[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Poor service tata broadband connection

Sir i am using tata indicom broadband connection past 5 month my login id [protected]@vsnl. Net
Past 45 days i am facing lot of problem in my broadband connection connection lost for 2 to 3 days continuesly. Even i recieved 26 days of downtime credit for my connection lost from tata broadband connection. And i paid the advance amount for 5 month. Still i am facing the same problem after meeting to the head mr sarvanna & area manager mr. Sarat in chetpet office.

Please suggest me what i have to do for this problem to be rectify even because of this connection lost i loss my many bussiness proposals income.

1 hour or 2 hour is sence but 2 days & 3 days connection lost is totally nonsense. Please help me.

Tata Indicom Broadband — It's not Tata Indicom Broadband, but TOTALLY IMPROPER BROADBAND

After Posting complaint Here for last month where my broadband has been disconnected, I got a reply from customer care with this following and the connection has been rectified last sunday and here is the mail

Indicom Wireless Broadband — Victim of Billing Faulty Process

Sir/Madam,

Please help me to get justice... I'm the victim of Tata Indicom Broadband - Victim of Billing Faulty Process

Background: I'm Manohar Joshi (user ID: [protected]@vsnl.net) is the customer of Tata Indicom wireless broadband.

There is a offer launched by Tata Indicom Broadband called 'More 4 Sure', which means, paying 4 months bill in advance and 5th month is free. I made the online transaction through net banking and paid the amount (3000 Rs.) as indicated by tataindicombroadband.com site. When I called the customer service call centre (I spoke to one Mr. Ganesh, Supervisor), he clearly said the system has not collected service tax, which is showing one Rupee (Re 1) less and you are not eligible for the offer.

Just because of a bug in their online system, they are telling that I'm not getting the offer.

I'm extremely frustrated and need your help badly and urgently. Kindly help me to get the offer. It is very ridiculous that the customer care (even supervisor ) is talking very rude and are not able to resolve a simple problem like this. Hence, I have to escalate to cosumer court.

Wow if this is the case, then this is a very innovative idea of stealing the consumers money. I am really surprised that no one from TTML has replied to this. If the problem is still not solved, I suggest the person to contact the TATA house in mumbai, in person and bring this to the knolwedge of the higher auhtority of the Tata group that what is happening in their companies.
I strongly beleive that Tata group are a group of moral and ethical thinking, they will surely take up the matter seriously.

Tata Indicom Broadband — Connection Issue

I am utterly disgusted with the services offered by Tataindicom Broadband Internet service providers at my home. For the last three weeks or more my internet connection has been lying disconnected. I have brought the issue to the customer care people of their company but they've only managed to parrot a perfunctory regret promising to bring the connection back in order in quick time. So far, after having lodged several complaints over phone and having written several mails to their nodal head, the situation remains unchanged. Three weeks have gone by and my internet connection is still dead. These buggers are promoting their brands with such gusto in the market, but when it comes to after sales services, they're just bloody nincompoops. The connection is a prepaid line, and I have already paid for a year long connection. Everyday I am losing money. Now they've even stopped responding to my mails. I wonder if they have any backbone.

TATA Indicom — Harassment for not closing the Internet Connection

Good afternoon,

[This is a copy of the complaint that I filed at Tata Indicom]

I am a user of Tata Indicom Internet connection for more than a year and a half. My name is Divya Gupta & my number is [protected]. I wanted to discontinue with tata indicom & therefore I filed a request for cancellation at the customer care centre on 121 ( On 5th September). After 4 days of the request, my internet outgoing services were stopped.

After that I got a call from Tata Indicom & the executive tried to convince me with a better internet connection plan & added facilities to it. Although I denied for the connection, the executive persuaded & without my information he put my number in the safe custody. I do not even know what a safe custody means!!

Then I checked my connection & found out that it was still working. I again called at the customer care centre and asked them to cancel it. The customer care executive told me that I need to visit the Tata Indicom centre and there I can file a request for cancellation. When I visited the centre ( Sector 17 Rohini Delhi), the executives there denied to take my request.

I again spoke to the executive at 121 &[protected] & requested for cancellation.

Why are these people unnecessarily troubling us? The executive at Chandigarh who spoke to me created all this problem. This is no way to harass your costumer. I have already paid my last bill & now there are no dues. I am not going to pay anything extra because of any such harassment.

I request to now cancel the connection as soon as possible & kindly take action against such employees in your organisation.

TataIndicom — harassment for cancellation of connection

hello sir,
this is suman kumarreddy from marathahalli,bangalore,i took tataindicom landline connection along with dialup internet connection,as everybody knows the drawback dialup connection,later i decided to cancel the connection and go for broadbandconnection and tata people dont have it ,hence i took it from reliance and given for cancellation request but they didnt cancelled it and continuoesly sending bill with latefees ,finally i became fedup and visited richmond road branch and they took the request and i was in that intentoin but still i is to get the bill repeatedly and onceagain i visited the branch andasked for why it is happening they it was not cancelled as yet,now tell me its whose mistake and once again i given it for cancellation after paying the dues just for nothing and tried to handover the handset they didnt taken it informed that our executive will come and collect it at your residence and willpay you the refundable money,afterwards no one calledme for that but i received a legal notice stating the handset is not returned ,even though i amno where responsible for that harrashed me so much i different ways

i am too many mails for tataboradband company and tatabroadband executives also call me that assure for payment after 25-30 working days received your payment but i have not received.

i am discounties my internet connection since 27 june 2009 and today is 18.10.2009.

VSNL Internet connectivity — Poor Service and lack of proper response

Dear Sir,

I am subscriber to VSNL internet connectivity services. I pay 6 months in advance to the services. The internet connectivity is very poor and the cable connection given is so bad that many complaints have to be lodged on a day to day basis. Call center takes days to respond. Local people do not pick up phone calls. The cable connection is lost due to many reasons - wind , cable cut , rain , road work, server not working , back up power failure , change of server etc etc etc ... the list is endless. Many hours of connectivity gone waste , no refund either , many tel calls wasted. What to do please ? It is indeed a shame that Tatas who is supposed to be very good group is not bothered at all. VSNL service is pathetic and imagine this poor service in the heart of Chennai City.
Can any one help please.

TATA Indicom — new connection service

sir/ mam,

i have purchased a new pre paid connection yesterday. my no. is [protected], it got activated last evening there after i recharge it with rs.699, thereafter i am not able to call any one. everytime when i dial any number it got disconnected and shows ending call.

i live in bhel, sector 1, ranipur, haridwar. when i went to my retailer he talk with the distributer but he also not help me out.
i talk in customer care they inform me that number is activated but why this problem is occuring they dont know. there also i dident find any help.

it is very unfortunate that a company like tataindicom is having such problem that, no one is helping me out. it it shame for a reputed company like tataindicom where no one has any solution.
i also want to convay u that whenever i talk in customer care in last 3 months almost in 99% cases they says that there is some technical problem and they cant help. it is really hight of irresposebility and carelessness.

tataindicom-Broadband — Frequently dissconnection

Hi Sir,

My name is sachin kulkarni. I am from pune. I have 2 connection of tatabroadband.One is prepaid other is post paid in 2 different area like kotharud and warje near ganapathi matha. e Every 2 to 3 days there server is always down for 6 to 7 hours. There only way to call tata's call center and register complaint. They always keep hanging that complain any complaint will be solve within 6 hours. If each complaint has taken to solve 6 hours the calculate how much it take time. What about the money.In Prepaid they are not adding disconnected my hours. And postpaid they are deducting from my bill. I am paying around 2,600 rs monthly.
Please help me in this thing. I am really frustrated.I am losing my work a lot.

TATA Indicom Broadband — unworthful and worst service

i had been using tata indicom for last 3 months for my internet cafe..... i took 2Mbps connection and i paid Rs.4,950 in advance... in every month i had to pay for upcoming bill before bill date The postpaid is to pay after using the service but in this case i have to pay in advance every month before using the connection....
i have met huge loss due to them

Tata Indicom Broadband — Broadband connections

Hi,

I have received incorrect billing in the 1st month itself.

I tried to resolve this problem with the multiple people in the tata indicom.

They are telling me that you have to use this our services only as no other services are allowed in our society.

Inspite of this i even change my plan to unlimited options so that I can get fix bill but they want me to submit my earlier bills. they have send me the bills for every month even my services are discontinued 1.5 months ago.

My situation is that I am not able to get internet from any other providers as my society doesn't allow and tata indicom wants me to pay extra to use there internet services.

Please suggest what needs to be done.
