I bad been to the Tata Docomo store at Princess street, opp. Parsi Dairy, Mumbai on 10.09.2012 at around 3.30p.m. for a recharge of balance when i was roaming in Mumbai and my mobile number is registered in Gujarat. As I approached the counter for recharge, the executive told me that it will not be done here as our company has stopped recharges of roaming numbers . His name was Mr. Srinivas. I was surprised and told him then what if anybody wants to get his phone recharges while he is roaming. He said I don't know. I told him if he can try as i have no balance and help me by doing a special recharge so that i can be able to use the service as i am expecting few calls. I told him i regularly get recharges done from Ford Tata Docomo Store while i am in roaming, he replied 'i don't know'. It seemed he was not a properly trained executive so i asked him to ask his manager and do the recharge. He without asking did the recharge but the balance did not come and some other service got activated. I told him he has done the wrong recharge and had i have not received the balance, then I insisted to speak to the manager and then he introduced me to the manager Mr. Deepak Thapliya. I was speaking with Mr. Deepak about the problem and requesting him to reverse the recharge and help me get the balance so that i can use the service and my phone. But he said it not possible and I was surprised that if in a Tata Docomo store the mistake of the Tata Docomo executive cannot be rectified and i have to face such problem its strange. When i told him that last time when i had got the recharge done the same thing had happened and the reversal was done and successfully my problem had solved. But he was adamant not the help me and while I was repeatedly requesting him to find some way out Mr. Yogesh, another Tata Docomo executive, interrupted us in between and started shouting on me. So I told him that he has no right to shout on me and that I was not speaking to him and that he should not interrupt unless he has a solution. He then suddenly abused me with bad words and asked me to leave and said nothing can be happened. I was shocked to hear the bad words from the mouth of an Customer services executive in a Tata Docomo store, who are there to actually solve problems of the customers. Then the situation was worsening as Mr. Yogesh was shouting on me ' I will show you what I can do', ' Why are you using Tata Docomo number' and 'We don't require customers like you', while he was trying to come near me to beat me and Mr. Deepak and Mr. Srinivas were stopping him. Then I left the store with the problem unsolved. I visited Tata Docomo store, Fort, Mumbai thereafter at around 5.00p.m.where I spoke of the incident to Mr. Sai Krishnan Naine, who assured me that the wrong recharge will be reversed within 24hrs and that such reversal can be possible. He told me that I will get the balance in my phone number. But today on 18.09.2012, nearly after one week also nothing has happening and I have not got the balance in the card number and I am not able to use it while roaming.

M5871844, M5881226, M5891536, M5892863. and my latest complaint Is below regarding Packs activated without my request.
you are stealing money from my account, Is this is your cheep business tricks?. If so you are a white collar thief.
I'm aware of your cheep business tricks, but what about the illiterate poor people?
They die hard to earn money. If you activate packs like this, they may not be aware and you steel money from them.
If you really respect your customers, immediately STOP this cheep business tricks.
This is ridiculous and immediate action needs to taken and awareness must be created.
