I am Nikhil Serigar and I reside in Mira Road (E)

I have been using a Tata Docomo pre paid connection since an year and over the last week I have gone through a heavy mental torture!!

I had recharged for full talk time with Rs 125 so that I don't have to worry atleast for some days more. Out of nowhere they activated some nonsense caller tune, job alert, and what not services and brought my balance to nearly nil! I deactivated the services but never got a refund for the services I never asked in the first place for. Anyways I let it go and again recharged for Rs 50!

Again today they send me a message at 1.00 in the morning that some nonsense jokes package has been activated and my remaining balance is Rs 1!!!!!!!!

So Rs 200 good in thin air within a matter of days!!!

Utter misuse and cheating on the part of the company and I would strongly advice everyone to stay away and never ever look back!

I have been using this sim for an year so I did not want to change the no. Tomorrow first thing in the morning I will go and get this no registered with some other service provider!!!
I had recharged my no 2 days back with 125rs full recharge so that I don't have to worry for a few more days atleast.
The very next a host o[censored]nwanted services were activated on my No like Caller Tunes, Job Alerts and what not. Still I had some patience and today I recharged for 50rs again.

N again these people send me a message that jokes service is activated on my and I am being charged for that! Its the height of looting innocent customers who trust these ppl.

I will hereby strongly recommend everyone reading this to never go for TATA DOCOMO because they have no respect for the hard earned money of its customers. M gonna throw the sim as soon as possible and get a different connection!!

Say no to DOCOMO!!!!

Utter nonsense still they are sending me the jokes even now!!

    Tata has been charging me rental for their landline even tho my instrument has not been working and they refused to replace it.
    there have been no calls made or received in last 4 months and now they want me to pay rental.
    complaint has been lodged but no action taken as yet.
    only when i refused to pay rental have they now written a mail threatening legal action.

      hi sir,

      i am hareesh from vizag , andhra pradesh,
      i am faced a problem like, i do not activate caller tunes and when i recharged then they are given a messages , you are caller tunes are renewed and balance is deducted is 30 rs. immediately i called to customer care they told that , there is no refund of money.

      what to do , they are doing like this... i am uploading photos of recharge to balance deducted and customer care number also they are deducted money

        I am TATA DOCOMO Voice SIM Prepaid Customer for the past 3/4 years Mob. No.[protected]. Now applied for post paid. Please go through the following and activate my Post paid SIM No.[protected]. I have opted for plan 149 post paid.

        The customer care: [protected]@tatadocomo.com did not reply to my 2 mails. I did on line chatting too with customer care. They have registered a complaint. I thought I can bring it to your notice too. Please go through the following details and respond/reply/resolve the issue positively and activate my post paid SIM No:[protected]. Failing which I may be forced to migrate to some other service providers.

        Their employee Mob. No.[protected].

        Ref.: This is continuation of my problem relating to migration from prepaid to post paid TATA DOCOMO Prepaid No:[protected]

        I regret to inform you the sad plight that I have been put in due to unresponsive attitude of your dealer CREW ENTERPRISES, RAJAJINAGAR, BANGALORE. They are neither answering/lifting my mobile calls/SMSs. I have submitted papers to them. I do not know whether they are submitted to TATA DOCOMO Post paid department or not. I do not know what is the position of my post paid activation. Even if is rejected no problem, I can go to some other service provider. But they should reply me you know.

        We, in business, are begging for customers. But when I gave the business against their call, they do not have gratitude not only to serve but also answering my calls. I do not know how come you are entertaining such kind of dealers.

        Being told understand that the post paid activation would have happened last week but did not happen. I was told prepaid cash balance gets elapsed once post paid activation is done. So last week I have done special recharge for Rs.25/- which was over on Sunday. I can afford more recharge but it will be elapsed once activation is done. Now I do not know what to do.

        I have received POST PAID SIM also from them SIM NO: [protected]

        You reply and action towards this matter is most urgent. Even if you reject my application is no problem. I can approach some other service provider. Please let me know.

        So I request you take immediate action and reply to me. Do not keep it abeyance.

        BUSINESS WILL NOT COME TO US - WE WILL HAVE TO SEARCH/PUT LOT OF EFFORTS TO GET IT. LOOSING CUSTOMER IS EASY THAN GETTING - THAT IS THE REASON WHY WE, INDIANS, ARE LAGGING BEHIND MULTINATIONALS

          Pls disable the annoying internet usage messages. Phone no. [protected]. When a call comes, I can't see the caller name because of countless internet usage messages. Also, they block Google GPS navigation view when I am driving a car. Its really annoying. If postpaid connection doesn't have those messages then I would prefer shifting to postpaid, or else I will simply switch to another operator.

          Every time i use internet, immediatly after 2 seconds, pop up will come saying data usage and imternet will be disconnected. When i press ok, again internet will get connect and after 2 seconds same story continues. Its so annoying. Even i spoke to customer care people for about 4 times, they simply give vague answers.           Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help. Regards, shaik.

            Nearly 2 months ago i bought "2 Docomo Sims" worth Rs. 70
            from a docomo executive he was just selling under a umbrella type, holding a docomo banner
            "the offer was 2 sims for Rs.70 with Rs.62 TT and 2GB net for 2 Months"
            he sold me the sims
            i bought those sims under my friend's name"CHANDRASHEKHAR CHOUDHARY"
            1 sim i have the other sim my friend has
            my sim number is"[protected]" which i bought

            the day when i bought both the sims it activated at 7.00pm on that day
            after about 5 days it got deactivated
            so I talked to the executive he said, "Some document problem was there, the mobile number he wanted of mine was missing" I gave the number and he told it will be on in 2 to 3 days
            but, it was not so I called him again, he gave same reason
            it happened one more time
            but now he is not recieving the call
            and two months got over.

            NOW I AM VERY ANGRY WITH THIS THING
            THE VICTIM WAS SITTING ON AJNI ROAD ON A BIKE
            I HAVE HIS NUMBER "[protected]"

              My name is Anand Sagar, I'm using Tata Docomo number [protected].
              Yesterday (27th-Sep) I got a sms regarding link for online T20 maches live on mobile, today when I clicked on that link, after sometimes I got a sms saying "You have subscribed to MobileTV at Rs 99 for 30 days."
              When I talked to customer care, they said, "you have clicked on some link for this service". As I didn't clicked on any link on that website and there was nothing mentioned related to deduction of Rs 99.
              So, please do needful.

                Hi,

                I have ported my number [protected] from Vodafone Services to Tata Docomo Services. After using the service for 1 month started getting messages regarding the old service provider bill payment. I have called the team and updated that there is no bill generated yet so asked them to keep that on hold. Vodafone communicated backend as bill not cleared.

                My outgoing service has been barred without informing me saying Vodafone communicated bill is not cleared. When I have reached Vodafone Services Center came to know that the bill has not yet been dispatched and generated wrong bill. When I have asked clarification a different story started. The behaviour of the HSR store Manager and Executive not impressive. After an escalation received a call in week day regarding the bill corretion and payment stuff. Due to weekday didn't pay the bill for 2-3 days as I have to walk to a vodafone service center which is very difficulty on normal days.

                After clearing my bill approached Vodafone and Tata Docomo both the services simultaniously to release my connection. Tata docomo will react a mail after 8-10 hours and asks for proofs. I have sent the scanned copy of that in JPEG format but here we go again asking me to upload PDF format doc. I have clearly told them that already sent in JPEG format dont ask me different things as your mind set and told them why no communicated previously. Updated team either release my connection with the provided details or else terminate the connection. The team is too good. Terminated my connection within minutes but no outgoing service enabled. Sent bill also... When I am asking them to release the connection no reply...

                Vodafone not at all replying after the bill payment.

                I dont know what kind of process they run in the backend but my complaints against network service not resolved. They are only running behind the money.

                  I'm working in public sector bank in raipur, tata docomo executive came to our bank with some exciting offers exclusive for banking professionals. I liked their plan and took 3 postpay connection. Initially the bill were nominal, but after 6 months the bogus bill started. They added all the non sense things in bills like 3g content charges subscription, unnecessary 3g download charges. When i went to customer care they did'nt got any satisfying answers . Finally i sent mail to customer grievance redressal. From there i did'nt got any reply. Then i decided not to pay the bill. My outgoing services were blocked by tata docomo.I got call for outstanding bill, i told my problem to the executive who came for bill collection. He told me to pay the only bill which i had used. And gave assurance to resume my outgoing service within 2 hours. I had paid the half bill but still my outgoing services are blocked by the tata docomo.

                      Details of 53 rupees plan DAILY 200 LOCAL AND NATION SMS FREE WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.

                          I have been using a Tata Docomo Postpaid plan with two numbers in it in Kanpur. When I shifted my job location from Kanpur to Bangalore, I had to cancel my account. As there were no sort of option to cancel it online, I contacted that particular tata docomo sim card dealer and asked him to deactivate the connection for me. So as per his information I have made the final settlement and have stopped using the numbers. But I am still receiving the bills.

When I call customer care , they say that the services are activated by me. Also they don't allow START DND to be sent to1901.                                 I went to Tata Docomo Showroom at Vellayambalam and got a new Tata Photon Plus connection couple of weeks back. I clearly told those guys that I want to use it at home and requested them to make sure that the coverage is there. They gave some story and sold that device to me. To my surprise it didn't work at all at my place. It was taking minutes to open even google and speed was pathetic. I took it back to the show room again and asked them to replace it. But they promised to send a technician to address the problem. But the technician didn't show up and after at least 12+ calls to the show room and customer care finally the technician came and looked at the device and told me that there is no coverage. My home is not too far from Trivandrum City and still Tata Photon doesn't have coverage there. It was shocking to me. Again after another 10+ calls to customer care they agreed to refund my money. So I again went back to the show room at Vellayambalam and returned the device. I was told that the refund will come in 3 weeks. I didn't have any issue with Tata Docomo taking 3 weeks to refund the money even though I believed it was irresponsibility from their side to ask the customer to wait even after proving to them that their service doesn't work. But even after waiting 3 weeks the refund never came. I made several calls to customer care and the show room at Vellayambalam. Those guys acted as much irresponsible as possible and never cared to address the issue.

                                Its more than a month and half now. Still no refund. I made several attempts to talk to a manager at Tata Docomo and explain my situation. But customer care execs never forwarded my call to any managers. I am sure I would have opened at least 3 complaints for the same and made almost 20 calls to get the refund done so far. But no luck.

                                First of all, Tata Photon doesn't have proper coverage in Trivandrum. They shouldn't have sold that device to me. And even after causing so much inconvenience they dont care to refund my money.

                                This is what I expect from Tata Photon: Refund the money and apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customer and stop selling this poor service to the customer.

                                Tata Photon+ — customer care never respond

                                I am Tata Photon+ customer . Since last months I am trying to talk with customer care executive or nodal officer but unable to contact,notwithstanding that waiting hours together on line.

                                Tata Docomo — POOR and IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                Tata Docomo service is one of the most annoying services in the mobile telecom. Frequent activation o[censored]nwanted applications followed by poor customer service are common and damn vexatious. An amount of Rs. 50 has been deducted from my account for the activation of an unwanted application. I registered an online complaint against it and this complaint was closed with no action taken. I called in customer care office regarding the issue and they took no action. I called again and asked them to transfer my call to senior executive officer. Senior executive promised me to refund the money within 24 hrs. But they were good with the words not with the work. I called them again and again and again. These guys are trying to escape from their responsibilities. I want people to let it know that Airtel guys returned the the deducted amount as soon as I called them. It did not take even a minute. That kind of services should be provided to the customers. I spent some Rs. 40 in calling Docomo customer's care office to get my Rs. 50 back. What I have got as yet? Just "Nothing"!!!

                                Tata Photon+ — DISCONNECTION & REFUSAL TO REFUND

                                Bought a Tata Photon+ connection with 6 months advance rental payment. Disconnected within 2 days without any notification or any information. Left clueless for more than a month. Customer care dinn't even bothered to answer and have irritating answers. Final response after 2.5 months and that too with an answer that no refund possible. These people irritate the customers to the core and have an attitude do what ever you want and never accept any mistake from their side.

                                Again I posted the complaint here because I was not getting any response from Customer care even after making 20 phone calls. Each time I call customer care I end up explaining the situation again and again and nothing happens after that. What is the point in asking me to contact Customer care. I returned the device because it doesn't work. I dont understand why cant you refund the money. Its simple logic. No rocket science here.

                                I have already provided the tata photon number ([protected]) and the account number[protected] and still no response.

                                I bought the device on Aug 12th and returned within 2 days. Today is September 29th and I am still struggling to get the refund. :-(
                                Still no refund... No response from Tata Dococmo. :-)
                                Called up Customer care again. Explained the whole story and requested the customer care executive to forward the call to a manager, initially he refused and later agreed to forward the call to his supervisor. He put me on hold and came back after 5 minutes and told me that the supervisor is busy. :-( I refused to disconnect and insisted him to forward the call to any managers. He asked me ti wait and put me on hold. I waited for 1 hour 5 minutes and nobody came online. Can you imagine waiting for 1 hour 5 minutes to get some customer care guy to address your problem.
                                Called up again and clearly told the customer care executive that I was made to hold my previous call for more than 1 hour 5 minutes and no manager showed up. I refused to talk to any supervisors and insisted that I would talk only to a manager as it was my 21st call regarding this. The customer care executive put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back and told that the manager was in meeting. :-( I requested him to consider that it was my 21st call, my refund was relayed for almost 2 months and moreover I was calling up after making me to wait for 1 hour 5 minutes. Customer care executive kept repeating the same and never forwarded to manager. Finally I had to talk to his supervisor. She at least showed the patience to listen to me and tried to help. Again explained the same story and requested her to do something about it.

                                But I am very disappointed with these IRRESPONSIBLE "Tata Docomo Managers" who are always in meeting and refuses to talk to customers. And also with that customer care executive who made me to wait for "1 hour 5 mins" to talk to these VIP "TaTa Dococo Manager". I am sure no customer deserves this pathetic service.
                                My fight still continues... Nobody at Tata Docomo is ready to listen to this...Still no refund. No response. I spoke to customer case thrice since my last post and I was assured the resolution within 48 hours. Even after a week no response. Finally I called up again. The customer care tech lead says he already contacted the person in charge of Kerala and that guy didn't respond. Again I am promised a resolution by Monday...
                                BTW Its more than THREE MONTHS SINCE I RETURNED THE DEVICE
                                *. First try to get Nodal officer to resolve your problem.
                                * you better file a case against Tata Docomo in consumer court.

                                * Also you can file an RTI to TRAI and explain your problem then ask details like
                                What is the progress on your complaint with TATA Docomo. Why is it taking so long?
                                How long should it be supposed to take actually to resolve your complaint by TATA Docomo?
                                TATA docomo Escalation details.
                                Do they have proper coverage in Trivandrum? If not, why TATA Docomo is selling the dongles with defective service?
                                Is their radiation level as per Government standard?

                                Add more questions and screw them in RTI..
                                Thanks Balaji for the response. Data Docomo finally agreed to own up their mistake and refunded the money. It took couple of more calls and writing to appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com. (BTW there are no nodal officers now and I didn't see any documented escalation procedure anywhere.) I don't really know if writing to appellate helped or not. But I got the refund. I am sure I have spent more than the refund amount to make phone calls to customer care. But I am happy that finally I got the resolution. These guys act so irresponsible because most of the customers just leave it even after realizing that they were cheated. I will never go to Tata Docomo again/recommend it to anybody.

                                    I was having a tata Photon connection for a long time. Few months back I had given a letter for discontinuation of service and fully paid up my old dues. After some days I got a phone call from Tata Photon that we are offering you with a unlimited plan of 1gb for 400+ Rs so that I can use the old device. I redily agreed for the plan. However to my dismay the Tata Photon continued with the old plan 5 gb plan Rs 1067. After giving several complaints I am not getting any satisfactory response. Now Tata Photon has started sending me new bills still at the old rate. I have told them that if you are not changing the plan, I will consider the date in which I terminated the service as the date of discontinuation & I have stopped using the service. I would never advice anyone to get this Tata Photon/mobile connection as they cheat People. my tata docomo no. is [protected].

                                    Tata Docomo — Unfair Trade Practice

                                    Tata Docomo is unilateraly disconnecting numbers and
                                    keeping the balance of prepaid phones.

                                    TATA Docomo has "disconnected permanently" my telephone
                                    number [protected] and has forfeited the remaining balance.
                                    The email to their "nodal officer" has not resulted in any
                                    reponse (accept auto generated that they will reply within
                                    two working days but have not replied even after 12
                                    calendar days).

                                    They claim to have done this due to "negative address verification"
                                    But the address mentioned in the form is correct and there
                                    is no way they can show that address is incorrect.

                                      Thats an old problem with tata docomo.One fine day i have also received call from tata docomo office at hyd stating that they have some tarrif of 899 o[censored]nlimited calls and if I am intrested,they would send their representive at my home.I enquired if I can have this connection on my existing number [protected] which is having airtel's service.They responded through NNP its possible and came to my house at took advance of Rs 1000 and gave me NNP number with assurance that service would be activated in 10-15 days.they asked for some port number which I provided them but service was not activated till next 1.5 months.Mean while i received sevral calls from airtel offering me discount upto 10% on my all bills for next 6 months for retaining me and i kept on rejecting their offers.
                                      After 1.5 month when i called back to docomo outlet,they again asked me for the new port number(as earlier one has expired).I generated new one and forwaded me.by this time my new bill was generated for airtel and my request was rejected on ground of non payment of bill (although due date for bill payment still had 20 more days).
                                      Now I got fedup with docomo and asked those guys to return me back my deposit.They told it will come in form of cheque from company in 45 days.
                                      Its more than 3 months,havent received any cheque for deposit amount,I carry amount's receipt and SIM provided by them in my valeet.and when ever i approch them,they say server is down,no power in our outlet,etc etc.

                                      Due to docomo's connection,I even lost oppurtunity to get discount from airtel.
