I am facing a lot of signal problem wih Tata Ducomo from past 3months, I have applied forMNP on 13th of this month. I was told that the new service will get activated in 7-8 working days. But it did not got activated till now. I spoke to custmer care but they are not responding properly also they are not guiding for any resolution. I am not sure why Tata Ducomo guys are playing like this. I even mailed to the customer care and tried to reach them through call.mail but did not get any success. Daily I am miss many importent calls because of the poor signal. I do not know whome to contact for this. I hope this message can reach to Tata Ducomo and they will take some step to help in changing the service provider. My number is [protected].

      I had been using a tata docomo post paid connection number [protected] for almost 2 years.

      I was using this number in Bangalore and asked them to de-activate the number, once I was transferred to Tamilnadu.

      But it was not de-activated nor intimated to me regarding the same. Now the Company is calling and asking for a payment for Rs.2500 that is due.

      When I was contacted I have promised them I can make the payment in the first week of October but he replied "he need it immediately or else he knows how to collect it from me".

      Now the customer care executive from Koramangala branch has been using my itemized call list and calling to my friends and relatives and are using abusive language and threatening them. This is so embarrassing and humiliating for me.

      Please take the necessary step and advise me on how to proceed legally further for filing a defamation suit.

        I'm unable to dial a toll-free number[protected] from my tata docomo mobile #[protected].
        I have to make office calls using this number and earlier I was able to make such calls. Recently from sep 2012, tata docomo has stopped this and I'M unable to call this number due to which I suffer inconvenience cause now I have to make these calls from my bsnl landline.

        I will have to change my service provider if tata docomo continues to stop/Ban calls made to toll free numbers 000-800 or at&t number 000-117...

        Yes, Tata docomo charging for AT & T toll-free number : 000-117.

          NON REFUND OF AMOUNT

          I GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY "TATADOCOMO GSM PREPAID MOBILE OPERATOR "SAYING THAT "U HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO LAUGHTER CLUB AT Rs6 FOR 5 DAYS".
          I HAVE NOT SENT ANY MESSAGE/SUBSCRIPTION REQUEST. WITHOUT MY CONSIDERATION THEY SIMPLY DEDECT RS.6/- FROM MY PREPAID BALANCE. THEY GAVE ONE NUMBER TO UNSUBSCRIBE AND USING THAT NUMBER, I UNSUBSCRIBE, BUT IMMEDIATELY THEY CANT REFUND THE AMOUNT. IF I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEN ONCE AGIN THEY WILL CHARGE MONEY FOR CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE.

          THEYARE CHEATING POOR INDIAN PEOPLE.

          PLEASE TAKE NESSASARY ACTION TO REFUND MY AMOUNT.
          I made a online payment for online recharge of my mobile from tata docomo online recharge website, but after payment it showed that the transaction has failed. It was done on 30th December 2011. I made a complaint at there costumer care and got an assurance that the amount will be refunded within 1 week, then when it was not refunded, I again contacted them and then they said that they are not able to track the payment. I gave the transaction number which I got from bank as there was no transaction number generated by their website. I want to know by when will i get my refund in account or balance in mobile?

            In march

            one day I got a phone ring on my table. the language they used are abusive for child people. I have activate DND but they send me spam even after DND activation something like

            1. Is this company allowed for making spam even after DND because they are TATA ( look like they have proud crown on their head)

            2. I have recharge everytime my phone and when I tried to make call I found no Balance. after happening same thing with me many time I make many meet online with their chillar party( customer support)

            I have told Arun, Shabudeen,sameer( I don't remember other name). I have told my issue many time but none of this chillar party help me anything. I feel regret when Sameer go out in the middle of chat.

            3. I make feedback many time. write a big letter but none of time they respond. When I forget to put my phone number. They respond "please give your number and we will resolve it but they never make response when I fill the number".

            4. I have told to show me a list of charges but they refuse to do it. they told me "go to shop and they will do it". Seriously never give anything regarding my phone.

            One day when I tried to run internet when I out from my home. it's not run because It's expire and I not use any internet because everytime they make my balance NIL.

            I am not single person who have cheated. I search online and found many other people cheated same way.

            5. I got a conclusion that stop using this thief service and go to Airtel and Reliance so the story look like end but it's not even end now.

            I gave my sim to my mom and they are using it. now they start cheating my mom. I have charged the balance and they make it Zero. How they can make a call when I make a recharge and company make it zero.

            I have heard from them "their premium service used". how premium service used and who use them. they have other provider and why same thing not happen with other. why everytime it's happen with only DOCOMO.

            I have write more then 50 tweet to these shameless people they never make it solved.

            Some days ago my cousin + aunty + my mom + myself have chated same by docomo. they got their money back by contact the chiller party (customer support)

            DO I need to spent my time on these thief everyday. My airtel and reliance work best for me. I don't need these thief anymore.

            so the only thing I can wish now is moving to Airtel or reliance who can gave me service that I need.


            So can DOCOMO give me answer for this claim or forget it. Just give me a paper for moving to other provider.

            TATA IS ONE OF THE THIEF COMPANY. PEOPLE REMEMBER THIS COMPANY CHEAT ME THOUSANDS MAYBE THIS WILL CHEAT YOU IN MILLIONS. NOW I BELEIEVE HOW THIS FRAUD COMPANY MAKE A BIG REVENUE.

            I HAVE SEEN 7-8 PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE CHEATED ALL OF THEM. THIS IS A CHEAT LIKE A SCAMMER COMPANY.

              Hi,
              My mobile no is [protected]. I have been a docomo customer for 1.5 years.
              When I bought the sim card, my SMS plan was 650 sms free per day with no charges, Ps 1/- per second for std& local, Ps 1/- every 6 seconds on tata docomo to tata docomo.
              The previous year the plan was tweaked without my knowledge to Ps 50 /- for the 1st 2 SMSs, then the rest 648 could be sent free. Later this year, GOI reduced the count to a sum of 200, other restrictions were thrown in as well.
              Now the past week, I notice that even after all these regulations had been cleared, I am being charged Rs 1.2 /- for every text msg that I send.

              I can say that I'm fed up with your obsure billing. First refund me Rs 13 /- which I have lost this past week on SMS bills. Revert my plan to 650 sms free of charge, Ps 1/- per second for std& local, Ps 1/- every 6 seconds on tata docomo to tata docomo.
              I[censored] can see my usage graph, this disenchantment with your service has already cost you dearly, i don't text often. i hardly use GPRS or other value added services anymore. My last recharge was also done long back. I[censored] don't act now, I shall port this no. There are still free SIM cards given out with free sms and other friendly terms.

                Im Neeraj Singh a Tata Docomo prepaid user (MDN-[protected]).
                I requested to switch to Airtel using
                MNP. My second request registered
                2 days back before that 1st request
                couldnt completed without a valid reason.
                This must not happain if as per rule
                a person can switch to any operator.

                Would request to look into on urgent basis.

                  I am a postpaid plan (Mobile No. - [protected]) holder of Tata Docomo from last 4 year +. I have take postpaid plan from Rajasthan, but currently i am selected in Canara Bank and my posting in Gurgaon district in Haryana state. I give a request to customer care for change my plan in roaming free plan on 16/09/2012 with Request no.[protected] and he assure me that plan will be changed till 8 am morning on 17/09/2012 and after that you will enjoy the roaming free plan. As per his commitment i thought plan has been changed and from 17th onwards i am receiving all my incoming calls but today (23/09/12) when i call to customercare regarding my othre plan facility apart from roaming free than customercare executive told me that your plan not changed. She is saying that our company was called you on 17/09/2012 in afternoon, at that time in training session of my employer so i talk to him that, "plz call me after 6'O clock, i am in training." After that i have not received any information regarding my plan changed or not.

                  I have 4 mobile connections (3 pre paid + 1 post paid) with TATA DOCOMO company, so plz do the needful for changing my plan and with effective from 17/09/2012, Because i am not ready to pay any roaming charges of these 7 days (From 17/09/12 to 23/09/12).

                    Once Again I come here and I hope this time also Consumer Complaints helps me ....

                    I activate 3G plan in my DOCOMO Sim and i get only 200-300 KB/s speed in my 7.2mbps Modem ....
                    My friends use Docomo and they also activate 3g paln and they get 800-900 KB/s in their 7.2mbps modem...

                    I use airtel and idea both give me good speed (more than 700 KB/s) ....but what is the problem with Docomo ? Why they not giving me good speed.

                    I call Docomo call center (198) today its 23rd September some lady receive my phone when i said ii have some issue related 3G speed ...
                    they said what sir !
                    i said i get only 200-300 KB/s speed ..
                    they not give me proper answer and said "i m transferring this call to my senior " so please wait
                    i said OK ...1 min , 2 min , 5 min , 10 min.....no buddy answer and call disconnect .....

                    Now DOCOMO call center service is very poor , so plz help me ...

                    mera plan 5-6th oct ko over ho rha hai ...
                    meri prob. solv kro yaar other wise main docomo ka 3G plan he next time say nhi lunga ...

                      Surojit([protected])and Samir Mukherjee([protected]) of Arbees Teleservices(15/2/2d Sweet Land, Jheel Road Kol-700075 Ph-[protected])took Rs 1200 for tata photon modem from me telling that I’ll be getting free internet download in Rs 650 monthly plan as I was the winner of a lucky draw but its not the case.They even took my old tata photon modem assuring that i will get 60% of the money back.And now Tata Photon is not taking any step against them as I don’t have a reciept no. in the bill they gave.Whenever I try to call Tata Photon or those two guys they don’t pick up the phone.Even tata photon is supporting these frauds so strict action should be taken even against Tata Photon.

                          sir, i have purchase tata docomo gsm postpaid sim with Rs. 899 plan from online (www.connectindia.in)
                          on 03 sep 12. i got sim through tata docomo executive and i migrate my no [protected] on new gsm postpay
                          sim from prepaid sim and my physical varification done on 16 sep 12 and executive told me that sim will
                          activate within 2-3 days by submiting varification form but still my connection not activate and sim also
                          not migrate. i have tried so many time to contect with tata docomo customer care and complain but they always
                          told that your complain registered and your problem will be solve within 48hrs. and so many time they passing
                          wrong information to me and some time they give me another customer care executive no. which is not available in
                          world. so, i request to you please activate my no. or refund my money as soon as possible. thank you sir.

                                i just did my msg booster in tatadocomo n got a reply from them about succesful transaction but yet they take money fr msgs til now and wen i tried calling customer care was i ll connect u to our higher official but din get any response fr 20 min...i v not seen such a pathetic service provider....
                                sir i have complain regarding recharge and complain no 590275. sir i have complain that i have recharge through internet from www.tatadocomo.com
                                and amount deduct from my account but recharge not done. when after complain customer
                                care excutive contact me and told that submit bank statement and amount will be
                                refund within 24hrs and i sent statement to [protected]@tatadocomo.com but still not get money.
                                so, i request please refund my money and reply my mail as soon as possible.

                                  I am a docomo user ([protected]) from DWARKA NAGAR (BANGALORE)
                                  CRIONE (HUWWAP) has been subscribed to my number without my permission.When the message is displayed, it shows dial 155223 to STOP, but when i dial, there is msg telling "there are no services activated to ur number.Since 7th Aug 2012, Rs.2 is deducted from the balance everyday.

                                  Kindly, deactivate CRIONE (HUWWAP) and refund my money and do not subscribe me to any WAP/Internet based packs as mentioned above henceforth.

                                  For your kind information i would like to inform you that your deactivated service CRIONE (HUWWAP) got activated again. How the hell it has happened again. From 11th October it is deducting Rs. 2 on daily basis.
                                  and somthing called "PODCAST ON OVERVIEW OF ARCHTECTURE AS CAREER FOR Rs. 15" got activated on 9th October by deducting Rs. 15.

                                  Iwant my my money back and you never returned my money for unwanted activation. If this continues i won't have any choice to leave this service.

                                    My Incoming and out going call were blocked. they are mention reason i am not attend your welcome call. when i was in official meeting. so i could not able to attend a your call. Without my information calls are blocked. i met tata docomo showroom in the morning anna nagar branch, chennai. they given req no.[protected]. and committed me. 2hrs. but till now I am not able call.
                                    i am sorry to inform tata docomo that i am really suffer tata docomo service. because
                                    i am not able attend my official calls last two days. if tata docomo are not
                                    able to rectify the problem fast. kindly i am going to change my no.
                                    to any other network.

                                      My name is rinkey agrawal and my no. is [protected]. On date 16/09/2012 docomo company start caller tune on my mobile without my permission. I did complain customer care to deactivate my caller tune service and return 60rs of caller tune charge.after then they deactivated my caller tune but not refund my money back. I complain to customer care they said your money refund in 24 hour. But I have not receive money back and customer care not responding me . Please help....

                                        My sister did a recharge in a shop that she normally does and it was not a less amount, 500 rupees worth Recharge money disappeared immediately in few mins after recharge early this week in bangalore. This is not the first time its happening with her, its 3rd time, every time she called customer care they assured her that next time it will not happen and that they were not aware what is happening or how it happened. They also washed off hands by not taking the responsibility of sorting this problem. The company should be ashamed to do these kind of scams with common public who dont have enough money to lose like this.. its really aweful, and i am thinking that i should file a complaint at some place where it can be heard and attended as i have lost all hopes and very very disappointed. I have even told all my friends and relatives not to trust this service. Can someone please guide or provide some help in this regard.
