i'm using tata docomo since a while and today my balance was deducted without any reason. this has happened in the past as well. i am using a blackberry and there is an internet plan for blackberry customers. the plan that i was on is BB 399 which entitles me to unlimited internet usage. Today i got a pop up on my screen which said data session charge Rs. 90.90 that was deducted from my account which had no explanation....

Mysel[censored]mesh Javir, Ahmedabad Gujarat, I had DOCOMO card vide card no: [protected], i used that number from last 1 year and suddenly it was disconnected from your side and i got to know that it was cancelled from your side.

Further, Before 1 year I had the same number continue with Vodafone and used number portability facility from Vodafone to Docomo postpaid, and than after on dated 28 July 2012 i applied...

I recharged my mobile [protected] with Rs 500 on 19/09/12. As per your site in recharge with Rs 500 and get Rs 540 talk time(http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx). But I got only 445 Talk time. please credit my remaining talk time of Rs 95.

I am a Tata Docomo internet customer since the last 1 year.
While taking the connection I opted for the 1.5 Mbps plan. When the first bill came, I was charged for 1000 INR more under "Static ip charges".
On complaining this to the customer care, after a week TATA removed the charges and a new bill was sent to me.
At that point of time, I had cleared to them that I dont require a static ip....

Sir,my account balance was stolen unlawfully in middle of July by activating call me tune service.when I tried to call customer executive in this regard I found that my call was blocked.This blockage remained throughout the remaining days of month.I also made e-mail to nodal officer complaining for these two problems,but no action was taken.My calls to executives was resumed in very first week of august,and I mentioned my complain to executives...

Hello Sir/Madam,

I'm the customer of Tata DOCOMO GSM Service, my no is [protected], recently 10days back activated a call me tune, they are adding a promo ("if you want to set this tune as your call me tune then press * and 9 "), why i should pay them monthly 30rs, when i wont get the call me tune from start, they are using me as their advertisement.

I even tried to contact them but they wont let...

I am continuously getting msgs from HUWWAP service of TATA DOCOMO and recently services like Star Fan, Star bollywood, Fashion update etc are automatically get activated. when i call at customer care to check what is the issue then they simply said no service activated but next when i called again after receiving another msg they said service is activate now for which i had checked yesterday with them.

They instantly deactivate...

Two time they have deducted the 70 amount for GPRS activation.I registered the complaint by calling to there respective call centers twice they told they will credit money on or before16/09/2012. But till date they not credited please do the needful....
