Tata Docomo — Recharge Related Issue | |||
I ([protected]) made a recharge of Rs90 on 1 september 2012 . Benefits of that recharge is 1 GB 3G data . I spoke with the customer representative before recharging and they assured me that i will get 300 MB after the recharge and rest 724 MB within 48 hours . After 3 days of that recharge i didn't got the remaining data . i spoke to the customer representative they told me to wait for another 48 hours . i waited and still my data pack was not upgraded . Again i talked with them after a week about this issue they again made a request and told me to wait 36 hours . Its too much now . I've waited so long now .14 days have passed still issue has not been resolved yet . customer service ! Dissatisfied with Tata Docomo Service . Was this information helpful? | |||
