Dear Tata DoCoMo Officer
I have sent the below mail twice to the below mail IDs however none of them replied.
I request you to refund my excess amount (Around Rs 900) during Postpay of the mobile number [protected] just before migrating to Prepaid, now already migrated into Prepay service of Tata DoCoMo. When visited the Tata DoCoMo Koramangala office the manager told they will send a cheque after 45 days.
Please reply and explain if somehow the balance amount was reduced to zero.

I purchased a TATADOKOMO sim 3 days ago. The moment I am trying to start my Nokia 6270 it is saying sim card registration failed. It says please PROVIDE UNIQUE UNLOCK CODE.I tried to insert airtel ,Vodafone sim all are working fine except my TATA DOKOMO SIM .Yor customer care is of no use.they are asking me to go to NOKIA??????even when i said it is working fine with other sim.Please advise
