Hello Sir/Madam,

I'm the customer of Tata DOCOMO GSM Service, my no is [protected], recently 10days back activated a call me tune, they are adding a promo ("if you want to set this tune as your call me tune then press * and 9 "), why i should pay them monthly 30rs, when i wont get the call me tune from start, they are using me as their advertisement.

I even tried to contact them but they wont let me speak with customer care, all they keep saying for that offer press 1 for this press 2 and blah blah, i have to just keep on pressing buttons for activating call me tune? i'm really frustrated by this kind of service.

Apart from this, in their website they give that, call 121 and press 9 to talk with customer care person directly, but they don't give option to press 9 and if i press 9 then they will say you are pressing illegal option. why illegal?

i'm paying 15rs for song and monthly 30rs as rent for my tune, not to promote their advertisements.

AND MORE IMPORTANT IS THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE NEITHER THROUGH CALL NOR IN PERSON (NO CUSTOMER CARE CENTER IN MY CITY), ALL THEY HAVE A STORE TO SELL SIM'S AND FORGET CUSTOMERS.

    I am continuously getting msgs from HUWWAP service of TATA DOCOMO and recently services like Star Fan, Star bollywood, Fashion update etc are automatically get activated. when i call at customer care to check what is the issue then they simply said no service activated but next when i called again after receiving another msg they said service is activate now for which i had checked yesterday with them.

    They instantly deactivate the same and register my complaint[protected] complaint No.) but no response from them for a 2-3 days and then i register complaint on TATA DOCOMO site and i get temporary no. 596728 but still nothing happen another 2-3 days & then again i register one more complaint referring to old temporary no. but they simply give new temporary no. (601337) still no action from there side. Finally i called customer again but they simply told me your complaint was closed[protected] without any information to me.

    So, plz help me in this as i do not want to pay extra charges (around 200 rs )because of their mistake & i want no msgs from their HUWWAP service again in future

    I'm frustrated with the service of TATA DOCOMO, My Complaint references in the last 7 days,
    M5871844, M5881226, M5891536, M5892863. and my latest complaint Is below regarding Packs activated without my request.
    you are stealing money from my account, Is this is your cheep business tricks?. If so you are a white collar thief.
    I'm aware of your cheep business tricks, but what about the illiterate poor people?
    They die hard to earn money. If you activate packs like this, they may not be aware and you steel money from them.

    If you really respect your customers, immediately STOP this cheep business tricks.
    This is ridiculous and immediate action needs to taken and awareness must be created.

      Two time they have deducted the 70 amount for GPRS activation.I registered the complaint by calling to there respective call centers twice they told they will credit money on or before16/09/2012. But till date they not credited please do the needful.

            On 01.09.2012 i have given a Sum of Rs.900/- to Tata Docomo Distributors for Porting My Mobile No-[protected] from Vodafone to Tata Docomo 899/- Plan & for that i have duly submitted all my necessary documents to them but today is 18.09.2012 but nither my mobile no is activate nor my mobile no ported to Tata Docomo. So, i will Request u to Pls. Look into the matter & refund my money which i have already paid as a Security Deposit.

            Pls. do the needful as soon as possible.

            Somnath, Kindly do not take 899 plan as it is a fake plan. Kindly check our complaint, we have not yet received resolution of false billing. Though they will say unlimited however you will be charged unduely.
            hi my number is [protected].Initially they promised that it is unlimited plan without any loop holes.Iam using it for my personal use and not for commersial purpose i even submitted one letter stating that.Since one week iam getting messages that iam using it in excess and it will be barred And today they have barred the service and iam unable to go for outgoing calls since then without any information how can these people bar the service. it is in way cheating the customers who innocently take such plans blindly.I here by request all not to influence by such plans which they can never commit themselves
            899 plan fake plan please never take that plan
            not only 899, 1299 plan is also fake, got 3900 rs bill even though calls, sms, roaming, and 3g data is unlimited which they claim.
            very cheap people. never expected this from tata company. i wrongly chosen 899 plan as well. on first day only i got irritated. when i call other person cant listen to me. if both can listen each other call drops in 1 min. called customer care they gave excuses that i should try other handsets. tried other handsets same problem. called again to customer care. they said go to brand store they will check it. i asked him when i m calling to customer care no problem happenning it means sim card is ok. only the plan which made by cheaters to cheat only creating problem. i asked him to transfer call to senior. he kept me on hold and than cut the phone.

            good people do not abuse but these cheaters worth it. i am going to through the simcard on their faces at brand store.

My mobile No. is [protected] Last time i complained for deduction of money for unwanted additional services. I requested them to revoke all additional services. They took immediate action n returned Re. 15 to my account. Thanks to Tata Docomo for immediate action. I received a message that the additional service has been stopped. Now the problem is that the service(Song of the day link n some unwanted links) is still continuing. I m loosing Rs. 2 per day now. Now i request you to take actions to permanently stop all these additional services. I don't like to get Hyper link for anything.

                Tata Docomo — Deduction from unwanted service

                From my account [protected] daily 9 rupees are deducting.
                I call call-centre 6-7 times they said you've activated VAS service for games...
                Though i didnt activated or click any link.....
                Firstly they told me to check in DIVE IN but in there nothing is active..
                Second they told to msg UNSUB to 55435.... No response from that side also....
                I have lost 70-80 Rs till now and its going on daily....
                (Suppose in case i have click any link)


                So deactivate it immediately.

                  I bad been to the Tata Docomo store at Princess street, opp. Parsi Dairy, Mumbai on 10.09.2012 at around 3.30p.m. for a recharge of balance when i was roaming in Mumbai and my mobile number is registered in Gujarat. As I approached the counter for recharge, the executive told me that it will not be done here as our company has stopped recharges of roaming numbers . His name was Mr. Srinivas. I was surprised and told him then what if anybody wants to get his phone recharges while he is roaming. He said I don't know. I told him if he can try as i have no balance and help me by doing a special recharge so that i can be able to use the service as i am expecting few calls. I told him i regularly get recharges done from Ford Tata Docomo Store while i am in roaming, he replied 'i don't know'. It seemed he was not a properly trained executive so i asked him to ask his manager and do the recharge. He without asking did the recharge but the balance did not come and some other service got activated. I told him he has done the wrong recharge and had i have not received the balance, then I insisted to speak to the manager and then he introduced me to the manager Mr. Deepak Thapliya. I was speaking with Mr. Deepak about the problem and requesting him to reverse the recharge and help me get the balance so that i can use the service and my phone. But he said it not possible and I was surprised that if in a Tata Docomo store the mistake of the Tata Docomo executive cannot be rectified and i have to face such problem its strange. When i told him that last time when i had got the recharge done the same thing had happened and the reversal was done and successfully my problem had solved. But he was adamant not the help me and while I was repeatedly requesting him to find some way out Mr. Yogesh, another Tata Docomo executive, interrupted us in between and started shouting on me. So I told him that he has no right to shout on me and that I was not speaking to him and that he should not interrupt unless he has a solution. He then suddenly abused me with bad words and asked me to leave and said nothing can be happened. I was shocked to hear the bad words from the mouth of an Customer services executive in a Tata Docomo store, who are there to actually solve problems of the customers. Then the situation was worsening as Mr. Yogesh was shouting on me ' I will show you what I can do', ' Why are you using Tata Docomo number' and 'We don't require customers like you', while he was trying to come near me to beat me and Mr. Deepak and Mr. Srinivas were stopping him. Then I left the store with the problem unsolved. I visited Tata Docomo store, Fort, Mumbai thereafter at around 5.00p.m.where I spoke of the incident to Mr. Sai Krishnan Naine, who assured me that the wrong recharge will be reversed within 24hrs and that such reversal can be possible. He told me that I will get the balance in my phone number. But today on 18.09.2012, nearly after one week also nothing has happening and I have not got the balance in the card number and I am not able to use it while roaming.

                    my Tata DoCoMo number is [protected] under Karnataka circle. I have been charge Rs.103 without telling any reason. I have my own internet data balance. Today at around 9:30pm i was using internet as I have enough internet data balance, meanwhile a service message came telling I have been charged that much for using data. Immediately I checked my data but there remained enough of my data for that. I tried to call customer call but the option to choose to talk to customer care is missing only at my number. Usually there is always an option, but was missing fire my number only after the deduction of that amount. Please do Necessary action against it. I need my balance back, please help me. And also my number is DND activated.

                      Please dont ask them to spoil the name of Tatas, dont you see they are cheats and make money by harassing people as they know we do not have the time. Their anti corruption site by their tea business is to grab more business, that's it.
                      I have faced their nonsense, non response and then they ask for money like beggars, and then threaten like rowdies. No doubt Tatas are one of few cos to have a fan page on Facebook known as 'Spit on Tata'. Go head and spit on them.

                      Hi Tata DoCoMo customer care,

                      I NEVER used any Tata DoCoMo SIM and still I received an SMS now(14th Dec 2012 12:01PM) on my Reliance number which does not address me with my Name; mentions about outstanding amount but No Amount mentioned.
                      The number given to contact for collection is [protected]!
                      It also mentioned that Lok Adalat was arranged for this on 8th Dec 2012 which I did not attend!
                      This is ridiculous!

                        hi this is nishant .i used idea sim. Last few days i got harraaing call from unknown number [protected]. I get the obscese call from that number around 11 O'clock . I get disturb and irritated so that i insist you to help me in this matter

                          I am a Tata Docomo User. My No.[protected]. I have to try to contact 16th Sep 2012 8 pm time CUSTOMER CARE for Computerized System Instruction. Instruction for press 9 contact the customer care agent, i have press 9. The computerised answer was you have wrong selection.

                          I have try to 1 and 1 1/2 but did not contact customer care agent. The same answer was repeat.

                          So, Tata docomo service was worst.

                          And I have lot disturb and torture for this response.

                            hi my no is[protected] i called customer care about the recharge of 58 i did to subscribe std packs...
                            he told he'll solve it and he doesn't seem to care about me...
                            well i think customer care should CARE about customers
                            i checked if i am able to use the plan but call rates remain same....
                            when i tried to call so called Customer care they told they are busy....
                            when i called them from my brothers no they sure picked up,.....
                            they have a lazy and arrogant customer care survice they should do something about it....

I got flash message 2 times of cutting 15 rs. before about 1 week they cut my balance and i got refund. But this time i am not able to call customer care. Every time they are activating some service without my consant. it is mentally harrasing me. I want my 30 rs. back. Please take necessary action.

                                Dear,

                                This is my Third tyer of my Car got faulty. As i seeing the quality of Tyers are not good and get deformed shape automatically and came company fitted with the NANO car, JK tyers never replace the same in one shot.
                                I got replacement fo only one tyer after giving 50% money agains it, Which shd be replaced with 100% free and second faulty is still with them.
                                Now the Third one which get torned from the middle.

                                    COMPLAINT 1 ----On[protected] i got the following message " Hi You have successfully subscribed to MusstBuy on TATA at Rs30/30days till 07-Oct.To Stop, Dial 155223(tollfree) or dial *660# and select unsubscribe" --- and my balance display showed Rs1 after that NON PERMITTED Deduction. My Grievance is why and how can They deduct the sum when i had not even requested for any Activation of any kind.And i dialled 155223 but there was no mention of MusstBuy service in the automated response. And i Dialled *660# and there was no option for UNSUBSCRIBE.!!!!!!. I AM NOT ASKING for a REFUND , I AM HUMBLY REQUESTING to CORRECT THE SYSTEM IMMIEDIETLY to AVOID UNWANTED / NONPERMITTED ACTIVATION / DEDUCTION in the greater interest of the COMPANY to AVOID LITIGATION and other UNPLEASANTRIES to both the COMPANY and the customers at the CONSUMER COURTS.

                                    COMPLAINT 2------- On[protected] morning, my making calls were not allowed saying there was no balance but according to me there should have been atleast Rs37 balance, anyway i recharged with Rs30 and everything was fine and my a/c balance showed Rs23 and later when i checked after 10 minutes my a/c balance showed Rs50 and later, after sending 2 messages, when i checked the balance it showed 0.00 balance!!!!

                                    COMPLAINT[protected] Whenever we call customer care more than once in any day, we get the boot saying that all their executives are busy and this goes on n on till the next day !!!!! ---- WE UNDERSTAND THAT CERTAIN LIMIT TO AVOID UNNECESSARY CALLS IS NECESSARY BUT THERE SHOULD BE A PAID SERVICE FOR THOSE WHO ARE GENUINELY IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.

MY NUMBER [protected] - I HAVE ACTIVATED SMS SERVICE BY DIALING *141*238# AND RECEIVED AN SMS STATING YOUR REQUEST WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 2HOURS TIME ON 16.09.12, TODAY IS 17.09.12 I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE MY BALANCE WAS VERY VERY LOW, FOR ALL THE SMS I HAVE SENT, THEY HAVE DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW, I WONDER WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE? I TRIED CALLING SO MANY TIMES TO 121, AND AFTER WAITING MORE THAN 5 MIN FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ATTEND THE CALL NO RESPONSE[protected]------- TRIED AGIAN AND AT LAST ONE PERSON SPOKE AND MADE ME WAIT FOR CALL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER JERK , A GIRL SPOKE SO RUDELY, RATHER THAN ANSWERING MY QUESTION, SHE WAS RUDE ONLY IN DISCONNECTING THE CALL, FOR THIS DAMIT SERVICE - I HAVE BEEN USE THIS DOCOMO AND ACTIVATED ALL KINDS OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY THEM !!
