Dear Sir,
This is TANUSHREE BERA from Hyderabad. I had purchased a Tata Docomo prepaid sim with the number [protected], earlier this year. It was working absolutely fine, untill i went out of station for a month, after coming back from which it showed 'Sim card registration failed'. Kindly look into this matter and help me reactivate my number soon. My alternate number is [protected].

I purchased a TATADOKOMO sim 3 days ago. The moment I am trying to start my Nokia 6270 it is saying sim card registration failed. It says please PROVIDE UNIQUE UNLOCK CODE.I tried to insert airtel ,Vodafone sim all are working fine except my TATA DOKOMO SIM .Yor customer care is of no use.they are asking me to go to NOKIA??????even when i said it is working fine with other sim.Please advise

i just want to mention that this is use less service provider because i never get proper network and always whenever i cal it says your out going facility is temperery bared
and after giving all doccument and evry thing it say your simcard registration failed (my mobile is also working fine with another network)
and more over what ever no. is stored in sim all are gone now you can not asses them

better if any one is haveing this tata docomo please change it other wise one day same thing happen to you and you will not be able to retrive your stored contect no. also.

I would like to introduce myself a Ajaya Kumar C, from Bangalore. I bought a TATA DOCOMO sim card on 27th May 2011. The number is "[protected]". It was working fine till yesterday (09 Jun 2011), and I have almost used it for 15 hrs already. Today morning, I got a message saying, "SIM Card Registration Failed". I called customer care 4 times regarding the issue, and each time the operators hung up on me. The reason that they are giving is "SIM card is blocked because I have not used it for one month". I told them i have used it regularly and moreover the SIM card is just 14 days old, which in any case cannot be blocked due to non usage. Each time when they check that the sim is just 14 days old, they disconnected my call without saying a word.

First of all, they are not solving my problem and secondly, this is the worst means of answering to a query.
I hope I would find a solution to my problem here.

My self Vivek from bangalore and my number is [protected].I have been using Tata Docomo postpaid from past 8 months and today in the afternoon I suddenly saw an error msg popped to my cell phone screen saying "sim card registration failed".
After calling to customer care they said that the sim card is corrupted and you need to change your sim.
How did the sim card all of a sudden gets corrupted,I didn't get this thing.
And in the morning phone was displaying full signal srength,still no incoming calls.When I tried calling from other number what I got is "This number is not reachable" despite of having full signal.

Tata Teleservices sucks..
Those who are reading this,it's my humble opinion that never ever use tata docomo.

I am Shashank from Lucknow, U.P. East. I am using Tata DoCoMo network (Mobile Number: [protected]) from last 4 years till now but since yesterday I am getting a message "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED."
Each time when I switch off and switch on I am getting the message "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED."
I dont know why it is deactivated. I am completely dependent on this sim. I need to activate it back. I request you to resolve this issue and do the needfull as soon as possible.

          I have raised the complaint on 7-aug-2014, but till now the problem not solved. Today (11-aug-2014) I called to customer care, they told your complaint is closed, but no service person came and didn’t receive any call from tata services. I have asked about the problem but they told that the service engineer called you but your mobile not reachable and not attending. So they closed the complaint, but the problem still there. I have not satisfied with the service you provide. So do the thing at the earliest. From 5th aug 2014 to 11th aug 2014 the network is not working so do the refund for those days.

            Hi,
            I am using tata photon no. [protected]. i have raise concern to bill plan changed to customer care. they have changed my bill plan but at time of bill, they have added hidden charge i.e. 1500/ in bill amount.. and called this amount as a churn out amount added for bill plan changed.
            So my concern is that..tata photon customer care changed my bill plan without informing me and added this hidden charge in my bill amount.
            This is not fair this is just cheating with customers...

            I have received a bill from for Sep-2012, where there is an additional Churn Out fees of RS. 1000/-.I was not informed of this churn out fees, when I was trying the change my current plan to a new plan.

            I want this to be reverted back asap.

            I had taken a Photon 3G connection in 3 months advanced rental plan for which I paid rs. 2150/-. From the very first day I was not able to use the connection because the dongle, that was given to me by DOCOMO was faulty. I was fade up making complaints about it and eventually cancelled the connection before 3 months was completed.

            Surprisingly, now I received a bill of Rs. 1854/- as 'ChurnOutFee'. This was not anything that I was told about ever while taking the connection.

            I am not sure what is this and don't want to know. The bill that was sent to me should be reverted back by DOCOMO.

            I did not know that TATA has become a beggar of this level that they are asking for money in other way without giving services to the customer for a single day.

            If anybody from DOCOMO customer care has guts to answer, please show it here.

            I have taken TATA DOCOMO dongle connection and my plan was 1500- in which i got 2 months rental free.

            But as two months got completed, i have raised a request to disconnect this. Initially they said we can't take this request and customer cant disconnect his/her connection before six month. TATA never said this in written anywhere, So i insisted them that plz disconnect otherwise i wont pay the bills. Finally they disconnected my connection and i got system generated e-mails.

            But now i got a bill of 1812/- re. stating that you have used the data and including 1299/- some churnout fees. I dont know what is this and TATA never said like this, the time when i took connection.

            This is shame for the company i would say. By the way i am going to consumer court and will ask harrasment case against TATA Docomo.

                  I am Rahul Sahebrao Rathod using the service of tata docomo gsm from last 2 years and now from last couple of days im facing problem with auto sarted services by tata docomo.
                  before 2 days on my no. the service named 'Mitti Ke Rang' is auto started by the service provider after that i immediately reported to the customer,he took the complaint and provide me the complaint id i.e PSG[protected] and promise me for the refund within 48 hours,but still after the 48 hours the refund was not done by the company,after that i again report to the company but this time the customer care executive said that the refund is failed due to some technical problem and will not going to pay u again.
                  so sir kindly solve the problem as early as possible.

                    Daily deduction for service which was never activated by me and also not getting deactivated. Service prodived by TATA docomo customer care is very poor.

                    Daily deduction for service which was never activated and also not getting deactivated ever my mobile number is [protected] and service provider is TATA DOCOMO. I haven't activated any service but still I am daily receiving SMS from TA-NETWAP having following message Hi! Your subscription to on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP has been renewed at Rs 1 till[protected]. To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll Free) For this i called Docomo customer care (121) for at least 8 to 10 times. at 5-6 times Docomo customer representatives said they have deactivated the service and i will receive deactivation message within next 24 hours but i never receive any such sms. Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours. i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated. I also tried dialing above no. 155223(Docomo service activation/deactivation portal) and deactivated service from there and after some time i received message that you are not subscribed for this service. I have also tried the *191# but that tell 's their is No service activated on ur mobile. Please help me in stopping this service and refund my money which is getting deducted daily Rs.1 for more than a month or couple.

                    Otherwise I will just close the service of TATA docomo.

                        were not available but incoming calls were available after 2-3days sim card
                        rejected as i was out of my home town i have gone to the tata docomo service
                        centre in that place the manager of that service centre told me that this problem
                        will not be able to solve here as your sim is not of this town,they told me that
                        this problem will be solved in your hometown mumbai when i go to service centre
                        in mumbai service centre executive told me that your number is disconnected we
                        cant do any thing......please help me out how can i get back my [protected] number

                          Myself Bhupendra Kumar Yadav and my mobile no. is [protected] . In the month of may i ported my mobile no. from idea to tata docomo and at that time i had paid all the pending bills to the idea.And after then tata docomo started to provide service.At 22nd august 2012 there was a message in my phone that you have not paid your final bill to idea please pay your final bill. At 23rd august i paid final bill to idea that was 35 rupees and i took payment receipt.But at 24th august tata docomo barred my outgoing calls.When i went to tata docomo office with that payment receipt then officials of the tata docomo said that idea had not updated your bill status.Then i went to idea office and they are saying that they have updated my bill status.From that time i am countinously making rounds from the office of tata docomo to idea and from idea to tata docomo office .But they have not solved my problem yet and my outgoing calls have been barred from last 8 days.so i request you to take appropriate action in this regard. I will be highly obliged to you.

I was using a Airtel corporate connection and I wanted to switch to Docomo corporate connection. Every time I try to contact Docomo people , they say that your number will be active within 24 hours .

                            On 31st August 2012 my balance was 70.57 Rs.
                            Yesterday, on 1st september it became zero rs. suddenly. I had done a 3G recharge of Rs.500 which gives me 1000 mins of local and std mins and in that I had a 3G net balance of 180mb but it also got reduced to 3.83 mb and another thing to note was the internet was not working the whole of yesterday. My Main balance had no chance of getting reduced as whatever calls i make it used to get reduced from my special balance which is still there. If I call the customer care they say my account does not show any details of any deduction. They are not even ready to take a complaint. Atleast they could have the courtesy to check the deductions happening after my last main balance topup of rs.150 on 14th of august. This is seriously heights of looting peoples money

                            Can any one suggest what is the best to sort this problem ASAP.

                            Today at around 7 pm Rs. 95 was deducted from my account without any reason.They activated some model video club themselves.I m really disappointed.Rs 95 is not a small amount and the way their customer care responded was really frustrating.Please see to this problem asap and kindly refund my deducted amount.If it is not solved then i will take more severe actions.

                              i was recharge my internet pack with 69rs but speed was very that's why i recharge it with one day 50MB pack then it automatically null my 69 rs pack balance that is not fair i need high speed that that's why i recharge it with 50MB pack and getting 3g speed, why they null my 69rs recharge balance.
                              I rechared my internet account by RC74 and for which I should get 2.5GB according to companys offer in *141#
                              But I got only 1GB and the companys care people are saying that the offer is changed but thier responsibilty is to inform the customer which they did't do

                                Tata Docomo — Automatically activated service and reduction of balance

                                Hot and sizzling pack was automatically activated on my tata docomo N.o [protected] without my concern on April 6th 2011 and since then my balance is getting reduced by Rs 10/– every 4–5 days. I called customer care many times but still my problem is not fixed. They just kept me hold for too long and finally gave some N.o to call for deactivation of service. I dialled that number but still the service was not deactivated. So plz deactivate this service as soon as possible and refund my money. Thank you!

                                        Hi have a TATA photon data Card. Their representative configured on my laptop and it was working fine initially.
                                        When I bought new laptop and tried to configure it , it is not working. I have been following up with thier customer service from last week, but still no one has yet come to configure it on my system. My work is suffering as my old laptop is not working. So, my whole schedule is disturbed. Whenever I call them they say that our technical department will call you in an hour and by evening they will come at your place to get i done. But so far no solution has been provided.
                                        Infact, thier representatives are not all cooperative. They are rude and arrogant lazy people. I have never experienced such bad service ever.

                                        Can any body help me to find a solution.???
                                        Please help. Such companies needs a lesson.

                                        Dear All,

                                        Please do not use TATA services this is my personal request to all of you...choice is yours...This is not Anti TATA telnet or Photon + services or intend to cause the harm to brand of TATA but this is based on the personal experiences....I am planned to get new connection of TATA photon + few months back and booked my connection through telephone and within couple of Days Two Executive come to my place and started asking the to book connection with them.. both of them were supported by there agencies (one executive was send by Tata Borivali Galary and other was from there call center) then i postponed plan and preferred not to use there serives

                                        After few days again i planned to go their photon + and got stuck with verification which is actually wrong verification. I visited their public gallery at Andheri (E) but people are hopeless and you cannot expect any help from them. They will always repeat the same answer that Sir, We cannot provide details. They will not allow you to speak to their Manager , they will give information who has done verification....Its complete waste of time and money...I request you to be careful while using their services...I would rather suggest you to for alternative internet providers...

                                        I purchased Photon Plus on 1 April 2010 from Sanjay Nagar Bengalore and to my surprise I did not get it activated even after 4 days and bad part is, it does not have any Customer support the no [protected] never respond. If you have purchased it ,there is no one to hear your complain.

                                        Today I was trying to recharge my mobile online with a special recharge of 21 rupees.I selected the option "Pay with Current Balance". At my first attempt the computer screen showed "java.lang.Exception". No notifications of online recharge was sent to my mobile.Even I didn't get any notification regarding my balance deduction.I thought the recharge was unsuccessful and tried again with the same options.This time the screen flashed "recharge successful.Your current balance is 50.47". My earlier balance was something around 93 rupees.I came to the conclusion that even the first time my balance was deducted.This was later confirmed by a customer executive who told his name as Vijay.
                                        As a mobile customer isn't it my right to get the notification at least when my balance is deducted? The company customer executive behaved very badly when I told him about the incident and demanded a refund.He even ignored my request to register a complain.
                                        Recently I have noticed that this mobile service provider does not send a notification to my mobile when a recharge is successful. This kind of behaviors by the companies are leading to misunderstandings and customer often ends up with doing mistakes like me.I would like to urge to take necessary actions against this company as soon as possible

                                        This is just the begining... I had applied for a photon a they said they have activated it.. but i wasnt able to access for 5 days post buying it.. One of the managers actually said that i am typing the activation key wrong... Finally when i threatened consumer complaint, they got it done.. And the speed is pathetic.. I got no where close to 3.1 mbps and beyond my data usage i started getting speeds of less than 10 kbps... Brace yourself for more such troubles...

                                        I purchased a Tata Photon Data card bearing No.[protected] (postpaid connection) for internet surfing on 20thMay, 2013 from Value Shoppe, Shatija Complex at Mukherji Nagar(North West Delhi) and paid Rs.1299.00 for the same after submitting necessary documents . I submitted a photo copy of my bank account as address proof of my current residence after a couple of days of purchase to the dealer, because I did not have the copy of the same(address proof) at the time purchase. On 25th May, 2013 I got a call regarding address verification from a Tata Photon representative, who had reached at my old address mentioned in my voter ID.I explained about my address proof of my current address and also told him that it was already submitted to the dealer, but the Tata Photon representative refused to visit at my current address to confirm the address and told me they will revisit in next 24 hours, which they never did .My connection of Tata Photon was disabled on the same day and a bill of Rs .605 was generated on 26th May, 2013 without giving any service .I contacted the dealer several times regarding this problem and I was informed by the dealer that scanned copy of my documents was already submitted much before.My connection of Tata Photon was never activated.I also called the customer care no.[protected] several times but the customer care executive always answered &quot;we can&#039;t hear you, your voice is not clear.&quot;
                                        Since then I also wrote mail to the concerned authority of Tata Photon regarding my problem.I also received replies but my address has never been verified, and connection has not been activated yet and I keep getting phone calls and weired messages to pay Rs.605 but never get any answer, why after submitting all documents no verification of my current address was ever made and my connection never got activated.It seems, for Tata Photon there is no value of loss of money, time and professional loss to the customer.

                                        Tata Photon: a bad experience

                                        I purchased a Tata Photon Data card bearing No.[protected] (postpaid connection) for internet surfing on 20thMay, 2013 from Value Shoppe, Shatija Complex at Mukherji Nagar(North West Delhi) and paid Rs.1299.00 for the same after submitting necessary documents . I submitted a photo copy of my bank account as address proof of my current residence after a couple of days of purchase to the dealer, because I did not have the copy of the same(address proof) at the time purchase.                                         Bad service by Tata Photon
                                        I had called in today morning to the service agent over the phone for my service line[protected] which is a broadband service line to ask regarding the complaint that i have made in respect to the billing query that i had

                                        the agent did not take interest and did not shot willingness to help. I had to repeat my self alomost 10 -11 times to make him understand my problem and issues. he was not co operative and supportive. This shows how he is not doing his job well. When i asked him to transfer the call to a responsible person who is in position to take discussion and resolve the issue he put me on HOLD without letting me know and DISCONNECTED THE CALL !!! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

                                        I visited a TataDocomo store in Pimpri opp. to the corporation building there was no responsible person to give me resolution for my problem. The service agent whom i spoke helped me with the is ref..

                                        My issue is Inspite of several request made on the toll free no. to change the plan to 249 the plan has not been changed and i am been charged for the mistakes u have made i am not lible to pay for you mistakes...
                                        ATTENTION ALL TATA DOCOMO SUBSSCRIBERS. DO NOT IGNORE THIS

                                        This is for the attention of all the Tata Docomo subscribers of both CDMA &amp; GSM of Hyderabad in particular and A P Circle in general. I shifted to the new premises at Padma Colony on 12th of December 2013. I had been complaining of very very weak signals more than 2 months before that. Even today I am not getting signals at my place. My clients, aquaintances, relatives and friends complain about not able to reach me on all my mobile numbers. The success rate is very very low. I have made several rounds to the local office of Tata Docomo at Khan Lateef Khan estate. The service there is the worst. I was made to run around several counters. We dont even get proper response too from the customer service executives there. I have lodged several complaints to the call centre. As a last resort I also complained to the Appellate Authority of Tata Docomo (appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com). I have all the records of such complaints. But nothing is being done. I have even threatened them of approaching the Consumer Forum. Today it has crossed all limits my customers and aquaintances called up several times on all my 5 tata docomo connections but were not able to get them after which they started calling me on my landlines. As such this is my way of protesting. I would request all the genuinely suffering subscribers of both CDMA and GSM (Pre-paid or Post-paid) phones of Tata Docomo. All such suffering subscribers are requested to like this post. And comment "AGREE WITH YOU" and then share this post. May be Tata Docomo will ACT after that. Please flood the call centre with compalints. Also please mail the details of your genuine sufferings with tata docomo services at [protected]@gmail.com. This will help us take up the issue with the ceo of this tata enterprise. Ironically speaking it should be TATA DOCOMO-GO instead of TATA DOCOMO
