DID NOT CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE IN ANY OPTION
I am a Tata Docomo User. My No.[protected]. I have to try to contact 16th Sep 2012 8 pm time CUSTOMER CARE for Computerized System Instruction. Instruction for press 9 contact the customer care agent, i have press 9. The computerised answer was you have wrong selection.

This is my Third tyer of my Car got faulty. As i seeing the quality of Tyers are not good and get deformed shape automatically and came company fitted with the NANO car, JK tyers never replace the same in one shot.
I got replacement fo only one tyer after giving 50% money agains it, Which shd be replaced with 100% free and second faulty is still with them.

On 16sep 2012, I got call from tata docomo([protected]) saying that you are selected for FREE caller tune for 1 month. I asked them 10 times that please confirm that its 100% free because afterwards you apply many hidden charges. The telephone operator told me that you will not be charged a single rupee.
So I activated the calle rtune and after 5 hrs my service got activated and it looted me for 50 Rs of my balance.

Iam using the tata docomo [protected] for the past 15 days and have submitted both local and permanent address proof, but the docomo have barred the calsl both the incoming and outgoing without any prior information for the past 3 days, please resolve as soon. Will DOCOMO provide any compensation for the loss accured?......
