I SAID I HAVEN'T USED ANY OF THE THING SHE IS SAYING BUT SHE IS NOT READY TO LISTEN TO ME AT ALL SHE IS JUST SAYING HER OWN THINGS. AT LEAST SHOULD LISTEN TO MY PROBLEM AND THEN SPEAK BUT SHE WAS NOT. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR IT WAS LIKE I AM THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE AND SHE WAS MY CUSTOMER.

        Well all point is that I haven't used any of the things which is reflected on your system if I have accidentally activated the pack I should get the message in return as per y knowledge but I haven't got any I came to know about the pack for your executive. and for an instance if we consider that it was activated for rs. 99 so where and how come my remaining balance got deducted i.e. 222 - 20(lets assume for calls i made) - 99 = 100 approx should be there 100rs got deducted for payable website ?? I cannot digest this thing.

        So would request you to look into this matter and resolve my problem on priority basis. I am requesting for my full refund. Hope you help me out with the same and train your executives so that your unsatisfied customers like me go back as satisfied on the first call it self.

        is ther any problem as i havt even got the revert for this mail yet.. i had sent mail 5 days back but i have got a single reply yet wht is wrong with your services?? waiting for a revert asap.

        4) NOW THIS IS TOO MUCH. I HAVE BEEN PATIENCE FOR A LONG TIME IT HAS BEEN WAY MUCH OVER 48 HRS BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN IN MY CASE. IS THIS THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE? DID NOT EXPECTED THIS FROM SUCH A HUGE COMPANY NAMED TATA. SUCH A DISGRACE TO THE NAME.

        IMMATURE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE, NO REPLY ON THE MAIL SENT 2 TIMES 3RD MAIL GETS A REPLY THAT WILL CONTACT YOU IN NEXT 48 HRS IT HAS PASSED 4 DAYS BUT NO REPLY AT ALL. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN ME I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT ALONG WITH THIS MAIL FOR YOUR REF. AND YOUR WEBSITE EVEN AFTER LOGIN DON'T ALLOW ME TO MAKE A COMPLAIN WITH A CLICK ON 3RD BOX PAGE GETS REFRESHED.

        I NEED MY REFUND OF MONEY IN NEXT 48 HRS YOU CAN CONTACT ME ON MY CELL NO. [protected] FOR ANY OF YOUR CONCERN REGARDING WHY I CANT GET MY REFUND. I NEED MY REFUND ALONG WITH THAT I NEED COMPENSATION FOR SUCH A RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNWANTED WAIT YOU MADE ME TO DO.           After returning from my work @Gulf, after a period of 3 years, i was pleased to see offers from Tata Docomo similar to what i obtain there.

          However, in my hometown, Shoranur, Kerala (a major town), i see Tata ads, posters everywhere, without a single store selling the sim card, they all say there is not response from Tata Docomo company, and there is an obvious lack of distributors.

          I understand as a telecom company, Tata Docomo may have demand/supply mismatch, at times, but -- no availability of new connections, for a telecom company, after getting the spectrum is ludicrous.

          To top it off, I visited a TATA Store at Trichur, the bigger town, where they sell the sim connections, and they cautioned, there wouldnt be much range,if I bought the Docomo sim now @Kerala,.

          For a time-less soul as a Gulf returnee, this is the most tasking experience to buy a sim, which is only good just on paper or poster.

          Whats the real deal? Is Tata Docomo having telecom operations in Kerala, or opting out?

              The Tata Docomo website clearly indicates the following services on a recharge of Rs. 23
              Local Mobile Calls @1p/2sec. 98 FREE SMS/day after 2 [protected]@50p/SMS. Validity : 30 Days

              In spite of having done the recharge my msgs continued to be charged at Re. 1.
              On contacting the customer care center they informed me that the Rs. 23 recharge is only for calling tariff privileges and has no sms offers.

              When I asked the guy to register a complain he put me on hold for more than 15 mins after which I decided to hang up and call again. But of course, it has been 5 hours now and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Tata Docomo has gone a step further to ensure that it is almost impossible to launch a complaint on their website.

              I wish they would pay a little less attention to adding stupid heavy graphics to their website and a little more attention to putting up correct information.

                Hello ,

                I was using TATA DoCoMo (CDMA) Post paid for the past 8 Years, and on 31-Dec-2012 I have requested my number portability from CDMA to GSM (Post Paid) ... here I have Series of Problems.

                1) CDMA Disconnected, and GSM not yet Activated

                2) When I have requested for Post paid (My Requirement) they have moved my category to Pre-paid (which was not my required).

                3) I have no communication with my family/ Business due to which I lost few business and had problems with Family (Mentally and financially effected).

                4) Today 15-Jan-2013, some Executive approaches (After sending a Long Email *** ...See my long conversation with Tata DoCoMo-) now they say that they cannot help now ... and it would delay for more 5 days.

                I really don't know for the kind of pain I have faced due to TATA DOCOMO.. Please help me to get compensation of loss I have incurred and the mental stress I have been thru.

                The executive just met me and saying he can not help me because the GSM prepay card is not in a active status. he need to activate it first and only then he can convert it into GSM post paid.

                This is Vamsi Prasad Netha i was using Tata CDMA # [protected] (post paid connection) for the past?8 years. I din not changed this no. because of my bonding with TATA for such a long time. recently my existing mobile got crashed so i thought of taking this as an oppurtunity to get changed to GSM so i have approched erragadda docomo stores on 31/12/12 and submitted relevant forms and got GSM sim.

                Till now there is no clue on where is the conversion stands from CDMA to GSM. i called call center aroung 20 times with in these couple of times from the no# [protected], [protected] and[protected]. till today there is no clue on what is happening and where i am standing.

                I?never faced this situation but i am completely fed up now. now i am planning to say good bye to tata and go with some other subscriber.

                if some one from your organisation really have patience sp please call me and explain me how to get my deposit (INR-500) with tata be refunded.

                          For more than a couple of month Rs 2 is being deducted from my balance. I am using a tata docomo prepaid sim card mobile number is [protected]. I haven't activated any special offers. I tried to contact tata docomo customer care but to no avail. I have also heard that others are facing the same problem.
                          If someone wants to activate something on his/her sim then it will activate Immediately, if you go for deactivation then they will ask thousand process to follow. why? it should not be like this. if i want to stop one service then it should stop immediatly.

                          Please find a solution for this, i want my deducted amount back and want to stop that deduction in near future

                              I had taken a tata photon plus connection in April 2012 and after 4 months o[censored]sage opted for cancellation. I applied for cancellation in Last week of august, and now I have been informed that I have unpaid dues. Now I come to know that apart from a month's unpaid dues they have charged me Rs 1500 as churn out fee for opting for cancellation within 6 months. This fee was not at all mentioned when I took the connection. These guys are finding out new ways of cheating.
                              I also asked for cancellation and now they are asking a fee of 1500 rupees ?
                              NEVER BUY TATA PHOTON THEY ARE REALLY THE CON ARTIST HERE.
                              TATA PHOTON FIRST HAVE POOR SERVICE AND NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE 1500 FOR CANCELLING THEIR POOR SERVICE ?
                              TATA PHOTON IS REALLY BAD NOT ONLY WITH THEIR NETWORK BUT HOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE A FEE AT CANCELLATION.
                              MY NUMBER WITH THEM IS [protected].
                              NEVER BUY TATA PHOTON.
                              I have opted for cancellation just after I paid their Monthly Bill. But these took 3 weeks to close my account & now they are charging me Rs 740/-.

                              I had received about 6-7 calls in 3 weeks asking me why I want my connection to be cancelled. I am tired of giving explanations.
                              They are cheaters. I plan to not pay their bill.

I was able to contact executive I told the problem,he told to wait for sometime,"it is a technical fault", but it is 5-6th days,I am still facing the problem.As I am a new customer of tata docomo,I don't know the offers and schemes,so its necessary to contact with customer care,but till now no messege from docomo about offers etc. my alternate phone no [protected],please contact as soon as possible.

                                      As per your complaint bearing number[protected] our concerned team tried to call you but was unable to establish contact. As per your issue, our JE visited your home and found that there is no coverage issue but there is a deep indoor problem. To reduce such issue, repeater needs to be installed and for same there is no time line.

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        I have recharged my TATADOCOMO mobile number [protected] with amount Rs 250/-. This recharge is for data use which gives 1 GB 3G data usage and Rs 250/- talk time.

                                        I have not used even 0.5 GB of given GPRS balance and my whole amount i.e Rs 250/- were deducted from my account.

                                        I request you please this issue as soon as possible.

                                        I am Sharang.I am using TATA Docomo Postpaid mobile service.I got my bill via e-mail as on date 07.01.2016.Rs.96/- has been added.I never communicate with these numbers via e-mail, calls, SMS anything 54999818, 51818.Customer care concern said that I activated and replied on this number.But I never replied on this same.I mentioned it before.Please let me know why this Rs.96/- has been added.And 54999818, 51818 which numbers are this.Concern person said that this is Premium messaging.
                                        We can pay other amount but what about this 96/- Rupees.
                                        Please help and support me as soon as possible.Lets hope for your valuable response.

Every month my postpaid bill is around 150/- but this month my bill is around 393/-, When I call my service provider Tata Docomo Customer Care, The Tele -Caller told about the no.54999818. He told that I send SMS this No. for this my balance reduce 3/- per SMS, but I don't do any SMS.
